Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for automatically and reliably performing washing and disinfecting of a wheelchair by a simple constitution so that the conventional manual labor for washing and disinfecting of the wheelchair, or the like, can be saved, and to provide the constitution of a machine therefor. <P>SOLUTION: When inserting the wheelchair or the like, the width of wheels is slightly reduced, also, it is rotated inside a case of a washing tank where washing and disinfecting are performed so as to be fixed to a position at which water is not stored in a cushion sheet and a backrest sheet, and injected water flows from a plurality of injection nozzles pass through a pump, and are allowed to circularly wash the parts with much fouling preponderantly. 本発明は車椅子を洗浄消毒するための洗浄消毒ないし乾燥する手段に関し、機器本体に内装した洗浄槽を形成するケース内に車いすを格納して、洗浄液を循環ポンプにより圧送して噴射ノズルから噴出させ、この噴水流により循環洗浄すると共に、すすぎ、消毒ないし乾燥を行う一連の工程を比較的簡単な装置によって効果的且つ自動的に行う技術についてのものである。

【従来の技術】
従来一般の器材洗浄装置としては、食器洗浄用・汚物洗浄用・外科用器材用・電子部材用等各種のものが製品化され市販されているが、これらの洗浄装置はそれぞれ比較的単純な材質や形状を有する特定の被洗浄物に適応すべく設計された機能限定のものであった。又、被洗浄物の洗浄手段としては液体噴射ノズルからの噴水流を用いること及び噴水流から吐出する洗浄液が洗剤を含むものである等の技術は古来より常識的な技術手段として多数の実施例が存在する。更に、車椅子の洗浄ないし車椅子に身障者が乗ったままでハウジングに収納し液体噴射ノズルからの噴水流で洗浄する手段も既に公知となっている。

これら従来公知の手段や装置では被洗浄物が車いすのように構造が複雑で且つ金属・樹脂・布・ゴム等多種類の素材から構成されているものについては、洗浄・消毒等の効果を高めることは困難であった。そのため、車いすの洗浄に用いてもある程度の効果を得るために考えられた高圧ジェットシャワー方式も既に公知となっているが、この方式においては例えば高圧コンプレッサや複雑な配管系と制御系を用いたり、大量の水を使用する必要があったりして高価で不経済な内容のものであった。

これに対して、車いすを車輪・シート・肘掛け・ハンドル・脚台等に分解し、一般の洗浄機により洗浄して再組立する提案も出されたが、作業が複雑となるばかりか再汚染のおそれがあり到底採用できるものではなかった。
従って洗浄作業の現状は、先ず手作業で各部の汚れを落とし、布等の用具を用いていわゆる清拭を行う等の工程を全て人力によって実施しており、近年レンタル使用を含めてとみに需要の増大している車いすにおける洗浄工程は、労力と経費がかかり、且つ結果的にバラツキを伴う極めて厄介な作業となっていた。

更に、車いすにおける消毒の必要がある場合は、現状アルコールや過酸化水素水又は次亜塩素酸ナトリウム水溶液等の消毒液をしみこませた布等で部分的に清拭処理する方法が一般的である。又、大規模な装置としては酸化エチレン蒸気やホルムアルデヒド蒸気等の毒ガスを充満させた室内に一定時間放置して、表面のみ消毒を行う等の方法がとられているが、いずれにしても洗浄消毒については極めて不完全な状態での処理であって、衛生的見地と作業工数上に多くの課題を有していた。

また、上記の課題解決の手段として、近年車いすの洗浄消毒を目的とする洗浄消毒機の提案もなされ、既に先行技術として知られている。このものは目的に対してそれなりの効果を有するが、製品の機能としては不十分な内容が存在し、幾多の改良を必要とするものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この発明は、従来の技術及びそれを前提とした車いすの洗浄消毒手段による問題点を解決するため、比較的簡単な機器構成のもとで、洗浄、消毒、乾燥等の工程において手作業を省きつつその効果を高めることを目的とするものである。そのため、先ず車いすの構成部材と汚れ箇所に対して効果的な機械式洗浄手段を得る技術を新規に創作し、これに消毒・乾燥・自動制御等の付加機能を設ける構成のもとに、従来技術における多くの課題を解決し、経済的で便利な車いすの洗浄消毒機を社会に提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するために請求項1の発明は、洗浄消毒機外装本体に内設した洗浄槽を形成するケースには開閉自在の扉を設けて車いすを出し入れできるようにすると共に、車いすをこのケースに挿入する際は、先ず車いすの両車輪間の幅を使用状態よりも若干折り畳むように縮小させてフレームと座シートの間に隙間を作り、キャスター(前輪)部を前記ケースの底部手前に乗せ、次に車いすのハンドル部をケースの奥部まで回動させて座シート及び背もたれシート部が洗浄時に水溜まりができない程度に傾斜させた位置関係、ないしシート平面の水溜まり防止用に前記ケースに設置されたシート持ち上げ用支柱でシート面が当たるような位置関係にて収納固定し、ケース内面に設けた複数の噴射ノズルからの噴出水流により車いすが丸洗いできるように構成したことを特徴とする車いすの洗浄消毒機についてのものである。

