しかし、実際にはこうした求めが充分に徹底されておらず、各自治体が、缶容器を回収後に、多額のコストを費やしてその缶容器に穴を開けてガスを排出し、廃棄し、あるいはリサイクルしているのが現状である。従って、個々の住民が缶容器に穴を開けてガスを排出すれば、多額のコストを費やすことなく廃棄あるいはリサイクルすることができるので好ましいが、それには厄介な問題がある。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明に係る穴開け器付缶容器の第一実施形態を、図1乃至図4に示す。この缶容器は、容器本体1の頂部に蓋体2(半球状のものを図示したが、円筒状の場合もある)を被せ、その容器本体1の内部にガスを充填したスプレー式であり、容器本体1の底壁1aに穴Hを開けるための穴開け器10を備えている。
