Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a medical image diagnostic apparatus having a medical bed on which a subject can be mounted and movable, and more particularly, to a mechanism for easily, accurately and safely connecting the medical bed to a gantry.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Some medical beds connected to the gantry of the medical image diagnostic apparatus are used as a stretcher that is separated from the gantry, loaded with a subject, brought into the examination room, and connected to the gantry again.
[0003]
In such a movable medical bed, it is necessary to operate the medical bed in up, down, left, right, front and back directions when performing imaging, and thus it is necessary to independently perform the same function even when separated from the gantry. . Therefore, a drive mechanism and a power supply must be mounted to perform each operation, and the weight of the medical bed itself becomes extremely heavy.
[0004]
The gantry has a connection section in which a mechanism for connecting the medical bed is housed, and the operator must manually connect the medical bed to the connection while adjusting the connection to the connection. Structurally, this connection is located on the floor of the gantry, and the operator must push the medical couch towards a connection that is hidden behind the medical couch and is not visible.
[0005]
FIG. 1 shows a conventional connection method using a magnetic resonance diagnostic apparatus as an example of a medical image diagnostic apparatus. The operator 6 pushes the handle 5 of the medical bed 1 by hand, and connects the bed connecting section 7 of the medical bed 1 to the connection box (connecting section) 4 on the gantry 3 side. Connecting.
[0006]
[Patent Literature 1] and [Patent Literature 2] are known examples of transferring a subject mounted on a stretcher to a medical image diagnostic apparatus. [Patent Document 1] relates to a technique in which a subject is moved by connecting a stretcher to a medical bed in series and transferring a top plate from the stretcher side to the medical bed. [Patent Document 1] is essentially the same as [Patent Document 1] except that the stretcher is connected to the medical bed in parallel.
[0007]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When connecting the medical bed to the gantry manually by the operator as described above, turn around the medical bed several times before connecting and check that there is no collision with the connection. This is very inefficient and difficult for the operator to operate.
[0009]
In the example of FIG. 1, since the connection box 4 is hidden by the medical bed 1 and cannot be seen, the operator 6 turns around in front of the medical bed 1 several times before connection, and confirms that there is no collision with the connection box 4. The connection operation must be performed while checking.
[0010]
Further, in [Patent Literature 1] and [Patent Literature 2], only the connection target of the stretcher is a medical bed, and the essential problems to be solved are the same.
[0011]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily, accurately and safely connect a medical bed to a gantry by hand.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is configured as follows.
(1) In a medical diagnostic imaging apparatus provided with a medical bed which can be detached from a gantry and is movable with a subject mounted thereon, the medical bed is provided on the left and right side surfaces thereof and is connected to the gantry. Means for irradiating a marker beam on a substantially connecting surface side are provided, and the medical bed is arranged on a guide for connecting the medical bed to the gantry so that the marker beam is irradiated.
(2) Preferably, the medical image diagnostic apparatus is a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus.
This makes it possible to easily, accurately and safely connect the medical bed to the gantry by hand.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In all the drawings for describing the embodiments of the present invention, components having the same functions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and their repeated description will be omitted. Also, a magnetic resonance diagnostic apparatus (hereinafter, referred to as “MRI apparatus”) will be described as an example of a medical image diagnostic apparatus. However, the present invention is not limited to an MRI apparatus, and a medical couch such as an X-ray CT apparatus may be used. The present invention can be applied to a medical image diagnostic apparatus.
[0014]
FIG. 2 schematically shows a medical image diagnostic apparatus according to the present invention. The gantry 3 is provided with a connection box (connection portion) 4 for electrically and mechanically connecting to a medical bed movable by the casters 2. Before performing imaging, the operator 6 connects the medical bed 1 to the gantry 3 by connecting the bed connecting box 7 provided at the distal end of the medical bed to the connection box 4 provided on the gantry 3 side. I do. When moving the medical bed 1, the operator 6 operates the medical bed 1 by pushing the handle 5 by hand.
[0015]
FIG. 2 shows a first embodiment of the present invention.
In order to connect the medical bed 1 and the gantry 3 safely and without colliding with the connection box 4 provided on the gantry 3, the laser ( A marker light beam transmitter 9 is provided to indicate the traveling direction of the medical bed and emits a laser beam so that the light is irradiated only in the vertical direction on the light receiving surface of the bed connection guide 10. ON / OFF of the laser is performed by a switch (not shown) provided on the handle 5 pressed by the operator.
[0016]
The operator 6 brings the medical bed 1 close to the connection box 4 of the gantry 3 and turns on the laser by operating a switch before connecting the medical bed 1. Thereafter, the operator operates the medical bed 1 so as to align the laser 8 with the line 11 on the bed connecting guide 10 while checking only the front, thereby easily connecting the medical bed 1 and the gantry 3. And it can be connected safely and accurately. Accordingly, the operator 6 does not need to go to the front of the medical bed 1 to check the medical bed 1 in order to avoid collision between the medical bed 1 and the connection box 4 of the gantry 3.
[0017]
Next, FIG. 3 schematically shows a second embodiment in which guidelines are provided on the floor surface.
A guide tape 12 for connecting the medical bed 1 to the gantry 3 is provided on the floor. The operator 6 can easily, safely, and accurately connect the medical bed 1 to the gantry 3 only by operating the medical bed 1 by adjusting the width of the medical bed 1 and the position of the guide tape 12. Also in this case, similarly to the laser guide, the operator 6 does not need to go to the front side of the medical bed 1 and check it before connecting to avoid collision between the medical bed 1 and the connection box 4 of the gantry 3. . Further, by installing the laser transmitters 9 on the left and right side surfaces of the medical bed 1 and irradiating the laser on the guide tape 12, connection can be made more accurately.
[0018]
The mechanism for easily, safely, and accurately connecting the movable medical bed to the gantry has been described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible. For example, a general light bulb or a high-brightness light emitting diode (LED) may be used instead of a laser as the marker light, and light passing through a vertically long rectangular slit may be used as the marker light. Alternatively, the guide tape 12 may be provided on the ceiling to irradiate a laser to the ceiling. Alternatively, high-brightness light-emitting diodes may be arranged in a band shape on the bed connection guide 10 on the gantry side in the vertical direction to clearly indicate a connection portion with the bed.
[0019]
With the above configuration, the movable medical bed can be easily, safely, and accurately connected to the gantry.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it becomes easy, safe, and accurate to manually push the medical bed to connect it to the gantry.
