TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connection structure of a member that connects another member to a horizontal member via a connection member, and a mounting structure of a member that mounts an optional member to the horizontal member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, in furniture such as furniture with a top plate, a pair of support members that support the top plate and a horizontal member that spans between the support members and supports the top plate have both ends at the inner surface of the support member. It is attached by inserting it into the protruding part provided in the above and screwing it. (See, for example, Patent Document 1). Therefore, no mode is adopted in which other members are connected or optional members are attached to both ends of the horizontal member. Note that, as a configuration for connecting one piece of furniture with a top plate (for example, a desk) and another piece of furniture with a top plate (for example, a side table), one side end of each of the top plates is abutted against each other. It is known that one connecting member is arranged so as to straddle the lower surface of the board, and this connecting member is screwed to the lower surface of the top plate to connect furniture with the top plate to each other (for example, Patent Reference 2).

JP-A-2000-333738 (pages 6 to 8, FIG. 4)
[Patent Document 2]
JP-A-5-329025 (pages 3 and 4, FIGS. 1 and 10)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the connection structure described in Patent Document 2 is obtained by connecting the top plates of each piece of furniture with a top plate via a connection member, when a load is applied to the connected portion, only the connection member is connected. A load is applied, and it is difficult to obtain effective support strength. In addition, since the work of attaching the connecting member to the lower surface side of the top plate is performed in the lower limb space below the top plate, the space is limited and the workability is impaired. Moreover, the thing of the said patent document 1 has a disadvantage that it is difficult to connect other members or attach optional members to both ends of the horizontal member, and it is not possible to flexibly use it in a use mode. Occurs.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and a main object is to bring a side end of a transverse member into contact with or close to a side end of a beam provided on another member. Another object of the present invention is to provide a connecting structure of members capable of connecting a beam to a horizontal member.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the member mounting structure of the present invention is configured such that a beam provided in a substantially horizontal posture on another member is attached to a long horizontal member bridged between a pair of leg structures via a connecting member. A connection structure of members applied when connecting in the longitudinal direction of the bridge member, wherein the horizontal member substantially matches both side ends of the horizontal member and outer ends of each leg structure. In a state where the side end of the beam and the side end of the beam are in contact with or close to each other, and the beam and the beam are connected via the connecting member. And are connected.
[0007]
In such a case, since the side end of the horizontal member is set to be located at the outer end of the leg structure, the side end of the horizontal member and the side end of the beam correspond to each other. The connection can be performed in a state of being in contact with or in close proximity, the connection operation can be performed relatively easily, and a good connection state can be realized.
[0008]
In addition, a member applied when connecting the first horizontal member as the horizontal member and the long second horizontal member as the beam spanned between another pair of leg structures in the longitudinal direction. Wherein each of the lateral members is bridged between the leg structures such that both end portions of the lateral members and outer end portions of each leg structure substantially coincide with each other. In a state where the side end of the first horizontal member and the side end of the second horizontal member are in contact with or close to each other, the first horizontal member and the second horizontal member are connected via the connecting member. If it connects, since the side end of each horizontal member is set so that it may be located in the outer end of a leg structure, the side end of a 1st horizontal member and the 2nd horizontal member The horizontal members can be connected to each other in a state where the side members are in contact with or close to each other, so that the connecting operation can be performed relatively easily, and a good connected state can be realized. In addition, since each cross member is bridged between the leg structures, the cross member and the leg structure can cooperate to receive the load received in the connected region, and Can be effectively increased.
[0009]
In order to enable the lower limb space to be effectively utilized in accordance with the usage mode, in a state where the first horizontal member and the second horizontal member are connected, the mounting position of the leg structure that is in contact with or close to the first horizontal member and the second horizontal member Can be changed to a desired mounting position along the longitudinal direction of the transverse member, or the leg structure can be removed.
