Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of a ooting rail in a pinball game machine.
SOLUTION: In the pinball game machine, a game ball which leaves a ball supplier 53 and falls onto a ball mounting member 57 of a supporting body 51 is shooted by a ball shooting hammer 41, jumps out of the supporting body 51, jumps over the upper part of a foul ball guiding rib 32 and lands on the lower end part of an outer rail 23. Further, in the pinball game machine, it travels along the outer rail 23, passes through a non-return piece 27 and jumps into a game area 24. Thus, since there is no member equivalent to the shooting rail between the ball mounting member 57 and the outer rail 23 and a distance between the ball mounting member 57 and the outer rail 23 can be increased, a foul ball is surely eliminated by the space. Also, since there is not need of providing a guiding member (e.g. shooting rail) for guiding the shooted game ball, the number of components can be reduced.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to the technical field of ball and ball game machines.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A ball game machine requires a launching device for shooting game balls, a rail for guiding the shot game balls to a game area, and the like.
In a conventional ball game machine, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent No. 2873820 (Patent Document 1), a game ball placed on the end of a firing rail (a firing band 16 in Patent Document 1) is hit with a hitting punch. The game ball hit and fired, runs on the firing rail, and then jumps out is guided by the guide rail (the guide band 12 in Patent Literature 1) and jumps into the game area.
[0003]
It should be noted that the firing rail and the guide rail may be formed as a series, but a game ball (a foul ball) may be generated, but the ball may be returned without being able to reach the game area. In order to prevent the return of the ball, the firing rail and the guide rail are separated from each other to provide a foul ball discharge path.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2873820 [0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is natural and common sense to provide a launch rail in a conventional ball game machine. However, the inventor has studied in detail the behavior of a game ball hit and fired by a hitting ball punch and found that the trajectory of the game ball does not become unstable without running on the firing rail, and the present invention completed.
[0006]
Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention
The game machine according to claim 1 receives the game ball discharged from the ball supply device and distributes the ball between the ball mounting member and the ball mounting member, which is guided downward on the inclined surface, with an interval at which the game ball cannot pass. A support body comprising a ball stopping member for holding the game ball which has been guided downward and held at the firing position, and a reciprocally displaceable forward and backward reversible so that the game ball placed at the firing position at the time of forward movement is hit by a punch tip. A ball hammer, driving means for reciprocatingly driving the ball hammer, and an outer rail for guiding a game ball, which has been released from the bearing body by being hit by the ball hammer, toward a game area, the ball mounting member comprising: A guide member for guiding a game ball hit by the hitting mallet to the outer rail is not provided between the outer rail and the outer rail.
[0007]
Since there is no guide member (for example, a launch rail) for guiding a game ball hit by a hitting hammer toward the outer rail between the ball mounting member and the outer rail, the ball mounting member and the outer rail are not provided. And the space distance formed between them can be increased. For example, the space can reliably eliminate the foul sphere.
[0008]
If the game ball on the support is accurately hit with sufficient strength, the hit game ball flies toward the outer rail even if it is not guided by a guide member (for example, a launch rail). Lands well and runs on the outer rail. That is, it is not necessary to provide a guide member (for example, a launch rail) for guiding a hit game ball.
[0009]
The ball mounting member that constitutes the support body does not have a role of guiding the hit game ball, and it is only necessary to be able to place the game ball discharged from the ball supply device. The minimum value of (width) may be as large as the diameter of the game ball.
However, the game ball discharged from the ball supply device does not always fall exactly to one point, and sometimes bouncing. Therefore, it is preferable that the length is about 2 to 3 times the diameter of the game ball. . On the other hand, as with the conventional firing rail, the width is enough to slightly exceed the diameter of the game ball, because placing the other members on the side prevents the game ball from falling from the side. is there.
