<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which facilitates the work of loading the display panel unit on or unloading thereof from the cabinet thereof and the replacement of display sheets. <P>SOLUTION: A waist panel unit 6 has a picture pattern sheet case 6b while being openably supported with a hinge mechanism 10 with respect to a cabinet door 1b. The picture pattern sheet case 6b has a picture pattern sheet insertion port 6c for inserting a picture pattern sheet 6a on any one side (for example, upper side) of upper, lower, left and right sides thereof. The picture pattern sheet case 6b is detachably mounted on the cabinet door 1b. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、遊技機筐体の前面に表示パネルユニットを取り付けた遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の遊技機としてパチスロ遊技機が知られている。
従来のパチスロ遊技機は、遊技機筐体（筐体扉）の前面に、リール表示窓等を有する正面パネル、メダル投入口、スタートレバー、ストップボタン、液晶表示器等を配設し、正面パネルの下方に絵柄シートを備えた腰部パネルユニットを配設し、正面パネルの上方に配当表パネルを配設してある（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

このようなパチスロ遊技機では、腰部パネルユニットの裏面に係合突起が設けられており、この係合突起を遊技機筐体に設けた係合孔に係合させることにより、腰部パネルユニットを遊技機筐体に対して取り付けている。

また、腰部パネルユニットの前面側には透光性を有する絵柄シートが取り付けられており、遊技機筐体の内部に配設した蛍光灯により絵柄シートが背面側から照明される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来のパチスロ遊技機では、絵柄シートや蛍光灯を取り替える際に、遊技機筐体から腰部パネルユニットを取り外さなければならない。さらに、絵柄シートは腰部パネルユニットの前面側に取り付けられているため、腰部パネルユニットから絵柄シートを取り外すには、絵柄シートを背面側から支えている支持部材を取り外さなければならない。

このようなメンテナンス作業を容易に行うことができれば、メンテナンスに要するコストを低減することができる。

また、近年、コスト低減や資源の有効利用を図るために、新機種の導入や機種の入れ替えを行う際に、遊技機筐体は旧機種のものをそのまま利用し、遊技機内部に収容される機械部品のみを交換することが考えられるようになってきた。この際、機種毎に使用されているキャラクタ等が異なるため、絵柄シートを新しく取り替える必要がある。したがって、絵柄シートを容易に交換することができれば、新機種の導入や機種の入れ替えに要するコストを低減することができる。

また、上述した絵柄シートや蛍光灯の取り替え作業は、腰部パネルユニットのみではなく、各種の表示シートを備えた表示パネルユニットにおいても行う必要がある。したがって、他の表示パネルユニットにおいても、腰部パネルユニットと同様に、メンテナンス作業等を容易とすることが望ましい。

本発明は、上述した事情に鑑み提案されたもので、遊技機筐体に対する表示パネルユニットの着脱作業を容易に行うことができ、また表示シートの交換を容易に行うことができる遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る遊技機は、上述した目的を達成するため、以下の特徴点を備えている。なお、本発明に係る遊技機の各構成要素について、図面に付した符号を参照して、具体的な適用例を示すが、各構成要素はこれらに限定されるものではない。

本発明に係る遊技機は、遊技機筐体（１）の前面に表示パネルユニット（例えば、腰部パネルユニット６）を取り付けた遊技機（例えば、パチスロ遊技機）であって、
前記表示パネルユニット（腰部パネルユニット６）は、表示シートケース（例えば、絵柄シートケース６ｂ）を有するとともに、回動支持部材（例えば、ヒンジ機構１０）により前記遊技機筐体（筐体扉１ｂ）に対して開閉可能に支持され、
前記表示シートケース（絵柄シートケース６ｂ）は、上下左右いずれか一つの側面に表示シート（例えば、絵柄シート６ａ）を挿入する表示シート挿入口（例えば、絵柄シート挿入口６ｃ）を備えていることを特徴とするものである。

