TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure for preventing static electricity in an electronic device such as a DVD player.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, a DVD player includes a flat housing (1) having a resin panel (2) attached to the front surface thereof. The housing (1) has an electronic circuit built therein and a disk. A tray (3) is attached. An operation unit such as a volume dial (4) is provided on the surface of the resin panel (2).
[0003]
By the way, in this type of electronic equipment, since a resin-made panel is employed as a front panel, the surface of the resin-made panel is covered with a hot stamp foil so that the surface has a metallic surface gloss. In order to give a sense of quality, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Publication No. HEI 10-163556.
In the DVD player shown in FIG. 1, a disc-shaped conductive member (5) plated with metal is fixed to the surface of a resin panel (2) for the purpose of giving a sense of quality similarly. A volume dial (4) is provided on the surface of the member (5). Thereby, the conductive member (5) exerts a decorative effect by the metal surface, and a high-class feeling is obtained.
[0004]
However, in an electronic device in which a hot-stamp foil is formed on the surface of a resin panel or a conductive member is attached, the hot-stamp foil or the conductive member is charged and adversely affects electronic components inside the housing. There is a risk of destruction.
Therefore, in an electronic device in which a conductive member is attached to the surface of a resin panel, a grounding lead wire drawn from the inside of the housing is connected to the conductive member, and the conductive member is grounded to prevent electrostatic breakdown. Prevention has been made.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in a conventional anti-static structure in which a grounding lead wire drawn out of the housing is connected to a conductive member, the tip of the lead wire is fixed to the conductive member using a copper foil tape, a lug, or the like. Therefore, not only is the number of parts increased, but also the number of steps in the assembling process is increased, leading to a problem of increasing costs.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a structure for preventing static electricity in an electronic device that can reliably connect a grounding lead wire to a conductive member without using a special component such as a copper foil tape or a lug. .
[0007]
[Means for solving the problem]
In the structure for preventing static electricity of an electronic device according to the present invention, a conductive member (5) having at least a surface layer having conductivity is attached to a surface of a resin panel (2) constituting a housing (1). One or more protruding toward the other facing surface may be provided on the surface of the resin panel (2) facing the conductive member (5) or on the surface of the conductive member (5) facing the resin panel (2). Is formed, and a core wire (61) of a grounding lead wire (6) extending from the inside of the housing (1) penetrates through the resin panel (2). It is sandwiched between facing surfaces.
[0008]
In the antistatic structure according to the present invention, the core wire (61) of the grounding lead wire (6) extending from the inside of the housing (1) is either the resin panel (2) or the conductive member (5). Since the core wire (61) is sandwiched between the convex portion formed on one of the opposing surfaces and the other opposing surface, the core wire (61) is intensively subjected to a large pressing force from the convex portion. It is strongly pressed against (5). As a result, the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6) is securely fixed to the surface of the conductive member (5), and the conductive member (5) is grounded.
[0009]
In a specific configuration, the convex portion is a rib (23) having a triangular cross section with a sharp tip, and the rib (23) intersects with the direction in which the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6) extends. Extending in the direction.
According to this specific configuration, even if the position of the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6) is slightly displaced in the longitudinal direction of the rib (23) in the assembling process, the core wire (61) is disengaged from the rib (23). There is no. Further, the pressing force acting on the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6) is concentrated in a narrower range, so that more reliable connection is realized.
[0010]
In a specific configuration, the resin panel (2) is formed with a notch (24) for hooking the core wire (61) at the end of the lead wire (6).
According to this specific configuration, the leading end of the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6) is hooked on the notch (24) of the resin panel (2) in the assembling process, so that the positioning of the core wire (61) is achieved. Done.
[0011]
In a specific configuration, the resin panel (2) is provided with a through hole (25) through which the lead wire (6) penetrates, and the through hole (25) is formed on the surface side of the resin panel (2). Is formed in a small diameter that allows only the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6) to penetrate, and the entrance on the back side of the resin panel (2) can penetrate the lead wire (6). It has a large diameter.
