Description

【0001】

【0010】
<実施例1>
【0011】
<実施例2>
【0012】
<試験例1>

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a facial cleansing device, and more particularly, to a facial cleansing device suitable for aesthetic facial cleansing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In face-washing, removing waste products accumulated in pores is important in preventing comedones and breakouts. However, it is not easy to remove waste products, so-called horn plugs, which form a kind of matrix together with sebum and the like, and are clogged deep into pores, and cannot be easily removed by using both oil-based cleansing and aqueous face-washing. For this reason, a method has been devised in which a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is adhered and removed with a coated sheet, or after a steam treatment, followed by a suction treatment. (For example, see Patent Literature 1, Patent Literature 2, Patent Literature 3, and Patent Literature 4) However, such physical treatment alone has its own limitations. Against this background, in the field of aesthetics, face washing using a brush by combining a cleaning agent and a physical treatment is widely performed. Face washing with a cleaning agent using a brush has a disadvantage that it cannot be performed without the presence of a technician, such as an aesthetic, because it is difficult to adjust the power. Still, it was a situation where the stimulus was easier to precede than the comfort. That is, there has been a demand for the development of a means for removing a keratotic plug, which is more comfortable than a stimulating feeling. This tendency was particularly remarkable in the field of aesthetics. This is due to the fact that the aesthetic itself is oriented toward comfort.
[0003]
On the other hand, for a cosmetic tool, it is already performed to use a nonwoven fabric containing microfibers as a part of the tool, for example, using the cleansing action of microfibers, impregnating the microfibers with a moisturizing cosmetic. A technique for removing dirt while supplementing the moisturizer (see, for example, Patent Document 5), and attaching a wiping cloth made of a nonwoven fabric containing ultrafine fibers to a puff to wipe off excess cosmetics and sebum. There are techniques for spreading cosmetics (for example, see Patent Document 6). In addition, many types of nonwoven fabrics containing ultrafine fibers are already commercially available, for example, "Elmosa" sold by Kuraray Co., Ltd., "Toraysee" sold by Toray Co., Ltd., and Asahi Kasei Co., Ltd. It is extremely easy to obtain such as "detergent Iyako" sold by Kanebo Co., Ltd. and "Bersame 21".
[0004]
On the other hand, there has been no known face-washing device having an elastic support portion and a coating portion made of ultrafine fibers for covering the elastic support portion.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in such a situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a means for removing a keratotic plug that overcomes a stimulating feeling and is accompanied by comfort.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problem]
In view of such a situation, the present inventors have pursued intensive research efforts in search of a means for removing a keratotic plug, which is more comfortable than the stimulating sensation. It is found that such a square plug can be removed by washing the face using a tool that covers the portion and the elastic support portion, and that is used as an ultrafine fiber covering portion. Reached. That is, the present invention relates to the following technology.
(1) A face-washing device, comprising: an elastic support portion and a coating portion made of ultrafine fibers for covering the elastic support portion.
(2) The facial cleansing device according to (1), wherein the elastic support portion is a sponge or a rigid body in which animal hair and / or synthetic fibers are planted.
(3) The facial cleansing device according to (2), wherein the planted animal hair and the synthetic fiber are combined into one or a plurality and are covered with an abdominal part made of ultrafine fibers.
(4) The face washing tool according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a holding unit.
(5) The facial cleansing device according to (2), wherein the sponge having a rounded upper surface is covered with a coating portion made of ultrafine fibers.
(6) The facial cleansing device according to any one of (1) to (5), which is used for aesthetic facial cleansing.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The face-washing tool of the present invention is a face-washing tool, characterized in that it has an elastic support portion and a covering portion made of a microfabricated flat processed body for covering the elastic support portion. Preferred examples of the elastic support portion include animal hair such as horse hair, pig hair, pitted bear hair, and fox hair, or a hair bundle of synthetic fibers such as acrylic resin and nylon resin. Preferable examples of the shape of the hair constituting the hair bundle include a hair having a thickness of 0.1 to 2 mm and a length of 1 to 10 cm. It is preferable that such a hair bundle is planted and fixed to a member made of wood, resin, metal, or a composite material thereof. Such a combination of the elastic support member and the fixing member can be, for example, a face-washing brush or the like. The elastic support may be a sponge. As such a sponge, a shape such as a puff for applying a foundation can be recalled. A form in which a handle or the like as a support at the time of rubbing is attached thereto is preferable. The face-washing tool of the present invention can be approximated to a form in which a face-washing brush or a foundation puff is covered with a covering portion made of a plane processed body made of an ultrafine fiber. Here, as the planar processed body, a cloth woven with ultrafine fibers or a nonwoven cloth processed without weaving can be suitably exemplified, and a particularly preferable one is a nonwoven cloth which is easy to manufacture. In addition, as the ultrafine fibers, those having a fineness of 1 dtex or less can be used without any particular