Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 1] JP-A-8-177104
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the toilet seat device according to Patent Literature 1, since the shaft-shaped member projects upward from the installation surface at the rear of the toilet with a considerable amount of projection, the shaft member also significantly upwards within the base of the toilet seat device. Projecting amount. For this reason, a shaft-like member protruding upward in the base of the toilet seat device becomes an obstacle, and this shaft-like member restricts the degree of freedom in design when arranging mounted components in the base. In particular, when arranging the mounted components such as the hot water tank and the washing nozzle in the base of the toilet seat device, the installation of the mounted components is restricted, and the shaft-shaped member restricts the degree of freedom in design.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and suppresses the shaft-shaped member from projecting upward by a considerable amount in the base of the toilet seat device, and is advantageous in securing design flexibility. It is an object to provide a simple toilet seat device.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A toilet seat device according to the present invention is a toilet seat device including a base portion and a toilet seat body rotatably held at the base portion, and being installed on an installation surface of a toilet.
A hollow shaft-shaped member that is inserted into a vertically extending mounting hole formed on the installation surface of the toilet and attached to the installation surface of the toilet and has a hollow chamber having an opening on the upper surface,
An insertion shaft-like member that is inserted into the hollow chamber of the hollow shaft-like member that is provided at the base downward and that can be moved up and down with respect to the hollow shaft-like member,
By interposing between the hollow shaft member and the insertion shaft member and holding the insertion shaft member raised in a state of being inserted into the hollow chamber of the hollow shaft member at the raised position, the toilet Locking means for holding the base raised from the mounting surface.
[0008]
According to the toilet seat device according to the present invention, a hollow shaft-shaped member having a hollow chamber having an opening on the upper surface is used, and the hollow shaft-shaped member has a mounting hole extending in a vertical direction formed on a mounting surface of the toilet. And is attached to the mounting surface of the toilet. Further, the insertion shaft-shaped member is provided at the base of the toilet seat device downward, and is inserted into the hollow chamber of the hollow shaft-shaped member so as to be able to move up and down from the opening to the hollow shaft-shaped member. As a result, the insertion shaft member and the hollow shaft member have a double shaft structure.
[0009]
Then, when performing cleaning between the base of the toilet seat device and the installation surface of the toilet, the insertion shaft member is raised with respect to the hollow shaft member. Then, the insertion shaft-shaped member is held at the raised position by the locking means. As a result, the base of the toilet seat device is held in a state of being lifted a predetermined distance from the installation surface of the toilet. In this state, a required gap is formed between the base of the toilet seat device and the installation surface of the toilet, so that the gap can be cleaned well. That is, it becomes easy to insert a cleaning tool such as a fingertip of a hand or a rag into a deep part of a gap between the installation surface of the toilet and the lower surface of the base of the toilet seat device, thereby facilitating cleaning. When cleaning is completed, the base of the toilet seat device is lowered and placed on the toilet mounting surface.
[0010]
Further, according to the toilet seat device of the present invention, while the base of the toilet seat device is lifted from the installation surface of the toilet as described above, the insertion shaft-shaped member projects downward, so that the insertion shaft-shaped member is The amount of protrusion is reduced. For this reason, when arranging mounted components in the base of the toilet seat device, the insertion shaft-shaped member is suppressed from restricting the degree of freedom of design. In particular, even when the base of the toilet seat device has mounting parts such as a hot water tank and a washing nozzle, when the mounting parts such as the hot water tank and the cleaning nozzle are arranged in the base of the toilet seat device, the insertion shaft-shaped member is mounted. Restrictions on the installation of the components are suppressed, and thus the degree of freedom in designing when arranging the mounted components is secured.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The toilet seat device includes a base and a toilet seat body rotatably held by the base. The base only needs to rotatably hold a toilet seat body on which a user sits, and can mount mounting components such as a hot water tank and a washing nozzle. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the insertion shaft-shaped member may be provided integrally with the base of the toilet seat device, or the insertion shaft-shaped member may be provided separately from the base of the toilet seat device. good. In the latter case, the base of the toilet seat device preferably has an attachment engaging portion. In this case, it is possible to adopt a mode in which the first attachment has the insertion shaft-like member, and the insertion attachment-like portion of the base engages the first attachment to hold the insertion shaft-like member on the base. The hollow shaft-shaped member may have a form penetrating in the length direction or a form having a bottom.
