Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a numerical control device and a numerical control method for numerically controlling a machine tool.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When performing die machining using a program in which a free curve is converted into point cloud data, criteria for determining whether or not the machining result is good include smoothness of the machining surface, accuracy of the machining surface, and machining time.
[0003]
Of these, the smoothness of the machined surface and the accuracy of the machined surface are in a conflicting relationship. In other words, if accurate straight cutting is performed between the points, highly accurate machining is realized, but the degree of smoothness on the machined surface is reduced. On the other hand, if processing is performed so as to have a smooth surface (for example, an arc), for example, the coordinates of each point group fluctuate, and the precision of cutting decreases.
[0004]
On the other hand, among the smoothness of the processing surface, the accuracy of the processing surface, and the processing time, the processing time has an opposite relationship with the smoothness of the processing surface and the accuracy of the processing surface. That is, if the processing speed is increased in order to shorten the processing time, for example, the precision of the processing is reduced due to mechanical vibration or a delay in following the servo system, and the degree of smoothness is reduced due to the mechanical vibration.
[0005]
Which of the above three items (accuracy of the processing surface, smoothness of the processing surface, processing speed) is to be prioritized often differs depending on the processing location even in one workpiece. This will be specifically described with reference to FIG.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, even in one processing, although the requested content can be changed to the processing location, it is not possible to read what is required from the conventional NC program.
[0012]
Therefore, the numerical control device performs processing by performing shape recognition or the like on the basis of the given point cloud data.
[0013]
However, this cannot be said to be a process that sufficiently satisfies the customer's requirements.
[0014]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a numerical control device and a numerical control method capable of performing processing in accordance with required contents.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first numerical control device according to the present invention is configured to execute the processing surface quality information and the processing from a processing program including a processing path using a plurality of minute linear blocks and processing surface quality information including smoothness-oriented information or accuracy-oriented information. An analysis unit that extracts the minute linear block group to which the surface quality information is applied, and determines the content of the processed surface quality information. If the processed surface quality information is the smoothness-oriented information, the extracted A curve calculating unit that calculates a smooth curve approximating the minute linear block group, and determines the content of the processed surface quality information, and when the processed surface quality information is the smoothness-oriented information, Sequentially outputs curve interpolation data for performing machining along the line, while, when the machining surface quality information is the accuracy-oriented information, the distance between the start point and the end point of the minute linear block is Characterized in that it comprises an interpolation section for outputting a linear interpolation data line interpolation sequentially, the.
[0016]
The smooth curve may pass through a start point and an end point of the minute linear block. The smooth curve is, for example, an arc or a curve according to a predetermined function. The minute linear block is, for example, a linear interpolation command.
[0017]
The first numerical control device receives the processed surface quality information, and, when determining that the received processed surface quality information is the accuracy-oriented information, each of the minute linear blocks to which the accuracy-oriented information is applied. For each of the fine straight line blocks to which the smoothness-oriented information is applied, when it is determined that the processed surface quality information is the smoothness-oriented information. The apparatus further includes an allowable speed calculation unit that calculates a second allowable speed, wherein the interpolation unit sequentially outputs the curve interpolation data and the linear interpolation data so as not to exceed the first and second allowable speeds. May be configured.
[0018]
The second numerical control device according to the present invention is configured such that the machining surface quality information and the machining surface are obtained from a machining program including a machining path formed by a plurality of minute linear blocks and machining surface quality information including accuracy-oriented information or speed-oriented information. An analysis unit for extracting the fine straight line block group to which the quality information is applied, and the content of the processed surface quality information is determined. If the processed surface quality information is the accuracy-oriented information, the analysis unit corresponds to the fine linear block. A first permissible speed is calculated as the permissible speed, and when it is determined that the processed surface quality information is the speed-oriented information, the permissible speed corresponding to the minute linear block is lower than the first permissible speed. An allowable speed calculation unit for calculating a large second allowable speed.
[0019]
In the second numerical control device, when the permissible speed calculation unit determines that the processing surface quality information is speed-oriented information, the permissible speed calculation unit performs the same processing for each of the minute linear blocks to which the speed-oriented information is applied. The second allowable speed may be calculated.
[0020]
The third numerical controller according to the present invention is configured to execute the machining surface quality from a machining program including a machining path formed by a plurality of minute linear blocks and machining surface quality information including smoothness-oriented information, accuracy-oriented information, or speed-oriented information. An analysis unit that extracts the minute linear block group to which the information and the processed surface quality information are applied, and determines the content of the processed surface quality information, and when the processed surface quality information is the smoothness-oriented information, A curve calculation unit that calculates a smooth curve approximating the extracted minute linear block group, and determines the content of the processed surface quality information, and the processed surface quality information is determined by the accuracy-oriented information or the smoothness-based information. In some cases, the first or second allowable speed is calculated as the allowable speed corresponding to the minute linear block, while the processed surface quality information is the speed-oriented information. If it is determined that the permissible speed is greater than the first and second permissible speeds as the permissible speed corresponding to the minute linear block, an allowable speed calculating unit that calculates a third permissible speed; Judging the contents, and when the processed surface quality information is the accuracy-oriented information, sequentially outputs linear interpolation data for linearly interpolating between the starting point and the ending point of the minute linear block so as not to exceed the first allowable speed. If the processed surface quality information is the smoothness-oriented information, curve interpolation data for performing processing along the smooth curve is sequentially output so as not to exceed the second allowable speed, and When the processing surface quality information is the speed-oriented information, interpolation data for linear interpolation or curve interpolation between the start point and the end point of the minute linear block is sequentially processed so as not to exceed the third allowable speed. Characterized in that it comprises a interpolation unit to output.
