【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、パネルなど側との配線を盤面器具ごとに行わなければならず、設置作業が繁雑になるという問題点がある。例えば、制御盤設置後に発生するパネルなどの穴あけ加工や、ユーザーによるメンテナンスなどの理由によりパネルや扉をキャビネットから取り外す際、キャビネット内の機器と盤面器具との配線を中継する為に設置した端子台から盤面器具からの電線を取り外すが、加工やメンテナンスが終了した後の再配線で誤結線をする恐れがある。

また通常、制御盤に盤面器具を取り付ける場合、電流計,押しボタンスイッチ,セレクタスイッチ,表示灯などの器具それぞれに合わせてパネルなどに穴加工を施すが、それぞれ加工形状や外形寸法が異なる為、干渉しないように都度配置レイアウトを設計しなければならず手間が発生する。また加工後、盤面器具の変更が発生した場合、新規パネルなどに上記同様の加工を行う必要があり、手間,金額ともに無駄が発生してしまうという問題点がある。

請求項1に記載の課題解決手段において、パネルなどに取り付けられる盤面器具装着ユニットであって、複数の盤面器具それぞれを正面に装着するための複数の装着部を有するユニット本体と、前記ユニット本体の背面側に設けられ、前記複数の装着部内の盤面器具の背面側からの配線を集約してパネルなど側と電気的に接続するためのコネクタ部とを備える。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明の実施の形態における盤面器具装着ユニットを示す斜視図である。図1に示すように、実施の形態の盤面器具装着ユニットは制御盤などのパネル5aなどに取り付けられるものである。

まず、実施の形態の盤面器具装着ユニットの正面側について説明する。盤面器具装着ユニットのユニット本体1は前面に例えば盤面器具3a,3b,3c,3dそれぞれを装着するための複数の装着部1a,1bを有する。盤面器具3a,3b,3c,3dはそれぞれ、電流計、押しボタンスイッチ、セレクタスイッチ、表示灯である。盤面器具はパネルなどに取り付けられる器具であればよく、その他の例として液晶などの表示器でもよい。複数の装着部1a,1bそれぞれは、ユニット本体1の正面から凹む凹部1c,1dを構成し、この凹部1c,1dには正面から盤面器具が収納される。凹部1c,1dの内壁には盤面器具の係合爪3kと係合して保持するための係合孔1eが設けられている。

また、しきり板3e(図4)や銘板ブランク部品3f(図5)は例えば着脱可能に構成されており、しきり板3e、銘板ブランク部品3f及び盤面器具を取り外したユニット本体1を図3に示す。図3に示すように上述同様、ユニット本体1は前面に盤面器具を装着するための複数の装着部1aを有する。複数の装着部1aそれぞれは、ユニット本体1の正面から凹む凹部1cを構成し、この凹部1cには正面から盤面器具が収納される。凹部1cの内壁には盤面器具の係合爪3kと係合して保持するための係合孔1eが設けられている。この凹部1c内にしきり板3eを取り付けることで凹部1c(装着部1a)は複数の凹部1d(装着部1b)に区画される。

また、図3のように複数の凹部1cの開口は全て同じ大きさの正方形であり、十字形のしきり板3eを取り付けることによって凹部1cは複数のマトリクス状の正方形の凹部1dに区画される。これによって、正面が正方形の様々な盤面器具をより自在に盤面器具装着ユニットの正面に配置でき、しかも美観が優れたものになる。例えば図3の全ての凹部1cにしきり板3eを取り付けて8つの凹部1dを構成すれば、図8に示すように8つの盤面器具を装着することができる。また、しきり板3eを取り外した場合、マトリクス状の正方形4つ分の大きな正方形が得られ、その正方形に合わせた大きな電流計,液晶の表示器などを取付け可能にできる。

次に、実施の形態の盤面器具装着ユニットの背面側について説明する。図9は図8に示す盤面器具装着ユニットの側面図、図10はこの背面図、図11は図10の盤面器具装着ユニットのうち、ユニット本体1の背面部分を取り外した内部構造図である。なお、図11において左側の盤面器具の配線は省略している。

図8〜図11に示すように、装着部1aの背面側にはコネクタ部2が取り付けられている。コネクタ部2はプリント基板2aと、プリント基板2a上に設けられたコネクタ2b,2cとを含んで構成される。コネクタ2cと複数のコネクタ2bとは図示しないプリント配線によって互いに電気的に接続されている。コネクタ2bは望ましくはユニット本体1の背面の中央部に取り付けられ、その反対側に銘板ブランク部品3fが設けられる。また、コネクタ2bは複数の装着部1b内の盤面器具3cなどの背面側からの配線3mが接続される。コネクタ2cは制御ボックス(キャビネット)5b内に設置されている例えばコネクタ5cからのケーブル5dが接続される。このように、コネクタ部2は複数の装着部1b内の盤面器具の背面側からの配線3mを集約してコネクタ5c(パネルなど側)と電気的に接続する。

また、図9に示すように盤面器具はすべて薄型に設計されており、盤面器具を収納する装着部1aの奥行き寸法Wは同じ長さに統一して、可能な限り薄型に設計されている。また、配線3mをカバー4(図10)で覆い、ユニット本体1の背面を平坦に構成した。かかる構成の盤面器具装着ユニットは制御ボックス5bの扉(パネル5a)に取り付けることが望ましく、ユニット本体1は薄型化を図り背面を平坦にしているので、支点5e(図9)を中心に矢印方向に扉を開閉する際、制御ボックス5b内の他の電気器具(図示せず)がユニット本体1背面に接触したり引っかかったりすることを防げる。

なお、本発明は図示するものに限らず、例えば、本発明が取り付けられるパネルや扉は制御盤の他に住宅用の分電盤などでもよい。また、盤面器具3a,3b,3c,3d及び装着部1a,1bの正面は角度を変えて装着可能にするなどのため正方形にしたが、長方形など他の多角形や円形にしてもよい。

請求項1に記載の発明によれば、複数の盤面器具を装着したユニット本体をパネルなどに取り付け、複数の盤面器具とパネルなど側との電気的接続をコネクタ部によって集約して行うことができるため、設置作業が簡単である。また、盤面器具が変更になった場合も新たに加工を施すことがなく、フレキシブルに変更できるため、手間,加工費,組立費などの削減になる。
