Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an extension cloth foundation method for a building, and more particularly, to an extension cloth foundation method for constructing an extension cloth foundation that is continuously and integrally closed adjacent to an outer surface of an existing cloth foundation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When constructing a new building on the existing building, as shown in FIG. 6, an existing cloth foundation 101 of the existing building is connected to a U-shaped additional cloth foundation 102 in a plan view to be newly constructed. In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, a construction method is used in which a reinforcing bar anchor 103 is driven into the existing fabric foundation 101 and a reinforcing joint 104 is added to the reinforcing bar 104 on the additional side (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
In addition, a construction method is also used in which a connecting member is buried in advance on the outer surface of an existing cloth foundation in preparation for building a new building on an existing building. In this case, a high nut connected to the end of the reinforcing bar of the existing cloth foundation is buried in the outer surface of the existing cloth foundation, and a reinforcing bar on the extension side is connected to the high nut, and a U-shaped expansion cloth base in plan view is connected. (For example, refer to Patent Document 2).
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 8, a construction method is also used in which the vine portion of the existing cloth foundation 101 is reduced, and a new expanded cloth foundation 105 having a square shape in plan view is constructed. In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, the hatched portion 106 of the existing cloth foundation 101 is stripped off, and the rising reinforcement 108 on the additional side is placed on the base reinforcement 107 of the existing cloth foundation 101. A connecting member 109 such as a hole-in anchor or a small cutting bolt is driven into the hanging surface of the existing cloth foundation 101. Then, a mold is installed on the connecting member 109 using a metal fitting, and the additional fabric base 105 is constructed.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional construction method in which the U-shaped extension cloth foundation 102 is driven into the U-shaped extension cloth foundation 102 by inserting the reinforcing bar anchor 103, the connecting portion between the existing cloth foundation 101 and the extension cloth foundation 102 has a simple fixing surface. Therefore, little consideration is given to the continuous integrity of the existing cloth foundation 101 and the additional cloth foundation 102. That is, since the additional fabric base 102 is not tightly fixed to the existing fabric base 101 and is not continuously and integrally closed with the existing fabric base 101, the fabric base 102 has sufficient strength and strength against overturning moment or the like that is acted on by horizontal force due to wind or earthquake. Rigidity could not be ensured, and there was a possibility that problems such as lifting and horizontal movement might occur on the additional fabric base 102.
[0007]
Further, in the above-mentioned conventional construction method of burying the connection member on the outer surface of the existing cloth foundation in advance, the construction method is effective only for the existing cloth foundation in which the connection member is buried in anticipation of future expansion. The extension cloth foundation could not be connected to the existing cloth foundation.
[0008]
Further, in the construction method of constructing the conventional cloth foundation 105 having a square shape in plan view by reducing the vine portion of the existing cloth foundation 101, the vine portion is reduced, It is necessary to hang the existing cloth foundation 101. Therefore, the construction work could not be performed while the resident was living due to the generation of noise and dust. In addition, when peeling, the base reinforcing bar 107 and the like of the existing cloth foundation 101 may be damaged, or the existing building may be adversely affected.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances and problems, and secures sufficient strength and rigidity without attaching an existing cloth foundation to an existing cloth foundation that does not have a structure provided for expansion in advance. It is another object of the present invention to provide an extension cloth foundation method for constructing a new extension cloth foundation capable of securing integrity.
[0010]
In order to achieve the above object, an additional cloth foundation method according to claim 1 is an additional cloth foundation method for constructing an additional cloth foundation of a new building adjacent to a cloth foundation of an existing building. A new extension cloth foundation adjacent to the outer side of the above-mentioned cloth foundation is constructed so as to be integrated with the outer side surface by being tightly fixed thereto and further integrally closed including the new extension cloth foundation. It is characterized by building.
