Z=R+j・X
Z=R+j・X
d2V/dz2=(R+jωL)(G+jωC)V …(1)
d2I/dz2=(R+jωL)(G+jωC)I …(2)
【0022】
V=V+exp(−γz)+V−exp(γz) …(3)
I=(V+/Zc)exp(−γz)−(V−/Zc)exp(γz) …(4)
【0023】
∂Ex/∂z=−μ(∂Hy/∂t) …(5)
−∂Hy/∂z=σEx+ε’(∂Ex/∂t) …(6)
∂2Ex/∂z2=σμ(∂Ex/∂t)+ε’μ(∂2Ex/∂t2)…(9)
【0026】
Ex=E0exp(jωt) …(10)
Z=Ex/Hy=(μ/ε)1/2 …(14)
γ=jω(εμ)1/2 …(16)
Z=(μ/ε)1/2 …(17)
ここで、線路A、Cは無限長線路であり、特性インピーダンスがそれぞれ、ZA、ZC(ZA=Z0、ZC=Z0、ここでZ0は空気中の電波インピーダンス)である。
Z”=ZB(Z’+ZB・tanhγBd)/(ZB+Z’・tanhγBd)…(19)
【0033】
Zin=Z・Z”/(Z+Z”) …(20)
【0034】
Γ=(Zin− ZA)/(Zin+ ZA) …(21)
【0035】
Rloss=−10log10R …(22)
【0036】
A=1−R−T …(23)
【0037】
A=1−R …(24)
D=2πd(εr)1/2/λ …(26)
【0040】
Z=R+j・X …(27)
d=λ/(4・εr1/2) …(29)
【0062】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an impedance sheet constituting a radio wave absorber used for suppressing reflection of an electromagnetic wave, and more particularly, to a thin radio wave absorber having a thickness of 1/10 or less of a wavelength of an electromagnetic wave to be absorbed. In the impedance sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, an automatic toll collection system such as an automatic toll collection system such as an electronic toll collection system such as a wireless local area network (Local Area Network) and an intelligent transportation system (Intelligent Transport System) using an automatic toll collection system using a dedicated short-range communication (Dedicated Short Range Communications) technology has been developed. The system used has been put to practical use. In an application system using these electromagnetic waves, it is necessary to suppress the reflection of the electromagnetic waves from a wall or the like in order to ensure the communication quality, and therefore, a radio wave absorber is required. Since such a radio wave absorber is attached to a structure such as a ceiling or a wall, it is required to be light and thin.
[0003]
Conventionally, a λ / 4 type radio wave absorber using a resistance film has been known. This λ / 4 type radio wave absorber has a thickness of λ / (4 · √εr) (λ: wavelength of an electromagnetic wave in a vacuum, εr: relative dielectric constant of a dielectric substance) on one surface of a dielectric layer having a dielectric constant εr. This is a radio wave absorber having a low-resistance reflection layer and a resistance film layer having radio wave impedance (377Ω) in air on the other surface of the dielectric. However, this λ / 4 type radio wave absorber requires a thickness of λ / (4√εr) as a dielectric layer, and there is a limit to the reduction in thickness.
[0004]
By inserting a divided conductive film (DCF) between the resistive film layer and the reflective layer of the λ / 4 type electromagnetic wave absorber, the thickness of the dielectric layer is reduced to λ / (4 · √). Radio wave absorbing panels that can be made thinner than εr) have been proposed (for example,
[0005]
Therefore, in order to solve the problem that the structure of the radio wave absorption panel using the DCF is complicated, a radio wave obtained by bonding glass having a DCF layer and glass having a reflection layer through polyvinyl butyral (PVB) is used. An absorption glass has been proposed (Non-Patent Document 2). According to the above-mentioned document, the radio wave absorbing glass using the DCF does not need to control the resistance value of the conductive film to be divided, and a thin radio wave absorber can be obtained by controlling the geometric size of the DCF. It is described as having the advantage of being able to do so. However, it is necessary to arrange the glass on the radio wave incident side, and there is a problem in that there is a limit to the reduction in thickness and it is difficult to use it in places other than windows.
