Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a moisturizing supporter that is worn on a foot and prevents drying of skin (keratin) at the sole, particularly at the heel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A sock that is worn directly on the foot and absorbs sweat and moisture generated when wearing shoes, and protects the foot.Dry when the skin is extremely dry and easily keratinized, such as in winter. As a preventive sock, one that is worn directly on the foot to suppress the escape of moisture and that prevents the skin of the foot, especially the heel from being keratinized by drying, has been conventionally used. An example of such a conventional anti-drying sock is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3032803, which is shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is a schematic sectional view of the structure of a conventional anti-drying sock.
[0003]
In FIG. 4, the conventional anti-drying sock 100 has a double structure of an elastic inner layer 101 and an outer layer 102, and a portion between the inner layer 101 and the outer layer 102 just surrounding the heel-corresponding portion when worn. This is a configuration in which a substantially bag-shaped impermeable sheet 103 having a size of is interposed. The non-breathable sheet 103 has its periphery sewn to the inner layer 101 and is held at a position corresponding to the heel outside the inner layer 101.
In the above-mentioned conventional anti-drying sock 100, since the escape of moisture or moisture from the skin in the wearing state is blocked by the non-permeable sheet 103, it is possible to prevent the skin of the heel from drying and keratinizing.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional anti-drying sock is configured as described above, and is manufactured by knitting and sewing the inner layer 101 and the outer layer 102 into a sock shape, sewing the non-permeable sheet 103, and stacking the inner and outer layers. Therefore, there is a problem that the manufacturing process is complicated and time-consuming. In addition, since the impermeable sheet 103 is not completely integrated with the heel portion of the sock, a feeling of incongruity remains when worn, and there is a danger that the force is partially concentrated and added to the portion because it does not expand and contract integrally. There was a problem that. In addition, it is inevitable that the entire sock is inevitably thickened due to the double structure of the inner layer 101 and the outer layer 102, and it is difficult to wear another sock on the outside to change its appearance. Was.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, and it is possible to securely prevent moisture from escaping and prevent skin from drying, while having a thin and simple structure in which another sock can be worn on the outside. It is an object of the present invention to provide a moisturizing supporter that can improve the affinity with the skin and is excellent in a feeling of wearing.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The moisturizing supporter according to the present invention is knitted as a substantially cylindrical body having elasticity, and in a moisturizing supporter covering at least a portion including at least the heel portion of the foot, at a predetermined portion surrounding at least the heel portion in a state of being attached to the foot. A non-moisture-permeable substantially sheet-like body made of a synthetic resin material is heat-pressed and integrated.
As described above, in the present invention, a moisture-impermeable substantially sheet-like body is integrally disposed on a predetermined portion including a heel of a substantially cylindrical body that forms a moisturizing supporter by heat compression, and a moisture-impermeable property is provided on a heel portion of the moisturizing supporter. By giving, the crimped portion of the substantially sheet-like body that is firmly integrated is not easily damaged by any movement of the foot, and the drying prevention function can be maintained in a constant state without shifting from the heel position. In addition to protecting the skin from drying and preventing keratinization of the skin, the heat-pressing of the substantially sheet-like body can be performed in a very short time, the production efficiency can be increased, and the cost can be reduced. In addition, sufficient strength can be obtained even if the thickness is reduced by integrating the substantially sheet-like body with the supporter ground, and the uncomfortable feeling with respect to the existence of the substantially sheet-like body can be reduced, and the feeling of wearing can be improved, It is not necessary to have a double moisturizing supporter, so that the socks can be worn as a thin structure with excellent socks on the outside.
[0007]
Further, the moisturizing supporter according to the present invention is such that the substantially sheet-like body is provided on the inner surface side of the supporter and can be brought into contact with a foot as needed.
As described above, in the present invention, the substantially sheet-shaped body portion is positioned on the inner surface side of the moisturizing supporter, and the substantially sheet-shaped body portion is brought into direct contact with the foot, so that the non-moisture-permeable substantially sheet-shaped body portion and the foot There is no gap between them, and the substantially sheet-like body portion follows the movement of the foot, so that the escape of moisture is reliably suppressed, and the heel drying prevention performance is further enhanced.
[0008]
Further, the moisturizing supporter according to the present invention is such that the substantially sheet-like body contains and / or is coated with a far-infrared radiating ceramic as required. As described above, in the present invention, the far-infrared radiating ceramic is included in the substantially sheet-like body, and the function substantially unique to the far-infrared radiating ceramic is given to the substantially sheet-like portion in contact with the foot. In addition to preventing moisture from escaping at the contact area, far-infrared radiation is emitted from the substantially sheet-shaped far-infrared radiation ceramics. It exerts a favorable effect on the substantially sheet-like body contact portion of the foot, such as exerting a deodorizing effect, and the quality as a product can be enhanced.