[0010]
Since the ball stopping member only needs to be able to prevent the game ball from dropping from the ball mounting member and stop at the firing position, for example, a pin size is sufficient, but such as a synthetic rubber containing a low rebound elastomer. It is more preferable to use a member for suppressing the bounce of the game ball. However, since the game balls discharged from the ball supply device may bounce, it is preferable to have a height at which the bounced game balls cannot jump (for example, a height of about 2 to 3 times the diameter of the game balls).
[0011]
The hitting hammer is driven by the driving means to move forward and backward, reciprocally displaces, and if the game ball placed at the firing position can be ejected by the punch tip at the time of forward movement, there is no particular limitation on its configuration, including the driving means. Absent.
However, if the hitting hammer is configured to reciprocate around a rotation axis disposed above the ball mounting member as described in claim 2, the game ball at the firing position is pendulum. Since the ball can be hit with a hammer that moves like a ball (so that the direction of action of force at the contact point between the game ball and the tip of the ball does not intersect with the mounting surface of the ball mounting member), a guide member (e.g., a firing rail) It is suitable for a configuration that does not include Similarly, even with a ball striking hammer configured to reciprocate around a plunger-type solenoid or a rotating shaft disposed below the ball mounting member, a game ball can be launched with a ball hammer. It may be used if it is arranged at a position.
[0012]
The ball game machine according to claim 3 is the ball game machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the ball supply device, the support body, the hitting hammer (including the rotating shaft in the configuration of claim 2), Since the transmission means driven by the driving means and the hitting hammer that moves backward and drives the ball supply device is attached to a single base plate to form a unit, the positions and dimensional relationships between these components are extremely accurate. Can be. This allows for more accurate hitting and firing. Further, since the unit is formed in this manner, the state of rebound can be easily checked only by the unit without performing the operation of assembling the game machine, and the mounting operation in assembling the ball game machine becomes easy and accurate. .
[0013]
The ball game machine according to claim 4 is the ball game machine according to claim 3,
The ball supply device is provided for each reciprocation of the cutting member which reciprocates between an intake position for taking in game balls from a supply path and a discharge position for discharging the taken game balls but stopping the game balls on the supply path. A structure for discharging one game ball onto the ball mounting member,
When the transmission member is driven and displaced by the retreating hitting hammer, the transmitting member displaces the cut-off member from the delivery position to the receiving position, and a driving force is exerted by the retreating hitting hammer. When it disappears, the cut-off member is allowed to be displaced from the take-in position to the delivery position, and is displaced to the maximum value in proportion to the retreat displacement amount of the hitting hammer in the first half of the driven displacement, but the displacement is maximum. After reaching the value, the displacement amount does not change even if the backward displacement amount of the hitting hammer increases.
[0014]
In the ball supply device, the structure that discharges one game ball per reciprocation of the cut-off member that reciprocates between the intake position and the discharge position and the transmission member are driven by the hitting hammer to be driven and displaced. A structure is known in which the cutting member is displaced from the delivery position to the receiving position, and when the driving force of the hitting hammer is no longer exerted, the cutting member is displaced from the receiving position to the delivery position.
[0015]
However, the transmission member is displaced to the maximum value in proportion to the retreat displacement amount of the hitting hammer in the first half of the driven displacement, but after the displacement reaches the maximum value, even if the retreat displacement amount of the hitting hammer increases. The point that the displacement does not change is novel.
The displacement amount of the transmission member follows the backward displacement amount of the hitting hammer until it reaches the maximum value, and does not change without following it after reaching the maximum value, so that the cut-off member at the intake position is stabilized. . Further, the displacement range of the cutoff member can be reduced, which leads to downsizing of the ball supply device.
