Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mounting structure of a member applied when a first member having a pair of upright walls is mounted on a mounting surface portion of a second member facing a rising direction of the upright wall.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, in furniture such as furniture with a top plate, when attaching a pair of support members for supporting the top plate and a cross member to be bridged between the support members, both ends of the cross member having a square pipe shape are attached. It is performed by inserting into a protrusion provided on the inner surface of the support member and screwing it (for example, see Patent Document 1). Further, a mode in which a horizontal member in the shape of a square pipe is placed on the upper surface of the support member and the upper surface and the upper wall of the horizontal member separated from the upper surface are fastened using a screw member is also conceivable. .
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2000-333738 (pages 6 to 8, FIG. 4)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the former mounting structure, since the horizontal member is fitted to the support member, at least a slight gap is formed between the two members in the mounted state, and there is a problem that some backlash occurs. Further, since the latter mounting structure is configured to tighten the upper wall of the support member and the upper wall separated from the upper surface, the tightening force acts along the direction of pulling the upper wall toward the upper surface, There is a problem that the upper wall is easily bent. As a result, sufficient fastening force cannot be obtained, and it is difficult to reliably fix both members. Further, there may be a case where the connection between the two members is slightly loose due to a processing error of a screw hole provided in the wall.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and a main object is to attach a first member having a pair of upright walls to a mounting surface portion of a second member facing the upright direction of the upright walls. Provided is a member mounting structure in which a sufficient tightening force is obtained at the time of abutting and mounting, and a part of each member is surely brought into contact with each other in a pressed state and connected to each other to realize a favorable mounting state without rattling. Is to do.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the member mounting structure of the present invention is a member mounting structure applied when a first member having a pair of upright walls is mounted by abutting against a mounting surface of a second member facing the upright direction of the upright walls. Structure, wherein the first member is formed by utilizing a compressive strength of the upright wall in an upright direction by a pulling means for pulling the mounting member and the mounting surface portion between the upright walls in directions that are close to each other. It is characterized by being attached to the second member.
[0007]
In such a case, the operating force for pulling the first member and the second member by the drawing means acts as a compressive force on the upright wall along the upright direction via the frame. For example, as compared with a conventional mounting structure in which an operating force acts along a direction in which a predetermined surface of the first member located at a position away from the mounting surface of the second member is drawn toward the mounting surface, the predetermined value is reduced during operation. An effective mounting strength can be obtained without the surface being bent toward the mounting surface. In addition, the upright wall and the mounting surface can be brought into contact with each other in a pressed state, and a factor that causes a gap between the first member and the second member to cause looseness is eliminated, and a favorable mounting state is achieved. Can be realized.
[0008]
As a specific embodiment, the first member has a connection wall connecting one end of the pair of upright walls, and the connection wall and the mounting surface portion are brought into contact with or close to each other. The first member is brought into contact with the first member and the second member so that one end portion and the connection wall of the upright wall and the mounting surface portion come into contact with each other in a pressed state by a drawing force of the drawing means. Is attached to the second member.
[0009]
Further, as another specific embodiment, the first member has a connection wall connecting one end of the pair of upright walls, and the other end of the upright wall and the mounting surface portion are connected to each other. The first member and the second member are abutted against each other so as to be in contact with or close to each other, and the other end of the upright wall and the mounting surface are brought into contact with each other in a pressed state by the drawing force of the drawing means. The first member is attached to the second member.
[0010]
In particular, an intermediate wall that stands in the same direction as the upright wall from the connection wall is provided between the pair of upright walls, a through hole or a notch is provided between the intermediate wall and the upright wall, and the through hole or the notch is used. The first member is attached to the second member by utilizing the compressive strength of the upright wall and the intermediate wall in the upright direction by the drawing means using the bridging member that bridges the intermediate wall and the upright wall. With such a configuration, it is possible to press-connect the intermediate wall in addition to the upright wall to the mounting surface, and a more robust mounting state can be realized. In this case, for example, the height of the first member can be kept small by penetrating the intermediate member between the upstanding walls through the intermediate wall.
