人の掌の皺,肉付き,形状等は,個人によって異なる特徴があり,手相学において,人の運勢等が現れていると考えられている特徴を手相という。手相を鑑定することにより,運勢など種々の事柄を占うことができるとされている。特に,掌の皺によって形成された線(以下,「手相線」という。)には,人生で起こる様々な事柄の内容や,その事柄が起こる年齢等が現れていると考えられており,手相鑑定において重視される。また,人の運勢等が現れていると考えられている足裏の皺,肉付き,形状等の特徴は,足裏相と呼ばれ,足裏相による占いも行われている。一方,人の性格等が現れていると考えられている鼻,口,耳等の形状等の特徴は,人相と呼ばれており,人相による占いも行われている。

手相や,足裏相,人相が悪い場合,不安,絶望感,自信喪失,否定的暗示等の心理的反応が生じ,希望,自信等の心理状態を得ることが困難となる人が少なくない。このような問題を解決する手段として,従来,掌や足裏の外観を変える方法が提案されている。例えば,掌や足裏の皮膚に直接的に針治療,メス治療,電磁波治療,薬物治療,摩擦治療,電子振動,圧迫刺激等を行い,傷痕等による線を付ける侵襲的な方法が提案されている(例えば,特許文献1,2参照。)。さらに,掌にペンなどで線を描いたり,掌の線をシールによって覆い隠したりすることにより,良い手相が現れているという暗示を得る方法が提案されている(例えば,特許文献3参照。)。

しかしながら,侵襲的な方法で皮膚に付いた傷痕等は,手相学上,基本的には良くないものと考えられている。また,侵襲的な方法を行う場合,体質によっては,ケロイド,血流障害等を起こす可能性が極めて高いので,十分な注意が必要である。一方,ペンやシールを用いる場合,実際の手相線は変化していないので,良い手相が現れているという暗示を得ることが難しいと考えられる。また,鼻,口,耳の形状を変える場合,整形手術等の侵襲的な方法を用いなければならず,手軽に利用できない難点があった。

従って,本発明の目的は,非侵襲的な方法で手相,足裏相又は人相を改善することができる器具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために,本発明によれば,手相を形成するための器具であって,手に巻き付けるバンド状部材を備え,前記バンド状部材を手に巻き付けた状態で係止自在な構成であることを特徴とする,手相形成器具が提供される。この手相形成器具によれば,バンド状部材を手に巻き,締め付けることにより,掌の親指側と掌の小指側を互いに近づけて,手首から指先に向かう縦皺を掌に形成した状態で,手を固定できる。そして,毎日数分間ずつ継続して使用することによって,縦方向の手相線を次第に増強させることができる。即ち,良い手相を形成することができる。特に,生命線や運命線を改善することができる。また,掌の微細な横皺を減少させた状態で手を固定するので,凶相とされる微細な横方向の手相線を減少させることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下,本発明の好ましい実施の形態を説明する。図1に示すように,本発明にかかる手相形成器具1は,手の甲にあてがう手甲当接部材2を備えている。手甲当接部材2の掌側には,手甲当接部材2を手の甲にあてがった状態で手に巻き付けるベルト3が備えられている。

手の固定は,手甲当接部材2,ベルト3,指当接部5及び当接部指固定ベルト10の各配置や,ベルト3,当接部指固定ベルト10を締める力の強さ等を調節することにより,形成したいと希望する縦皺の形状等が現れるように調整しながら行う。例えば,手甲当接部材2及びベルト3による手の甲の固定と,指当接部5及び当接部指固定ベルト10による第3指及び第4指の固定を行っても,形成したいと希望する形状に縦皺が現れていない場合は,手甲当接部材2,ベルト3,指当接部5及び当接部指固定ベルト10の各配置や,ベルト3,当接部指固定ベルト10を締め付ける力の強さ等を直して,希望する縦皺の形状等が確実に現れるように調整し直す。ここで,ベルト3においては,通過口17から引き出す部分の長さを調節することにより,手を締め付ける力の強さを調節するようになっている。また,折り返した部分は,掌に当接している部分の雄面ファスナー16に係合させる位置をずらして固定することができる。当接部指固定ベルト10は,雌面ファスナー12を雄面ファスナー13に係合させる位置をずらして固定することにより,第3指及び第4指を締め付ける力の強さを調節することができる。

当接部指固定ベルト10として使用する部材は,紐状や,伸縮性のあるゴムベルト等であっても良い。当接部指固定ベルト10の両端を保持する構成は,留め具11と,雌面ファスナー12及び雄面ファスナー13によるものに限定されない。例えば,指当接部5の第3指側の外面に,留め具11と代えて,鉤状の雄面ファスナーを設け,当接部指固定ベルト10の第3指側の雌面ファスナー12と係合させることにより,当接部指固定ベルト10の第3指側の基端を係止させる構成としても良い。また,当接部指固定ベルト10の途中にバックルを介設して,バックルから突出させた当接部指固定ベルト10の余り部を引き出すことにより,当接部指固定ベルト10を締め付けるようにしても良い。