このような構成からなる遊技機では、回動支持部材（ヒンジ機構１０）を支持側として表示シートケース（絵柄シートケース６ｂ）を開閉することができる。そして、表示シートケース（絵柄シートケース６ｂ）を開くだけで、遊技機筐体（１）内に配設した蛍光灯等の照明部材を容易に取り替えることができる。また、表示シートケース（絵柄シートケース６ｂ）を開いた状態では、表示シート挿入口（絵柄シート挿入口６ｃ）から表示シート（絵柄シート６ａ）を容易に挿抜することができる。

また、本発明に係る遊技機は、前記構成に加えて、前記表示パネルユニット（腰部パネルユニット６）は、前記遊技機筐体（筐体扉１ｂ）に着脱可能とされていることを特徴とするものである。

このような構成からなる遊技機では、遊技機筐体（球体扉１ｂ）から前記表示パネルユニット（腰部パネルユニット６）を取り外すことができ、遊技機のメンテナンス作業および表示パネルの交換作業をさらに容易に行うことができる。

また、本発明に係る遊技機は、前記構成に加えて、前記表示パネルユニット（腰部パネルユニット６）の直上に位置する前記遊技機筐体（筐体扉１ｂ）の前面に設けられた突起物（例えば、スタートレバー４）に対し、前記表示パネルユニット（腰部パネルユニット６）の左右側端部のうち、前記突起物（スタートレバー４）からより離れた側端部側を、前記回動支持部材（ヒンジ機構１０）による支持側としたことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して、本発明に係る遊技機の実施形態を説明する。
なお、以下の説明では、代表的な遊技機としてパチスロ遊技機を例にとって説明を行うが、本発明に係る遊技機はこれに限定されるものではない。

＜第１の実施形態＞
図１および図２は、本発明の第１の実施形態に係るパチスロ遊技機の外観を示すもので、図１はパチスロ遊技機の斜視図、図２は腰部パネルケースを開放した状態の要部を示す斜視図である。

本発明の第１の実施形態に係るパチスロ遊技機は、図１に示すように、筐体本体１ａの前面に筐体扉１ｂを開閉可能に取り付けて遊技機筐体１を構成し、筐体扉１ｂには、その前面のほぼ中央より上部に、遊技機筐体１内に配設した回転リールの表面が臨むリール表示窓等（図示せず）を有する正面パネル２を配設し、正面パネル２の下方に、筐体扉１ｂから前方に向かって突出した突出部３を設け、突出部３の前面にスタートレバー４および３個のストップボタン５ａ〜５ｃを横並びに配設し、突出部３の下方に腰部パネルユニット６を配設し、腰部パネルユニット６の下方にメダル受皿７を配設している。

なお、図示しないが、筐体扉１ｂの前面には、上記部材の他に、メダル投入口、液晶表示装置等が配設されている。

腰部パネルユニット６は、図１および図２に示すように、絵柄シート６ａを内部に収容するための絵柄シートケース６ｂと、絵柄シートケース６ｂを筐体扉１ｂに取り付けるためのヒンジ機構１０を備えている。
絵柄シート６ａには、透光性を有する部材からなり、当該パチスロ遊技機の演出に用いるキャラクタ等が描かれている。

また、図２に示すように、筐体扉１ｂの絵柄シートケース６ｂに対向する位置には、絵柄シート６ａを照明するための蛍光灯２０が設けられている。

第１の実施形態に係るパチスロ遊技機では、図２に示すように、絵柄シートケース６ｂは、正面側から見て左側がヒンジ機構１０による支持側となり、右側が開放端となるようにして、ヒンジ機構１０により筐体扉１ｂに取り付けられている。
ヒンジ機構１０は、筐体扉１ｂに設けられた上下一対の筒部１０ａ，１０ｂと、各筒部１０ａ，１０ｂに対応して筐体本体１ａに設けられた上下一対の支軸挿通部１０ｃ，１０ｄとを備えている。