[0009]
Further, the moisturizing supporter according to the present invention is such that the substantially sheet-like body contains and / or is coated with a silk protein, if necessary.
As described above, in the present invention, the silk protein is contained in the substantially sheet-like body, and the function specific to the silk protein is given to the substantially sheet-like body part in contact with the foot, so that the moisture is generated in the substantially sheet-like body contact part of the foot. In addition to preventing escape to the outside, it has excellent moisture control performance of silk protein, such as breathability and moisture absorption against excessive moisture, and it is suitable for humidification of heels and other feet By adjusting the position of the foot, the substantially sheet-like body contact portion of the foot can be provided with a moist feeling and a comfortable dry feeling, and the touch can be greatly improved.
[0010]
Further, the moisturizing supporter according to the present invention is such that the substantially sheet-like body contains chitosan and / or is coated as necessary.
As described above, in the present invention, chitosan is contained in the substantially sheet-like body, and a function specific to chitosan is given to the substantially sheet-like body part in contact with the foot, so that moisture escapes at the substantially sheet-like body contact part of the foot. In addition to preventing the growth of microorganisms that are the source of unpleasant odor on substantially sheet-like bodies, Chitosan's excellent antibacterial and deodorant performance is demonstrated, while keeping the feet including heels moisturized, Hypoallergenic chitosan for the skin can safely maintain the clean state of the moisture-impermeable part and improve the quality of the product.
[0011]
Furthermore, the moisturizing supporter according to the present invention, if necessary, the non-moisture-permeable substantially sheet-shaped body is heat-pressed toward the outer surface in a state of being mounted on the substantially cylindrical inner surface, and at least on the bottom surface of the heel portion. The synthetic resin material extends from the corresponding stitches of the substantially cylindrical body.
As described above, in the present invention, since the synthetic resin material of the moisture-impermeable sheet is heated and extended from the inner surface corresponding to the heel portion of the substantially tubular body knitted in a mesh shape, Since the synthetic resin material protrudes outside the body to form an anti-slip projection, it is possible to prevent a fall due to slip when the supporter is mounted.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
(First embodiment of the present invention)
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a side view of a worn state of the moisturizing supporter according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a schematic configuration perspective view of the moisturizing supporter according to the present embodiment.
In each of the drawings, the moisturizing supporter 1 according to the present embodiment is a thin supporter body 10 that is knitted as a substantially tubular body having elasticity and covers a part including the heel portion of the foot 50, and a heel of the supporter body 10. A non-moisture permeable sheet 20 that is integrally heated and pressed on the inside of the portion.
[0013]
The supporter body 10 is formed by using a nylon and polyurethane elastic yarn as a material, knitting it into a substantially cylindrical shape that is continuously continuous, and then sewing each open end as a rib portion 11 using a knitting method similar to a conventional sock. It is knitted, and is configured to cover the space from the middle part of the instep and arch to the ankle when worn. The rib portion 11 is knitted in such a manner that a stronger restoring force can be obtained even with the same amount of elongation as compared with other portions, and is configured to prevent slippage during wearing. The supporter body 10 may be made of cotton, silk, or other unburned fibers other than or in addition to nylon and polyurethane elastic materials.
[0014]
The moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is formed of a substantially sheet-like body mainly composed of a polyurethane resin, is overlapped on the heel portion of the supporter main body 10, and has a configuration in which the entire surface is integrally heat-pressed to the supporter main body 10. A chemical (a coating agent) in which a plurality of substances are mixed is applied to the surface of the moisture-impermeable sheet 20. The chemicals include a water solution of far-infrared radiation ceramics (silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, etc.), a silk protein (fibroin) powder, a chitosan powder, etc. mixed at a predetermined ratio to form a uniform dispersion. Use agent.
[0015]
Next, the manufacturing process of the moisturizing supporter according to the present embodiment will be described. First, after knitting an integral substantially cylindrical body appropriately given the shape of the heel and the like as the supporter body 10, if appropriate end processing such as sewing each open end of the substantially cylindrical body is performed, The supporter body 10 is completed.
[0016]
After the supporter main body 10 is obtained, the attachment of the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 to the supporter main body 10 is performed by first turning the supporter main body 10 with the inside surface turned upside down, particularly the heel portion, by putting the leg on the foot and stretching it. Forcibly stretch it up, down, left and right. A non-permeable sheet 20 cut into a predetermined shape is applied to the heel portion of the supporter body 10 on the supporter body 10 in the stretched state, and the non-permeable sheet 20 is heated and pressed to the supporter body 10 by a press device. And unite. In this way, in the heel portion, the entire surface of the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is firmly integrated with the supporter main body 10 in a state in which it enters the knitted structure of the supporter main body 10, so that the supporter main body 10 does not easily separate even after undergoing deformation and expansion and contraction.
