しかし、特許文献1に記載される吸着盤の場合、支持体にポスターを貼着すると、これを傷付けずに剥がすことは殆ど不可能となりポスターの再利用や保存は事実上困難であった。又後者の場合は、ポスター周辺部での取付けのみが可能であり、内部での係止は不可能であったので面積が大なるポスターの際には、中央部に弛みが生ずる恐れがあった。

この発明は、上記課題を解決し、ポスター等被保持物の損傷を極力抑え、再利用や保存を可能とし、又被保持物の内部であってもこれを係止することが可能な吸着盤を提供することを目的としている。

上記課題を解決するため、この発明の吸着盤は、ガラス等の平滑面に吸着する吸着部と、シート材等の被保持物を保持するための保持部を備える吸着盤において、前記保持部は、吸着部背面に突設する中空の円筒体と、この円筒体の内部に形成するピン刺入部と、前記被保持物を係止するピンからなることを特徴とするものである。

ピンは、把持部を有する画鋲であって、ピン刺入部はこの画鋲の針の再度の刺入に適する材質、例えば適度の硬さを備える木材等で形成することが望ましい。又ピンは、被保持物の周辺部を保持する場合には、吸着部に止着する紐や帯材等に繋ぐ構造でもよいが、被保持物の内部を保持する場合は独立したピンを使用する。

次にこの発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づき詳細に説明する。図1は吸着盤の分解斜視図である。吸着盤1は、吸着部2とその背面側に設ける保持部3からなり、保持部3は吸着部背面に突設する中空の円筒体4と、円筒体内部に形成するピン刺入部5と、シート材等の被保持物6を刺入しながら係止するピン7を有する。ピン7は、針7aを支持する把持部7bを備える。吸着部2はガラス等の平滑な面に吸着しやすく、かつ取り外しも可能なように柔軟性の高いゴム又はプラスチック等の材質で形成する。

被保持物の周辺部を保持する場合には図2に示す吸着盤を用いることができる。図2はピンで保持する別の実施形態の斜視図である。この吸着盤11は、吸着部12に止着する帯材13の先端にピン17を係止するので、ピン17を紛失する恐れがない。なお被保持物16の内部を保持する場合には、図1で示すような分離したピン7を備える吸着盤1を使用する。

次にピンを用いない実施形態を図3に示す。図3の吸着盤21の保持部23は、吸着部22の背面に突設する中空の円筒体24に円板状の永久磁石25を内設し、この永久磁石25と対になる他の円板状の永久磁石27を備える。これら一対の永久磁石25,27で被保持物26を挟持する。又この実施形態においても被保持物の周辺部を保持する場合には図4で示すような吸着盤を用いることができる。この吸着盤31の場合も吸着部32に止着する帯材33の先端に他の永久磁石37を係止する。このように磁石で被保持物を挟持する構造では、ポスター等を傷付ける恐れが全くなくなる。

以上説明したように、この発明の吸着盤は、吸着部背面にピン刺入部を形成するので、被保持物をピンで係止することができる。従ってポスター等被保持物の損傷が極力抑えられ、再利用や保存が可能となる。又独立したピンを使用することで被保持物の内部であってもこれを係止することが可能となり、面積が大なるポスターでも中央部に弛みが生じない。請求項2記載の吸着盤は、吸着部背面に設ける固定磁石と、対向する他の磁石で被保持物を挟持するのでポスター等を傷付ける恐れが全くなくなる。
