[Industrial applications]
Existing wrap film for food packaging is stored in a paperboard case equipped with blades for cutting wrap film. In the case, the paperboard of the case becomes fatigued, the wrap film is cut, of course, the case is damaged so that the case does not fulfill the role of the case even though the wrap film is not used up, especially a long wrap film is recently marketed It is even more so.
[0002]
Therefore, the present invention is to make the wrap film storage case hard such as metal or hard plastic, to compensate for the drawbacks such as fatigue caused by use, and to control the injury and the like by the blade which is an important task, The present invention relates to a wrap film case provided with a sheath or the like capable of automatically storing a blade for wrap film cutting so that there is no danger except during wrap film cutting (use).
[0003]
[Prior art]
Wrap film used for food packaging etc. is put on the market in a paperboard case equipped with a wrap film cutting blade, and there are signs of ingenuity for both manufacturers, and the same applies to wrap film cutting blades. It is. For example, considerations should be given to disposal after use. Ease of separation between metal (blade) and paper (case), adoption of non-metal (can be incinerated) for blade, and blade type with safety considerations Although the ingenuity is understandable, the intent is incomplete even if it can be understood, and further improvement is desired. There is no example in which the blade is completely isolated to prevent injury.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Because the wrap film storage case is made of paperboard, the wrap film remains, but the parts with the blades for cutting the wrap film are extremely fatigued, making it difficult to cut the wrap film. However, in some cases, the role cannot be fulfilled.
[0005]
This is not irrespective of the attenuation of sharpness in the wrap film cutting blade. It uses tension (manually) to keep the wrap film case at an angle to cut when the cut goes bad. For this reason, a relatively strong gripping force is exerted, and in the case of a wrap film case made of paperboard, the case is crushed each time by the gripping force.
[0006]
Therefore, it is also desirable that the cutting blade be made of a material and shape that can keep the sharpness longer. However, sharpness is associated with a higher risk of injury, and therefore, sufficient consideration for this, that is, a control structure is desired.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problem]
Since the wrap film case of the present invention is made of metal or hard plastic, it hardly collapses due to repeated use, so that it does not become unusable due to fatigue, and is significantly improved compared to existing cases. You.
[0008]
The durability of the blade for wrap film cutting is determined by examining the material and shape, and is also installed by a method that can be replaced by simple work. By being housed in a sheath or the like so as not to be exposed to the outside, a structure such that a fingertip or the like does not directly touch the blade can achieve the original purpose of cutting the wrap film and preventing injury.
[0009]
【Example】
This will be described with reference to drawings shown as examples. FIG. 1 shows the external structure of the type I according to the present invention at rest and during operation. FIG. 2 shows the internal structure of the type I at the time of suspension and at the time of operation. In FIG. 1, a wrap film 9 wound into a cylindrical shape is set in a case, and one end of the wrap film is pulled out from between the eaves 2 provided with a sheath 6 containing a blade 8 for cutting the film and the main body 6. Then, the main body and the lid are fixed by hooking.
[0010]
When using the wrap film, the wrap film 9 is further manually pulled out as needed, and the slide button 3 of the blade is manually slid along the guide 10 to enable the blade to operate. This state is shown at the time of operation in FIG.
The blade 8 for cutting the wrap film which was completely settled in the sheath at the time of the rest is exposed to the outside of the sheath 5 (by peeping) so that the wrap film can be cut. When the button 3 is released after the cutting, the blade automatically returns to the rest state shown in FIG. 1, and the cutting edge is completely contained in the sheath and disappears from the external appearance, thereby eliminating the risk of injury.
[0011]
This is because, as can be seen in FIG. 2 showing the internal structure of the I-shape, when it is released from human power, it is automatically operated by the spring 13 to restore the state at rest. In addition, the blade for cutting the wrap film, which has become poorly cut due to abrasion, has its clasp 15 fixed with a screw 17 so that replacement of the blade or regeneration of the blade by sharpening is easy.
[0012]
In addition, if there is a difference in the way the blades come out from the sheaths at both ends, inclination occurs, which hinders the slide of the blade. Therefore, the length of the clasp 15 is made as long as possible to the left and right. The width of the guides 16 provided at both ends was widened, and the guides were slid evenly to the left and right so that the blade edge could not be tilted. In addition, what corresponds to "Claim 1" is the same as that in which the blade does not come in and out, and is functionally fixed in the operation state with the blade edge in the I-type shown in FIG. It corresponds to the prototype of type I.
[0013]
In the type II, a blade guide for sliding a length slightly exceeding the width of the wrap film is provided in a portion corresponding to the type I sheath. The blade is towed and slid along the guide with the power of the mainspring to cut the wrap film.
[0014]
In addition, even in the case of using a small motor driven by a battery to power the blade for cutting the wrap film, the arrangement of the towing line, the towing method, the switch, the battery, etc., uses the accommodation space such as a mainspring. . Therefore, the power for pulling the cutting blade is different, but basically corresponds to the type II, and the detailed description thereof is omitted here.
[0015]
By the way, the operation button 3 in the type II is flat, and the blade 8 housed inside the button protrudes in the direction parallel to the guide 23 of the wrap film cutting blade in the direction parallel to the guide 23 of the wrap film cutting blade, and at the same time, The guide 23 is detached from the stopper 24 crossing the substantially distal end thereof, pulled by a mainspring or a small motor (the motor also serves as a switch), and slides along the guide 23 while cutting the wrap film.
[0016]
At the time of rest, the button is rotated by 90 degrees and put on the stopper 24, but this operation simultaneously serves to store the cutting blade inside the button 3, and turns on and off in the example of using a motor. The switch also serves as a switch, so that it is possible to prevent injuries at the time of suspension and prevent battery consumption.