[0012]
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a form in which the insertion shaft-shaped member is provided to be foldable with respect to the base of the toilet seat device can be adopted. When the first attachment that can be engaged with the attachment engagement portion of the base of the toilet seat device is provided, a form in which the insertion shaft-shaped member is provided to be foldable with respect to the first attachment is employed. You can also. If the insertion shaft-like member is made foldable with respect to the base or the first attachment as described above, the insertion shaft-like member can be folded and stored in the base or the first attachment at the time of packing, installation work, or the like. The shape member can be prevented from being in the way. Therefore, it is advantageous in reducing the size of the package and the space required for the installation work.
[0013]
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is preferable that the insertion shaft-shaped member posture maintaining means for maintaining the posture of the insertion shaft-shaped member in the folded state and the upright state with respect to the accommodation portion of the first attachment is provided.
[0014]
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment in which the second attachment for holding the hollow shaft-shaped member is provided can be adopted. Further, the insertion shaft-shaped member has a concave or convex locked portion, and the locking means is provided on the second attachment so as to be removably engageable with the locked portion of the insertion shaft-shaped member. Can be adopted. The locking means may be in the form of a plate along the installation surface of the toilet. This is advantageous for downsizing.
[0015]

When the first attachment 5 is attached to the attachment engaging portion 34 of the base 30 as described above, as shown in FIG. 1, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is attached to the base plate forming the bottom of the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1. 30a will be integrally held.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, a second attachment 7 for holding a plurality (two) of hollow shaft-shaped members 6 is provided. The hollow shaft member 6 has a shaft hole-shaped hollow chamber 60 into which the insertion shaft member 4 can be inserted, and has an opening 62 on the upper surface so as to communicate with the hollow chamber 60. A male screw 63 is formed in a lower region of the hollow shaft-shaped member 6. The hollow chamber 60 penetrates vertically so that dust and the like do not accumulate. The pitch P3 of the plurality (two) of the hollow shaft-shaped members 6 is basically the same as the pitch P1 of the mounting holes 21. Similarly, the pitch P2 of the plurality of (two) insertion shaft-shaped members 4 is basically the same as the pitch P1 of the mounting holes 21.
[0021]
FIG. 7 shows the vicinity of the second attachment 7 in which a plurality (two) of hollow shaft-shaped members 6 are juxtaposed. The hollow shaft member 6 is integrally connected to the lower surface side of the second attachment 7 by a connecting means such as welding. The second attachment 7 has a plate shape extending along the width direction of the toilet 2. As shown in FIG. 7, the second attachment 7 includes a first plate 71 and a second plate 72 joined to face each other so as to form a fitting groove 7c, and a first plate 71 and a second plate 71. It has a mounting body 73 attached to one end of the two plate bodies 72 in the longitudinal direction by a mounting tool 73m. As shown in FIG. 7, the attachment body 73 has a slide groove 73a, a stroke positioning pin 73c provided in the slide groove 73a, and an urging member 73e formed by a coil spring. The urging member 73e is not limited to a coil spring, but may be another spring such as a leaf spring.
[0022]
Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the lock plate 8 functioning as a lock means slides in the slide groove 73a and the fitting groove 7c of the second attachment 7 in the arrow W1 direction (lock release direction) and the arrow W2 direction (lock direction). It is charged as possible. The directions of the arrows W1 and W2 are directions along the surface direction of the installation surface 20 of the toilet 2. As shown in FIG. 7, the lock plate 8 includes a long hole-shaped facing opening 80 that can face the opening 62 of the hollow shaft-shaped member 6, and a plurality (two) of locks formed at the edge of the facing opening 80. It has a claw 81, an operation portion 83 provided on one end side of the lock plate 8 and operable by a user, and a stroke positioning groove 84.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 7, when the lock plate 8 is fitted in the fitting groove 7c and the slide groove 73a of the second attachment 7, the urging member 73e moves the lock plate 8 in the direction of the arrow W2 (lock direction). ), One end 84a of the stroke determining groove 84 is engaged with the stroke positioning pin 73c, and the lock plate 8 is prevented from excessively moving in the direction of the arrow W2. It is prevented from falling off from the second attachment 7.
[0024]
As described above, since the lock plate 8 is urged by the urging member 73e in the direction of the arrow W2 (lock direction), the lock claw of the lock plate 8 is inserted into the opening 62 of the hollow shaft-shaped member 6 as shown in FIG. 81 is facing. When a user or the like presses the operation portion 83 of the lock plate 8 in the direction of the arrow W1 (lock release direction), the lock claw 81 of the lock plate 8 moves in the direction of the arrow W1 (lock release direction). With the retreat from the opening 62 of the member 6, the communication area between the facing opening 80 of the lock plate 8 and the opening 62 of the hollow shaft-shaped member 6 increases. As shown in FIG. 1, the lock plate 8 is disposed between the installation surface 20 of the toilet 2 and the base 30, and is a thin plate along the installation surface 20 of the toilet 2, and has a plate-like shape. Since it is built in the second attachment 7, it is advantageous to suppress the protrusion of the base 30 in the height direction.
