Description

【0001】

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet used for a roof, a roof, a balcony, a floor, and the like of a building and a waterproofing method thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a waterproof sheet is laid on a waterproof construction surface such as a roof, a roof, a balcony, or a floor of a building in order to prevent rainwater from entering a room. When such a waterproof sheet is used, the waterproof sheet is laid and fixed by directly hitting the waterproof surface with a fixing means such as a tack or a tucker, or is laid and fixed to the lower surface of the waterproof sheet with an adhesive.
[0003]
However, when the waterproofing sheet is fixed by using fixing means such as tacks or tuckers, the fixing means is exposed to the outside, and in addition to the fixing means reaching the groundwork, rainwater is generated from the perforations of the tacks or tucker. Could infiltrate and cause leaks.
[0004]
In addition, sticking the entire back surface of the waterproof sheet with an adhesive requires skill in applying the adhesive at the construction site, which is troublesome and causes a cost increase.
[0005]
If the entire back surface of the waterproof sheet is adhered to the waterproof construction surface with an adhesive, if the concrete surface cracks on the waterproof construction surface, for example, the waterproof sheet and the waterproof layer installed on it also have cracks and rainwater Infiltration will occur.
[0006]
In the sheet waterproofing method, in addition to the entire surface bonding method of the waterproof sheet, there are the spotting method of partially bonding, the floating method of bonding only the end of the waterproof layer to the base, the insulating method, etc. It was time-consuming and could not be completely waterproofed and degassed, so it could not be said to be a completely waterproofing method.
[0007]
There is a perforated tarpaulin in the asphalt tarpaulin, but this purpose is a hole for so-called deaeration for bleeding air. In the asphalt waterproofing method, air is easily formed due to thick coating, which causes a significant cause of blistering and deterioration of the asphalt waterproof layer. Cracks in the foundation of concrete or the like also cause cracks in the asphalt waterproof layer. Therefore, a vent hole for bleeding air is required, which is completely different from the object of the present invention. In the case of the present invention, on the contrary, it is a waterproofing method that may contain air.
[0008]
In view of such circumstances, the inventors of the present invention have made many inventions relating to a perforated waterproof sheet and have applied for a patent. These are listed in "Perforated waterproof sheet and its waterproofing method", Japanese Patent Application No. 8-285765. "Non-combustible perforated waterproof sheet and waterproofing method thereof", Japanese Patent Application No. 9-296099. "Perforated waterproof sheet and its waterproofing method" Japanese Patent Application No. 10-378172. Japanese Patent Application No. 11-54490. “Woven perforated waterproof sheet and waterproofing method thereof” Japanese Patent Application No. 11-219062. "Perforated waterproof sheet and waterproofing method thereof" Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-31644. As described above, the holes of the perforated waterproof sheet in these inventions were all single holes. However, it has been found that by forming a bridge in this hole and dividing the hole into two parts, the point bonding of the hole part of the waterproof sheet can be easily and surely performed, and a highly efficient waterproofing work can be performed.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and aims to improve waterproof performance and reduce materials and work costs, simplify on-site work, and provide a perforated waterproof having a bridge that can perform efficient waterproof construction. It is intended to provide a sheet and a waterproofing method thereof.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the object, a bridge is formed at the center of the hole at a predetermined interval in the waterproof sheet, a perforated waterproof sheet having two divided holes is produced, laid on the waterproof construction surface, and has a waterproof sheet bridge. An adhesive is applied to the hole portion, the adhesive is poured from the hole portion, and only the periphery of the hole portion having the bridge of the waterproof sheet is point-joined to the waterproof construction base surface, and then the perforated waterproof sheet having the bridge This is a waterproofing method in which a waterproof material is applied to the surface.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
According to the perforated waterproof sheet having the bridge according to the present invention and the waterproofing method, even if a crack is formed in the waterproofing construction surface, the waterproof sheet itself is damaged only at the point joints around the cracked portion and the waterproof sheet itself is damaged. Absent. Because a perforated waterproof sheet with a bridge is laid on the waterproof construction surface, an adhesive is applied to the hole portion of the perforated waterproof sheet with the bridge, and the point around the hole portion is adhered to the base of the waterproof construction surface. It is. If you insert a bridge into the waterproof sheet and divide the hole into two, bonding with an adhesive will be small above the hole and large below the hole, the bridge will also be joined, and the hole of the waterproof sheet will be completely grounded on the waterproof construction surface Point joining is possible. By waterproofing the upper surface of the perforated waterproof sheet having the bridge with the waterproof coating material, the waterproofing can be easily and reliably performed.
