Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a winged needle used for infusion performed in medicine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Originally, as this kind of wing-shaped needle, a pair of wing-shaped knobs (b) and (b) made of an elastic synthetic resin are always protruded left and right on one plane at the base of the needle (a) as shown in FIG. In use, the pair of wing-shaped knobs are raised back-to-back with each other as shown by phantom lines in FIG. The needle (a) is punctured by grasping the finger (b) with a finger, and then the pair of wing-shaped knobs (b) and (b) are returned to one plane, and each wing-shaped knob as shown in FIG. It is known that medical adhesive tapes (c) and (c) are applied on (b) and (b) and fixed on the skin.
[0003]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional winged needle, when the pair of winged knobs are fixed to the skin by the adhesive tape after puncturing, the needle often moves off and comes off the blood vessel, and furthermore, the adhesive tape is prepared in advance before puncturing. There was annoyance that I had to keep.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to fix a wing-shaped knob to the skin without moving a punctured needle, and to eliminate the trouble of preparing an adhesive tape.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As means for solving the above problems, the present invention provides:
In a configuration in which a pair of wing-shaped knobs made of an elastic material are always provided on the base of the needle so as to protrude left and right on substantially one plane,
Apply a medical adhesive to each lower surface of the pair of wing-shaped knobs,
On each pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the pair of wing-shaped knobs, a part of a release paper is affixed in a range from a protruding end of the wing-shaped knob to a base, and then the remaining part of the release paper is folded back from the knob base without being attached. A tip for peeling was formed by appropriately protruding the tip from the knob protrusion end,
A winged needle for infusion is proposed.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0006]
【Example】
In FIGS. 1 and 2, a pair of synthetic resin-made rectangular plate-like elastic wing-shaped knobs (3) and (3) are always placed on a substantially flat surface on a hub (2) fitted on the base of the needle (1). The medical adhesives (4) and (4) are applied to the lower surfaces of the pair of wing-shaped knobs (3) and (3), respectively. ) And (4), rectangular release papers (5) and (5) having the same width as the wing-shaped knobs (3) and (3), and first, a part (5a) and (5a) of each of them. The wing-shaped knobs (3) and (3) are attached to the range from the protruding end to the base, and then the remaining portions (5b) and (5b) are folded back from the knob base and the knob protruding ends are left unattached and the tabs protrude. Extend and extend the tip of the remaining part (5b) or (5b) from the protruding end of the knob as appropriate to form the peeling knob (5c) or (5c). Are you.
[0007]
In use, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), a pair of wing-shaped knobs (3) and (3) are raised upward together with release papers (5) and (5), and the raised portions are as shown in the figure. The needle (1) is punctured at a predetermined position by grasping with a finger.
[0008]
While continuing to hold the rising portion, the punctured needle (1) is pressed with the other finger to maintain the puncturing state as shown in FIG. Shift the grip slightly upward to release paper (5), release grips (5c) and (5c) of release paper (5), and move the newly gripped release knobs (5c) and (5c) upward. When pulled, the release papers (5) and (5) as a whole are smoothly separated from the wing-shaped knobs (3) and (3).
[0009]
When the release papers (5) and (5) are peeled off, the wing-shaped knobs (3) and (3) automatically return flat on the skin surface by their elastic restoring force as shown in FIG. Then, the wing-shaped knobs (3) and (3) are lightly pressed from above to attach the adhesive (4) and (4) surfaces to the skin. Thereby, the needle (1) is held in the punctured state.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
According to the wing needle for infusion of the present invention, the pair of raised wing-shaped knobs is gripped together with the release paper to puncture the needle, and then the grip is changed to the release knob and pulled to release the release paper smoothly. In addition to being able to automatically displace the adhesive surface of the wing-shaped knob to the plane state in contact with the skin by elastic restoring force, it can be securely attached to the skin just by pressing the wing-shaped knob in the plane state Therefore, the risk of the punctured needle coming off the blood vessel and the inconvenience of separately preparing an adhesive tape can be eliminated.