When the toilet seat device 1 is installed on the installation surface 20 of the toilet 2, the operating portion 83 of the lock plate 8 is located on the side surface 1 t of the toilet seat device 1. It is exposed from the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1 so that it can be performed.
[0025]
Next, the case where the toilet seat device 1 according to the present embodiment is installed on the toilet 2 will be described. First, in FIG. 2, the hollow shaft-shaped member 6 of the second attachment 7 is inserted into the mounting hole 21 of the installation surface 20 of the toilet bowl 2 from above to below (in the direction of arrow Y3). Then, the female screw 68 of the nut member 67 is screwed to the male screw 63 below the hollow shaft-shaped member 6 exposed below the mounting hole 21 of the toilet 2. Thereby, the hollow shaft-shaped member 6 is fixedly installed on the installation surface 20 of the toilet 2 together with the second attachment 7. In this state, the opening 62 of the hollow shaft-shaped member 6 faces upward.
[0026]
Further, as described above, the first attachment 5 is detachably engaged with the attachment engagement portion 34 of the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1. Thereby, the base 30, the first attachment 5, and the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 of the toilet seat device 1 are integrated. At this time, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 projects downward substantially vertically with respect to the base 30 and the first attachment 5 of the toilet seat device 1 (see FIG. 1). When the first attachment 5 is attached to the base 30 as described above, the effect that the first attachment 5 reinforces the base plate 30a of the base 30 can be expected when the first attachment 5 is hard.
[0027]
After that, the insertion shaft member 4 of the first attachment 5 connected to the base 30 is disposed above the hollow shaft member 6, and the insertion shaft member 4 is inserted into the hollow chamber 60 from the opening 62 of the hollow shaft member 6. Insert it downward (in the direction of arrow Y1). When inserting the insertion shaft-shaped member 4, the operating portion 83 of the lock plate 8 may be pressed in the direction of the arrow W <b> 1 (lock release direction) so that the lower end of the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 does not collide with the lock claw 81. preferable. Thereby, the lock claw 81 of the lock plate 8 can be satisfactorily retracted from the opening 62 of the hollow shaft-shaped member 6. Then, when the pressing operation of the operation portion 83 of the lock plate 8 is released, the lock plate 8 moves together with the lock claw 81 in the arrow W2 direction (lock direction) by the urging force of the urging member 73e in the arrow W2 direction. As schematically shown in FIG. 9, the lock claw 81 of the lock plate 8 is locked by being locked in the locked groove 40c (40) on the upper side of the insertion shaft-shaped member 4.
[0028]
When the insertion shaft-like member 4 is locked by the lock claw 81 of the lock plate 8 as described above, the insertion shaft-like member 4 is fixed at a fixed height position in the hollow chamber 60 of the hollow shaft-like member 6, and is indicated by an arrow Y2. , Y1 direction. In this state, as shown in FIG. 9, the insertion shaft member 4 is disposed in the hollow chamber 60 of the hollow shaft member 6, and the insertion shaft member 4 and the hollow shaft member 6 have a double shaft structure. The second attachment 7 is arranged on the upper surface of the installation surface 20 of the toilet 2, and the base 30 is arranged above the second attachment 7. In this way, the toilet seat device 1 is installed on the installation surface 20 of the toilet 2. Thereby, the installation work of the toilet seat device 1 is basically completed. In the state where the installation is completed in this manner, the toilet lid 32 and the toilet seat main body 31 can be rotated in the vertical direction with respect to the base 30.
[0029]
Next, the case where the space between the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1 and the installation surface 20 of the toilet bowl 2 is cleaned will be described. In this case, the cleaner presses the operation unit 83 of the lock plate 8 in the direction of the arrow W1 (lock release direction). Thereby, the lock between the lock claw 81 of the lock plate 8 and the locked groove 40 of the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is released. When the lock is released in this manner, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4, that is, the base 30 having the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 can be lifted with respect to the hollow shaft-shaped member 6. In this state, when the cleaner lifts the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1, as shown in FIG. 10, together with the base 30 and the first attachment 5 of the toilet seat device 1, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 moves with respect to the hollow shaft-shaped member 6. And lifted upward (in the direction of arrow Y2). At this time, since the hollow shaft-shaped member 6 and the second attachment 7 are fixed to the toilet 2 by the nut member 67, they cannot be lifted.
