【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、履着することで足の歪みを無くし、正常な二足歩行を可能にするタイツ状の健康パンティーストッキングに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、基本的に脊柱と骨盤とを中心に治療を組み立てる技術であるカイロプラクテイック療法が知られており、またアプライド・キネシオロジー（ＡＫ）、仙骨・後頭骨テクニックも臨床的煩悶の中から現れてきた技術である。しかし、このような古典的な療法テクニックだけでは臨床的に対処しきれず、あるいは不十分なケースが多く見られるのが実情である。ところが近年において、四肢その他に生じる歪みの原因と言われてきた脊柱・骨盤の歪みを、結果として変位の現れた脊柱・骨盤へと位置付けることによって、足の歪みがサブラクセイションの原因であると結論できるものとなった。

具体的には、足関節が歪んでくると正常な二足歩行に対し数々の障害が現れるのである。すなわち正常な二足歩行とは、踵骨が着地し、第五中足骨に体重が掛かる状態であり、けりだしは第五中足骨から第一中足指節関節に体重が移動し、第一指節足でけりだすものとなる。この一連の運動に歪み等の変化が生じると、四肢や脊柱に障害をもたらすことになる。正常な足関節は一定の運動で成り立っているが、歪みが生じた足関節はリズムが狂う。この狂ったリズムをかばうために四肢や脊柱が補正作用を補うことによって、これらに負担が生じるものとなるのである。

また、従来からパンティーストッキングが提供されており、このパンティーストッキングは、左右のストッキング部とパンティー部とを一連に編成し、各種ナイロン加工糸を用いて編まれた比較的薄いものであり、しかもストッキング部の爪先部は、親指をはじめ他の四本の指が纏めて収容されるように筒状の指袋となっているのである。しかしながら、このようなストッキング部の爪先部は、五本の指が同じ指袋に入っていることから、狭くて窮屈であり、指を動かし難く、且つ指先に力が入らず、そのため歩行中に蹴躓いたり、踏ん張りがきかずに転倒したりする等の問題点があった。

このような問題点を解決すべく、パンティーストッキング本体の爪先部を、親指が入る親指袋と他の四本の指が入る指袋に分離して成るものがある（特許文献１参照）。また、パンティーストッキング本体の足の指部分が五本とも指の形になって指が分かれて挿入できるようにしたものがある（特許文献２参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように従来のパンティーストッキングでは、親指が入る親指袋と他の四本の指が入る指袋に分離して構成したり、また、パンティーストッキング本体の足の指部分が五本とも指が形になって指が分かれて挿入できるように構成したりして、親指と第一中指とが分離した状態となるため、その履用に際し、歪みによって足関節が開いてくることをがあり、これによって足の全ての指骨が左右外方へ流れて行くのである。このため膝関節は外に向き始めて両足がＯ脚になって膝に角度が生じて外側に出てくるようになる。しかも、右と左の膝角度が違うため、その捩れで大腿骨頭腸骨の角度も違うものとなり、このために左右の足にびっこが生じ、またその狂いで胸廓を狂わしてしまい、首、頭の順番に捩れが起きるのである。さらに、人間は右利きが主たるものだから右肩が前に、左は後ろに行くことで顔にも捩れが生じ、手足も曲がり、腰と背中も前に曲がってしまう等の種々の問題点が生じるのである。

そこで本発明は叙上のような従来存した諸事情に鑑み創出されたもので、腰部、両脚足に履着することで身体の正中線に対する足の歪みやＯ脚等を無くし、その結果、正常な二足歩行を可能にすることで四肢と脊柱との連動、気の流れである経絡等を十分に考慮して、これらを正常にするようにし、しかも窮屈さを感じさせず、指を動かし易く、且つ指先に力が入って歩行中に蹴躓いて転倒することもない等のように改良され、また腰部の歪み、腰痛等を解消するばかりでなく、蒸れその他も防止できるようにした健康パンティーストッキングを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述した課題を解決するため、本発明にあっては、左右のストッキング部２Ａ，２Ｂとパンティー部３とを一連に編成して成るパンティーストッキング本体１において、身体の中央に位置する正中線Ｑに両足の親指Ｐ１、足根中足関節それぞれを寄せ付けるようストッキング２Ａ，２Ｂの爪先部を、親指Ｐ１・第一中指Ｐ２を纏めて収容させる第一袋部４Ａと、第二中指Ｐ３・第三中指Ｐ４・小指Ｐ５を個々別々に収容させる第二袋部４Ｂ、第三袋部４Ｃ、第四袋部４Ｄとのそれぞれ四つの爪先挿入袋部４に分離して成るものである。
ストッキング部２Ａ，２Ｂは、足首部から太股部にかけて被着させるレッグ部８と、足首部から爪先部までを被着させるフット部９とから成り、フット部９は、銀糸を密に重ねた編組織としてあるものとできる。
パンティー部３には、人体の腸骨に対する締め付け作用を呈するよう銀糸で編成されたベルト状の腸骨固定用緊締部６を備えて成るものとできる。
パンティー部３は、股部相当部位に銀糸で網目状に閉塞編成して成る股部側編組織面部７を備えて成るものとできる。

以上のように構成された本発明に係る健康パンティーストッキングにおいて、親指Ｐ１・第一中指Ｐ２を纏めて収容させる第一袋部４Ａと、第二中指Ｐ３・第三中指Ｐ４・小指Ｐ５を個々別々に収容させる第二袋部４Ｂ、第三袋部４Ｃ、第四袋部４Ｄとのそれぞれ四つの爪先挿入袋部４は、身体の中央に位置する正中線Ｑに両足の親指Ｐ１、足根中足関節それぞれを寄せ付けさせるものとなり、これに追従して第二中指Ｐ３・第三中指Ｐ４・小指Ｐ５を速やかに正中線Ｑに引き寄せる。
これにより薄筋・長内転筋・錐体筋・小内転筋・大内転筋・中間広筋・内側広筋・膝蓋靱帯・大腿道筋等、膝の上の全ての筋肉に力が入って、失禁が解消され、全ての正中線Ｑを揃わせる。鼻骨・剣状突起・臍・尾骨・恥骨・足関節等の揃いを可能にさせる。
フット部９は、摩擦の激しいフット部９自体の強度を高めさせ且つフィット性を向上させる。
腸骨固定用緊締部６は、パンティーストッキングを履着した際に、パンティー部３を人体の腸骨に対してしっかりと締め付け固定させると共に、銀糸による防臭性によって腰部の発汗等による汚臭の発生を阻止させ、且つ静電気防止性、防菌性、保温性によって腰部を保護させる。
股部側編組織面部７は、網目状の銀糸による閉塞編成により股部の蒸れ等を防止させると共に、特に女性の生理等によって発生した汚臭の外部への漏出等を阻止させる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面を参照して本発明の一実施の形態を説明すると、図において示される符号１は、左右のストッキング部２Ａ，２Ｂとパンティー部３とを一連に編成して成るパンティーストッキング本体であり、ストッキング部２Ａ，２Ｂは、足首部から太股部にかけて被着させるレッグ部８と、足首部から爪先部までを被着させるフット部９とから形成されている。
