【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、紙管に巻回された紐状物の巻回体や無芯の巻回体からの紐状物を切断具で紐状物を張設しながら狭持具と梱包物の間に数回巻回した後に狭持された紐状物を切断具の切断刃で切り結紐することなく挟持する切断具並びに巻回物支台及び狭持具に関するものである。尚、ここで紐状物とは、紐、テープ、糸、ロープ等を示す。

【従来の技術】従来品として梱包物や厨芥袋をプラスチックテープや紐等から成る紐状物で梱包物や厨芥袋を結紐するとき所要長さに繰り出した後にカッタナイフ等で切ってから結紐していた。
【0003】また、開示された特開平2000−42976号公報より紐状物所要長にし紐状物を手で掴み手前に引くことで一端にゴムを有した回動部は、ケースに有した支軸を中心に回動し、ケースの底板の間に挟持され紐状物は保持された後にケースに有した刃で所要長さに紐状物を切り結紐していた。また、開示された特開平7−10379号公報よりスリットを形成した剛性板とクッション材の間に介在する切断刃は、スリットの奥に刃を有し、紐状物の保持力のためにクッション材の中央部から放射状に伸びた切込みを形成し、そして、剛性板の中央に穿孔を形成することで該穿孔から紐状物を所要長さに繰り出した後に紐状物をスリットの奥に有する刃で切ることを可能にしていた。
【0004】次に、特開平H1−92095号公報よりスタンドは、支台と支柱から構成され支柱には、種類別の複数の巻回体が遊挿された後に支柱の上部には、
スリットを形成した奥に切断刃を具備した把持部を形成し、このことで所要長さに繰り出した後に紐状物をスリットに挿入し該スリットの奥に有する切断刃で切った後に梱包物に結紐していた。また、特開平9−77155号公報よりL形文字に屈曲した一端に誘導溝が形成し該誘導溝の奥にカッターを有する切断具は、無芯の中空玉巻の中央を向くように該中空玉巻の外周にフイルム等で被覆し固定され次に、無芯の中空玉巻の中央から取り出した紐状は、所要長さに決め、誘導溝の奥に在るカッタで切った後に梱包物に結紐していた。次に、特開平7−291296号公報より容器本体に梱包紐が収納され蓋体に挿通孔が形成し且つ、放射上に設けた切込み舌片を有することで挿通し保持され蓋体の上面に回動自在に有した切断具を具備したカッター台は、容器本体に収納した梱包紐を蓋体の切込み舌片から引出した適宜長さに切断具で切った後に梱包物に結紐していた。
【0005】また、鋸状歯を形成した本体を紙管に巻回した筒形状した紐状物の外周面を摺動し所要長さに鋸状歯で切り梱包物や厨芥袋を結紐していたし特開平2000−159425号公報が開示され前記同様に鋸状歯の刃先が巻回体の外周面に摺動可能し取り付け安全対策のために刃先に色彩で識別できるよう鋸状歯の刃先と地色に色彩の差異を有することで、肉眼で簡単に鋸状歯の刃先の識別できるようにし、テープを切る部位に手や指等に怪我をしない安全対策を施していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】梱包物や厨芥袋を紐やプラスチックテープ等で梱包する前に、ナイフ等を予め用意しするために机の引出の中、紐状物は棚と別々に探さなく近くに常備されて無いことが多く梱包作業が非常に悪かった。
【0007】次に、特開平H7−10379号公報と特開平H7−291296号公報で開示され、紐状物の保持力手段としてゴムから成る弾性体の中央に貫通孔を設けここから放射上に複数切込むことで舌片を有し保持力を可能にしたが、ここで問題点が生じ舌片状のゴムで紐状物が切断具から抜けない程度のための保持力しか発生しなく、仮に紐状物を切るには前記の開示の内容に関しては、片方の指等で紐状物上と本体を直接押圧し保持された後片方の手では、所要長さに紐状物を掴み刃に当接され切っていた。また、後期の開示の内容に関しては、カッター台を手で押さえ且つ、もう片方の手で紐状物を掴持し引くことで所要長さに切り、それから梱包物を結紐するので梱包作業が非常に悪くなる。
【0008】また、前記で開示された内容の殆どが紐状物を切断する場合は、殆ど指が入らないスリットや誘導溝が形成した奥に刃を有する構造であるが、ここで問題点が生じる。まず、刃先を紐状物が交叉し左右に滑らせることで該紐状物は、始めて切断可能となるが指が入らない幅のスリットや誘導溝で広い紐状物を挿入したとき、刃先を紐状物が左右に滑らすだけの幅は確保されてない。この条件下のもとでは、刃先に紐状物を押圧しながら強く引くことで、切るのではなく裂くことになる。また、指が入らないスリットの幅で刃を斜めにした従来品も存在しているが、スリットの幅は指が入らない為、狭く上記の如くすんなりと切れない可能性も生じる。これらのことで、プラスチックテープ等は、手で丸めて細くすることで左右に刃先上を滑らすだけの余裕がスリットや誘導溝内に確保することが必要で、非常に梱包作業が著しく悪くなるし切るためには限られた細い紐状物しか使用できなくなる可能性も生じてくる。
【0009】また、前記の切断のことを引き続き説明するとテレビ等で芸人が日本刀の刃先に素足で載上し日本刀から降りたとき素足は切れてなかったシーンがあったが、何故、日本刀の刃先から降りたとき素足は切れてなかった。このことは、前記で説明した原理と同じ理由で、日本刀の刃先に素足で載上している間は、日本刀の刃先と素足の相対位置は、常の零を確保しているため要するに素足が刃先を滑らなかった為で素足は切れない結果となり前記での説明したとおり紐状物を刃先上で左右に滑らすことで始めて切ることが可能となる。
【0010】特開平H1−92095号公報は、支台に植設した支柱に複数の違った巻回体を遊挿し、支柱の最上部に在る切断刃を設けた把持部を有するスタンドおいて、該スタンドを手で持ち運ぶ時に使用するが、把持部をわざわざ設けなくてはならなかった。また、紐状物等を切った後に巻回体から紐状物が解けないようにしなければならないので、この作業は非常に面倒臭いことである。そして、支柱に複数の巻回体を遊挿するので全体の重心は高くなりため最上段の巻回体の紐状物を引いた場合、スタンドの転倒する可能性が生じる。何故なら繰り出す力で支台の周縁を支点に転倒モーメントが生じ易く転倒しやすくなる。これを防ごうとすると、支台を大きくし転倒モーメントが生じても転倒し難くするが今度は、材料費が高く価格が高く推移してしまう。
【0011】開示された特開平2000−42976号公報より紐状物の保持力は、これも今まで説明してきたと同様に、巻回物の側で紐状物を切るだけなのですが非常に複雑な構造になってきている。まず、紐状物を手で掴み手前に引くことで回動部の一端にゴムを有した該回動部は、ケースに有した支軸を中心にスプリングを介して回動自在になりケースの底板の間に挟持される紐状物は保持されるた後、ケースに有した刃で切っていたがこの動作からも理解することが出来、まず、複雑化した機構を具備するので複数の部品等で構成され、前記同様に価格が高くなる傾向に推移してしまう。
【0012】そこで、今まで開示された殆どの発明は、紐状物を切り器具でしかなく予め紐状物を切った後に梱包物や手で周囲を巻回し短い紐状物の端を把持し結紐するのは非常に面倒臭かったので、梱包作業も非常に悪く複雑な機構も存在したので価格も高くなる。そこで、本発明品は梱包物や厨芥袋を緊締と同時に切るの作業を行うことで誰でも簡単に紐状物を結紐することなく狭持され至便性が高く、そして価格を廉くする。

