TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fixed frame provided in an opening of a house, a movable body provided in the fixed frame for opening and closing the opening, and a lock device configured to prohibit movement of the movable body having the opening closed. And an opening and closing fitting for a house having: More specifically, the present invention relates to an opening / closing fixture having a current passage that is cut off when an opening is opened or a lock device is released, and a house alarm device using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an opening is formed in a house for daylighting or ventilation, and an opening / closing fixture for closing the house when not necessary is provided in the opening. A general opening and closing fitting has a fixed frame provided in the opening and a movable body provided in the fixed frame. The fixed frame has a pair of vertical frames and a pair of horizontal frames attached along opposing edges of the opening, and as a movable body, frame members are fitted to four sides around a glass plate for lighting. So-called glass windows are widely known. In such an opening and closing fitting, the movable body provided on the fixed frame is configured to be movable along the horizontal frame, and a single movable body is provided on the fixed frame, and the opening is opened and closed by the single movable body. One-sided doors or windows, or sliding doors or windows in which a pair of movable bodies are provided on a fixed frame and the pair of movable bodies are moved so as to be pulled from each other and overlapped to open an opening portion are particularly known. . In addition, from the viewpoint of crime prevention, such an opening and closing fitting is provided with a lock device that prohibits the movement of the movable body in a state where the movable body closes the opening.
[0003]
However, even if a lock device is provided, when the movable body has a glass plate, if a small hole is made in the glass plate, a hand enters through the small hole to operate the locked lock device. If the locking device can be easily unlocked, the movable body is moved to open the opening, and a suspicious person can enter through the opened opening.
In order to solve this problem, there has been proposed an alarm system in which the opening of the openable fitting is detected by an opening detection unit and an alarm is issued based on a detection output of the detection unit (for example, see Patent Document 1). The opening detection means used in this alarm system is a magnet sensor switch. A magnet sensor is provided on the upper side of the movable body, and a reed switch is mounted on the fixed frame so as to face the magnet sensor. When the movable body moves so as to open the opening, the magnet sensor moves with respect to the reed switch, so that the reed switch is activated, an alarm is issued, and the suspicious person is abandoned.

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional alarm system, there is a problem that the magnet sensor and the reed switch are exposed to the indoor side, thereby deteriorating the aesthetic appearance of the room. Also, the suspicious person is noticed by the exposure of the magnet sensor and the reed switch, and in the case of a so-called sliding window having a pair of movable bodies, the movable body on the side where these are not attached is opened and the suspicious person enters. It is also expected to do. On the other hand, this conventional alarm system presupposes that the lock device is unlocked and the movable body is moved, but if the time until the lock device is unlocked is relatively long, a suspicious person may be It is considered that the probability of giving up is increased, and it is more effective if an alarm is issued early when the lock device is unlocked. Further, it is convenient if the locked state of the lock device can be easily confirmed when leaving the house.
An object of the present invention is to provide an opening / closing fitting provided with a current passage that is hardly visually recognized from the outside, and an alarm device using the same.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an opening / closing fixture having a current path in which a lock device is relatively difficult to unlock, and an alarm device capable of issuing an alarm when the lock device is unlocked.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an opening / closing fitting having a current passage which can easily confirm a locked state of a lock device, and an alarm device using the same.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, a fixed frame 12 provided in an opening 11 of a house, and a movable frame provided in the fixed frame 12 to close the opening 11 releasably. It is an improvement of an opening / closing fitting provided with one or more movable bodies 13 and 14, and a lock device 16 that prohibits movement of the movable bodies 13 and 14 with the opening 11 closed in a locked state and permits the movement in an unlocked state. .