[0012]
Perforated waterproof sheets with bridges include rubber-filled asphalt, vinyl chloride, polyethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, synthetic rubber, neoprene, polyisobutylene, acrylic, etc., or composites of these, synthetic fiber sheets and nonwoven fabrics. Various waterproof sheets such as a laminate of woven fabrics and a non-combustible sheet made of inorganic fibers can be used. In particular, a waterproof sheet obtained by laminating a nonwoven fabric or the like with vinyl chloride, polyethylene, or the like is preferably used. A perforated waterproof sheet having a bridge has high moisture permeability, has flexibility that can easily follow the shape of a construction site, and has joining properties when joining a waterproof sheet.
[0013]
The size of the hole to be formed in the waterproof sheet surface is preferably in the range of 1 to 20 mm. A bridge having a width of 0.3 to 8.0 mm is formed in this hole portion, and the hole in the waterproof sheet surface is divided into two. If the size of the hole to be drilled on the waterproof sheet surface including the bridge is 1 mm or less, the adhesive will not flow enough and the adhesive bonding with the waterproof construction surface will be insufficient and will easily peel off. Of the waterproof sheet, the partial elongation of the waterproof sheet increases, and the waterproof sheet cannot be stuck uniformly.
[0014]
The interval between the holes formed in the waterproof sheet surface must be determined according to the size of the holes and the material of the waterproof sheet, but a range of 20 to 300 mm is preferable. If the distance is less than 20 mm, it takes too much time for the construction, and if it is more than 300 mm, the distance is too large and the effect of the point joining is reduced.
[0015]
The adhesive to be applied to the hole portion by laying a perforated waterproof sheet having a bridge on the waterproof construction surface is determined by the material of the perforated waterproof sheet having a bridge, etc. A vinyl copolymer type, a latex type rubber type, a latex type epoxy modified rubber type, an epoxy resin type, a urethane type and the like can be used.
[0016]
Acrylic-based, urethane-based, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer-based, chloroprene-based, and the like are used as the coating waterproofing material to be waterproofed on the upper surface of the perforated waterproof sheet having a bridge.
[0017]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
[0018]
EXAMPLE A waterproof sheet (trade name "Tyvek" manufactured by Asahi DuPont Flashpan Products Co., Ltd.) was reinforced by laminating a nonwoven fabric sheet made of synthetic resin and a polyethylene film woven with polyethylene tape on the lower surface. Holes of 8 mm were formed on the surface at intervals of 150 mm each in the vertical and horizontal directions to prepare a perforated waterproof sheet having a bridge of 2 mm width.
[0019]
A perforated waterproof sheet having a bridge is laid on the base concrete surface, and an epoxy resin-based adhesive (trade name “Tilement EP-900” manufactured by Tilement Co., Ltd.) is applied to the perforated portion to form a perforated hole having a bridge. The area around the hole in the waterproof sheet was adhesively bonded to the base concrete surface.
[0020]
The upper surface of the perforated waterproof sheet having a bridge was coated with an emulsion-type acrylic coating film waterproofing material (trade name "Reball Mighty" manufactured by Reball Corporation) to perform waterproofing. Thereafter, an artificial crack of 1 mm in width was formed on the entire surface of the ground concrete surface, but only the three joints of the perforated tarpaulin with a bridge around the crack were peeled off, and the tarpaulin was not damaged at all. No abnormality occurred in the waterproof layer.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the perforated waterproof sheet having the bridge according to the present invention and the waterproofing method thereof, the on-site work can be greatly simplified, the material and construction efficiency can be increased, the work cost can be reduced, and the waterproof performance and waterproofness can be improved. The ability to follow the construction ground surface was greatly improved.