[0010]
As a specific embodiment, an accommodation space capable of accommodating the connecting member is provided at a side end of each of the lateral members, and a side end of the first lateral member and the second lateral member are provided. The connecting member is disposed in the housing space so as to straddle the side end portion of the first horizontal member and the first horizontal member using fixing means for fixing the connecting member to each horizontal member so that it cannot be removed. What connects the 2nd horizontal member is mentioned.
[0011]
In particular, each of the horizontal members has a pair of upright walls, and the accommodation space is formed between the upright walls, and the fixing means is connected to the small bridge material bridged between the upright walls. It is preferable that the connecting member is fixed to each of the horizontal members so as not to be detachable by engaging with a member.
[0012]
More specifically, each of the upright walls is provided with an engaging portion with which the frame member can be engaged, and an engaging portion corresponding to the engaging portion is formed on the connecting member, and the fixing means is provided. An example in which the connecting member is fixed to each of the transverse members so as not to be detachable by engaging the small member with each engaging portion.
[0013]
Further, each of the horizontal members is provided with an intermediate wall that stands in the same direction as the upright wall between a pair of upright walls, and the accommodation spaces are formed between the intermediate wall and the upright wall, respectively. A fixing means for fixing the connecting member to each of the transverse members so as to be unable to be detached by engaging the connecting member with the small bridge member extending between the standing walls through the intermediate wall. It may be. In this case, it is desirable to form engaging portions corresponding to the respective engaging portions on the intermediate wall.
[0014]
In addition, if the horizontal member and the beam are formed by plastically deforming a single steel plate, the processing cost can be reduced.
[0015]
Further, it is preferable that the horizontal member and the beam constitute a part of furniture with a top plate such as a desk or a side table.
[0016]
Further, the member mounting structure according to the present invention is a member connecting structure applied when mounting an optional member in the longitudinal direction of a long transverse member bridged between a pair of leg structures, The lateral member is bridged between the leg structures so that both side ends of the lateral member and the outer ends of the leg structures substantially coincide with each other, and the lateral end of the lateral member is An opening is formed in the portion, and the optional member is attached using the opening.
[0017]
In such a case, the optional member can be easily attached using the opening of the horizontal member. here. “Attaching the optional member using the opening” refers to a mode of attaching the optional member by inserting a part of the optional member into the opening of the horizontal member, or an end surface of the opening and an end surface of the optional member. In this manner, various aspects are included such as a mode of attaching an optional member using an appropriate fixing means.
[0018]

[0030]
This mounting structure uses an insertion frame 8 that is inserted and bridged in first engagement holes 4a1 formed in the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43, and the insertion frame 8 and the leg frame 2 or the sleeve are used. The horizontal member 4, the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3, or the top plate 1 by the pulling force of the pulling means 9 that pulls the upper surface portions 231 a, 31 a of the base plate 3 or the lower surface portion 11 a of the top plate 1 toward each other. Are press-coupled using the compressive strength of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 in the upright direction. Here, the “upper surface portion 231a of the leg frame 2” means the upper surface portion 231a of the projecting portion 231 of the corner member 23, and the “upper surface portion 31a of the sleeve 3” is the upper surface portion of the sleeve body 31. 31 a, and “the lower surface 11 a of the top 1” means the lower surface 11 a of the top main body 11. In the following description, it is used synonymously.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. 5, for example, the insertion frame 8 has a substantially semi-circular shape in a front view in which a part of a cylinder is vertically cut in a plane, and has a cylindrical surface portion 81 and a flat portion 82 on its outer peripheral surface. Are formed as solid blocks. Then, a screw insertion hole 8a through which the screw portion B1 of the screw member B can be inserted so as to be orthogonal to the axis thereof is penetrated so as to open at a substantially central portion of the plane portion 82.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. 5, the screw member B is a well-known screw member having a screw portion B1 which is a male screw and a screw head B2 having a diameter larger than that of the screw portion B1, so that detailed description is omitted. . The diameter of the screw insertion hole 44a formed in the upper wall 44 of the horizontal member 4 is set so that the screw portion B1 and the screw head B2 can pass through, and the diameter of the screw insertion hole 8a formed in the insertion frame 8 is set. Is set so that only the screw portion B1 can pass through.