[0016]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the ball game machine according to the fourth aspect, the ball supply device includes a ball-pulling operation member operable by a player and a ball-pulling operation member. And a ball-pulling member that changes to a ball-pulling-out position that allows the game balls held in the supply path by the cut-off member at the sending position to flow out to a lower plate discharge port that leads to the lower plate. By operating the ball removing operation member, all the game balls stopped in the supply path by the passage member can be discharged to the lower plate, and the game balls do not remain in the ball supply device.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to examples of the present invention. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and it goes without saying that various embodiments can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0018]
【Example】
FIG. 1 shows a pachinko machine 10, which is a ball and ball game machine, with its front frame (glass plate holding frame), upper plate, lower plate, firing handle, and other front structures removed to expose the game board 20 and the firing device 30. FIG.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 1, an inner rail 22 and an outer rail 23 are attached to a game board 20 held by a middle frame 21, and a substantially circular area surrounded by them is a game area 24. The game area 24 is provided with a winning device, a windmill, a nail, and the like (these are well known and are not shown), and an out hole 25 is opened at the bottom.
[0020]
The inner rail 22 and the outer rail 23 are metal strips similarly to a known pachinko machine, but the lower end of the outer rail 23 of the present embodiment is interrupted near the lower left corner of the game board 20, and the It is different from the conventional outer rail in that it does not reach the lower side.
[0021]
The launching device 30 (details will be described later) is attached to a launching device support 31 provided in the middle frame 21.
The launching device support 31 is provided with a foul ball guiding rib 32, and a foul passage 33 is opened at a lower portion thereof. Further, an auxiliary rib 26 is arranged between the foul ball guiding rib 32 and the lower end of the outer rail 23. The hole opened to the launching device support portion 31 below the auxiliary rib 26 is a prize ball discharge port 34 for guiding the prize ball to the upper plate.
[0022]
The game ball fired by the firing device 30 travels along the outer rail 23 and jumps out into the game area 24 by elastically deforming the check piece 27 usually attached to the tip of the inner rail 22. The game balls that have passed through the check pieces 27 do not return from the game area 24, but some of the many game balls cannot reach the game area 24 and become foul balls.
[0023]
The foul ball falls along the outer rail 23, and a foul ball guide rib 32 is waiting at the drop destination to guide the foul ball to the foul passage 33. The game ball that has flowed into the foul passage 33 is discharged to the lower plate via a path not shown.
As shown in FIG. 2, the launching apparatus 30 includes a driving mechanism 47 for driving the hitting hammer 41 through a single base plate 40, a motor 43 serving as a driving source, a shaft 45, and an operation shaft 49a. An adjustment mechanism 49 for transmitting a rotation amount of a firing handle (not shown) connected to the drive mechanism 47 to a driving mechanism 47, a support body 51 on which a game ball hit by the hitting hammer 41 is placed, and a game ball on the support body 51 And a transmission member 55 for transmitting the driving force of the hitting hammer 41 to the ball supply device 53 and the like.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 3, the support body 51 includes a ball mounting member 57 that is inclined downward to the right in the figure (the inclination angle is about 49 degrees), a ball stopper member 59 that is arranged along the vertical direction, It is composed of a board portion 61 and the like connecting them, and is fixed to the base plate 40 with screws. The ball placing member 57 receives the game ball discharged from the ball supply device 53 on the upper surface 57a (inclined surface), and guides the ball down by the inclination. The game ball that has moved on the upper surface 57a is stopped by being prevented from moving by being brought into contact with the ball stopping member 59 (set to the firing position).
[0025]
A punch 63 of a coil spring is attached to the tip of the hitting hammer 41. The ball-hitting hammer 41 is pivotally supported by a base plate 40 via a shaft 45 serving as a rotation axis, and is capable of reciprocating in a pendulum about the shaft 45. The axis of the punch 63 is along the tangent of an arc centered on the shaft 45.