To the housing 18a of the locking device 16 so that the
[0022]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the movable bodies 13 and 14 open the opening 11, they are separated from the first and second contact terminals 22 and 23, and when the movable bodies 13 and 14 close the opening 11, the first contact is opened. First and second contacted terminals 28 and 29 that are in contact with and conductive with the second contact terminals 22 and 23 are provided on the vertical frame 12 a of the fixed frame 12. The first and second contacted terminals 28 and 29 have the same structure, and as a representative of the first contacted terminal 28, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the contacted terminal 28 has a disc-like shape. It has a head part 28a and a screw part 28b erected at the center of the head part 28a. A mounting hole 12c for mounting the contacted terminal 28 is formed in the vertical frame 12a, and a through hole 11b is formed coaxially with the mounting hole 12c in the opening 11 for mounting the vertical frame 12a. The screw portion 28b of the contacted terminal 28 is inserted into the mounting hole 12c and the through hole 11b, and an insulator 31 is interposed between the head 28a and the vertical frame 12a. A ring-shaped connection terminal 32 is fitted into the screw portion 28b that has passed through the through hole 11b, and a female screw 33 is screwed into the connection portion 32. The first and second contact terminals 22 and 23 are fitted with coil springs 22b that urge the tips of the first and second contact terminals 22 and 23 to project into the vertical frame 12a. Therefore, even if the fixed frame 12 or the movable body 13 is slightly distorted, When the movable bodies 13 and 14 close the opening 11, the first and second contact terminals 22 and 23 are reliably brought into contact with the first and second contacted terminals 28 and 29 to conduct electricity.
[0023]
In the opening and closing fitting 10 configured as described above, when the movable bodies 13 and 14 close the opening 11a, the first and second contact terminals 22 and 23 contact the first and second contacted terminals 28 and 29, respectively. Conduct. When the operation panel 17c of the lock device 16 is moved downward to lock the movable members 13 and 14 having the opening 11a closed, the conductive member 21 moves downward together with the cam member 18b. It comes into contact with the contact 26 and becomes conductive. Therefore, when the lock device 16 is locked to prohibit the movement of the movable bodies 13 and 14 that close the opening 11a, the first contacted terminal 28, the first contact terminal 22, the conductive member 21, the contact 26, and the second contact. The terminal 23 and the second contacted terminal 29 are electrically connected to each other to form a current path. Since these are provided inside the frame member 13b of the movable body 13, this current path is hard to be visually recognized from the outside, and by using this current path, a new switch or the like can be added to the opening / closing fixture as in the past. An alarm means or the like can be provided without mounting, and by using this open / close fitting with a current passage, an alarm device or the like can be mounted without deteriorating the aesthetic appearance of the room.
[0024]
When a current flows through this current path, an electromagnet 27 provided between the contact 26 and the second contact terminal 23 operates, and the conductive member 21 as a magnetic member is attracted to the electromagnet 27. Therefore, when the electromagnet 27 is operating, it is difficult for the electromagnet 27 to move the conductive member 21 against the force of attracting the conductive member 21 which is a magnetic member, and it is difficult for the suspicious person to unlock the lock device 16. Can be abandoned.
[0025]
On the other hand, when the electromagnet 27 moves the operation panel 17c of the lock device 16 upward against the force of attracting the conductive member 21 as a magnetic member from this state, the lock device 16 is unlocked. The conductive member 21 moves upward together with the cam member 18b to separate the conductive member 21 from the contact 26, and the current path is cut off. Further, if the movable members 13 and 14 are forcibly moved by breaking the lock device 16 or the like without unlocking the lock device 16, the first and second contact terminals 22 and 23 become the first and second cover members. The current path is cut off from the contact terminals 28 and 29. Therefore, by using this current path and providing an alarm means or the like for giving an alarm when the current path is interrupted, an alarm device for giving an early warning when the lock device 16 is unlocked is provided. Can be obtained. The alarm device can be configured to generate an alarm even when the movable members 13 and 14 are forcibly moved without unlocking the lock device 16.