【発明が解決するための手段】本発明は上記問題点を考慮に入れ中空の筒状形をし切断具に掴持空間部から把持できる長さにした紐状物を保持具に挿入した後に切断具の後部開口部から挿着する。次に、掴持空間部から把持した紐状物を繰出し該紐状物の一端を挟持具に係止した後に梱包物や厨芥袋の周囲に切断具で巻掛け該切断具の掴持空間部から伸びる巻状物を切断具の係止具に数回巻回し、もう片方で把持する挟持具の下部に巻状物を係合することで切断具を強く引き紐状物は、より強く張設され挟持具と梱包物の間に介挿され該挟持具の弧状空間を中心に切断具の係止具で数回巻回したことで弛緩することなく紐状物は狭持される。次に、紐状物に対して切断具を垂直にすると係止具から紐状物は、解け初め其の後に切断具の開口部を紐状物の方向に向け該紐状物は、保持具に挿着し通過しているため保持力が発生し張設され掴持空間部から誘導溝を通過し刃断空間部に達し紐状物が切断刃に当接し切断具の把持部を手で把持し該切断具を左右に開口部を数回振ることで、切断刃と紐状物が交叉するように数回振られ簡単に切ることが可能にした。
【0014】また、紐状物を切った後に切断具を支持台に保持するには、まず、支持台は、台座に切欠き部を形成した支柱体が植設され該支柱体に巻回体を遊挿された後に紐状物は、切欠き部を通し切断具の後部を支柱体に押圧し挿着され支持台に切断具は、立設すると共に該切断具の把持部を有し支持台共に持ち運び可能にしたことで、特別に把持部を支持台に設けることなく紐状物とカッターナイフ等を探す手間が省け老若男女問わず誰でも簡単に結紐することなく梱包され且つ、指に安全に紐状物を切り且つ廉く切断具並びに支持台及び狭持具を提供することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施形態に係る切断具並びに巻回物支台及び挟持具を図1〜図10に基づいて説明する。
【0016】図1(a)より切断具1の構成の説明する。切断具1は、基管体2、把持部2a,、刃断空間部3b、切断刃3、挿入溝3a、誘導溝2c、掴持空間部2d、係止具8、保持具4で構成する。
【0017】切断具1より中空で筒形状をした基管体2に紐状物6の一端を掴持する掴持空間部2dを刻設し該掴持空間部2dより基管体2の開口部に向けて安全に切断刃3から指を守るための幅と長さであって、基管体2に誘導溝2cの長さの略半分に位置する処の対向位置に、挿入溝3aが基管体2の軸芯の略中心まで刻設された後に切断刃3を押圧挿着され、その後に樹脂等の溶融固定し該切断刃3と基管体2の内周面の間に刃断空間部3bを形成する。また、挿入溝3aの位置は、この限りでは無く、誘導溝2c上からも挿入溝3aが形成可能でここから切断刃3を挿着する。