[0033]
The pulling means 9 inserts the screw member B into the screw insertion hole 8a formed in the insertion frame 8, and is provided on the upper surface portions 231a and 31a of the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3 or the lower surface portion 11a of the top plate 1, respectively. By screwing the screw portion B1 of the screw member B into the screw hole, the insertion frame 8 and the upper surface portions 231a and 31a of the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3 or the lower surface portion 11a of the top plate 1 are connected to the upright wall 41 and the middle. It is configured to be able to be pulled in the upright direction of the wall 43.
[0034]
Next, a procedure for attaching the horizontal member 4 and the leg frame 2 using the drawing means 9 will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0035]
First, one of the upright walls 41 of the horizontal member 4 and the opposing surface 232 of the corner member 23 are brought into contact with or close to each other, and the upper surface portion 231a of the protrusion 231 of the corner member 32 is Place one end. At this time, the screw insertion hole 44a formed in the upper wall 44 of the horizontal member 4 and the screw hole 231b provided in the upper surface portion 231a are made to substantially match. Next, the insertion frame member 8 is inserted into each of the first engagement holes 4a1 formed near one end of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43, and is brought into contact with or close to the concave portion 232a of the facing surface 232. Thus, the screw insertion hole 8a is made substantially coincident with the screw insertion hole 44a of the upper wall 44. In this case, the concave portion 232a functions as a positioning portion for positioning the insertion frame 8. Then, the screw member B is inserted from above in the order of the screw insertion hole 44a of the upper wall 44 and the screw insertion hole 8a of the insertion frame 8, and the screw portion B1 is screwed into the screw hole of the upper surface portion 231a using an appropriate tool. 231b, the lowering portion 8b of the insertion frame 8 and the lower edge portion 4a11 of the first engagement hole 4a1 come into contact with each other by the pulling force of the pulling means 9, and the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 The lower end portions 41a and 43a of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 and the upper surface portion 231a of the protruding portion 231 are pressed and coupled, and the bottom wall 42 is pressed against the upper surface portion 231a. (See FIG. 5). In such a mounted state, the screw head B2 of the screw member B is set so as to be completely accommodated in the horizontal member 4 so as not to be exposed. In this embodiment, a washer W is interposed between the screw head B2 and the insertion frame 8.
[0036]
The work of attaching the horizontal member 4 and the sleeve 3 is also performed using the drawing means 9 in substantially the same procedure as described above. Briefly, the insertion member 8 is inserted into each first engagement hole 4a1 formed near the other end of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43, and the screw insertion hole 8a of the insertion member 8 and the sleeve 3 are inserted. The screw hole provided in the upper surface portion 31a of the upper wall 44 and the screw insertion hole 44a of the upper wall 44 are substantially aligned. Then, the screw member B is inserted from above in the order of the screw insertion holes 44a and 8a, and the screw portion B1 is screwed into the screw hole of the upper surface portion 31a. The lower edge 4a11 of the hole 4a1 abuts, and a tightening force acts on the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 in the upright direction, so that the lower ends 41a, 43a of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 and the upper surface 31a. At the same time, the bottom wall 42 is pressed against the upper surface 231a. Through such a procedure, the horizontal member 4 is integrally attached to the leg frame 2 and the sleeve 3.