[0026]
In the embodiment described above, the so-called sliding window in which the two movable bodies 13 and 14 are provided in the fixed frame 12 has been described. However, as shown in FIG. A so-called one-sided type provided with a single movable body 13 may be used, or a fixed frame 12 provided with three or more movable bodies may be used. However, when three or more movable bodies are provided, it is necessary to provide a plurality of lock devices 16 so as to prohibit their movement. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, when four movable bodies 13, 14, 14, and 13 are provided on the fixed frame 12, the four movable bodies 13, 14, 14, and 14 are provided by using two lock devices 16. 13 must be prohibited by the respective lock devices 16. In this case, a similar effect can be obtained by providing two current paths via the two lock devices 16 and connecting them to alarm means or the like.
[0027]
In the above-described embodiment, the locked plate 19 is attached to the frame member 14b of the other movable body 14, and the hook 18c of the lock device 16 attached to the one movable body 13 in the locked state of the lock device 16 is used. Although the movement of the movable bodies 13 and 14 is prohibited by being locked to the locked plate 19 provided on the other movable body, as shown in FIG. The locked plate 19 is attached, and the hook 18c of the lock device 16 attached to the movable body 13 is locked to the locked plate 19 provided on the fixed frame 12 in a locked state of the lock device 16 to thereby move the movable body. 13 may be prohibited. This is particularly effective for a casement window as shown in FIG. In this case, since the lock device 16 directly faces the fixed frame 12, the first and second contact terminals 23 and 24 can be attached to the lock device 16, and in this case, the lead wire The labor for arranging the wire 24 and the conductor 27a inside the frame member 13b is remarkably reduced, and the opening and closing fitting with a current passage according to the present invention can be easily obtained by a relatively simple operation of attaching the lock device 16 to the movable body 13. It becomes possible.
[0028]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the first contact terminal 22 is provided at an upper portion of the side end of the movable body 13 that contacts the vertical frame 12a of the fixed frame 12, and the second contact terminal 23 is provided in the middle of the side end. Although the example in which it is provided is shown, the first and second contact terminals 22 and 23 may be provided at the upper end of the movable body 13 facing the upper horizontal frame 12b of the fixed frame 12. However, it is not preferable to provide at the lower end of the movable body 13 facing the lower horizontal frame 12b. If the contact terminals 22 and 23 are provided on the lower side, the contacted terminals 28 and 29 will be provided on the lower horizontal frame 12b, and rainwater and dew will accumulate on the lower frame 12b and accumulate on the horizontal frame 12b. This is because there is a risk of malfunction due to water leakage due to water. Therefore, even when the first and second contact terminals 22 and 23 are provided at the side end portions of the movable body 13 that comes into contact with the vertical frame 12a of the fixed frame 12, it is preferable to avoid providing them near the horizontal frame 12b. .
[0029]
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the lock device 16 that locks or unlocks by moving the operation panel 17c up and down has been described. However, the movement of the movable bodies 13 and 14 that close the opening 11 in the locked state. Any other type of locking device, for example, a crescent lock, may be used as long as the movable members 13 and 14 are allowed to move in the unlocked state. Alternatively, a lamp that emits light when a current flows through the current path may be used as the conductive member 21 and the lamp may be mounted on the movable bodies 13 and 14 so as to be visible from the room.
[0030]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals as those in the above-described embodiment denote the same parts, and a repeated description will be omitted.

The switch means in this embodiment has first and second switch terminals 37 and 38, and a conducting member 39. The energizing member in this embodiment is a lamp 39 provided on a lock device 36. The lamp 39 supplies a socket 39d, a lamp 39a provided on the socket 39d, and power to the lamp 39a via the socket 39d. It has a pair of conductors 39b and 39c for supplying. The lamp body 39a is provided on the knob 36b, and is covered with a translucent cover member 36d. Then, the light when the lamp 39a is turned on is transmitted through the cover member 36d and is configured to be visible from the room.