[0026]
The hitting hammer 41 is urged in a forward direction (clockwise in FIG. 3) by a striking spring (not shown) built in a driving mechanism 47 (see FIG. 2). The advance limit is defined by a rubber mallet stopper 65 attached to the plate 40. When the motor 43 is operating, the drive mechanism 47 transmits the rotational force of the motor 43 to the shaft 45 of the hitting hammer 41 to displace the hitting hammer 41 in the backward direction (counterclockwise in FIG. 3). Repeat releasing. The hitting hammer 41 released from the backward displacement is displaced forward by the urging force of the hitting spring, and the punch 63 enters between the ball mounting member 57 and the ball stopping member 59 to hit the game ball at the firing position.
[0027]
The driving arm 67 for driving the transmission member 55 at the time of the backward displacement is attached to the hitting hammer 41. A pin 69 stands upright at the tip of the drive arm 67, and the pin 69 contacts the upper surface of the lever 71 of the transmission member 55.
The lever 71 has a base 74 extending in the radial direction of a support shaft 73 that supports the transmission member 55, a linear straight portion 76 bent in a V shape from the base 74, and a tip of the straight portion 76. An arc-shaped arc portion 78 connected to the side is formed.
[0028]
The support shaft 73 is attached to the base plate 40, and the transmission member 55 is rotatable about the support shaft 73.
A weight 79 is attached to a portion opposite to the lever 71 with the support shaft 73 interposed therebetween, and a contact piece 81 is provided at a tip of the weight 79. The weight 79 is sufficiently heavier than the lever 71, and when only gravity is acting, the weight 79 drops and the lever 71 rises.
[0029]
When the hammer 41 is displaced backward by the rotational force of the motor 43, first, as shown in FIG. 4A, the pin 69 of the drive arm 67 contacts the straight portion 76 and pushes the lever 71. 71 (the transmission member 55) is displaced clockwise and the contact piece 81 is raised.
[0030]
When the backward displacement of the hitting hammer 41 continues, the pin 69 comes off the straight portion 76 and comes into contact with the arc portion 78 as shown in FIG. Since the arc portion 78 has a shape matching the locus (arc) of the pin 69 centered on the shaft 45, even if the contact position between the pin 69 and the arc portion 78 changes (FIG. 4C), the pin 69 Does not depress the lever 71 any further. That is, the displacement of the transmission member 55 does not change in a range where the pin 69 is in contact with the arc portion 78.
[0031]
When the hammer 41 is released from the backward drive by the driving mechanism 47 and is displaced forward, the force exerted on the lever 71 by the pin 69 is also released, so that the lever 71 (the transmission member 55) is displaced counterclockwise. Then, the contact piece 81 descends.
As described above, the contact piece 81 moves up and down with the retreat and advance of the hitting mallet 41. The movement of the contact piece 81 becomes the driving force of the ball supply device 53.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 5, a ball passage 85 corresponding to a supply path is provided inside the ball supply device 53. Game balls flow into the upper end (entrance) of the ball passage 85 from the upper plate.
The ball passage 85 is provided with a ball removing member 87. The ring portion 95 of the ball removing operation member 93 is engaged with the engaging pin 91 of the ball removing member 87, and the ball removing operation member 93 is urged upward by a spring 97. For this reason, the tip of the ball removing member 87 normally enters the ball passage 85, and prevents the game ball from flowing out to the lower plate discharge port 89 at the lower end (FIG. 5A). However, when the ball removing operation member 93 is pushed down, the ball removing member 87 retreats from the ball passage 85, so that the game balls in the ball passage 85 flow out from the lower plate discharge port 89 (FIG. 5B).
[0033]
With such a structure, when the player pushes down the ball removing operation member 93, all the game balls in the ball passage 85 can be discharged to the lower plate, and the game balls do not remain in the ball supply device 53.
Further, the ball supply device 53 includes a passage member 101.