【0024】図5より紐状物63に至るまでの切断具1の操作を説明する。ここで、切断具1を傾けることで相対的位置の変化を示し紐状物60、61、62、63ですべて同一方向である。まず、紐紐状物60を保持具4の保持孔4aに挿入し繰出して、保持具4の上面部から掴持空間部2dで把持できる長さにした後に切断具1の下部開口部に挿着され梱包するために、張設する係止具8の係止具頭部8aと係止具巻回部8b の角部8cに数回巻回することで係止していた、また、紐状物60は、切断具1を傾け紐状物61に対して垂直し前記切断具1を引くことで張設され自動的に係止具頭部8aの周囲を回り解けて紐状物62の状態となる。そして、前記紐状物62の状態から切断具1を開口部に傾けると、紐状物62は保持具4の保持手段により張設されながら更に切断具1を傾けると、掴持空間部2dから誘導溝2cを通過し刃断空間部3dの切断刃3上に導かれ紐状物63の状態となり切断刃3に当接された後に、切断具1の把持部2aを把持しながら切断具1の開口部を数回、手で把持部2aを持ち振る(この図では手前方向となる)ことで、切断刃上と紐状物が交叉するように数回振られ簡単に切ることが可能になる。また、従来のように紐状物6を梱包前に所要長さにわざわざ切る必要もなく、切った紐状物6の一端を解けないようにする必要もなく至便が高くなる。更に、切断具1の基管体2に内部に紐状物6は保持具4の保持力手段より保持状態となり切断具1の掴持空間部2dから一端を常に掴持できる状態になっていて次の梱包の準備に備えている。

【0029】次に生活塵で充填された厨芥袋Cは、電気掃除機等の真空手段により内部の空気を脱空装置で排除し大気圧により厨芥袋Cで食材トーイのプラスチック等のエッジで圧潰するときに厨芥袋Cを破損し空気が流れ込み膨らむ前にコンパクトに成った時点で緊締するために必要となる。まず、図10(a) 、(b)、(c)より厨芥袋Cを結紐することなく緊締する説明をする。前記同様に、まず、図10(a)より支持台5に遊挿した巻回体6bから紐状物6が伸び切断具1に係合し狭持具7に紐状物6の一端を係止した後に厨芥袋Cに切断具1で巻掛けまた、狭持具7に係合した後に切断具1の係止具8に数回巻回し係止し張設しながら切断具1で引くようにする。更に、図10(b)より狭持具7を中心に数回巻回することで狭持具7と厨芥袋Cの間に狭持され紐状物6は係止されまた、狭持具7に係止した後に紐状物6方向に切断具1の開口部を向けると保持具4により切断具1を引くことで張設されている状態である。そして、図10(c) より切断具1の開口部を紐状物6の方向に傾けると切断刃に導れた紐状物6は、保持具4で適度に張設されているので切断具1の開口部を左右方向Eに振ることで紐状物6は切り、該紐状物6の下に保持具4を挿入する。

【発明の効果】以上の結果、切断具1の係止具に数回巻回することで切断具を手で強く引くことで紐状物は、張設され狭持具と梱包物の間に押圧され数回巻回したことで強く狭持され、結紐することなく梱包物や厨芥袋に確実に緊締する。また、紐状物は掴持空間部そして誘導溝を通過し刃断空間部部に導かれ切断刃上に紐状物が左右に切断具の把持部を左右に振ることで、僅かな力で安全且つ簡単に切れることが可能になりそして、支持台の支柱体の開口部から切断具を挿着することで、別に把持部を設けることなく切断具の把持部を把持し持ち運びが楽になりまた、常備紐状物の側に常設してあるのでカッターナイフ等を探す手間が省ける。また、複雑な保持手段の機構もないため部品等も非常に少なくすることで、廉く提供できるし老若男女問わず誰でも安全且つ、簡単に使用することが可能になった。
