本願発明は、店舗などにおいて多数の商品を吊り下げて陳列する商品陳列用シートに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の商品陳列用シートは、シート本体が紙や合成樹脂などからなっている。そして、シート本体に備えられている支持片に商品に形成の被係止用の孔を上方から差し込むことで、多数の商品を支持片にてシート本体に吊り下げることができ、さらにこのシート本体の上部に紐を渡して、紐の両端を結んでから、該紐の上端の結び目を店舗などに備えられているフックなどの係止手段に係止させて商品を陳列できるようにしている。
また、商品陳列台紙に、商品に形成の孔を係止可能とするために上方に向かうにしたがってその左右幅を小さくしたほぼ台形状の支持片と、この支持片の左右両側の上下方向ほぼ中央のそれぞれから左側及び右側へほぼ水平方向で延びる切欠き部とを備えさせ、商品の上端部を切欠き部に差し込むことにより前記支持片を後方へ倒しながら該支持片の上端から商品に形成の孔を差し込んでから下方へ商品を引っ張ることで支持片の下端まで商品の孔を深く係止させて、商品が該商品陳列台紙から容易に外れてしまうことがないように構成している（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特許文献１に開示されている商品陳列台紙では、切欠き部を通して差し込んだ商品の上端部を差し込みながら後方へ倒れ込んで見えなくなった支持片の上端へ商品の孔を位置合わせして係止させることになるが、その位置合わせが難しいだけでなく、倒れ込んだ支持片がそれの上下姿勢への復元力により斜め姿勢の支持片にタイミングよく商品の孔を差し込むことが難しく、支持片への商品の孔の係止作業が時間のかかる煩わしいものになっていた。

また、切欠き部を通して差し込んだ商品の上端部の前方に商品陳列用台紙の裏面が接当している状態であることから、商品が前方側へ移動して支持片からの商品の係止が外れることを阻止することができるものの、支持片を中心として商品が回動することを阻止するための手段を設けていないため、多数の商品を商品陳列台紙に吊り下げて店頭などに陳列しているときに、人や鞄などが商品に接触して、該商品が、支持片を中心に回動してしまい、商品陳列台紙に対して所定姿勢から大きく姿勢変更した状態になり、購買力を低下させる虞があった。

本願発明は、かかる問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、商品を容易に係止により保持させることができながらも、係止保持させた商品が回動することを確実に阻止することができる商品陳列シートを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、本願発明の商品陳列用シートは、多数の商品を吊り下げて陳列するための吊り下げ部を備えさせた合成樹脂製のシート状の本体からなる商品陳列用シートにおいて、前記吊り下げ部を、該商品の上方でかつ左右方向ほぼ中央に備えた被係止部を上方から係止して該商品を吊り下げ支持するために前記本体の表面から手前側に引き起こして上向きの係止用支持片を構成する支持片用切り込みから構成し、前記係止保持された商品の上端部の左右２箇所を押さえて該係止保持部分を中心に商品が回動することを抑止するために該本体の表面から手前側に引き起こして下向きの抑止部を構成する左右一対の回動抑止用切り込みと、薄板状の商品説明用部材を前記吊り下げられた商品の上方に位置する状態で保持するための保持部とを、前記本体に備えさせるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本願発明に係る商品陳列用シートの実施形態を図面を参照しながら説明する。

図１〜図３に、商品陳列用シート（以下、シートと称す。）１を示し、そのシート１は、上下方向に長いほぼ長方形状で薄板状の合成樹脂でなる一枚（単一）のシート状の本体からなっている。前記本体には、商品２を吊り下げて陳列するための吊り下げ部４を、後述のミシン目１１を挟んで左右両側に上下方向に１０個ずつ備えさせてあり、全部で２０個の商品２を吊り下げることができるようにしている。

前記吊り下げ部４は、図２に示すように、商品２の上方でかつ左右方向ほぼ中央に備えた被係止部としての孔３を上方から係止して商品２を吊り下げ支持することができるように本体の表面から手前側に引き起こして上向きの係止用支持片を構成することができるほぼきのこ形状の支持片用切り込み４ａから構成されている。
前記のように引き起こされた係止用支持片４は、ほぼ半円状の円弧部分が上向きとなる頭部４ｂと、該頭部４ｂの下端の左右２箇所からそれぞれ下方に平行に延びる首部４ｃとからなり、前記頭部４ｂの左右幅を商品２の孔３の直径寸法よりも少し大きく構成することによって、商品２の孔３を頭部４ｂに差し込む場合に、頭部４ｂを変形させながら入れなければならないが、差し込まれた後の商品２の孔３が頭部４ｂから容易に外れることがないため、商品２を吊り下げてシート１を移動するときや運搬するときなどにおいて好ましい。なお、係止用支持片４の形状としては、図に示すほぼきのこ形状に限定されるものではなく、ほぼ円形状の頭部４ｂを備えてもよいし、係止用支持片４全体がほぼ長方形又はほぼ三角形の形状となっていてもよい。