請求項2の発明は、洗浄槽を形成するケースの前底部に車いすの挿入位置を決める目的で車いすのキャスターを嵌挿し得るガイドとストッパーを少なくとも各1カ所設け、車いすを前記ケースに挿入する際、容易に所定の位置関係に収納できるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に示す車いすの洗浄消毒機についてのものである。

請求項4の発明は、車いすの洗浄消毒機本体には、内設した前記の洗浄槽を形成するケース内での機能を発揮せしむるため、外部からの供給温水を導入使用する目的のシスターン、又は導入水を加熱使用するための加熱装置を有する給湯機を併設し得る構成とする。又、一連の工程を円滑に実施するに必要な循環ポンプ、洗浄剤供給装置、水タンク、制御弁、及び電子的制御装置と操作ボタンを有するパネルを前記洗浄消毒機本体に具備させる。なお、電子的制御装置は噴射ノズルからの噴水流による洗浄・すすぎ・高温水による消毒及び必要に応じて行う乾燥・空冷等の一連の工程動作が適当なインターバルを設けて自動的に進行するような機能を具備し、工程の動作時間は変化させて設定できるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3に示す車椅子の洗浄消毒機についてのものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の車いすの洗浄消毒機では、車いすあるいは類似の介護用器材等は、本体に内設のケース及びこのケース内に設けられた噴水流発生噴射ノズルを含む洗浄用装置で構成された洗浄槽に格納されて洗浄消毒及び乾燥が行われる。

以下実施例により実施形態並びに作用について図を用いて説明すると、先ず請求項1の発明は図1,2において本発明の洗浄消毒機外装本体1に内設の洗浄槽を形成するケース2はステンレス又は表面防食処理を施した鋼板ないし樹脂材料等内面が腐食しないような材質にて作られるが、このケース2の一方の開口部には開閉自在の扉3を取り付ける。

車いすをケースに挿入し扉を閉めた後、循環ポンプ10が作動してケース内面に設けた複数の下部噴射ノズル11及び上部噴射ノズル12,12’からの噴射水流によって車いす4を丸洗いできるような構成となっている。

例えば、本発明の被洗浄消毒物として車いすが主たる対象ではあるが、本発明の装置を用いてポータブルトイレットや架台に収容した多数のスリッパ等の洗浄消毒を行うことが可能である。又、請求項1の発明に対して請求項2〜請求項9の発明による幾多の実施例を選択して付加した他の実施例も考えられる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、以上説明したような手段で実施され、以下に記載するような効果を奏する。

1.車いすを洗浄用ケースに挿入する際、車輪幅を使用状態より若干折り畳むように縮め、ケース内で車いすを回動させて座シート・背もたれシート等の布製部分に水溜まりができないよう設置することができるため、汚れの多い座シート両側面のフレーム部に隙間ができて洗浄液が直接かかる他、座シート部や肘掛け部等にも噴射ノズルからの洗浄液が強く当たる。又噴出ノズルからの噴出水流の圧力を利用して車輪を自動的に回転洗浄させる等洗浄効果が十分に発揮できる構成である。
併せて全体の外形寸法を小さくすることが可能となるため、設置性やコストについて有利となる。
更に、水溜まりができないので、乾燥時間が短縮できる効果が存在する。

2.車いす等の被洗浄物は、本発明の洗浄消毒機の洗浄槽内に格納された状態で、複数の噴射ノズルからの噴出水流によりほぼくまなく洗浄されるが、洗浄に用いる水・洗剤等は一旦水タンクに貯蔵され循環ポンプにより循環使用ができるので、節水効果の他、洗浄効果を高めるための温水使用に際しても熱エネルギーの節約が図られ、ひいては短時間で効果的な洗浄作用が得られる。
3.車いすのような複雑な形態の被洗浄物に対して、前記したように比較的簡単な構成の廉価な装置で十分目的を達成できる自動式の洗浄消毒機となるため省力化にも寄与し得る。
4.消毒工程は、高温水による消毒を主体とし、乾燥工程においても効果的な熱風乾燥による消毒効果も付加されるので、排水や排気に際して厄介な公害対策を必要としない。

5. 各種の自動制御方式の導入や外部からの温水供給用シスターンないし温水発生用給湯器の併設と連動等の機能が容易に付加できる構成であり、乾燥工程時間もその都度簡単に追加できることから、用途に応じて種々の使用方法や変化形の作成が容易である。
6.複数の各種機能を有するセンサーとこれに連動する電子制御機能を具え、自動制御のみならず各種安全対策を講じた構成であり、特に万一人が洗浄槽内に閉じこめられた際にも脱出手段をも設けた車いすの洗浄消毒機であるから、安心して使用できる。