[0032]
The pair of conductors 39b and 39c are provided on the movable body 36a so as to sandwich the movable body 36a from above and below, and the movable body 36a is made of an insulating material. The first and second switch terminals 37 and 38 are provided on opposing edges of the insertion hole 14c such that the ends of the moving body 36a are in contact with the pair of conductors 39b and 39c in a state of being inserted into the insertion hole 14c. The first and second switch terminals 37 and 38 are provided in a non-conductive state at the edge of the insertion hole 14c via the insulating members 37a and 38a. When the lock device 36 is unlocked, the pair of conductors 39b and 39c are separated from both the first and second switch terminals 37 and 38, and the lamp 39, which is a current-carrying member, is in the locked state. The pair of conductors 39b and 39c abut on both the first and second switch terminals 37 and 38, so that the first and second switch terminals 37 and 38 are electrically connected to each other.
[0033]
The first switch terminal 37 is electrically connected to the first contact terminal 22 provided on the movable body 14 via the lead wire 24, and the second switch terminal 38 is electrically connected to the second contact terminal 23 via the lead wire. Connected to. Although not shown, when the movable bodies 13 and 14 open the opening 11, they are separated from the first and second contact terminals 22 and 23, and when the movable bodies 13 and 14 close the opening 11, the first and second contact terminals 22 are closed. , 23 are provided on the vertical frame 12 a of the fixed frame 12 (FIGS. 4 and 5).
[0034]
In the opening and closing fitting 10 configured as described above, when the movable bodies 13 and 14 close the opening 11a, the first and second contact terminals 22 and 23 contact the first and second contacted terminals 28 and 29, respectively. Conduct. When the movable body 36a of the lock device 36 is moved and its tip is inserted into the insertion hole 14c to lock the movable bodies 13 and 14 having the opening 11a closed, the first and second switches are switched. A pair of conductors 39b, 39c of the lamp 39, which is a current-carrying member, abut on both of the terminals 37, 38, and the first and second switch terminals 37, 38 conduct with each other. Therefore, when the lock device 36 is locked to inhibit the movement of the movable bodies 13 and 14 whose opening 11a is closed, the first contacted terminal 28, the first contact terminal 22, the first switch terminal 37, and the second switch terminal 38 are prevented. And the second contact terminal 23 and the second contacted terminal 29 are electrically connected to each other to form a current path.
[0035]
When a current is passed through the current path, the lamp 39a of the lamp 39, which is a current-carrying member, is turned on, and the light passes through the cover member 36d and is visually recognized. Therefore, whether or not the lock device 36 is in the locked state or the unlocked state can be easily recognized based on whether or not the light body 39a is lit.
[0036]
On the other hand, when the lock device 16 is unlocked by pulling the knob 36b from this state, the pair of conductors 39b and 39c are separated from both the first and second switch terminals 37 and 38, and the current path is cut off. Further, if the movable members 13 and 14 are forcibly moved by breaking the lock device 36 without unlocking the lock device 36, the first and second contact terminals 22 and 23 become the first and second covers. The current path is cut off from the contact terminals 28 and 29. Therefore, by using this current path and providing an alarm means or the like for issuing an alarm when the current path is interrupted, an alarm device for issuing an alarm at an early stage when the lock device 36 is unlocked. Can be obtained. The alarm device can be configured to generate an alarm even when the movable members 13 and 14 are forcibly moved without unlocking the lock device 36. In the above-described second embodiment, an example has been described in which the lamp includes the lamp body provided in the socket. However, the lamp may include an LED.
[0037]
Next, a specific house alarm device using the above-mentioned opening and closing fitting will be described.
As shown in FIG. 13, the house alarm device 40 includes the above-described opening / closing fixture 10, an energizing unit 41 that supplies a current to a current passage of the opening / closing fixture 10, and an alarm when the current passage is cut off. The timer 48 is configured to cut off the current after a lapse of a predetermined time from the time when the current starts flowing, and the self-holding circuit 44 having the timer 48 outputs an alarm generated when the current path of the opening and closing fitting 10 is cut off. It is configured to maintain the predetermined time set in the timer 48 even after the passage returns to the energized state.
[0039]
The operation of the thus-configured house alarm device will be described.
As shown in FIG. 13, when it is not desired to sound the buzzer 42c of the alarm means 42 even when the user is at home or away from home, the first main switch 41b linked to the second main switch 42b is turned off. As a result, the second main switch 42b is also turned off, power is not supplied to the buzzer 42c, and the buzzer 42c does not sound.