[0011]
In addition, as an example of the drawing means, a method of drawing and tightening the frame member and the mounting surface portion using a screw feed mechanism may be used.
[0012]
In order to reduce the number of parts and to facilitate the mounting operation, the drawing means allows the screw member to be inserted through a screw insertion hole provided in one of the mounting member and the mounting surface portion, and It is preferable that the frame member and the mounting surface are drawn by screwing the screw member into the provided screw hole.
[0013]
Further, the first member and the second member are members that constitute furniture, the second member is a support member that supports both side ends of the top plate, and the first member is bridged between the support members. If it is a horizontal member, the mounting structure according to the present invention can be suitably applied. In this case, it is preferable that the mounting surface is the upper surface of the support member.
[0014]
On the other hand, even if the first member and the second member are members constituting furniture, the second member is a top plate, and the first member is a horizontal member arranged on the lower surface of the top plate. The mounting structure according to the invention can be suitably applied. In that case, it is desirable that the mounting surface is the lower surface of the top plate.
[0015]

By screwing the screw portion B1 of the screw member B into the screw hole, the insertion frame 8 and the upper surface portions 231a and 31a of the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3 or the lower surface portion 11a of the top plate 1 are connected to the upright wall 41 and the middle. It is configured to be able to be pulled in the upright direction of the wall 43.
[0031]
Next, a procedure for attaching the horizontal member 4 and the leg frame 2 using the drawing means 9 will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0032]
First, one of the upright walls 41 of the horizontal member 4 and the opposing surface 232 of the corner member 23 are brought into contact with or close to each other, and the upper surface portion 231a of the protrusion 231 of the corner member 32 is Place one end. At this time, the screw insertion hole 44a formed in the upper wall 44 of the horizontal member 4 and the screw hole 231b provided in the upper surface portion 231a are made to substantially match. Next, the insertion frame member 8 is inserted into each of the first engagement holes 4a1 formed near one end of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43, and is brought into contact with or close to the concave portion 232a of the facing surface 232. Thus, the screw insertion hole 8a is made substantially coincident with the screw insertion hole 44a of the upper wall 44. In this case, the concave portion 232a functions as a positioning portion for positioning the insertion frame 8. Then, the screw member B is inserted from above in the order of the screw insertion hole 44a of the upper wall 44 and the screw insertion hole 8a of the insertion frame 8, and the screw portion B1 is screwed into the screw hole of the upper surface portion 231a using an appropriate tool. 231b, the lowering portion 8b of the insertion frame 8 and the lower edge portion 4a11 of the first engagement hole 4a1 come into contact with each other by the pulling force of the pulling means 9, and the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 The lower end portions 41a and 43a of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 and the upper surface portion 231a of the protruding portion 231 are pressed and coupled, and the bottom wall 42 is pressed against the upper surface portion 231a. (See FIG. 5). In such a mounted state, the screw head B2 of the screw member B is set so as to be completely accommodated in the horizontal member 4 so as not to be exposed. In this embodiment, a washer W is interposed between the screw head B2 and the insertion frame 8.
[0033]
The work of attaching the horizontal member 4 and the sleeve 3 is also performed using the drawing means 9 in substantially the same procedure as described above. Briefly, the insertion member 8 is inserted into each first engagement hole 4a1 formed near the other end of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43, and the screw insertion hole 8a of the insertion member 8 and the sleeve 3 are inserted. The screw hole provided in the upper surface portion 31a of the upper wall 44 and the screw insertion hole 44a of the upper wall 44 are substantially aligned. Then, the screw member B is inserted from above in the order of the screw insertion holes 44a and 8a, and the screw portion B1 is screwed into the screw hole of the upper surface portion 31a. The lower edge 4a11 of the hole 4a1 abuts, and a tightening force acts on the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 in the upright direction, so that the lower ends 41a, 43a of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 and the upper surface 31a. At the same time, the bottom wall 42 is pressed against the upper surface 231a. Through such a procedure, the horizontal member 4 is integrally attached to the leg frame 2 and the sleeve 3.