[0030]
As described above, together with the base 30 and the first attachment 5, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is lifted upward (in the direction of arrow Y2) with respect to the hollow shaft-shaped member 6. Since the lock plate 8 is urged in the direction of the arrow W2 (lock direction) together with the lock claw 81 by the urging force in the direction (lock direction), the lock claw 81 of the lock plate 8 is inserted as shown in FIG. It is automatically locked by being locked in the locked groove 40a (40) on the lower side of the shaft-shaped member 4 or the locked groove 40b (40) at the intermediate position. As a result, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 and the first attachment 5 are maintained at their height positions, and are prevented from lowering naturally. Therefore, the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1 is maintained in a state of being lifted from the installation surface 20 of the toilet bowl 2. As a result, as shown in FIG. 10, the gap width of the gap K between the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1 and the installation surface 20 of the toilet 2 is increased. For this reason, it becomes easy to insert a cleaning tool such as a fingertip of a hand or a rag into the upper surface 20u of the installation surface 20 of the toilet bowl 2 and to the depth of the lower surface 30d of the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1. It becomes easy to clean the space between the toilet 2 and the installation surface 20. In particular, even in the case of a person with a large hand, a cleaning tool such as a hand or a rag can be inserted into the back, so that cleaning becomes easy.
[0031]
When the cleaning is completed, the operator presses the operation portion 83 of the lock plate 8 again in the direction of the arrow W1 (lock release direction). Thus, as described above, the lock between the lock claw 81 of the lock plate 8 and the locked groove 40 of the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is released, and the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 can be lowered in the arrow Y1 direction. Then, when the cleaner lowers the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is lowered together with the base 30 and the first attachment 5 in the direction of the arrow Y <b> 1, into the hollow chamber 60 of the hollow shaft-shaped member 6. Enter further. At this time, since the hollow shaft-shaped member 6 is fixed to the toilet bowl 2 by the nut member 67, it does not move.
[0032]
As described above, when the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is lowered together with the base 30 and the first attachment 5 in the direction of the arrow Y1, the urging force of the urging member 73e in the direction of the arrow W2 causes the lock plate 8 to move together with the lock claw 81. Since it is urged in the direction of the arrow W2 (locking direction), the lock claw 81 of the lock plate 8 is locked in the locked groove 40 (40c) on the upper side of the insertion shaft member 4, and the insertion shaft member 4 is automatically turned. Locked.
[0033]
As described above, even when the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1 is lifted from the installation surface 20 of the toilet bowl 2 during cleaning, the shaft of the double shaft structure portion of the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 and the hollow shaft-shaped member 6 is formed. Although the length is shortened, the insertion shaft member 4 is inserted into the hollow chamber 60 of the hollow shaft member 6, and the double shaft structure is maintained. For this reason, when the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1 is lowered again at the end of cleaning, the insertion shaft member 4 is maintained in the state of being inserted into the hollow shaft member 6. Performs a guiding action, the displacement of the base 30 is suppressed, and the lowering operation of the base 30 can be easily performed. Therefore, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 can also function as a guide shaft for suppressing the displacement of the base 30.
[0034]
As described above, since the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 projects downward so as to be inserted into the hollow chamber 60 of the hollow shaft-shaped member 6, unlike the above-described prior art, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 has the toilet seat device. It is possible to suppress a significant amount of upward projection in the accommodation room 30 w of the first base 30. Therefore, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 does not become an obstacle in the accommodation room 30 w of the base 30, and the mounting parts such as the washing nozzle and the hot water tank related to the function of the toilet seat device 1 are arranged in the accommodation room 30 w of the base 30. In addition, it is possible to provide the toilet seat device 1 in which the mounted components cannot be arranged at the optimum positions, and which is advantageous in securing the degree of freedom of design in the base 30.
[0035]
The pitch P1 (see FIG. 2) of the mounting holes 21 of the toilet 2 is generally specified by a standard (JIS standard). Therefore, if the pitch P3 of the plurality (two) of the hollow shaft members 6 and the pitch P2 of the plurality (two) of the insertion shaft members 4 are matched with the pitch P1 of the mounting holes 21 of the toilet 2, the pitch P3 can be adjusted. Even if the type of the toilet seat device 1 is different depending on the manufacturer, if the first attachment 5 is set so that the first attachment 5 can be attached to the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1, it is provided by each manufacturer. The lifting function and the cleaning function according to the device of the present invention can be applied to various toilet seat devices 1, and versatility can be improved.