limitation, and the material thereof is not particularly limited as long as it is usually used as a fiber. For example, acrylic fibers, polyester fibers, nylon fibers and the like can be preferably exemplified, and among them, acrylic fibers and polyester fibers can be particularly preferably exemplified. As such a plane processed body of ultrafine fibers, there are already commercially available ones, and such a commercially available product can be purchased and processed after sewing or the like. Examples of the preferred microfabric processed surface used in the present invention include, for example, “Elmosa” sold by Kuraray Co., Ltd., “Tresee” sold by Toray Co., Ltd., and “Sold by Asahi Kasei Corporation” Detergent Iyako "and" Bersame 21 "sold by Kanebo Co., Ltd. can be preferably exemplified. These are all nonwoven fabrics made of ultrafine fibers. In the facial cleansing device of the present invention, as the shape of the planar processed body of the ultrafine fibers for covering the elastic support, the planar processed body is sewn or adhered into a cylindrical shape having a bottom surface on one side, and the non-bottom side It is preferable that the elastic support is covered with the support so that the bottom surface and the elastic support come into contact with each other. At this time, all the elastic supports may be bundled and covered, or may be divided into several bundles and covered for each bundle. The preferred shape of the plane processed body of the ultrafine fibers processed into such a cylindrical shape or the like has a bottom area of 0.5 to 30 cm 2 and a height of 1 to 10 cm. The facial cleansing device of the present invention can be manufactured by covering the elastic support with a three-dimensionally processed body obtained by processing the plane processed body of the ultrafine fibers into a cylindrical shape or the like. The thus obtained facial cleansing device of the present invention produces extremely fine bubbles at the time of facial cleansing, penetrates into pores and removes dirt present in pores, and at the same time, rapidly rinses dirt present on the surface due to its extremely large surface area. Since it can be washed away, it has the characteristic of exhibiting very little primary stimulus while having an excellent washing effect. In addition, it is possible to provide great comfort at the time of washing the face because of its smoothness when it comes into contact with the skin. For this reason, it is preferable to use it at the time of face washing in esthetic treatment. This not only removes dirt and waste products on the skin, but also provides comfort to the subject by relaxing with the facial cleansing device of the present invention, thereby relaxing the subject and enhancing the treatment effect such as subsequent massage. Because we can. Examples of the facial cleansing cosmetics applicable to the facial cleansing device of the present invention include solid soaps mainly containing fatty acid sodium soap, creamy detergents mainly containing fatty acid potassium soap, fatty acid triethanolamine soap and alkyl betaine. A liquid washing agent containing an amphoteric surfactant as a main component, such as a liquid washing agent, can be applied without any particular limitation as long as it is a cosmetic that is usually used for face washing. Particularly preferred is a cream-like face wash containing a fatty acid potassium soap as a main component. This is because such a cleansing agent produces extremely fine bubbles by the facial cleansing device of the present invention.
[0009]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples, but it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to only these Examples.
[0010]
<Example 1>
Pig hair is implanted on a wooden disk to form an elastic support, and a non-woven fabric containing ultrafine fibers ("Toraysee" manufactured by Toray Co., Ltd.) is sewn onto the cylindrical support to create a cylindrical coating as shown in FIG. Created body. This was covered with every 20 elastic supports (pig hair) and fixed with an adhesive to obtain the face washing tool 1 of the present invention.
[0011]
<Example 2>
Pig hair is implanted on a wooden disk to form an elastic support, and a nonwoven fabric containing ultrafine fibers ("Toraysee" manufactured by Toray Co., Ltd.) is sewn on the cover to form a cylindrical coating as shown in FIG. Created body. This was covered so as to cover the entire elastic support to obtain the face-washing tool 2 of the present invention.
[0012]
<Test Example 1>
Using the cleaning composition shown below, the face washing tool of Examples 1 and 2 and the coating of Control Example 1 and the coating of Example 1 were removed from the face washing tool of Examples 1 and 2 and the face wash tool of Example 1 for 10 persons per group. A face washing test was performed using Comparative Example 1 in which the material of the body was changed to a nonwoven fabric using no ordinary ultrafine fibers. The facial cleansing was performed by applying 1 g of the cleaning composition to each facial cleansing tool by an esthetician, rubbing the face five times with a panelist, and rinsing for 3 minutes under running lukewarm water. After washing the face, a commercially available sheet for removing square plugs was moistened and attached to the cheek, and the square plugs were collected. The number of the collected square plugs per 2 mm x 2 mm was counted. In addition, saliva was collected before and after face washing, the concentration of plasterone sulfate in saliva was measured, and the rate of increase in the concentration of plasterone sulfate due to face washing was determined. ((Concentration after washing face-concentration before washing face) / Concentration before washing face * 100) It is known that the secretion concentration of plasterone sulfate increases when it becomes comfortable. Table 1 shows the results. From this, it is clear that the face washing using the face washing tool of the present invention removes more keratotic plugs and increases the comfort of the face washing. It can also be seen that a form like Example 1 in which dozens of supports are coated is more preferable than coating in a lump.