[0017]
Subsequently, a usage state of the moisturizing supporter according to the present embodiment will be described. Put the toe into the one end opening of the moisturizing supporter 1 and cover it over the foot 50 as it is, pull up the one end opening to the ankle part, and position the other end opening just around from the instep of the foot 50 to the arch. If the moisturizing supporter 1 is exactly fitted to the position where the foot 50 is to be worn, the supporter is put on. The moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is thin, and the feeling of wearing hardly changes as compared with ordinary supporters or socks without the moisture-impermeable sheet 20.
[0018]
In this state, each part of the supporter main body 10 fits and adheres to the foot 50, and the rib portion 11 holds the position of the opening of the supporter main body 10, so that even when the movement of the foot 50 becomes large such as when walking. In addition, the supporter body 10 does not significantly shift with respect to the foot 50, the positional relationship between the non-permeable sheet 20 and the heel does not change, and the escape of moisture from the skin of the heel portion is directly applied to the heel portion. The wet sheet 20 can surely prevent the heel portion from drying and can keep the skin moist.
[0019]
In addition, since the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is located on the inner surface of the supporter main body 10, the moisture-retaining effect and the heat-retaining effect of the far-infrared-emitting ceramic component coated on the surface of the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 by far-infrared radiation, In addition to the humidity control effect due to the hygroscopicity, the antibacterial and deodorizing effects of the chitosan component, etc., a comfortable wearing feeling can be obtained on the heel together with the maintenance of moisture by moisturizing. On the other hand, the toe portion of the foot 50 is exposed to the outside of the supporter body 10, so that air permeability to each toe can be ensured. Even if the moisturizing supporter 1 is worn at bedtime, there is no discomfort of the foot 50, and Does not inhibit.
[0020]
From the wearing state of the moisturizing supporter 1, socks can be further layered on the outside as needed, and in this layering, the thin supporter body 10 does not protrude to the surface via the outer socks and has an external appearance. Does not impair. Furthermore, since the toes are not covered with the supporter main body 10, the toes can be prevented from being stuffy.
[0021]
As described above, in the moisturizing supporter according to the present embodiment, the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is integrally disposed on the heel portion of the supporter main body 10 by heating and crimping to impart moisture-impermeable property to the supporter heel portion. The crimped part of the impermeable sheet 20 which is integrated into the body is hardly damaged by any movement of the foot, and the drying prevention function can be maintained in a constant state without shifting from the heel position, and the skin of the heel part is dried. In addition to protecting the skin from keratinization, the heat and pressure bonding of the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 can be performed in a very short time, so that manufacturing efficiency can be increased and cost can be reduced. In addition, since the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is integrated with the supporter body 10, sufficient strength can be obtained even when the thickness is reduced, and a sense of discomfort due to the presence of the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 can be reduced, and the feeling of wearing can be improved. .
[0022]
(Other embodiments of the present invention)
A moisturizing supporter according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the same figure, the moisturizing supporter according to the present embodiment includes a moisture-impermeable sheet 20 that is integrally heated and crimped inside the heel portion of the supporter body 10 like the moisturizing supporter 1 according to the first embodiment. In addition to the above configuration, this heating and crimping is applied to the thermoplastic resin sheet mounted on the inner surface of the heel portion of the supporter body 10, and the thermoplastic resin is pressed out from the stitches of the supporter body 10 corresponding to the bottom surface of the heel portion. In this case, the anti-slip projection 21 is formed.
[0023]
Next, the manufacturing operation and function of the moisturizing supporter according to the present embodiment based on the above configuration will be described. First, a moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is attached to the inside of the heel portion of the supporter body 10 as in the case of the above-described embodiment, and the heel portion of the supporter body 10 is extended from a plurality of directions to expand the stitches 12 of the supporter body 10. Then, the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is heated and pressed from the inside of the supporter body 10 in which the stitches 12 are expanded.
[0024]
By this heating and pressing, the thermoplastic resin material of the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 enters the stitches 12 and expands and is pressed out of the stitches 12 to form the anti-slip projections 21. This thermoplastic resin material enters the stitches 12 and is pressed out from the stitches 12 that have been expanded to form the anti-slip projections 21, so that the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 can be firmly attached to the supporter body 10 in an anchoring manner and can be simplified. In addition, the anti-slip projection 21 can be reliably formed.