[0036]
As described above, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is provided so as to be foldable with respect to the first attachment 5, and the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is arranged along the first attachment 5 so as to be substantially parallel to the first attachment 5. It is folded and accommodated in the accommodating portion 50 of the first attachment 5, which is advantageous for downsizing at the time of packing and downsizing at the time of installation work. Hereinafter, the folded structure will be described with reference to FIGS. That is, as shown in FIG. 11, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 having the shaft core 4k is provided in the housing portion 50 of the first attachment 5 by the shaft-shaped rotating portion 4x in the direction of the arrow R1 around the rotating portion 4x. (Folding direction) and pivotable in the direction of arrow R2 (standing direction). Further, a fixing pin 51 protruding toward the accommodation portion 50 of the first attachment 5 is provided on the first attachment 5 so as to be able to retract. As shown in FIG. 11, when the insertion shaft member 4 is housed in the housing portion 50 of the first attachment 5, the insertion shaft member 4 is locked or received on the inner surface 50 i of the housing portion 50.
[0037]
The fixing pin 51 is fitted and held by the concave pin holder 52 of the first attachment 5, and is urged by a second urging member (coil spring) 54 in a protruding direction (the direction of the arrow S3). . The fixing pin 51 can move in the retreating direction (the direction of the arrow S4) and retreat to the concave pin holder 52 while resisting the urging force of the second urging member 54.
[0038]
As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the first engagement surface 44 having an inclined surface and the second engagement surface 45 having an inclined surface sandwich the vertex portion 46 on the pivot portion side of the insertion shaft-shaped member 4. Thus, the cross section is formed in a substantially triangular mountain shape. When the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is rotated in the direction of arrow R1 and folded into the housing portion 50 of the first attachment 5, as shown in FIG. The distal end of the fixing pin 51 presses against the surface 44, thereby maintaining the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 in the accommodation portion 50 in a folded state. In addition, the insertion pin-shaped member 4 is prevented from rotating unexpectedly by the pressing action of the fixing pin 51.
[0039]
On the other hand, when the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is turned in the direction of the arrow R2 and rises from the accommodating portion 50 of the first attachment 5, and is substantially perpendicular to the first attachment 5, FIG. As shown, the tip of the fixing pin 51 presses the inclined second engagement surface 45 of the insertion shaft-shaped member 4, thereby maintaining the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 in an upright state.
[0040]
According to the present embodiment, the fixing pin 51 serves as an insertion shaft-like member posture maintaining means for maintaining the posture of the insertion shaft-like member 4 in the folded state and the upright state with respect to the housing portion 50 of the first attachment 5. Can work.
When rotating the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 in the directions of the arrows R1 and R2, the fixing pin 51 moves in the retreating direction (the direction of the arrow S4) while resisting the urging force of the second urging member 54, so that the rotation is hindered. Does not.
[0041]
Since the first engagement surface 44 and the second engagement surface 45 are formed on the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 as described above, the first engagement surface 44 and the second engagement surface 45 are the first engagement surface. The taper of the first engagement surface 44 and the second engagement surface 45 becomes gentler than the virtual arc M1 when the 44 and the second engagement surface 45 are not formed (see FIGS. 13 and 14). Therefore, when the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is rotated in the folding direction (the direction of the arrow R1) and the upright direction (the direction of the arrow R2), the fixing pin 51 is easily formed by the first engagement surface 44 and the second engagement surface 45. It can be displaced in the retracting direction (the direction of arrow S4).
[0042]
(Other)
According to the above-described embodiment, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is integrally provided on the first attachment 5, and the first attachment 5 is attached to the base 30, so that the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 is attached to the base 30 of the toilet seat device 1. Although the system provided integrally is adopted, the present invention is not limited to this, and the first attachment 5 may be omitted and the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 may be directly provided integrally with the base 30. In this case, the insertion shaft-shaped member 4 may be provided on the bottom of the base 30 so as to face vertically downward. According to the above-described embodiment, the toilet seat device 1 having the local washing function having the hot water tank and the washing nozzle 30p is applied. However, the present invention is not limited to this. 1 can also be applied. Further, the present invention can be applied to a toilet seat device having neither a local cleaning function nor a heating toilet seat function. The lock means is formed by the lock plate 8, but is not limited to this, and may have a structure other than the plate. In addition, the present invention is not limited to only the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented with appropriate modifications without departing from the gist.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the shaft-shaped member from protruding upward by a considerable amount in the base of the toilet seat device, and dispose the mounting components related to the function of the toilet seat device in the base. In doing so, it is possible to provide a toilet seat device that is advantageous in ensuring a degree of freedom in design.