[0011]
The additional cloth foundation method according to claim 2 is the additional cloth foundation method according to claim 1, wherein a new additional cloth foundation adjacent to an outer surface of the cloth foundation of the existing building is tightly fixed to the outer surface. A method of constructing to be integrated is to drive a connecting member for tightly fixing the new additional fabric foundation on the outer side surface, attach a reinforcing bar bracket to the connecting member, and form a lattice reinforcing bar with the reinforcing bar bracket. The method is characterized in that it is a method of supporting and supporting the formwork with a predetermined distance from the outer side surface, and then casting concrete mortar between the outer side surface and the formwork.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect, the connecting member is a hole-in anchor and a bolt.
[0013]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided an extension cloth foundation method according to the second or third aspect, wherein the reinforcing bar receiving member is attached to the connection member by a connection member attachment piece and an end of the connection member attachment piece. A reinforcing bar mounting piece supporting the lattice reinforcing bar extending in a direction perpendicular to the outer surface from the portion, and extending in a direction perpendicular to the connecting member mounting piece from an end of the reinforcing bar mounting piece. And a form fitting mounting piece for mounting a form fitting for supporting the form with a predetermined distance from the outer surface.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an extension cloth foundation method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the additional cloth foundation method is a method of constructing a new additional cloth foundation 2 which is adjacent to the outer surface 3 of the existing cloth foundation 1 and closed continuously and integrally.
[0015]
After preparation work such as root cutting, bottom leveling, and how to use the base portion on the additional side of the existing cloth foundation 1, as shown in FIG. 2, a hole-in anchor 4 is attached to the outer surface 3 of the rising portion of the existing cloth foundation 1. It is implanted at predetermined intervals. A long bolt 5 is attached to each of the hole-in anchors 4. The hole-in anchor 4 and the bolt 5 serve as a connecting member between the existing cloth foundation 1 and the additional cloth foundation 2.
[0016]
When the bolt 5 is attached to the hole-in anchor 4, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a nut 6 and a reinforcing-bar receiving member 7 are temporarily attached to a predetermined bolt 5 in advance. The reinforcing bar receiving member 7 is made of one piece of metal plate, and is formed by drilling and bending. As shown in FIG. 4, a reinforcing member 7 is provided with a connecting member mounting piece 71 mounted on the bolt 5, and a direction perpendicular to a direction opposite to the outer surface 3 of the existing cloth foundation 1 from an end of the connecting member mounting piece 71. And a form fitting attachment piece 73 extending in a direction perpendicular to the direction opposite to the connecting member attachment piece 71 from the end of the reinforcement piece 72. A long hole 74 for inserting the bolt 5 is formed through the connecting member mounting piece 71, and a hole 75 is formed through the form receiving piece mounting piece 73.
[0017]
A lattice-shaped reinforcing bar 11 serving as a skeleton of the additional cloth base 2 adjacent to the existing cloth base 1 is mounted on the reinforcing bar mounting piece 72 and supported. In order to install the grid-shaped reinforcing bar 11 at a predetermined height, the upper surface of the reinforcing bar mounting piece 72 on which the grid-shaped reinforcing bar 11 is mounted is positioned at a predetermined height from the reference top end surface of the existing cloth foundation 1. The mounting height of the reinforcing bar receiving member 7 is adjusted by the elongated hole 74, the connecting member mounting piece 71 is brought into contact with the outer side surface 3 of the existing cloth foundation 1, and the reinforcing bar receiving member 7 is mounted on the bolt 5 by the nut 6. . A lattice reinforcing bar 12 serving as a framework of an additional cloth foundation 2 not adjacent to the existing cloth foundation 1, and an L-shaped or U-shaped reinforcing reinforcing bar 13 for connecting and reinforcing the lattice reinforcing bars 11 and 12 are shown in FIG. Install as shown in 3. When the lattice reinforcing bar 12 interferes with the base portion of the existing cloth foundation 1, the lattice reinforcing bar 12 is cut to avoid the interference.
