Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention comprises a main device having an interface connected to an IP (Internet Protocol) network, an IP telephone terminal, and a terminal device, and the main device performs IP communication control between the IP telephone terminal and the terminal device and the IP network. More specifically, when an IP telephone terminal cannot respond to an incoming call, an IP telephone system for displaying a voice message from the caller as a text message on a terminal linked to the IP telephone terminal and a method of notifying a message when there is no incoming call About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As one of the service functions of the telephone system, a voice mail service that stores voice messages from a caller by a voice mail function when a telephone terminal can not answer an incoming call and allows the callee to receive a message when requested is provided. is there.
[0003]
However, this service requires a two-step operation of confirming reception (accumulation) of a message and then confirming the content of the message. For example, during a call with the first caller, When there is an incoming call from a caller and a voice message is left without being able to respond to the incoming call, the voice message cannot be instantaneously confirmed while talking with the first caller.
[0004]
In order to eliminate such inconvenience of the voice mail function, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-163,1992 discloses a method for receiving an incoming call that is busy on a first call and receiving a signal indicating that the subscriber cannot perform a call. A technique for recording a message generated by a caller and transmitting to the subscriber information associated with the message being recorded, substantially simultaneously with the recording of the message. I have.
[0005]
In the prior art system described in this known document, a subscriber who is already on a call with a first call is associated with a message that is being recorded by a second caller trying to talk to this subscriber during that call. You can check the information.
[0006]
However, in this conventional system, when a message from the second caller is recorded during a call with the first call, each user of the subscriber terminal to be called is stored without any distinction. Was. For this reason, in a case where a plurality of users use subscriber terminals for which an incoming call cannot be answered, it has not been possible to accumulate and report messages conscious of each user.
[0007]

In the IP telephone system according to the first embodiment having the above-described configuration, when the IP telephone terminal 15 cannot respond to the incoming call, the message from the caller is displayed as a pop-up message. Preparation is required.
[0045]
That is, as a preparatory step, in the present system, it is necessary to link and register a terminal for pop-up displaying a message from the caller when the IP telephone terminal 15 cannot respond to the incoming call.
[0046]
When the terminal linked to the IP telephone terminal 15 cannot display the pop-up message sent out because the power is turned off (when not activated), the second, third,. Terminal) must be set.
[0047]
In addition, it is possible to specify whether or not the voice message before text conversion corresponding to the text message is deleted.
[0048]
Further, the priority regarding the pop-up display timing of the text message can be designated for each user who uses the IP telephone terminal 15.
[0049]
Further, it is necessary to set the timing of pop-up display of the text message sent from the

The information is constructed in the table 109 by the user
[0061]
The information on the presence or absence of the stored message is set by storing the voice message from the caller in the voice message storage unit 107 during the message notification process when the incoming call cannot be answered, and the information on the caller terminal is broadcast. This is set by capturing terminal information notified from the caller terminal when there is an incoming call to be processed.
[0062]
The voice message from the caller is stored in the voice message storage unit 107, converted into a text message through voice recognition by the
[0063]
In the user information management table 109 that manages various types of user information by the above-described method, the state shown in FIG. 5 is such that one message without designation of a user name, a pop-up time, and a priority is accumulated and "Akasaka" , “Ito”, and “Ueda” and the management state when three messages specified by the caller and the pop-up time are accumulated.
[0064]
Here, “10:00” is specified for the user “Akasaka” as the user-specified pop-up time by the caller, and for the user “Ito” and the user “Ueda”, , “13:00” and “10:00” are designated.
[0065]
In this example, there are two messages addressed to “Akasaka” and “Ueda” at the same pop-up timing specified by the user (10:00). Thus, according to the pop-up priority of each user, a message addressed to “Akasaka” is sent to the link destination terminal prior to (prior to) a message addressed to “Ueda”.
[0066]
Further, in this example, the case where the pop-up is performed by specifying the time, such as “13:00”, has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this.

As a result, in a link destination terminal linked to the IP telephone terminal 15 and having a telephone function unit that controls outgoing / incoming and outgoing calls and a telephone call, a predetermined call-back operation for a text message being displayed in a pop-up ( Based on the above-mentioned callback request operation), a function of automatically calling back and transmitting (calling back) to the source terminal of the text message can be provided.
[0122]
A link destination terminal linked to the IP telephone terminal 15 which does not have the telephone function unit is provided with an IP telephone terminal linked in advance based on the predetermined operation on the text message being displayed in the popup. Can have a call-back call request function of sending a call-back call request (callback request), and at this time, the link source IP telephone terminal 15 receives the call-back call request from the link destination terminal. Based on this, the terminal can be provided with a call back transmission function for automatically calling back (call back) to the transmission source terminal (caller terminal) of the text message being popped up.
