【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の薬液注入装置では、例えばポンプが故障して小出槽への薬液の供給が停止しても、小出槽に滞留している分の薬液の注入は継続できる。
しかし、小出槽への薬液の供給が停止したことを検出し報知する手段を備えていないため、小出槽まで空になって薬液の注入が止まるまで気付かず、気付いた時点から回復作業を開始しても、回復作業の間は薬液の注入が停止してしまう問題点があった。
そこで、本発明の目的は、通常の薬液送給系に不具合が起こり送給が停止した場合に、迅速に回復作業を開始できると共に回復作業が行われている間も薬液の注入を継続できる薬液注入装置を提供することにある。

第1の観点では、本発明は、薬液注入点の上方に配置され薬液を滞留する薬液滞留槽と、前記薬液滞留槽に薬液を供給する薬液供給手段と、前記薬液滞留槽に滞留し所定液位よりオーバーフローした薬液を前記薬液注入点へ送給する通常時薬液送給手段と、前記薬液滞留槽の底部または底部近傍から前記薬液注入点へ前記薬液を自然流下で送液しうる緊急時送液手段と、前記通常時薬液送給手段による薬液送給が停止したことを検出する送給停止検出手段と、前記送給停止検出手段で送給停止を検出したことを報知する送給停止報知手段とを具備したことを特徴とする薬液注入装置を提供する。

図1は、第1の実施形態にかかる薬液注入装置100を示す構成ブロック図である。
この薬液注入装置100は、薬液を貯蔵した薬液貯蔵槽1と、薬液注入点Pの上方に配置された薬液滞留槽3と、薬液貯蔵槽1内の薬液を薬液滞留槽3の底部または底部近傍に供給するためのポンプ2A,流量計2B,流量調節弁2Cおよび薬液供給管2Dと、通常時に薬液滞留槽3に滞留し所定液位よりオーバーフローした薬液を薬液注入点Pへ送給するオーバーフロー管4Aおよび通常時薬液送給管4Bと、緊急時に薬液滞留槽3の底部または底部近傍から薬液注入点Pへ薬液を送液するための切替弁5A,流量計5B,流量調節弁5Cおよび緊急時送液管5Dと、通常時薬液送給管4Bによる薬液送給状態を検出する送給状態検出器6と、送給状態検出器6で送給停止を検出したことを報知する報知装置7と、送給状態検出器6で送給停止を検出した時に切替弁5Aを自動的に切り替えて緊急時送液管5Dから薬液を注入させる制御装置8とを具備している。

(4)薬液滞留槽3から自然流下で薬液を注入するため、回復作業中に電源を切っても薬液注入を継続できる。