[0034]
Further, the attachment of the horizontal member 4 and the top plate 1 can be performed in accordance with the operation of attaching the horizontal member 4 to the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3. Briefly, first, the top plate 1 is placed on the upper end of the horizontal member 4. At this time, the bracket 12 of the top plate 1 is brought into contact with or close to the upright wall 41 located on the inner side of each transverse member 4, and each of the engagement holes 12 a formed in the bracket 12 and the upright wall 41 and the middle The engagement holes 4a1 and 4a2 formed in the wall 43 are made to substantially coincide with each other. Then, a substantially rectangular parallelepiped insertion member (not shown) into which the second engagement hole 4a2 can be inserted is inserted into each of the engagement holes 12a and 4a2, and a screw insertion hole (not shown) provided in the insertion member and the top plate 1 The screw holes provided in the lower surface portion 11a of the first embodiment and the screw insertion holes 44a of the upper wall 44 substantially coincide with each other. Then, the screw member B is inserted from below into the screw insertion hole of the insertion frame material and the screw insertion hole 44a of the upper wall in this order, and the screw portion B1 is screwed into the screw hole of the lower surface portion 11a using an appropriate tool. The upper edge of the insertion frame and the upper edge 4a22 of the second engagement hole 4a2 come into contact with each other by the pulling force of the pulling means 9, and the tightening force is applied to the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 in the upright direction. Works, the upper end portions 41b and 43b of the standing wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 and the lower surface portion 11a of the top plate 1 are pressed and coupled, and the upper wall 44 is pressed against the lower surface portion 11a. FIG. 6 (FIG. 6 is a view in which a cross section taken along the line QQ in FIG. 3 is partially omitted and FIG. 6 shows a state where the top plate 1 is attached to the horizontal member 4 in this manner. As shown in a dashed line), the lower surface 11a of the top plate 1 and the upper ends 41b, 43b of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 substantially contact each other, and the upper ends of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43, respectively. The configuration is such that the loads 41b and 43b share and receive the load of the top plate 1 in the upright direction of the walls 41 and 43.
[0035]
Through the above procedure, the leg frame 2, the sleeve 3, and the top board 1 can be integrally assembled using the horizontal member 4.
[0036]
Further, the desktop panel 5, the curtain plate 6, and the organizing shelf 7 can be attached to the horizontal member 4 as needed. For example, when attaching the desktop panel 5 to the horizontal member 4, the desktop panel 5 is positioned on the rear edge side of the top plate 1, and the pair of engaging pieces 52 of the desktop panel 5 are They are inserted into the engaging holes 4a2 substantially simultaneously and engaged with each other. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, the lower end 52a of the engagement piece 52 contacts the lower edge 4a21 of each of the engagement holes 4a2 of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43, and the lower edge of each of the engagement holes 4a2. 4a21 is configured to share and receive the load of the desktop panel 5 in the upright direction of the walls 41, 43. Similarly, the curtain plate 6 and the organizing shelf 7 can be attached to the horizontal member 4 by inserting the engaging pieces 62 or 72 into the predetermined engaging holes 4a2 or 4a1 and engaging with each other. The lower edges 4a21, 4a11 of the holes 4a2, 4a1 are configured to receive the load of the curtain plate 6 or the sorting shelf 7 in the upright direction. When the optional members 5, 6, and 7 are attached to the horizontal member 4, the engaging pieces 52, 62, and 72 of the optional members 5, 6, and 7 may interfere with each other or may have the same engagement. The separation distance between the engagement pieces 51, between the engagement pieces 62, and between the engagement pieces 72 is appropriately set so that the holes 4a1 or 4a2 are not shared.
[0037]
In addition, in the above-mentioned mounting state, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the both side ends of the horizontal member 4 are set so as to substantially coincide with the outer ends of the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3. Therefore, the horizontal member 4 can be used to connect to other furniture with a top plate.