[0018]
After or before the arrangement of the reinforcing bars, the form fitting 8 is attached to the reinforcing bar 7. As shown in FIG. 5, the form receiving bracket 8 includes a long round bar 81 on which a male screw is formed, and a form receiving portion 82 fixed to an end surface of the round bar 81. After temporarily attaching one nut 9 to the round bar 81, the round bar 81 of the form fitting 8 is inserted into the hole 75 of the form fitting attachment 73 of the reinforcing bar fitting 7. The form receiving portion 82 has a U-shaped cross section with an open upper side to support the lower surface of the form 14 made of metal foam for the additional cloth base 2 adjacent to the existing cloth base 1. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, the cross section of the form receiving portion 82 may be an H-shape in which upper and lower sides are open. After adjusting the distance between the supporting formwork 14 and the outer surface 3 of the existing cloth foundation 1 so as to have a desired thickness of the additional cloth foundation 2, the nut 9 is attached to both sides of the form receiving bracket mounting piece 73. It is fixed with a new nut 9 and the form fitting 8 is attached to the reinforcing bar fitting 7. In order to prevent the reinforcing metal fitting 7 from being deformed by the weight of the formwork 14 and lowering the installation position of the form fitting 8 from a predetermined position, for example, as shown in FIG. Lay mortar 10 on the side. In addition, a supporting rod is inserted between the reinforcing bar receiving member 7 and the base portion of the existing cloth foundation 1, or the reinforcing bar receiving member 7 is supported by a wire or the like via the bolt 5 to support the reinforcing bar receiving member 7. This may prevent the form fitting 8 from falling.
[0019]
The means for supporting the formwork 14 is not limited to the formwork support 8 attached to the reinforcing bar support 7, but supports the formwork 14 at a predetermined distance from the outer surface 3 of the existing cloth foundation 1. Any means can be used. For example, a form receiving piece extending in a direction perpendicular to a direction opposite to the connecting member attaching piece 71 from an end of the form fitting attaching piece 73 of the reinforcing metal receiving piece 7 is provided, and a form is provided on an upper surface of the form receiving piece. A parallel projecting piece for supporting the mold 14 may be provided to support the formwork 14.
[0020]
The formwork 14 is supported and installed by the formwork receiving portion 82 of the formwork fitting 8, and a formwork for the additional cloth foundation 2 not adjacent to the existing cloth foundation 1 is installed. To form the additional fabric base 2. In order to prevent rust, a vinyl tape is wound around the exposed thread portion of the bolt 5 so as not to come into direct contact with the concrete mortar. In addition, if the construction is performed such that the top end level of the additional cloth foundation 2 adjacent to the outer side surface 3 of the existing cloth foundation 1 is lower than the top end of the existing cloth foundation 1 by about 100 mm, the fitting is good.
[0021]
As described above, according to the extension cloth foundation method of the present embodiment, a new extension cloth foundation 2 that is closed continuously and integrally is constructed. Therefore, since the additional fabric base 2 is continuously and integrally closed, sufficient strength and rigidity can be secured against a falling moment or the like that is applied by a horizontal force due to a wind, an earthquake, or the like. And the like can be eliminated. In addition, the new extension cloth base 2 closed continuously and integrally is, as shown in FIG. 1, in a plan view with the new extension cloth foundation constructed adjacent to the outer side surface 3 of the existing cloth foundation 1 as one side. It is not limited to the new extension cloth foundation of the mold. It is sufficient if the new additional fabric base 2 is continuously and integrally closed including a new additional fabric foundation constructed adjacent to the outer side surface 3 of the existing fabric foundation 1, and has, for example, a slant portion or a concave portion at a corner in plan view. A new extension cloth foundation may be constructed.
[0022]
In addition, since the new additional fabric base 2 which is closed continuously and continuously is constructed adjacent to the outer side surface 3 of the existing fabric foundation 1, the additional fabric foundation 2 can be constructed without attaching the existing fabric foundation 1. Therefore, it is possible to prevent noise and dust from being generated, so that construction can be carried out while residents are occupied. There is no need to dismantle outer walls and floors during foundation work, and there is no impact on interiors. Costs can be reduced. In addition, there is no adverse effect on the existing building, and since the reinforcing bars of the existing cloth foundation 1 are not hung, it is possible to prevent the customer from worrying.