[0037]
Further, the attachment of the horizontal member 4 and the top plate 1 can be performed in accordance with the operation of attaching the horizontal member 4 to the leg frame 2 or the sleeve 3. Briefly, first, the top plate 1 is placed on the upper end of the horizontal member 4. At this time, the bracket 12 of the top plate 1 is brought into contact with or close to the upright wall 41 located on the inner side of each transverse member 4, and each of the engagement holes 12 a formed in the bracket 12 and the upright wall 41 and the middle The engagement holes 4a1 and 4a2 formed in the wall 43 are made to substantially coincide with each other. Then, the insertion frame 8 is inserted into each of the engagement holes 12a, 4a1, 4a2, and the screw insertion hole 8a of the insertion frame 8, the screw hole provided in the lower surface 11a of the top plate 1, and the screw of the upper wall 44 are formed. The insertion hole 44a is made substantially coincident with the insertion hole 44a. Then, a substantially rectangular parallelepiped insertion member (not shown) into which the second engagement hole 4a2 can be inserted is inserted into each of the engagement holes 12a and 4a2, and a screw insertion hole (not shown) provided in the insertion member and the top plate 1 The screw holes provided in the lower surface portion 11a of the first embodiment and the screw insertion holes 44a of the upper wall 44 substantially coincide with each other. Then, the screw member B is inserted from below into the screw insertion hole of the insertion frame material and the screw insertion hole 44a of the upper wall in this order, and the screw portion B1 is screwed into the screw hole of the lower surface portion 11a using an appropriate tool. The upper edge of the insertion frame and the upper edge 4a22 of the second engagement hole 4a2 come into contact with each other by the pulling force of the pulling means 9, and the tightening force is applied to the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 in the upright direction. Works, the upper end portions 41b and 43b of the standing wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 and the lower surface portion 11a of the top plate 1 are pressed and coupled, and the upper wall 44 is pressed against the lower surface portion 11a. FIG. 6 (FIG. 6 is a view in which a cross section taken along the line QQ in FIG. 3 is partially omitted and FIG. 6 shows a state where the top plate 1 is attached to the horizontal member 4 in this manner. As shown in a dashed line), the lower surface 11a of the top plate 1 and the upper ends 41b, 43b of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 substantially contact each other, and the upper ends of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43, respectively. The configuration is such that the loads 41b and 43b share and receive the load of the top plate 1 in the upright direction of the walls 41 and 43.
[0038]
Through the above procedure, the leg frame 2, the sleeve 3, and the top board 1 can be integrally assembled using the horizontal member 4.
[0039]
Further, the desktop panel 5, the curtain plate 6, and the organizing shelf 7 can be attached to the horizontal member 4 as needed. For example, when attaching the desktop panel 5 to the horizontal member 4, the desktop panel 5 is positioned on the rear edge side of the top plate 1, and the pair of engaging pieces 52 of the desktop panel 5 are They are inserted into the engaging holes 4a2 substantially simultaneously and engaged with each other. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, the lower end 52a of the engagement piece 52 contacts the lower edge 4a21 of each of the engagement holes 4a2 of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43, and the lower edge of each of the engagement holes 4a2. 4a21 is configured to share and receive the load of the desktop panel 5 in the upright direction of the walls 41, 43. Similarly, the curtain plate 6 and the organizing shelf 7 can be attached to the horizontal member 4 by inserting the engaging pieces 62 or 72 into the predetermined engaging holes 4a2 or 4a1 and engaging with each other. The lower edges 4a21, 4a11 of the holes 4a2, 4a1 are configured to receive the load of the curtain plate 6 or the sorting shelf 7 in the upright direction. When the optional members 5, 6, and 7 are attached to the horizontal member 4, the engaging pieces 52, 62, and 72 of the optional members 5, 6, and 7 may interfere with each other or may have the same engagement. The separation distance between the engagement pieces 51, between the engagement pieces 62, and between the engagement pieces 72 is appropriately set so that the holes 4a1 or 4a2 are not shared.
[0040]
Further, in the above mounting state, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the lateral member 4 substantially coincides with both end portions 4d of the lateral member 4 and outer end portions 2d and 3d of the leg frame 2 and the sleeve 3. It is bridged between the leg frame 2 and the sleeve 3 in such a manner as to make it go.
[0041]
Thus, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7 and the like, the desk T and the side table ST are configured to be connectable by using the horizontal members 4.