The passage member 101 is attached to the ball supply device 53 by a support shaft 102, and can swing about the support shaft 102. A ball feed crank 103 is attached to the passage member 101 below the support shaft 102.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 6, the passage member 101 is an L-shaped member having a standby pocket 105. As shown in FIG. 6B, when the cut-off member 101 is standing (delivery position), the game ball in the ball passage 85 is stopped by the cut-off member 101. On the other hand, when the cut-off member 101 is tilted as shown in FIG. 6A (intake position), only one game ball in the ball passage 85 is taken into the standby pocket 105 of the cut-off member 101. Then, when the cut-off member 101 returns to the delivery position (FIG. 6B), the game ball in the standby pocket 105 separates from the standby pocket 105 and falls on the ball placing member 57 through the supply port 107.
[0035]
As described above, the operation of the cut-off member 101 is the driving force of the movement of the contact piece 81 accompanying the retreat and advance of the ball-hitting hammer 41.
That is, as shown in FIG. 6A, when the transmission member 55 is displaced clockwise when the ball hammer 41 is retracted, the contact piece 81 pushes up the ball feed crank 103 to move the cut-off member 101 from the delivery position. Change to the intake position. Then, when the transmission member 55 is displaced in the counterclockwise direction with the advance of the hammer 41, the contact piece 81 that has pushed up the ball feed crank 103 descends, so that the cutoff member 101 changes from the intake position to the delivery position. I do.
[0036]
The displacement amount of the transmission member 55 when the hitting hammer 41 retreats is displaced to the maximum value in the previous period (when the pin 69 is in contact with the straight portion 76) in proportion to the retreating displacement amount of the hitting hammer 41. After the displacement reaches the maximum value at the time when the pin 69 moves from the straight portion 76 to the arc portion 78, since the displacement does not change even if the retreat displacement of the hitting hammer 41 increases, the cut-off member at the take-in position is not changed. Stabilize 101. Further, since the displacement range of the cut-off member 101 can be reduced, the ball supply device 53 can be downsized.
[0037]
The game ball that has detached from the standby pocket 105 of the passage member 101 and has fallen on the ball placing member 57 is hit by the hitting hammer 41 as described with reference to FIGS. The hit game ball jumps out of the support body 51 as shown in FIG. 1, jumps over the foul ball guide rib 32, and lands on the lower end of the outer rail 23. Then, it travels along the outer rail 23, passes through the check piece 27, and jumps into the game area 24.
[0038]
Since a guide member corresponding to a so-called firing rail is not provided between the ball mounting member 57 and the outer rail 23, a spatial distance formed between the ball mounting member 57 and the outer rail 23 can be increased. For example, the space can reliably eliminate the foul sphere.
If the game ball on the support body 51 is accurately hit with sufficient strength, the hit game ball flies toward the outer rail 23 even if it is not guided by a guide member (for example, a launch rail). The vehicle lands well on the rail 23 and travels on the outer rail 23. That is, it is not necessary to provide a guide member (for example, a launch rail) for guiding a hit game ball. That is, the number of parts can be reduced.
[0039]
The ball mounting member 57 constituting the support body 51 does not have a role of guiding the hit game ball, and it is sufficient if the game ball discharged from the ball supply device 53 can be placed thereon. The minimum value of (length, width) may be as large as the diameter of the game ball. That is, miniaturization of components is possible.
[0040]
In addition, the hammer 41 swings back and forth around a shaft 45 disposed above the ball mounting member 57, and hits the game ball at the launch position so as to be launched by the hammer 41 that moves in a pendulum shape. Therefore, it is suitable for a configuration that does not include a guide member (for example, a firing rail).
[0041]
Further, as for the launching device 30, the ball supply device 53, the support body 51, the hitting hammer 41, the shaft 45, the motor 43 constituting the driving means, the driving mechanism 47, the transmission member 55, etc. are attached to one base plate 40. Since they are unitized, the positions, dimensional relationships, and the like of these components can be made extremely accurate. This allows for more accurate hitting and firing. Further, since the unit is formed as described above, the mounting operation in assembling the pachinko machine 10 is also easy and accurate.
[0042]
As described above, the embodiments of the present invention have been described according to the examples. However, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to such examples, and can be variously implemented without departing from the gist of the present invention.
