Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a form paper having a thermosensitive coloring layer formed on the paper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as an example of a form sheet in which a heat-sensitive coloring layer is formed on a sheet, there is an invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-157, filed by the present applicant first.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-10-254359
In this form paper, a required surface of the thermosensitive coloring layer formed on the surface of the paper is coated with a frictional heat reducing layer (coating layer) for suppressing interference of the frictional heat with the thermosensitive coloring layer. Further, as other embodiments, those in which a coating layer is coated only in an information reading area and those in which a coating layer is coated on the entire surface of a thermosensitive coloring layer excluding an imprint area are disclosed (for example, [FIG. 2] of Patent Document 1,
FIG.
FIG. 5 and the like).
[0005]
However, in this type of form paper, the appearance of the paper deteriorates due to the presence of a portion where the coating layer is coated on the same paper surface and a portion where the coating layer is not coated in any form. That is, there is a problem that the glossiness of the portion coated with the coating layer is clearly higher than that of the uncoated portion and is conspicuous, resulting in poor appearance of the paper.
[0006]
In addition, since there is a difference in the coating thickness of the ink between the portion where the coating layer is covered and the portion where the coating layer is not covered, a step occurs due to the difference in the coating thickness between the two. Therefore, when the form paper is conveyed to the printing apparatus, there is also a problem that the print head of the printing apparatus does not shift smoothly due to the step, resulting in a paper jam or a printing failure.
[0007]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a method of uniformly applying the coating layer to the entire surface of the paper is also conceivable. However, in this case, it is preferable to consider the manufacturing cost because the coating layer is also applied to a portion that does not need to be coated. Absent.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to reduce both appearance defects and printing defects due to a coating layer in a form paper in which a coating layer is coated on paper. It is to provide a form paper that can be reduced.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the form paper according to the present invention has a coating region in which a coating layer is coated on a thermosensitive coloring layer formed on a paper surface, and a non-coating region in which the coating layer is not coated on the same paper surface as the coating region. Is provided with an intermediate region in which ink whose coating amount is gradually reduced as the region moves from the coating region to the non-coating region is applied.
[0010]
Here, the intermediate region can be constituted by a halftone gradation layer in which the number of lines or the area ratio is changed. Further, it is preferable that the coating region and the intermediate region are formed using the same ink. Further, when a seal imprint area for imprinting a seal is provided on the paper surface, the coating layer is not covered on the seal imprint area.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the form paper P of the present embodiment has various entry frames 2, 2,... Printed on a sheet 1 formed into a required shape, and the inside of the entry frames 2, 2,. Are coated with a thermosensitive coloring layer 3.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 2, the thermosensitive coloring layer 3 is obtained by dispersing an electron donor and an electron acceptor as solid fine particles in a resin binder and coating the paper 1 on the paper 1. When the thermosensitive coloring layer 3 is heated and melted, both components of the electron donor and the electron acceptor react with each other to form a color.
[0014]
An optical reading section 4 is provided in the lower entry box 2-2 so that the OCR can be automatically read. Predetermined items are printed on the optical reading section 4 with an optical reading code by heating and coloring the thermosensitive coloring layer 3 by a heating means such as a thermal head. In the present embodiment, a bar code 4-1 is printed as an example of the optical reading code.
[0015]
In such a configuration, a coating region T <b> 1 covering the coating layer 5 is provided on the upper surface of the thermosensitive coloring layer 3.
[0016]
That is, the coating layer 5 constituting the coating region T1 is made of an ultraviolet curable type or an oxidative polymerized type so as not to affect the visibility of characters printed on the thermosensitive coloring layer 3 on the lower surface and the reading specifications of the optical reading code. It can be formed by solid printing of a colorless transparent ink of a mold by various printing methods such as screen printing and offset printing.
[0017]
Further, the coating layer 5 is preferably formed using an ink having a predetermined heat resistance in order to prevent the thermosensitive coloring layer 3 from erroneously coloring due to frictional heat. As such a colorless transparent ink having heat resistance, for example, HAKURI OP Varnish UP-2 and RNC non-color changing medium (both manufactured by T & K TOKA, trade names) can be used. The application amount of the ink forming the coating layer 5 is determined in consideration of both the visibility and the heat resistance, and is managed so as not to hinder printing with hardware such as a thermal head.
[0018]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, it is not necessary to consider the visibility and heat resistance of the area except for the thermosensitive coloring layer 3 on the same sheet surface of the sheet 1 on which the coating area T1 is formed. For this reason, the region excluding the thermosensitive coloring layer 3 is a non-coating region T2 where the coating layer 5 is not applied from the viewpoint of reducing the manufacturing cost. A band-shaped intermediate region T3 having a predetermined width is provided at a boundary between the coating region T1 and the non-coating region T2.
[0019]
In other words, the intermediate area T3 gradually increases the filling amount as it moves from the coating area T1 to the non-coating area T2 in order to fill a step D due to the difference in the ink filling amount between the coating area T1 and the non-coating area T2. It is formed by applying ink with a reduced amount. Simple and inexpensive methods include forming solid printing by directly adjusting the amount of ink, and halftone printing by gradually reducing the number of screen lines or gradually reducing the area ratio by screen printing. What kind of method should be adopted.
[0020]
As shown in detail in FIG. 3, the intermediate region T3 of the present embodiment is configured by the halftone gradation layer 6 whose area ratio is gradually reduced from the coating region T1 to the non-coating region T2. Further, in order to make the boundary line between the coating region T1 and the non-coating region T2 inconspicuous, it is preferable to use the same colorless transparent ink as the ink forming the coating region T1 as the ink forming the intermediate region T3. .
[0021]
Further, as another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a seal imprint area T4 for imprinting an imprint on the same sheet may be formed due to the restriction of the sheet space. In this case, it is necessary to configure so that the coating layer 5 is not applied on the imprint area T4.
[0022]
The reason is that, when the coating layer 5 is applied on the imprint seal area T4, the vermilion of the imprint does not settle on the colorless and transparent ink constituting the coating layer 5, causing the imprint to blur and cause paper stain. This is because
[0023]
As described above, since the intermediate region T3 is provided so that the amount of ink gradually decreases from the coating region T1 to the non-coating region T2, the boundary between the coating region T1 and the non-coating region T2 is conspicuous. This makes it possible to reduce the appearance defect of the paper without any problem.
[0024]
Further, the step D due to the difference in the applied thickness of the ink existing between the coating region T1 and the non-coating region T2 is also reduced by the intermediate region T3. For this reason, when the form paper P is transported to the printing apparatus, the print head smoothly transitions from the coating area T1 to the non-coating area T2, or conversely, from the non-coating area T2 to the coating area T1. Troubles such as clogging and defective printing can be eliminated. As described above, since the printing characteristics near the boundary between the coating region T1 and the non-coating region T2 are improved, the printing region on the same sheet is greatly expanded.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the form paper according to the present invention, by forming the intermediate area, the boundary between the coated area and the non-coated area can be made inconspicuous, and the appearance defect of the paper can be reduced. At the same time, the step due to the difference in the thickness of the applied ink is reduced, so that the print head moves smoothly when transported to the printing apparatus, and troubles such as paper clogging and poor printing can be eliminated.