[0038]
Other furniture with a top plate may have the same shape and the same structure as the desk T, but in this embodiment, the side table ST shown in FIG. 7 is used. As shown in the figure, the side table ST includes a top plate X1, a pair of leg frames X2 supporting both end portions of the top plate X1, and a horizontal member X4 bridged between the leg frames X2. It is a thing. The top plate X1, the leg frame X2, and the horizontal member X4 have substantially the same shape as the top plate 1, the leg frame 2, and the horizontal member 4, except for the shape of the top plate X1 and the longitudinal dimension of the horizontal member X4. None, similarly to the desk T, the members X1, X2, and X4 are integrally assembled using a drawing means. This collecting means is substantially the same as the collecting means 9 described above. The lateral ends of the lateral member X4 are set so as to substantially coincide with the outer ends of the leg frames X2.
[0039]
The side table ST having such a configuration and the desk T are connected using a connecting member R. As shown in FIG. 8, the connecting member R is a substantially thick plate-shaped block having a thickness that can be accommodated between the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43. In the vicinity of both side ends of the connecting member R, mounting holes R1 penetrating in the thickness direction are provided. The attachment hole R1 has substantially the same shape as the first engagement hole 4a1.
[0040]
Next, a procedure for connecting the desk T and the side table ST using the two connecting members R having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIG. First, the desk T on which the top plate 1 and X1 are not attached and the side table ST are adjacent to each other, and the connecting members R are arranged so as to straddle the horizontal members 4 and X4. Then, one mounting hole R1 of the connecting member R and the first engaging hole 4a1 are substantially aligned, the insertion member 8 is inserted into the first engaging hole 4a1 and the mounting hole R1, and the screw member B is inserted into the frame. By inserting the screw member B into the screw hole 231b of the upper surface portion 231a of the leg frame 2 by inserting the screw member B into the screw insertion hole 8a of the material 8, the lower end portions 41a and 43a of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 are connected to the upper surface. It is pressure-coupled to the portion 231a. Similarly, the other mounting hole R1 of the connecting member R and the first engagement hole X4a1 are substantially aligned, the insertion member 8 is inserted into the first engagement hole X4a1 and the mounting hole R1, and the screw member B is inserted. By inserting the screw member B into the screw hole (not shown) of the leg frame X2 by inserting the screw member B into the screw insertion hole 8a of the frame member 8, the lower end portions (not shown) of the upright wall X41 and the intermediate wall X43 are legged. It is press-bonded to the upper surface (not shown) of the frame X2. According to the above procedure, each connecting member R is irremovably attached to the horizontal member 4 and the other horizontal member X4, respectively, and connects the horizontal member 4 and the other horizontal member X4 via the connecting member R. can do. In a state where the horizontal member 4 and the other horizontal member X4 are connected to each other, the pressing connection state by the pulling means is released once, and one of the leg frames 2 and X2 is connected to the horizontal member 4 or another horizontal member. The attachment position can be changed to an arbitrary position along the longitudinal direction of the frame X4. In addition, if the cap C is attached to the side end of the horizontal member 4 on which the connecting member R is not disposed and the other horizontal member X4, the appearance is not impaired.
[0041]
As described above, the mounting structure of the member according to the present embodiment draws the insertion frame member 8 bridging between the pair of upright walls 41 and the upper surface portions 231a, 31a and the lower surface portion 11a, which are the mounting surface portions, in directions approaching each other. Since the horizontal member 4 is attached to the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3 or the top plate 1 by utilizing the compressive strength of the standing wall 41 in the rising direction by the drawing means 9, the horizontal means is provided by the drawing means 9. The operation force for pulling the material 4 and the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3 or the top plate 1 acts as a compressive force along the rising direction, and the rising wall 41 and the upper surface portions 231a, 31a or the lower surface portion 11a are moved. It is possible to make contact in a pressed state, and it is possible to obtain an effective mounting strength. In addition, a gap is generated between the horizontal member 4 and the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3 or the top plate 1 so that rattling occurs. Factors that cause the occurrence are eliminated , It is possible to realize a good mounting state.