[0042]
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 and the like, the side table ST is bridged between a top plate X1, a pair of leg structures X2 supporting leg portions supporting both side ends of the top plate X1, and a leg frame X2. And a horizontal member X4 as a second horizontal member of the present invention. The top plate X1, the leg frame X2, and the horizontal member X4 are substantially the same as the top plate 1, the leg frame 2, and the horizontal member 4 of the desk T except that the shape of the top plate X1 and the longitudinal dimension of the horizontal member X4 are different. They have similar shapes and configurations. Note that a space is formed between the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43, which is open in the longitudinal direction and upward of the transverse member 4, and a part of this space is a storage space 4s in which a connecting member R described later can be stored. Function as Similarly, a space opened in the longitudinal direction and upward of the horizontal member X4 is also formed between the upright wall X41 and the intermediate wall X43, and a part of this space is used as a housing space X4s that can house the connecting member R. Function. Then, similarly to the desk T, the side table ST is assembled by integrally attaching the horizontal member X4, the top plate X1, and each leg frame X2 using a drawing means (not shown). In this assembled state, as shown in FIG. 7 and the like, both side ends X4d of the horizontal member X4 are bridged between the leg frames X2 so as to substantially coincide with the outer ends X2d of the leg frames X2. I have.
[0043]
The side table ST having such a configuration and the desk T are connected using a connecting member R.
[0044]
This connection structure uses a connection member R disposed in the accommodation spaces 4s and X4s so as to straddle between the side end 4d of the horizontal member 4 and the side end X4d of the horizontal member X4. The horizontal member 4 and the horizontal member X4 are integrally connected by using a fixing means K for fixing the R to each of the horizontal members 4 and X4 so that they cannot be removed.
[0045]
As shown in FIGS. 8 to 11 (FIG. 11 is a view in which a section taken along the line vv in FIG. 10 is partially omitted), the connecting member R is provided between the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43. It is a substantially thick plate-shaped block body having a thickness that can be accommodated in the accommodation spaces 4 and 4 s formed in the above. In the vicinity of both side ends of the connecting member R, mounting holes R1 penetrating in the thickness direction are provided. The mounting hole R1 corresponds to an engaging portion formed in the connecting member R of the present invention, and has substantially the same shape as the first engaging hole 4a1. Further, the height of the connecting member R is such that the upper ends of the upright walls 41, X41 and the intermediate walls 43, X43 and the upper end of the connecting member R substantially coincide with each other in a state where the connecting members R are disposed in the storage spaces 4s, X4s. The dimensions are set (see FIG. 11).
[0046]
The fixing means K inserts the insertion member 8 into the first engagement holes 4a1 and X4a1 formed in the upright walls 41 and X41 and the intermediate walls 43 and X43, and the mounting hole R1 formed in the connection member R, and inserts the leg frame 2 The connecting member R is fixed to the horizontal member 4 so that it cannot be removed by screwing the screw portion B1 of the screw member B into the screw hole 231b provided in the upper surface portion 231a of (X2).
[0047]
Next, a procedure for connecting the horizontal member 4 of the desk T and the horizontal member X4 of the side table ST will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the desk T and the side table ST to which the top plates 1 and X1 are not attached are adjacent to each other, and the side end 4d of the horizontal member 4 and the side end X4d of the horizontal member X4 are brought into contact with or close to each other. . Next, the connecting member R is disposed in each of the housing spaces 4s and X4s so as to straddle between the side end 4d of the horizontal member 4 and the side end X4d of the horizontal member X4. As is clear from FIG. 9 and the like, two connecting members R are used in the present embodiment, and each connecting member R is arranged in each of the accommodation spaces 4s and X4s so as to sandwich the intermediate wall 43 and X43. are doing. Then, one mounting hole R1 of each connecting member R and the first engaging hole 4a1 are substantially aligned, the insertion member 8 is inserted into the first engaging hole 4a1 and the mounting hole R1, and the screw member B is inserted. The screw member B is screwed into the screw hole 231b of the upper surface portion 231a of the leg frame 2 by being inserted into the screw insertion hole 8a of the bridge member 8. With this operation, the lower end portions 41a and 43a of the upright wall 41 and the intermediate wall 43 are pressed and coupled to the upper surface portion 231a. At this time, the lower end portion Ra of the connecting member R is pressed against the bottom wall 42, and as a result, the bottom wall 42 is also pressed and connected to the upper surface portion 231a. Similarly, the other mounting hole R1 of each connecting member R and the first engagement hole X4a1 are made substantially coincident with each other, the insertion member 8 is inserted into the first engagement hole X4a1 and the mounting hole R1, and the screw member B is inserted. The screw member B is inserted into the screw insertion hole 8a of the insertion frame 8 and screwed into the screw hole on the upper surface of the leg frame X2. With this operation, the lower ends of the upright wall X41 and the intermediate wall X43 are pressed and connected to the upper surface of the leg frame X2. At this time, the lower end portion Ra of the connecting member R is pressed against the bottom wall of the lateral member X4, and as a result, the bottom wall is also pressed and connected to the upper surface portion. According to the above procedure, each connecting member R is irremovably attached to the horizontal members 4 and X4, and the horizontal member 4 and the horizontal member X4 can be connected via the connecting member R.