[0021]
In the third numerical control device, when the processed surface quality information is the speed-oriented information, the curve calculation unit calculates an arc approximating the extracted minute linear block group, and calculates the allowable speed. The unit calculates the same as the third permissible speed corresponding to each of the minute linear blocks, and the interpolating unit follows the circular arc when the machining surface quality information is the speed-oriented information. It may be configured to sequentially output the curve interpolation data for performing the modified processing so as not to exceed the third allowable speed.
[0022]
According to a first numerical control method of the present invention, the machining surface quality information and the machining surface are obtained from a machining program including a machining path using a plurality of minute linear blocks and machining surface quality information including smoothness-oriented information or accuracy-oriented information. The minute linear block group to which the quality information is applied is extracted, and the content of the processed surface quality information is determined. If the processed surface quality information is the smoothness-oriented information, the smoothness-oriented information is applied. Calculating a smooth curve approximating the group of minute linear blocks, and sequentially outputting curve interpolation data for performing processing along the calculated smooth curve. When the information is information, linear interpolation data for linearly interpolating between the start point and the end point of each of the minute linear blocks to which the accuracy-oriented information is applied is sequentially output. That.
[0023]
According to a second numerical control method of the present invention, the machining surface quality information and the machining surface quality are obtained from a machining program including a machining path formed by a plurality of minute linear blocks and machining surface quality information including accuracy-oriented information or speed-oriented information. Extracting the minute linear block group to which the information is applied, determining the content of the processed surface quality information, and when the processed surface quality information is the accuracy-oriented information, A first permissible speed is calculated for each of the minute linear blocks, and when the processing surface quality information is the speed-oriented information, the first allowable speed is calculated for each of the minute linear blocks to which the accuracy-oriented information is applied. It is characterized in that a second allowable speed larger than the allowable speed is calculated.
[0024]
In the second numerical control method, when the processing surface quality information is the speed-oriented information, it is preferable that the same second allowable speed is calculated for each of the minute linear blocks.

[0088]
Next, a description will be given by comparing examples in which processing is performed with emphasis on accuracy, smoothness, and speed in accordance with a predetermined command path.
[0089]
FIG. 5A is a diagram illustrating a predetermined command path.
[0090]
As shown in FIG. 5A, this command path is formed from, for example, seven linear interpolation commands, and the target points of each command are target points t1 to t7, respectively. In the figure, t0 is a starting point. It is assumed that the cutting tool has stopped at the starting point t0. Further, t7 is an end point. At the end point (target point) t7, the cutting tool stops. It is assumed that the command feed speed (see “F5000” in FIG. 2) in each linear interpolation command is the same.
[0091]
FIG. 5B-1 is a diagram showing an actual feed speed and an actual path when processing is performed with emphasis on accuracy (see “G988P1” in FIG. 2) according to the above-described predetermined instruction path.
[0092]
FIG. 5B is a diagram showing an actual feed speed and an actual path when machining is performed according to the above-described predetermined instruction path with emphasis on smoothness (see “G988P2” in FIG. 2).
[0093]
FIG. 5B-3 is a diagram showing an actual feed speed and an actual route when machining is performed in accordance with the above-described predetermined instruction route with emphasis on speed ("G988P3").
[0094]
First, as shown in the right diagram of FIG. 5 (b) -1, in the case where importance is placed on accuracy, machining is performed exactly along the command path. That is, a process of cutting a straight line between the target points is performed. In the left diagram, the vehicle is decelerating toward the target points t3 and t4, respectively, because the target points t3 and t4 are recognized as corner portions.
[0095]
Next, as shown in the right diagram of FIG. 5B-2, in the case where smoothness is emphasized, an arc (smooth curve) that passes through a not-shown smoothed target point, though slightly deviating from each of the target points t1 to t7, is used. ) Smooth processing is performed. Since the radius of curvature in each block (each path) is constant, the allowable speed is constant. Therefore, as shown in the left figure, the cutting speed (target feed speed) is fixed and there is almost no influence of vibration due to the acceleration / deceleration (except for the case where the acceleration / deceleration is performed at the start and end of the cutting). The feed speed is greater than this allowable speed, and the target feed speed is limited to this allowable speed.)
[0096]
Next, as shown in the right diagram of FIG. 5B-3, in the case of emphasizing speed, similarly to FIG. 5B-2, machining along an arc passing through a not-shown target point after smoothing is performed. Done. At this time, as shown in the left figure, the cutting speed becomes high, which causes a delay in following the servo system, and the path largely deviates from the arc.
[0097]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the processing request contents are incorporated into the NC program as processing information, and processing is performed based on this processing information. In addition, it is possible to realize processing that suitably satisfies customer requirements.
[0098]
