Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an assembly of unit flooring materials installed on a balcony, a veranda, a terrace, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
On the balconies, verandas, terraces, etc. of houses, etc., for the purpose of improving the beauty, etc., apply artificial resin such as synthetic turf, ceramic tile, wood, etc. on the upper surface of the synthetic resin unit floor material or the synthetic resin base. It is common to spread the unit floor material that is attached. Such a unit flooring is provided with a connecting portion that can be connected to an adjacent unit flooring, and a plurality of unit flooring are connected and spread according to the floor area.
[0003]
However, when such an assembly of unit flooring materials is laid on the floor surface, an excessively dimensional portion where the unit flooring material cannot be laid is generated at an outer peripheral end portion of the unit flooring material assembly, which is not preferable in view of the scene. In addition, dust easily accumulated in these gaps, and it was difficult to clean.
[0004]
Therefore, in order to solve these problems, a width adjusting member that can be cut and used according to the size of the extra dimension portion is used (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
Further, a member having a substantially U-shaped vertical section is fitted into the outer peripheral portion of the assembly and used (for example, see Patent Document 2). However, in the former case, it is necessary to cut to the excessively dimensional portion, and there is a risk that the floor surface may be damaged during this operation. The latter was devised for wind control, and was used fixed to the floor surface, and it was difficult to adjust the width according to the excess dimensions.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems of the conventional unit flooring assembly, and to easily adjust a surplus dimensional portion generated at an outer peripheral end when the unit flooring assembly is laid on the floor surface. An object of the present invention is to provide an assembly of unit flooring materials and an end member used therefor.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention relates to an assembly in which a plurality of unit flooring members having connection portions that can be fitted to each other are connected, in at least a part of the outer periphery, a cross section of a surface orthogonal to a long side thereof is A unit floor material assembly in which a substantially U-shaped end member is sandwiched from above and below the unit floor material, and the end member is arranged so as to be slidable in a direction parallel to a short side thereof. provide.
[0010]
Further, it is preferable that the lower surface of the end member is formed in a substantially comb shape in a substantially U-shaped opening direction. Further, the length of the short side of the lower surface of the end member is substantially a mountain shape which is the longest at the center in the long side direction and becomes shorter as moving from the center to both ends, and at least one of the short sides of the lower surface of the end member. It is preferable that the length of the portion is longer than the length of the short side of the upper surface of the end member. In addition, it is preferable that the end of the end member on the side of the substantially U-shaped opening on the upper surface is inclined downward. Further, it is preferable that the end member has a connecting portion that can be fitted to the adjacent end member.
[0011]
The end member of the present invention is used for the unit flooring.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a unit floor material according to the present invention. The unit flooring 1 has a gantry 2 and a plurality of decorative materials 3 made of artificial turf, ceramic tile, wood, and the like mounted on the upper surface of the gantry 2. The gantry 2 includes a connecting portion (2a: connecting ring, 2b: connecting piece) that can be fitted to the adjacent unit flooring 1. Such a unit floor material 1 is used by laying it on a floor such as a veranda or a rooftop by connecting a plurality of them to form an assembly. At least a part of the unit floor material on the outer periphery of the unit floor material assembly is provided with an end member 4 having a substantially U-shaped cross section on a surface orthogonal to the long side as shown in FIG. It is sandwiched from above and below, and the end member 4 is arranged so as to be slidable in a direction parallel to the short side. Here, when the end member 4 is arranged on the floor and viewed from above, two long sides are long sides and two short sides are short sides.
[0014]
By forming the end member 4 in a substantially U-shape and providing a space, the unit floor material 1 can be sandwiched and slid in a direction parallel to the short side, and adjustment can be easily performed in accordance with a surplus dimension.
[0015]
In the above, the pedestal of the unit floor material is preferably formed into a square by injection molding of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. In this case, in order to reduce the amount of the raw material resin used and to reduce the weight, it is preferable to form the upper surface in a lattice shape and form holes. In addition, a plurality of legs may be formed on the bottom surface to improve drainage. When the hardness of a base floor such as a balcony, a veranda, or a terrace on which unit floor materials are laid can be predicted, it is preferable to select and use a synthetic resin softer than the base floor.
[0016]
In the example of FIG. 2 described above, a plurality of decorative materials 3 are mounted on the upper surface, but the decorative materials are not essential. That is, the gantry itself may be configured as the unit floor material. Further, a synthetic resin-made decorative material may be integrally formed with a synthetic resin base.
[0017]
The material of the end member 4 used in the present invention preferably contains a resin. The type of the resin is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected from, for example, a natural resin and a synthetic resin. More preferred are polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the like.
[0018]
Further, as the configuration of the end member, the substantially U-shaped upper surface and the lower surface may be formed integrally, or the upper surface and the lower surface may be formed individually, and may be used when fitted to the unit floor material.
[0019]
As the shape of the end member, as shown in FIG. 4, it is preferable that the substantially U-shaped lower surface is formed in a substantially comb shape in the substantially U-shaped opening direction. The interval between the combs is preferably adjusted to the interval between the pedestal legs of the unit floor material. By being substantially comb-shaped, the comb-shaped lower surface can be inserted between the pedestal legs of the pedestal 2 of the unit flooring 1 as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b). The unit floor material 1 is slidable in a direction parallel to the short side of the end member 4, and the unit floor material 1 does not rise due to the insertion of the end member 4. There is also an advantage that the end member 4 is hard to move in a direction parallel to the long side.
[0020]
Regarding the shape of the lower surface of the end member, as shown in FIG. 5, the length of the short side of the lower surface of the end member may be a substantially mountain shape in which the central portion in the long side direction is longer and becomes shorter from the central portion to both ends. As shown in FIG. 6, when the two end members are arranged on two adjacent sides of the corner of the unit flooring assembly, the lower end of the end member disposed on an arbitrary side of the unit flooring and It is preferable that the lower end portions 4a of the end members arranged on the side that intersects the arbitrary side at right angles do not come into contact with each other.
[0021]
FIG. 6 is an example in which a corner end adjusting member 5 is used in a corner portion.
[0022]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, when the end member is disposed on the unit flooring, the end on the upper surface side of the substantially U-shaped opening is inclined downward. It is preferable to reduce a step due to the thickness of the end member generated between the member and the member, and it is also preferable from the viewpoint of safety to form irregularities to prevent slippage on the surface.
[0023]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, it is preferable from the viewpoint of landscape that the end member is provided with the connecting portions 6 a and 6 b that can be fitted to the adjacent end member and that the end member is hardly displaced after being arranged on the unit floor material.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
In the assembly of the unit floor material of the present invention, the slidable end member is arranged on the outer periphery, so that when the unit floor material is laid on the floor surface, the extra dimension portion generated at the outer peripheral end can be easily adjusted. be able to. Further, when the lower surface of the end member is formed in a substantially comb shape, it is possible to prevent the unit floor material from rising. In addition, since the end of the upper surface of the end member on the side of the substantially U-shaped opening is inclined, a step generated between the unit floor material and the end member can be reduced, and the end member is located adjacent to the end member. When the mating end members can be fitted to each other, it is possible to provide an assembly of unit flooring materials that is less likely to be displaced and is excellent in view.
