【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、通話先の移動電話端末の通話者に対して、所定の操作を行うように通話元から誘導する操作誘導方法、移動電話端末及びプログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
現在提供されているディジタル携帯電話端末等の移動電話端末は、通話以外の多彩な機能を備えている。例えば、移動電話端末は、楽曲や動画像等の再生や、これら楽曲等を通話中に受信して、再生することができる。

このような移動電話端末の通話者は、利用可能な多彩な機能の中から所望の機能を選択したり、設定したりする必要があるが、限られた数の操作キーを用いて操作を行わなければならず、その内容は複雑化している。

そこで、通話者が所望の機能を選択したり、設定したりする際に、操作キーに組み込まれているLEDを用いて、押下が有効な操作キーのみを点灯させ、選択可能な操作キーを通話者に対して案内する移動電話端末が、発明されている(特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述した移動電話端末は、選択可能な操作キーを通話者に対して案内するものであるため、通話者に特定の機能を選択させたり、設定させたりするように誘導することはできないという問題があった。

特に、第3世代のディジタル携帯電話システムでは、移動電話端末に格納されている特定のアプリケーションプログラムを通話時に動作させることが必要な場合があり、通話先の通話者は、当該アプリケーションプログラムを選択したり、設定したりする操作を行うことが必要となる。

また、通話元の通話者から、特定のアプリケーションプログラムを使用する通話に先立って、通話先の通話者に対して、当該アプリケーションプログラムを設定するよう通知したとしても、上述したように移動電話端末の操作の内容が複雑化していることから、通話先の通話者は、当該アプリケーションプログラムを設定するために必要な操作を円滑に行うことができない場合がある。

そこで、本発明は、このような点に鑑みてなされたもので、通話先の移動電話端末の通話者が必要な操作を行うように通話元から誘導することができる操作誘導方法、移動電話端末及びプログラムを提供することをその目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述した課題を解決するため、本発明は、次のような特徴を有している。まず、本発明の第1の特徴は、第1の移動電話端末から、第2の移動電話端末(すなわち、通話先の移動電話端末)の通話者に対して所定の操作を行うように誘導する操作誘導方法であって、前記第1の移動電話端末が、前記第2の移動電話端末の通話者に対して、前記所定の操作を行うように誘導する操作誘導情報を生成して送信するステップと、前記第2の移動電話端末が、受信した前記操作誘導情報に基づいて、前記通話者に対して前記必要な操作を行うように誘導するステップとを有することを要旨とする。

本発明の実施形態について図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る移動電話端末を含む全体構成図である。