図２に示すように、前記各吊り下げ部４の左右両側に、係止保持された商品の上端部の左右両端を押さえて該係止保持部分を中心に商品が回動することを抑止するために該本体の表面から手前側に引き起こして下向きの抑止部を構成する左右一対の回動抑止用切り込み５ａ，５ａを形成している。従って、本体の表面から手前側に指により引き起こして構成された抑止部５，５とシート１表面との間に商品２を位置させてから、抑止部５，５から指を離すことにより抑止部５，５が元の状態、つまりシート１表面とほぼ面一となる状態に戻る復帰力を発揮することで、商品２をシート１表面側へ抑止部５，５にて押し付けて、商品２がそれの係止保持部分を中心に回動することを抑止している。

前記抑止部５は、係止保持された商品２の左右の上端部２ａのうちの左右両端部２ｂ，２ｂを押さえて該係止保持部分（被係止部３）を中心に商品２が回動することを抑止するために下向きに構成されたほぼ扇形をした爪部であり、下方になるにつれて左右幅が小さくなり且つ一対の抑止部５，５の円弧部分が向かい合うように構成されている。
前記抑止部５にて押さえられる上端部２ａの位置としては、図２に示すように商品２の被係止部３の左右方向両端部が最も回動を押さえる上において有効であるが、左右方向中央部を除いた中間部に位置する任意の２箇所であってもよい。
このように構成された一対の抑止部５，５が前述のように商品２の左右の上端部２ａの左右両端（角部）をシート１表面との間で挟み込むことで、商品２の回動を抑止し、常に整列した状態を維持しながら陳列することができるようになる。さらに、人や鞄などが接触したときでも回動することがなく、商品２の係止保持状態をより確実に維持することができる。

又、前記各吊り下げ部４近辺に、商品２に前方から接当して該商品２をシート１表面側へ押し付けるための下向きの接当片（爪部）６を設けている。つまり、図１〜図３に示すように、前記支持片用切り込み４ａの左右両側のそれぞれの上下方向中間部から左右方向にシート１を切り込むことで形成された水平方向の第１切り込み部６ａと、該第１切り込み部６ａの左右両端のそれぞれから上方に向かってシート１を切り込むことで形成された上下方向の第２切り込み部６ｂによって形成され、指にて接当片６を手前側に引き起こし、接当片６の裏面とシート１表面との間に商品２の上端部を位置させてから接当片６から指を外すことにより、接当片６が元の状態、つまりシート１表面とほぼ面一となる状態に戻る復帰力を発揮することで、商品２をシート１表面側へ押し付けることにより商品２が移動することをより一層確実に阻止することができるようにしているが、省略して実施することもできる。この接当片６は、商品２の係止保持状態を安定させるためだけでなく、該接当片６や抑止部５に比べて大きさが小さい係止用支持片４を手前に引き起こすときに、該接当片６を奥側に押し込むことで該係止用支持片４を容易に手前に引き起こすことができ、作業性を向上することができる。

商品２をシート１に係止するには、図２で示しているように、前記係止用支持片４を手前側に引き起こすと共に、商品２のほぼ円形の孔である被係止部３を該係止用支持片４に上方から挿入する。その後、左右一対の抑止部５を指にて手前側に引き起こした後に、該抑止部５とシート１の間に商品２の上端の左右端部２ｂ，２ｂを挟む。さらに、前記第１切り込み部６ａと第２切り込み部６ｂによって構成される接当片６を指にて商品２よりも手前側へ引き起こすことにより、その接当片６とシート１との間に商品２の上端部２ａを挟んで、商品２を強固に固定することで商品２の係止保持状態をさらに安定させることができる。このように多数の商品２をシート１に吊り下げることにより、図３に示しているように、左右２列、上下１０段の合計２０個の商品２を陳列させることができる。

また、商品２よりも上方に位置するシート１の上方部分には、商品２の商品名、商品の画像（写真）、商品のセールスポイントなどの説明内容が示されている紙製又はプラスチック製で薄板状の商品説明用部材７が保持部によってシート１の裏面に保持されている。この保持部は、該商品説明用部材７の下端を上方から係止可能となる上向きの係止片８を構成するためにシート１に切り込んで形成された円弧状の係止用切り込み８ａと、シート１の上端部１ａに形成された孔９に渡って挿入可能な紐１０によって構成され、前記係止片８と紐１０によって該商品説明用部材７を保持している。なお、前記商品説明用部材７は、テープ、クリップ、ステープラなどを用いてシート１に保持させることもできる。前記シート１の裏面に商品説明用部材７を保持させることによって、商品説明用部材７の表面が汚れ難くなり、長期間に渡って商品説明用部材７を使用することが可能になるが、商品説明用部材７をシート１表面に保持させて実施することもできる。ここでは、紐１０を示しているが、金属製又は樹脂製のリング部材やチェーンなどであってもよい。

