本発明は、旅行の携帯に便利な油絵セットに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、油絵を描くためのキャンバス（画布）は、木枠にクリップや釘等にて張設されていた（例えば、特許文献１参照）。そして、油絵を描いたあとは、そのまま、額縁に入れられていた。また、油絵を描いたあとは、彩面───油彩絵具表面───を空気にさらして自然乾燥させていた。また、使用後のパレットは、その表面を空気にさらされていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、油絵を描くときも、油絵を飾るときも、木枠が必要とされ、しかも、一枚のキャンバス（画布）に対し１個の木枠を取付けていたので、資源が無駄にされるとともに、旅行中に複数枚の油絵を描く場合には、油絵全体がかさばるため、移動時の運搬が困難であった。

また、油絵が完成したあと、すぐには油彩絵具が乾燥しないため、描いた後の乾いていないキャンバスを保全するのが困難であった。すなわち、彩面───油絵の表面───を不用意に取扱うと、身体や衣服やシーツやカーテンを汚す虞れがあった。
また、パレット上の油彩絵具が翌日には乾燥してしまうために、毎回パレット上の油彩絵具を除去しなければならなかった。

そこで、本発明は、油絵を描いたり飾ったりするときに木枠を必要とせず、大幅な省資源を実現することができるとともに、かさばらないで旅行時の携帯性が良好な油絵セットを提供することを目的とする。また、油彩絵具が他のものに付着する虞れをなくして容易に油絵を保全することができるとともに、小さなスペースで油絵を保管することができる油絵セットを提供することを他の目的とする。さらに、空気を遮断することができ、パレット内の油彩絵具を翌日まで乾燥させない油絵セットを提供することを他の目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明は、所定大きさの複数枚のキャンバスと、該キャンバスを平坦状に保持する画板を備えた油絵セットに於て、該画板が、板部材と、該板部材に積層状に接着又は貼着された板状クッション材とを備え、上記板状クッション材の縦寸法及び横寸法を、上記板部材の縦寸法及び横寸法とそれぞれ略等しく設定し、上記画板の大きさを上記キャンバスの大きさよりも大きく設定し、上記キャンバスを着脱自在に保持するクリップを上記画板に取付けたものである。

また、上記画板が、上記板部材と板状クッション材との接着又は貼着を補強するための補強手段を具備し、そして、クリップは取付板とキャンバス挾持用弾発アームとを備え、板状クッション材の表て面に圧接される上記取付板と、該取付板を画板に固着するためのカシメピンによって、上記補強手段を構成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、実施の形態を示す図面に基づき、本発明を詳説する。

図１〜図３は、本発明の実施の一形態を示す。すなわち、この油絵セットは、所定の大きさのキャンバス１と、キャンバス１を平坦状に保持する画板２を備える。画板２は、板部材３と、板部材３に積層状に接着又は貼着された板状クッション材４とを備える。板部材３は厚さ寸法が２ｍｍ〜５ｍｍの厚紙や合板等から成る。板状クッション材４は厚さ寸法が２ｍｍ〜５ｍｍの発泡プラスチックから成り、例えば、ポリウレタンから成る。

本発明に係る油絵セットは、図８に示すようなパレット１５をさらに備えるのが好ましい。このパレット１５は、平面視矩形の上板部材１６と平面視矩形の下板部材１７を有する。上板部材１６の１辺１６ａと下板部材１７の１辺１７ａが、相互に揺動自在に帯体１８にて連結される。帯体１８は、例えば布やプラスチックシートから成る。

下板部材１７が、下板部材１７と上板部材１６を近接状態とした時に、内部空間Ｙを略密閉状にする突条１９を有する。すなわち、下板部材１７は、１辺１７ａ以外の３辺───１７ｂ，１７ｃ，１７ｄ───に沿った位置にそれぞれ突条１９を有する。左右の（平行な）２辺１７ｂ，１７ｄの突条１９，１９は、後方へ───帯体１８側へ───しだいに肉厚（高さ）寸法が減少する。これによって内部空間Ｙは後方へ高さがしだいに減少する。

本発明に係る油絵セットは、図９に示すように、キャンバス１（図３Ａ参照）と、画板２と、保護シート１４（図６Ａ参照）と、パレット１５（図８Ａ参照）を収納する厚紙収納体２０を備えるのが好ましい。厚紙収納体２０は、４本の紐体２１を有する。２点鎖線にて折曲げて紐体２１，２１を相互に結ぶことにより、内部に上述の複数枚のキャンバス１、画板２、保護シート１４、パレット１５等を同時に収納することができる。

なお、絵を描き終えてから額縁Ｋ（図７参照）に保持させるまでの間───例えば、旅先で絵を描き、それを、家まで持ち帰る間───キャンバス１と保護シート１４を重ねてスケッチブック（図示省略）に挾持させておくと良い。あるいは、キャンバス１と保護シート１４を重ねて針金とじ機にてとめて油彩絵具Ｐを保護して上記厚紙収納体２０内に収納しておくも良い。また、本発明の油絵セットとしては、キャンバス１を複数枚備えるのが原則である。そして、キャンバス１の枚数が多いときは、２〜３枚の保護シート１４を備えるのが好ましい。

本発明は、設計変更可能であって、例えば、板状クッション材４は、発泡ウレタン以外の樹脂（例えば、発泡スチレン）から成るも良い。また、保護シート１４の小突部１３の底面２２の形状を長方形、ひし形等とするも良い。なお、本発明に係る油絵セットとして、油彩絵具、絵筆、ナイフ、油入れ、ウエス等を収納する従来周知の箱体を、別に具備するのが通常である。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上述の構成により次のような著大な効果を奏する。