[0048]
In the state where the horizontal member 4 and the horizontal member X4 are connected as described above, the mounting position of the leg frame 2 or the leg frame X2 that is in contact with or close to the horizontal member 4 or the horizontal member X4 is determined. Is configured to be changeable to a desired mounting position along. In order to change the attachment position of either the leg frame 2 or the leg frame X2, first, the screwed state of the one screw member 8 and the screw hole is released, so that the leg frame 2 or the leg frame X2 is It is in a free state not fixed to the horizontal member 4 or the horizontal member X4. In this state, the insertion frame 8 is still inserted into the first engagement hole 4a1 or the first engagement hole X4a1, and the mounting hole R1 of the connecting member R, and is not shown on the lower surface side of the insertion frame 8. The connecting member R is fixed to each of the horizontal members 4 and X4 by disposing a plate nut and screwing the screw portion 81 of the screw member 8 into the screw hole of the plate net. Then, the leg frame 2 or the leg frame X2 in the free state is positioned so as to substantially correspond to the first engagement hole 4a1 or the first engagement hole X4a1 located at the desired mounting position, and the first engagement is performed. By inserting an insertion frame separate from the insertion frame 8 into the hole 4a1 or the first engagement hole X4a1, and going through the same procedure as the above-described mounting procedure, the leg frame 2 or the leg frame X2 is desired. Can be mounted at the mounting position. By the same procedure as described above, the other leg frame 2 or the leg frame X2 can be mounted at a desired mounting position, and the leg frame 2 or the leg frame X2 can be completely removed from the horizontal members 4, X4. is there. In addition, if the cap C is attached to the side ends 4d and X4d of the horizontal members 4 and X4 where the connecting member R is not arranged, the appearance is not impaired.
[0049]
As described above, in the connection structure of the horizontal member according to the present embodiment, the horizontal member 4 substantially includes the both ends 4 d of the horizontal member 4 and the outer ends 2 d and 3 d of the leg frame 2 and the sleeve 3. It is bridged between the leg frame 2 and the sleeve 3 so as to match, and the horizontal member X4 makes the both side ends X4d of the horizontal member X4 substantially coincide with the outer ends X2d of the leg frames X2. In this manner, the connecting member R is stretched between the leg frames X2, so that the side end 4d of the horizontal member 4 and the side end X4d of the horizontal member X4 are in contact with or close to each other. , The connecting member 4 and the connecting member X4 can be connected to each other, and the connecting operation can be performed relatively easily, and a good connecting state can be realized. In addition, since each of the horizontal members 4 and X4 is bridged between the leg frame 2 and the sleeve 3 or between the pair of leg frames X2, the horizontal member receives the load received in the connected region. 4, X4 and the leg frame 2, the sleeve 3, and the leg frame X2 can cooperate and receive, and the supporting strength of the connected portion can be effectively increased.
