Description

【0001】

[0001]
[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a golf swing strength iron array for golfing, which can simultaneously increase the strength of the golf, especially the dominant hand, and increase the swing power of the golf.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional iron array has a grip portion in a columnar shape and weight portions at both ends, and is used only for training the holding body by hand.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The strength of the arms can be increased, but the weight of both ends is applied to the chest when golfing and training with an iron array, and the grip is not sufficient for practicing to perform a sliding swing.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical problem of the present invention is solved by the following means. A golf grip-type muscle strength swing characterized in that the iron array body can be gripped with five fingers serving as grips and one of the weights is eliminated to provide a golf grip. It is an iron array.
[0005]
[Action]
Eliminate one of the weights at both ends of the iron array, remove the weight from one side, and hold the column with a width and depth enough for five fingers to enter. You can perform swing training and strengthen your arm by practicing the golf swing iron array. And the swing power up is promoted.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of a method of practicing a swing strength iron array for golf according to the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an arm swinging iron array for golf according to the present invention. The golf grip type has a width and a depth enough for five fingers to be easily gripped. It is illustrated so that it is easy to hold and swing.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
As described in claim 1, on the peripheral surface of the columnar iron body serving as an iron array gripping portion, the width and depth are such that five fingers can be gripped, so that the swing can be practiced without slipping and the swing can be powered up. Become.
As described in the second aspect, the five fingers serving as the iron array grip portion can be gripped so that one of the weights at both ends of the arm is eliminated, thereby making the golf grip easy to hold. With this, you can imagine a golf swing and practice, and your swing will become more powerful.
By changing the weight of the upper part where the five fingers serving as the iron array gripping part can be gripped from small to large as in claim 3, the golf muscle swing power up exercise can be performed for a small girl to a large man.
[Brief description of the drawings]
1 is a perspective view illustrating a golf swing iron array according to the present invention; FIG.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a golf swing iron array according to the present invention.
FIG. 3 is a front view showing a golf arm swing iron array according to the present invention, which can be changed in ellipse and various shapes.
FIG. 4 is a situation diagram actually held in a hand.