Further, since the anti-slip projection 21 is formed on the heel portion of the supporter main body 10, it is possible to prevent a fall due to a slip or the like during mounting.
[0025]
Note that, in the moisturizing supporter according to each of the above embodiments, a sheet made of a thermoplastic resin is used as the moisture-impermeable sheet 20. However, if strong integration with the supporter body 10 is possible, other It is also possible to use a substantially sheet-shaped material that is impermeable to moisture, so that it is possible to further reduce costs and increase product value by selecting a durable, inexpensive material or a material with a good fit. Or you can.
[0026]
Further, the moisturizing supporter according to each of the above embodiments has a configuration in which a chemical in which a plurality of functional substances are mixed is applied to the surface of the non-permeable sheet 20, but various substances are used to form the non-permeable sheet 20 from the beginning. Each component can be kneaded into a resin material and contained in the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 so that various substances are hardly lost even after washing and the like, and the function of each substance can be maintained for a longer period of time. .
Furthermore, in the moisturizing supporter according to each of the above embodiments, the supporter is configured so that the toe portion is opened. However, the supporter may be configured as a sock-type supporter that does not open the toe portion.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a non-permeable, substantially sheet-like body is integrally disposed by heating and crimping on a predetermined portion including a heel of a substantially cylindrical body that forms a moisturizing supporter, and a non-permeable, heel portion of the moisturizing supporter is provided. By imparting wetness, the strongly integrated substantially sheet-like body pressure-bonded portion is unlikely to be damaged by any movement of the foot, and the drying prevention function can be maintained in a constant state without shifting from the heel position, The skin of the heel can be protected from drying to prevent keratinization of the skin, and the heat-pressing of the substantially sheet-like body can be performed in a very short time, so that the production efficiency can be increased and the cost can be reduced. In addition, sufficient strength can be obtained even if the thickness is reduced by integrating the substantially sheet-like body with the supporter ground, and the uncomfortable feeling with respect to the existence of the substantially sheet-like body can be reduced, and the feeling of wearing can be improved, There is no need for the moisturizing supporter to have a double structure, and it is possible to wear socks with a good design on the outside as a thin structure.
[0028]
Further, according to the present invention, the substantially sheet-shaped body portion is located on the inner surface side of the moisturizing supporter, and the substantially sheet-shaped body portion is brought into direct contact with the foot, whereby the non-moisture-permeable substantially sheet-shaped body portion and the foot There is no gap between them, and the substantially sheet-like body portion follows the movement of the foot to reliably suppress the escape of moisture, and has the effect of further improving the heel drying prevention performance.
[0029]
Further, according to the present invention, the far-infrared radiating ceramic is included in the substantially sheet-like body, and a function specific to the far-infrared radiating ceramic is given to the substantially sheet-like body portion in contact with the foot, so that the substantially sheet-like body of the foot can be provided. In addition to preventing moisture from escaping at the contact area, far-infrared radiation is emitted from the substantially sheet-shaped far-infrared radiation ceramics. It exerts a favorable influence on the substantially sheet-like body contact portion of the foot, such as exerting a deodorizing action, and has an effect of improving the quality as a product.
[0030]
Further, according to the present invention, the silk protein is contained in the substantially sheet-like body, and a function unique to the silk protein is given to the substantially sheet-like body part in contact with the foot, so that the moisture is generated in the substantially sheet-like body contact part of the foot. In addition to preventing escape to the outside, it has excellent moisture control performance of silk protein, such as breathability and moisture absorption against excessive moisture, and it is suitable for humidification of heels and other feet In this manner, it is possible to provide a comfortable and dry feeling as well as a moist feeling to the substantially sheet-like body contact portion of the foot, thereby greatly improving the feel.
[0031]
Further, according to the present invention, chitosan is contained in the substantially sheet-like body, and a function unique to chitosan is given to the substantially sheet-like body part in contact with the foot, so that moisture escapes at the substantially sheet-like body contact part of the foot. In addition to preventing the growth of microorganisms that are the source of unpleasant odor on substantially sheet-like bodies, Chitosan's excellent antibacterial and deodorant performance is demonstrated, while keeping the feet including heels moisturized, Hypoallergenic chitosan for the skin can safely maintain the clean state of the non-moisture permeable portion, and has the effect of improving the quality of the product.
[0032]
Furthermore, since the synthetic resin material of the non-permeable sheet material is heated and extended from the inner surface corresponding to the heel portion of the substantially cylindrical body knitted in a mesh shape, the synthetic resin material extends outward from the substantially cylindrical body. The material protrudes to form anti-slip projections, which has the effect of preventing overturning due to slippage when the supporter is mounted.