[0050]
Further, in a state where the horizontal member 4 and the horizontal member X4 are connected to each other, the mounting position of one or both of the leg frame 2 (sleeve 3) and the leg frame X2 that is in contact with or close to the horizontal member 4, Since it is configured to be changeable to a desired mounting position along the longitudinal direction of X4 or to be able to remove the leg structure, the width of the lower limb space can be appropriately set, and the lower limb space can be adjusted according to the usage mode. It can be used effectively.
[0051]
In addition, the connecting member R arranged so as to bridge the housing spaces 4s and X4s, and the insertion frame 8 bridged between the upright walls 41 and the upright walls X41 are engaged with each other, so that the connecting members R are respectively suspended in the horizontal direction. Since the fixing means K for irremovably fixing to the members 4 and X4 is used, the connecting member R can be securely fixed to each of the horizontal members 4 and X4 via the insertion frame 8, and It is possible to improve the connection between the member 4 and the horizontal member X4. In addition, a connecting member R is disposed in each of the accommodation spaces 4s, X4s so as to straddle between the side end 4d of the horizontal member 4 and the side end X4d of the horizontal member X4. Therefore, in the connected state, the connecting member 8 can be substantially concealed in the horizontal members 4 and X4, and the appearance is not impaired.
[0052]
Furthermore, since the accommodation spaces 4s and X4s use spaces formed between the upright walls 43 and between the upright walls X43, respectively, it is necessary to adopt a special configuration separately in order to provide a separate accommodation space. Therefore, the structure can be simplified effectively, which contributes to cost reduction.
[0053]
In addition, the upright walls 41 and X41 are provided with engaging holes 4a1 and X4a1 with which the insertion frame 8 can be engaged, and the connecting member R is formed with mounting holes R1 corresponding to the engaging holes 4a1 and X4a1. Since the fixing means K is for fixing the connecting member 8 to each of the horizontal members 4 and X4 so as not to be able to be removed by engaging the insertion member 8 with the engaging hole 4a1 or X4a1 and the mounting hole R1. By adopting a simple structure, the connecting member R can be securely fixed to the horizontal members 4, X4, and a strong connecting state can be realized.
[0054]
Furthermore, each horizontal member 4, X4 provided an intermediate wall 43, X43, and formed accommodation spaces 4s, X4s between the intermediate wall 43 and the upright wall 41 and between the intermediate wall X43 and the upright wall X41, respectively. The fixing means K engages the connecting member R with the insertion member 8 extending between the upright walls 41 and between the upstanding walls X41 through the intermediate walls 43 and X43, thereby connecting the connecting member R. Is fixed to each of the transverse members 4 and X4 so that it cannot be pulled out, a plurality of connecting members R can be used with the intermediate walls 43 and X43 interposed therebetween, and a stronger connecting state can be realized. .
[0055]
Further, since each of the horizontal members 4 and X4 is obtained by plastically deforming a single steel plate, the processing cost can be reduced as compared with the case of extrusion molding.
[0056]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described in detail above.
[0057]
For example, a beam provided in a substantially horizontal posture on another member is connected to a long transverse member bridged between a pair of leg structures in a longitudinal direction of the transverse member via a connecting member. It may be. Also in this case, if the horizontal member is bridged between the leg structures so that both end portions of the horizontal member and the outer end portions of the leg structures are substantially aligned, the side member of the horizontal member is The horizontal member and the beam can be connected via the connecting member in a state where the end and the side end of another member are in contact with or close to each other. The “beam” is a long beam provided on another member, and its dimensions and the like are not particularly limited.
[0058]
For example, as each horizontal member, a member having various shapes such as a member having no intermediate wall, a round pipe, and a square pipe can be used.
[0059]
Further, the shapes of the engaging holes of the upright wall and the intermediate wall and the mounting holes of the connecting member may be appropriately changed, and if the shape of the insertion frame is changed in accordance with the shapes of the engaging holes and the mounting holes. There is no hindrance in use.
[0060]
In addition, as a furniture with a top plate, a thing other than a desk or a side table may be applied.