[0006]
As described above, in the related art, there is a limit in reducing the thickness of the λ / 4 type radio wave absorber to a small value. Further, the radio wave absorption panel using DCF has a problem that the reproducibility of the radio wave absorption characteristics is poor.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The object of the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, has a simple structure, is applicable to other than windows, and furthermore, to constitute a thin radio wave absorber excellent in radio wave absorption characteristics. And an electromagnetic wave absorber using the impedance sheet.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a dielectric layer,
An impedance layer disposed on one surface of the dielectric layer,
When the surface impedance Z of the impedance layer is expressed by the following equation,
Z = R + j · X
Where R is the real part, X is the imaginary part, j is the imaginary unit,
The real part R of the surface impedance of the impedance layer is in the range of 0.01 Ω to 100 Ω, the imaginary part X of the surface impedance of the impedance layer is in the range of −200 Ω to −3 Ω, and the real part R and the imaginary part X is -100 ≦ X / R ≦ −1
Is an impedance sheet satisfying the following relationship:
[0010]
The present invention also includes a pair of dielectric layers,
And an impedance layer disposed between these dielectric layers,
When the surface impedance Z of the impedance layer is expressed by the following equation,
Z = R + j · X
[0011]
Further, the invention is characterized in that the dielectric layer and the impedance layer transmit visible light.
[0012]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that an adhesive layer is formed on the surface of the dielectric layer.
Further, the present invention provides the impedance sheet,
An interference layer disposed adjacent to the surface of the dielectric layer of the impedance sheet for a radio wave absorber;
A conductive film layer disposed on a surface of the interference layer opposite to the impedance sheet for the radio wave absorber.
[0013]
According to the present invention, by forming the impedance layer on one surface of the dielectric layer, or by sandwiching the impedance layer between a pair of dielectric layers, the interference layer made of the insulating dielectric is formed. In a configuration in which the impedance value is arranged such as by being attached to one surface of the layer, the impedance value of the impedance layer can be kept at a predetermined value without being affected by the interference layer. A conductive film layer is arranged on the surface of the interference layer opposite to the impedance sheet to form a radio wave absorber.
[0014]
The value of the real part R of the surface impedance of the impedance layer is desirably small, and may be, for example, 0.01 Ω or more as described above. If the real part R exceeds 100 Ω, the impedance sheet, and hence the radio wave absorber It is not preferable because the thickness increases. When the absolute value of the imaginary part X exceeds 200Ω, it becomes difficult to control the frequency and the return loss. If the absolute value of the imaginary part X is less than 3Ω, it is difficult to realize the present impedance sheet. When the absolute value of X / R exceeds 100, it becomes difficult to control the frequency and the return loss. If the absolute value of X / R is less than 1, it is difficult to realize an impedance sheet.
[0015]
The surface resistivity of the conductive film layer is preferably as small as possible, and is 50Ω or less, and may be about 0Ω.