また、前記のようにシート１の裏面に商品説明用部材７を保持させる場合には、商品説明用部材７がはっきりと見えるように、商品説明用部材７を保持するシート１の特定部分を透明若しくは半透明の合成樹脂で構成したり、シート１の全体を透明若しくは半透明の合成樹脂で構成してもよい。したがって、シート１は陳列する商品が変わった場合でも、陳列する商品２とその商品に対応する商品説明用部材７を入れ替えることによって、同じシート１を使用して異なった商品の陳列シートとして使用することができる。つまり、商品の種類毎にシート１を使用する必要が無いので、シート１の在庫を少なくすることができ、且つ低コスト化ができる。

シート１の全体を透明な合成樹脂製シートからなる場合には、図５に示すように、シート１をミシン目１１で折り重ねて店頭に陳列した場合でも、手前側のシートを通して奥側のシートに吊り下げられている商品を見ることができ、シート１が部分的に重なる状態で多くの商品を陳列することもできる。

前記シート１をなす合成樹脂としては、ポリエチレンテレフタレート（ＰＥＴ）やポリプロピレン（ＰＰ）等によって形成されるがこれらに限定されるものではない。当然のことながら、ポリエチレンテレフタレートやポリプロピレンなどの合成樹脂製のシート１は、紙製のシートに比べ水などの付着による耐久性や、係止用支持片４、抑止部５、接当片６等の耐久性に関しても良好である。また、ポリプロピレンはポリエチレンテレフタレートよりも強靱で固いので、前記係止用支持片４や抑止部５等がちぎれにくく、且つ曲がり癖が付きにくいため、初期の姿勢に戻る復帰力を発揮し易い利点がある。したがって、ポリプロピレンを用いたシート１は、商品陳列用シートとして複数回にわたって再使用することができる。また、前述したように商品説明用部材７を入れ替えることができ、且つ複数回にわたってシート１に商品を係止保持させて陳列することができるので、商品２の陳列後、他の種類の商品の陳列を行うときにも、同一のシート１を使用することができる。

前記シート１を係止するスペースが店頭に十分備えられていない場合には、左右方向で隣り合う商品列の間にシート１のほぼ上端部１ａから下端部１ｂに渡って備えられているミシン目１１に沿って、シート１を切り取り、図４に示しているように左右方向１列だけのシート１Ａとして、省スペースでも商品を陳列することができる。したがって、店舗の陳列スペースに応じてシート１の大きさを変更することができる。

また、前記ミシン目１１に沿って切り取らずに、図５に示しているようにミシン目１１に沿ってシート１を山折りにし、シート１の左端部１ｃとシート１の右端部１ｃが一致するように二つに折り曲げて、表面と裏面の双方に１列ずつ商品を陳列できるようにしてもよい。このように、ミシン目１１で二つに山折りしたときには、山折りしたシート１の上端部１ａの左側と上端部１ａの右側、下端部１ｂの左側と下端部１ｂの右側、左端部１ｃと右端部１ｃのそれぞれをクリップやステープラなどで固定する又は接着剤などで貼付する等して固定する。このようにミシン目１１に沿って山折りした場合には、山折りしたシートの表面と裏面のそれぞれに商品２を吊り下げることができるので、多くの商品を陳列することができる。さらに、シート１自体が透明又は半透明の合成樹脂からなる場合には、裏面の商品を目視することができるので、折り畳んだシートに隠れることなく目視可能な状態で商品を陳列することができる。

なお、前述の実施例では左右２列上下各１０段に商品を陳列可能なシート１に関して説明してきたが、図６に示しているような左右３列となるシート１Ｂを用いてもよいし、４列以上であってもよい。この場合も、前述したように、左右３列の状態のままでシート１Ｂを使用してもよいが、前記ミシン目１１に沿って切り取る又は山折りをする等して、陳列するスペースに応じて左右２列のシート１や左右１列のシート１Ａとして使用することもできる。

【発明の効果】
以上の如く、本願発明の商品陳列用シートは、上向きの係止用支持片と、下向きの左右一対の抑止部を備えているので、上向きの係止用支持片に商品を容易に挿入して係止保持させることができながらも、商品が回動することを抑止部により抑止することができ、商品が商品陳列用シートに対して移動することは勿論のこと、商品陳列用シートから商品が外れることを確実に阻止することができる。したがって、陳列中の商品に人が接触したときでも商品を落下させること無く係止保持状態を持続し、常に整列した状態で商品を吊り下げることができる商品価値の高い商品陳列用シートを得ることができる。
