【従来の技術】
窓ガラスにポスター等のシート材を止める場合、画鋲や磁石が使用できないため、一般には粘着性のテープを利用してこれを係止している。ところがテープを窓ガラス等に貼着すると、ポスター撤去時にガラス面に接着層が残置してしまい、これを除去するのに非常に手間を要する不都合があった。

窓ガラスを汚すことなくポスター等を保持するための装置としては、例えば特許文献１あるいは特許文献２に記載されるような吸着盤を利用した構造が提案されていた。

ここで特許文献１に記載される吸着盤は、吸着部の背後に支持体を設け、この支持体に接着剤層を設けるものであった。又、特許文献２に記載される吸着盤は、吸着部背面に突設する軸にアームを架設し、その両端に弾性体を設け、アームを介しての弾性体の押圧力でポスターを保持する構造であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、特許文献１に記載される吸着盤の場合、支持体にポスターを貼着すると、これを傷付けずに剥がすことは殆ど不可能となりポスターの再利用や保存は事実上困難であった。又後者の場合は、ポスター周辺部での取付けのみが可能であり、内部での係止は不可能であったので面積が大なるポスターの際には、中央部に弛みが生ずる恐れがあった。

この発明は、上記課題を解決し、ポスター等被保持物の損傷を極力抑え、再利用や保存を可能とし、又被保持物の内部であってもこれを係止することが可能な吸着盤を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、この発明の吸着盤は、ガラス等の平滑面に吸着する吸着部と、シート材等の被保持物を保持するための保持部を備える吸着盤において、前記保持部は、吸着部背面に突設する中空の円筒体と、この円筒体の内部に形成するピン刺入部と、前記被保持物を係止するピンからなることを特徴とするものである。

ピンは、把持部を有する画鋲であって、ピン刺入部はこの画鋲の針の再度の刺入に適する材質、例えば適度の硬さを備える木材等で形成することが望ましい。又ピンは、被保持物の周辺部を保持する場合には、吸着部に止着する紐や帯材等に繋ぐ構造でもよいが、被保持物の内部を保持する場合は独立したピンを使用する。

請求項２記載の吸着盤の保持部は、吸着部背面に突設する中空の円筒体と、この円筒体の内部に設ける固定磁石と、この固定磁石に対向し前記被保持物を挟持する他の磁石からなることを特徴とするものである。

被保持物は、ポスター等の紙材の他、タオル・ハンカチ等の布材でも適用可能であり、平滑面は吸着部が吸着係止可能な面であれば、任意の素材に対して適用できる。例えば、自動車のウインドーに遮光材等を取り付ける場合にも利用できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次にこの発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づき詳細に説明する。図１は吸着盤の分解斜視図である。吸着盤１は、吸着部２とその背面側に設ける保持部３からなり、保持部３は吸着部背面に突設する中空の円筒体４と、円筒体内部に形成するピン刺入部５と、シート材等の被保持物６を刺入しながら係止するピン７を有する。ピン７は、針７ａを支持する把持部７ｂを備える。吸着部２はガラス等の平滑な面に吸着しやすく、かつ取り外しも可能なように柔軟性の高いゴム又はプラスチック等の材質で形成する。

被保持物の周辺部を保持する場合には図２に示す吸着盤を用いることができる。図２はピンで保持する別の実施形態の斜視図である。この吸着盤１１は、吸着部１２に止着する帯材１３の先端にピン１７を係止するので、ピン１７を紛失する恐れがない。なお被保持物１６の内部を保持する場合には、図１で示すような分離したピン７を備える吸着盤１を使用する。

次にピンを用いない実施形態を図３に示す。図３の吸着盤２１の保持部２３は、吸着部２２の背面に突設する中空の円筒体２４に円板状の永久磁石２５を内設し、この永久磁石２５と対になる他の円板状の永久磁石２７を備える。これら一対の永久磁石２５，２７で被保持物２６を挟持する。又この実施形態においても被保持物の周辺部を保持する場合には図４で示すような吸着盤を用いることができる。この吸着盤３１の場合も吸着部３２に止着する帯材３３の先端に他の永久磁石３７を係止する。このように磁石で被保持物を挟持する構造では、ポスター等を傷付ける恐れが全くなくなる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、この発明の吸着盤は、吸着部背面にピン刺入部を形成するので、被保持物をピンで係止することができる。従ってポスター等被保持物の損傷が極力抑えられ、再利用や保存が可能となる。又独立したピンを使用することで被保持物の内部であってもこれを係止することが可能となり、面積が大なるポスターでも中央部に弛みが生じない。請求項２記載の吸着盤は、吸着部背面に設ける固定磁石と、対向する他の磁石で被保持物を挟持するのでポスター等を傷付ける恐れが全くなくなる。