[0042]
Also, the horizontal member 4 and the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3 are brought into contact with each other so that the bottom wall 42 connecting the lower end portions 41a of the pair of upright walls 41 and the upper surface portion 231a or 31a are brought into contact with or close to each other. In order to attach the horizontal member 4 to the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3 so that the lower end 41 and the bottom wall 42 of the upright wall 41 are brought into contact with the upper surface 231a or 31a in a pressed state by the pulling force of the pulling means 9. The bottom wall 42 and the upper surface 231a or 31a can be pressed against each other while pressing each of the upright walls 41 in the direction of compressing them in the upright direction, and the bottom wall 42 and the upper surface 231a or 31a are substantially in close contact with each other. In this way, it is possible to prevent an unnecessary gap from being generated between the horizontal member 4 and the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3, and to realize a more favorable attachment state.
[0043]
Further, since the intermediate wall 43 that rises from the bottom wall 42 is provided between the pair of upright walls 41, the intermediate wall 43 hangs on the upright wall 41 as compared with a case where the operating force of the pulling means 9 is received only by the upright wall 41. The stress concentration can be dispersed to the intermediate wall 43, and the load on the upright wall 41 can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to prevent the upright wall 41 from being damaged early due to stress concentration. In addition, the pulling means 9 using the insertion frame 8 penetrating through the intermediate wall 43 and bridging between the upright walls 41, using the compressive strength of the upright walls 41 and the intermediate walls 43 in the upright direction, to horizontally erection. Since the member 4 is attached to the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3 or the top plate 1, it is possible to press-connect the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 with the upper surface 231a or 31a or the lower surface 11a, and a more secure attachment. The state can be realized. In addition, since the insertion frame member 8 passes through the intermediate wall 43 and extends between the upright walls 41, the height of the horizontal frame member 4 can be reduced.
[0044]
The drawing means 9 allows the screw member B to be inserted into the screw insertion hole 8a provided in the insertion frame 8, and the screw member B is screwed into the screw holes provided in the upper surface portions 231a, 31a and the lower surface portion 11a. Draws the insertion frame 8 and the upper surface portion 231a or 31a or the lower surface portion 11a, so that the horizontal frame 4 can be moved to the leg frame 2 by a simple operation using the screw feed mechanism of the drawing means 9. Alternatively, it can be securely attached to the sleeve 3 or the top plate 1.
[0045]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described in detail above.
[0046]
For example, the horizontal member as the first member can be suitably used as long as it has even opposing walls, and may be, for example, a square pipe shaped by extrusion.
[0047]
Further, the first member may have a connection wall connecting one end of the pair of upright walls, and may not have the intermediate wall. In this case, the first member and the second member are abutted against each other so that the other end of the upright wall and the mounting surface come into contact with or close to each other, and the other end of the upright wall is drawn by the drawing force of the drawing means. You may make it attach a 1st member to a 2nd member so that and an attachment surface part may contact in the press state.
[0048]
Of course, the first member may have three or more intermediate walls.
[0049]
Also, a cutout may be provided in the upright wall and the intermediate wall instead of the engagement hole, and the insertion frame may be bridged over the cutout.
[0050]
Also, the drawing means pulls the insertion frame member and the mounting surface portion by inserting a screw member into a screw insertion hole provided in the mounting surface portion and screwing the screw member into a screw hole provided in the insertion frame member. Even those that are brought closer can be suitably used.
[0051]
Further, the mounting structure of the member of the present invention can be suitably applied to furniture with a top plate other than a desk, and general-purpose use is possible.
[0052]
In addition, the specific configuration of each unit is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0053]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the operating force for pulling the first member and the second member by the pulling means causes the upright wall to act as a compressive force along the upright direction via the frame. Therefore, for example, as compared with a mounting structure in which an operation force acts along a direction in which a predetermined surface of the first member located at a position away from the mounting surface of the second member is drawn toward the mounting surface, the predetermined time during operation is reduced. Does not bend toward the mounting surface, and an effective mounting strength can be obtained. In addition, the upright wall and the mounting surface can be brought into contact with each other in a pressed state, so that a factor that causes a gap between the first member and the second member to cause looseness is eliminated, and a favorable mounting state is achieved. Can be realized.