On the other hand, when an electromagnetic wave propagating in the z direction in a medium having a complex permittivity ε (≡ε′−jε ″), a complex magnetic permeability μ (≡μ′-μ ″), and a conductivity σ is a plane wave, the Maxwell equation is as follows. Can be decomposed into
∂E x / ∂z = -μ (∂H y / ∂t) ... (5)
-∂H y / ∂z = σE x + ε '(∂E x / ∂t) ... (6)
Further, with respect to the y component E y of the electric field and the x component H x of the magnetic field,
∂E y / ∂z = −μ (∂H x / ∂t) (7)
−∂H x / ∂z = σE y + ε ′ (∂E y / ∂t) (8)
[0025]
Here, the loss relating to the imaginary part ε ″ of the complex permittivity is considered as a loss due to the conductivity σ.

∂ 2 E x / ∂z 2 = (jωσμ-ω 2 ε'μ) E x ... (11)
[0027]
Here, the conductivity σ is an imaginary component ε ″ of the permittivity,
ε ″ = σ / ω (12)
∂ 2 E x / ∂z 2 = -ω 2 εμE x ... (13)

The impedance Z of the electromagnetic wave is
Z = E x / H y = (μ / ε) 1/2 ... (14)
In because defined, following
∂ 2 H y / ∂z 2 = −ω 2 εμH y (15)
[0029]
Z = (μ / ε) 1/2 (17)
Can be considered as a distributed constant line. Thus, the propagation of the electromagnetic wave, which is a plane wave, can be calculated based on transmission line theory.
[0030]
By using the above-described transmission line theory, the reflection coefficient and the transmission coefficient of an electromagnetic wave in a medium having a plurality of boundaries can be calculated. That is, the reflection and transmission of the electromagnetic wave in the medium as shown in FIG. 4 can be calculated as follows. The medium of FIG. 4 can be considered as a transmission line model with two boundaries as shown in FIG. Here, the lines A and C are infinite lines, and their characteristic impedances are Z A and Z C (Z A = Z 0 , Z C = Z 0 , where Z 0 is the radio wave impedance in the air). . The line B has a line length (that is, the thickness of the
Z ′ = Z L · Z C / (Z L + Z C ) (17a)
[0031]
Here, when Z L ≪Z C ,
Z '≒ Z L ... (18)
Is derived.
[0032]
Next, when viewed from the connection surface 1-1 ′ of the line A and the line B, the impedance Z ″ not including the impedance layer on the right side of the connection surface 1-1 ′ can be expressed as follows.
Z "= Z B (Z ' + Z B · tanhγ B d) / (Z B + Z' · tanhγ B d) ... (19)
[0033]
Further 'when viewed from the connection surface 1-1' line connecting surface 1-1 of the A and the line B impedance Z in containing the right impedance layer than can be expressed as follows. γB represents the propagation constant of the line B.
Z in = Z · Z ″ / (Z + Z ″) (20)
[0034]
By using the impedance Z in, the reflection coefficient of the connection surfaces 1-1 'gamma is expressed as follows.
Γ = (Z in - Z A ) / (Z in + Z A) ... (21)
[0035]
Further, the energy reflectivity R is R = | Γ | 2 , and the reflection loss R loss [dB] is calculated as follows.
R loss = −10 log 10 R (22)
[0036]
The energy absorption amount A in the line B is calculated as follows by using the energy transmittance T similarly obtained from the transmission line theory.
A = 1−RT (23)
[0037]
The radio wave absorber is designed so that the energy transmittance T becomes zero by short-circuiting the terminal. in this case,
A = 1−R (24)
Therefore, the radio wave absorption characteristic of the radio wave absorber is generally represented by the reflection loss R loss .
[0038]
When the electromagnetic wave is incident on the medium at an angle θ with respect to the z-axis (the electric field direction of the TE wave is the y-axis), the problem of reflection and transmission of the TE wave and the TM wave is caused by propagation in the z direction It can be analyzed by considering only
[0039]
Now, for the sake of simplicity, if the surface resistance of the low-resistance conductive layer is set to Z L = 0 [Ω], the condition for と お り = 0 is as follows.
here,
D = 2πd (εr) 1/2 / λ (26)
[0040]

[0049]
As shown in FIG. 3, the impedance layer 1c can be obtained by isolating and dispersing a film 1c1 having a certain resistance value in a plane. In other words, when the resistance film 1c1 is isolated and dispersed, a capacitor component is generated between the isolated and dispersed resistance films 1c1, and an imaginary part component can be added. As the resistive film 1c1 to be dispersed, a thin metal film of Al, Ag, Au, Cr, Ti, or the like, or a light-transmitting conductive film typified by ITO or tin oxide is deposited by sputtering or the like to a thickness having a specified resistance value. A film formed by a method can be used.
[0050]
In order to disperse these thin films 1c1 in isolation in a plane, a method in which an impedance layer is uniformly formed in a plane by a vapor deposition method, and then a part of the thin film is removed by a photolithography method, A method of removing the thin film, a method of removing a part of the thin film by sand blast, or the like can be employed.
[0051]
As another method for producing the impedance layer 1c, the impedance layer 1c can also be obtained by forming a mixture of a resin and a resistive filler such as carbon powder, carbon flake, carbon fiber, or the like into a film. At this time, the imaginary part component can be provided by dispersing the filler in the resin so that the filler does not contact each other. For example, it can be manufactured by stretching after extrusion molding. In this case, the

【The invention's effect】
As described above, a thin, high-performance radio wave absorber can be provided by the impedance sheet of the present invention. The radio wave absorber of the present invention is thus thin and has excellent radio wave absorption characteristics, and can achieve a large radio wave reflection loss. Furthermore, the structure of the radio wave absorber of the present invention is simple, and can be applied to other than windows, and the usability is good. In the impedance layer according to the present invention, since a dielectric layer is previously arranged and formed, the impedance value is determined by the dielectric constant εr of the dielectric layer, and therefore, the influence of the interference layer for constituting the radio wave absorber is determined. And ensure that the desired large return loss is achieved.