[0040]
As shown in FIG. 14, when the user is out of the office and wants to sound the buzzer 42 c of the alarm means 42 in the event of an abnormality, the movement of the movable body 13 of the opening / closing fixture 10 that locks the lock device 16 and closes the opening 11 is performed. Prohibit. As a result, the first and second contacted terminals 28 and 29 are electrically connected to the opening / closing fixture 10 to form a current path (FIG. 6). In this state, the first main switch 41b is turned on. Then, a current flows from the first power supply 41a to the current path of the opening and closing fitting 10 via the first main switch 41b and the first electromagnetic coil 43a. When a current flows through the first electromagnetic coil 43a, the first relay switch 43b is turned off, the first main switch 41b is turned on, and the second main switch 42b is turned on, but the first relay switch 43b is turned off. As a result, power is not supplied to the buzzer 42c, and the buzzer 42c does not sound.
[0041]
When the lock device 16 is unlocked in a state where a current flows through the current passage of the opening and closing fitting 10 in this manner, the current passage in the opening and closing fitting 10 is shut off. When the current path is interrupted, as shown in FIG. 15, no current flows through the first electromagnetic coil 43a, so that the first relay switch 43b is turned on, the power is supplied to the buzzer 42c, the buzzer 42c sounds, and the lock is performed. An early warning can be issued when the device 16 is unlocked. Then, even when the movable members 13 and 14 are forcibly moved without unlocking the lock device 16, the current path is interrupted, and the buzzer 42c sounds and an alarm is issued.
[0042]
On the other hand, when the first relay switch 43b is turned on, current also flows through the second electromagnetic coil 46a of the second electromagnetic relay 46 in the self-holding circuit 44, and the second relay switch 46b is turned on. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 16, even if the lock device 16 is locked again or the movable body 13 is moved to return the movable body 13 to the original state and restore the current path again, the second power supply 42a returns from the second power supply 42a. Electric power is supplied to the buzzer 42c via the second relay switch 46b, and the sounding state of the buzzer 42c is maintained. This makes it possible to effectively abandon a suspicious person intruding a burglar.
The sounding state of the buzzer 42c is maintained until the timer 48 in the self-holding circuit 44 cuts off the current flowing to that part, and after the suspicious person who has given up the burglar escapes, the sounding state of the buzzer 42c is stopped after a predetermined time has elapsed. You. On the other hand, in order to manually stop the sounding state of the buzzer 42c, the current flowing through the second relay switch 46b is cut off by the reset switch 47 or the second main switch 42b is turned off, as shown in FIG. It returns to such an initial state.
[0043]
In this house alarm device, for example, it is possible to generate an alarm without using a relatively expensive sensor such as a reed switch as described in the related art, so that it is more economical than the conventional alarm device. It is expected to be widely spread. Further, in the switch means and the like, since each terminal and the like are electrically connected by a lead wire or the like, it is possible to avoid a situation in which a malfunction occurs due to an external radio wave, and the reliability is high. In addition, since the lead wires, the terminals, and the like are arranged inside the movable bodies 13 and 14, the current path is not intentionally or negligently interrupted, and the appearance appearance due to the attachment of the alarm device is deteriorated. Not even.
[0044]
In the above-described embodiment, the alarm means 42 and the self-holding circuit 44 using the electromagnetic relay have been described. However, the alarm means 42 is configured to issue an alarm when the current path is interrupted, or the current path is de-energized. Other means, such as an alarm means having a digital circuit and a self-holding circuit, may be used as long as the alarm generated by the alarm means is maintained even after the alarm is issued.
Further, the alarm device may be configured to notify a security company when a current passage in the opening and closing fitting 10 is interrupted. If the alarm device is provided with a means for reporting to the security counseling company, the fact that a suspicious person has entered a house can be known at an early stage, even when leaving the house for a relatively long time.
[0045]