また、上側筒部１０ａには、上方へ向かって上側支軸１０ｅが突出して設けられている。そして、上側支軸挿通部１０ｃの下側から上側支軸１０ｅを上側支軸挿通部１０ｃ内に挿入するとともに、下側筒部１０ｂの上側から下側支軸１０ｆを下側筒部１０ｂと下側支軸挿通部１０ｄに一連に挿通することにより、筐体扉１ｂを筐体本体１ａに対して回動可能に取り付けることができる。

また、筐体扉１ｂには、下側筒部１０ｂの側方下側に位置するようにしてバネ取付部１０ｇが設けられており、下側支軸１０ｆの頭部とバネ取付部１０ｇとの間にバネ１０ｈを掛け渡し、バネ１０ｈの付勢力により下側支軸１０ｆを下方へ向かって付勢している。したがって、筐体本体１ａに対して筐体扉１ｂを取り付けるには、下側支軸１０ｆをバネ１０ｈの付勢力に抗して上側へ引き上げながら、下側筒部１０ｂと下側支軸挿通部１０ｄとを合致させた後、バネ１０ｈの付勢力により下側支軸ｆの先端部を下側支軸挿通部１０ｄ内に挿入すればよい。一方、下側支軸１０ｆをバネ１０ｈの付勢力に抗して上側へ引き上げることにより、下側支軸挿通部１０ｄから下側支軸１０ｆを引き抜いて、筐体扉１ｂから腰部パネルユニット６を取り外すことができる。

また、絵柄シートケース６ｂの上面には、絵柄シート６ａを絵柄シートケース６ｂ内に挿入するための絵柄シート挿入口６ｃが設けられている。この絵柄シート挿入口６ｃは、絵柄シートケース６ｂを閉じた状態で、突出部３により上方から遮蔽されている。

第１の実施形態に係るパチスロ遊技機で絵柄シート６ａを交換するには、ヒンジ機構１０を支軸として絵柄シートケース６ｂを開き、絵柄シート挿入口６ｃを介して絵柄シートケース６ｂ内から古い絵柄シート６ａを抜き取った後、絵柄シート挿入口６ｃを介して絵柄シートケース６ｂ内へ新しい絵柄シート６ａを挿入し、絵柄シートケース６ｂを閉じればよい。また、絵柄シートケース６ｂを開いた状態とすることにより、筐体本体１ａの内部に配設された蛍光灯等のメンテナンスを行うことができる。

図３および図４に示すように、絵柄シートケース６ｂの開放端側の上部に位置する筐体扉１ｂの前面には、スタートレバー４が筐体扉１ｂから突出するようにして設けられている。したがって、第２の実施形態に係るパチスロ遊技機によれば、絵柄シートケース６ｂを開いた際に開放端側が筐体扉１ｂから大きく離れるので、絵柄シート挿入口６ｃから絵柄シート６ａを挿抜する際にスタートレバー４が邪魔にならない。このため、絵柄シート６ａの挿抜を容易に行うことができる。

本発明に係る遊技機は、上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、種々の変更を加えて実施することが可能である。
例えば、表示パネルユニットは腰部パネルユニット６に限られず、配当表パネル等のように、表示シートを交換する必要がある部材に応用することができる。

このような構成とすることにより、光源から発射された光は導光板内に導かれ、反射シートにより絵柄シートケース６ｂの前面側に向かって反射され、さらに光拡散シートにより拡散されて、絵柄シート６ａが均一に照明される。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明に係る遊技機では、表示シートケースを開くだけで、遊技機筐体内に配設した蛍光灯等の部材を容易に取り替えることができる。また、表示シートケースを開いた状態では、表示シート挿入口から表示シートを容易に抜き出すことができるとともに、表示シート挿入口から表示シートを容易に挿入することができる。

このように、本発明に係る遊技機によれば、表示パネルユニットのメンテナンス作業を容易に行うことができるので、メンテナンスに要するコストを低減することができる。また、表示シートを容易に交換することができるので、新機種導入や機種入れ替えに伴うコストを低減することができる。