[0023]
Further, a connecting member is driven into the outer surface 3 of the existing cloth foundation 1 to connect the additional cloth foundation 2 which is closed continuously and integrally, and is fixed to the outer surface 3 of the existing cloth foundation 1. Therefore, since the fixing surface is continuous compared with the fixing surface in the case of constructing a new U-shaped additional cloth base 102 in a conventional plan view, the fixing member is wider, and the connecting member can be provided over a wide range. Therefore, a desired connecting member corresponding to the required strength can be installed. Therefore, the same strength as that of the existing cloth foundation 1 can be given to the fixing surface between the existing cloth foundation 1 and the additional cloth foundation 2, and the continuous integrity of the existing cloth foundation 1 and the additional cloth foundation 2 can be improved. In addition, since the connecting member can be provided on the existing cloth foundation 1 at the time of extension, the existing cloth foundation 1 does not need to have a structure provided for the extension in advance, so that the object of the existing cloth foundation 1 that can be extended can be expanded. it can.
[0024]
In addition, since the connecting member is formed by driving the hole-in anchor 4 into the outer side surface 3 of the existing cloth foundation 1 and attaching the bolt 5 thereto, the connecting member can be easily provided at a desired position, and the construction cost is increased. Can be reduced.
[0025]
In addition, the reinforcing metal fitting 7 attached to the bolt 5 serving as the connecting member has both a role of supporting the lattice-shaped reinforcing bar 11 and a function of attaching the form fitting 8 for supporting the formwork 14, thereby simplifying the construction. Construction costs can be reduced.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the additional cloth foundation method of claim 1, since a new additional cloth foundation that is closed continuously and continuously is constructed, it is possible to reduce the overturning moment or the like that acts due to horizontal force due to wind, earthquake, or the like. On the other hand, sufficient strength and rigidity can be ensured, and it is possible to eliminate the possibility that a problem such as floating or horizontal movement may occur on a new extension cloth foundation. In addition, since a new extension cloth foundation is constructed adjacent to the outer side of the cloth foundation of the existing building, it is not necessary to attach the cloth foundation of the existing building. The construction can be carried out as it is, and there is no need to dismantle the outer walls and floors during the foundation work and it does not affect the interior, so the construction can be simplified and the construction cost can be reduced. In addition, there is no adverse effect on the existing building, and since the reinforcing bars of the cloth foundation of the existing building do not protrude, it is possible to prevent the customer from worrying. Furthermore, a new extension cloth foundation adjacent to the outer side of the existing building's cloth foundation is tightly fixed to the outer side to be integrated, so that the existing building's cloth foundation and the new extension cloth foundation can be integrated. Continuous integrity can be ensured.
[0027]
According to the additional fabric foundation method of claim 2, a connecting member for tightly fixing the new additional fabric foundation is driven into the outer surface of the fabric foundation of the existing building, and connected to the new additional fabric foundation that is closed continuously and integrally. As a result, the fixing portion is continuous compared to the connection in the conventional U-shaped extension cloth foundation in a plan view, so that the connecting member can be provided over a wide range, and the necessary strength can be given to the fixing portion. Therefore, the same strength as the existing building cloth foundation can be given to the fixed portion between the existing building cloth foundation and the new extension cloth foundation, and the continuous connection between the existing building cloth foundation and the new extension cloth foundation Oneness can be secured. In addition, since the connecting member can be provided on the cloth foundation of the existing building at the time of extension, it is not necessary for the existing building to have the structure prepared for the extension in advance. it can. In addition, since the reinforcing metal fitting is attached to the connecting member, and the reinforcing metal fitting serves both as a role of supporting the grid-shaped reinforcing bar and a role of supporting the formwork, the construction is simplified and the construction cost can be reduced.
[0028]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the connecting member is a hole-in anchor and a bolt, the connecting member can be easily provided at a desired position, and the construction cost can be reduced.
[0029]
According to the additional cloth foundation method of claim 4, since the reinforcing bar fitting is integrated with the connecting member mounting piece, the reinforcing bar mounting piece, and the form fitting mounting piece, the construction work can be simplified and the construction cost is reduced. it can.