According to this specific configuration, even if a tensile force acts on the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6) in the assembling process, the outer diameter of the lead wire (6) is larger than the inner diameter of the smaller diameter side of the through hole (25). Since the core wire (61) is pulled out from the through hole (25), further drawing is prevented. Therefore, the amount of pulling out of the core wire (61) can be easily specified.
[0012]
In still another specific configuration, a pair of bosses (26) (26) for holding the lead wire (6) is protruded from the back surface of the resin panel (2).
Thereby, the positioning and fixing of the lead wire (6) inside the resin panel (2) are performed.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the static electricity countermeasure structure of the electronic device which concerns on this invention, the grounding lead wire can be connected to a conductive member reliably, without using special components, such as a copper foil tape and a lug.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention applied to the DVD player shown in FIG. 1 will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, a DVD player according to the present invention includes a flat housing (1) having a resin panel (2) mounted on a front surface thereof, and the housing (1) incorporates an electronic circuit. And a disc tray (3). On the surface of the resin panel (2), a conductive member (5) having a metal plating on the entire surface is fixed, and a volume dial (4) is installed on the surface of the conductive member (5). I have.
[0015]
The conductive member (5) has a disk shape as shown in FIG. 2, and a central hole (51) from which an adjustment knob (not shown) for adjusting the volume inside the housing is to protrude, and a conductive member (5) formed of a resin panel ( Two screw holes (52) and (52) for fixing to (2) are provided.
[0016]
On the other hand, in the resin panel (2), a conductive member engaging portion (21) with which the conductive member (5) is to be engaged is recessed on the surface thereof, and the conductive member engaging portion (21) has: A central hole (22) from which an adjustment knob (not shown) for adjusting the volume inside the housing is projected, and two screw holes (27) and (27) for fixing the conductive member (5) are formed.
On the surface of the conductive member engaging portion (21) of the resin panel (2), three ribs (23) (23) (23) extending left and right are integrally formed. The rib (23) has a triangular cross section and a pointed tip as shown in FIG.
The V-shaped notch (24) is formed on the surface of the conductive member engaging portion (21) of the resin panel (2) at a position above the ribs (23) (23) (23) as shown in FIG. Is formed.
[0017]
Further, a through hole (25) is formed at a position below the rib (23) in the conductive member engaging portion (21) of the resin panel (2), and the core wire ( 61) has been drawn out. The core wire (61) extends upward from the through hole (25) along the surface of the conductive member engaging portion (21), crosses the three ribs (23), (23), and (23), and then has its tip. The part is locked in the notch (24).
As shown in FIG. 3, the through hole (25) has a small diameter such that the outlet on the front side of the resin panel (2) can penetrate only the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6). The entrance on the back side of the panel (2) is formed to have a large diameter through which the lead wire (6) can pass.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2, the conductive member (5) is engaged with the conductive member engaging portion (21) of the resin panel (2) by two screws (not shown) in the resin panel (2). ).
As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of bosses (26) (26) for holding the lead wire (6) protrude from the rear surface of the resin panel (2) at a position near the through hole (25). Have been.
[0019]
In the DVD player, as shown in FIG. 3, the core wire (61) of the ground lead wire (6) extending from the inside of the housing is connected between the surface of the resin panel (2) and the back surface of the conductive member (5). And is pressed against the back surface of the conductive member (5) by three ribs (23) (23) (23) projecting from the resin panel (2). Here, since the rib (23) has a triangular cross section with a pointed tip, the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6) accompanies the fastening of the conductive member (5) to the resin panel (2). Receives a large pressing force intensively from the ridge line of the rib (23), and is strongly pressed against the back surface of the conductive member (5).
[0020]
As a result, the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6) is securely fixed to the surface of the conductive member (5), and the conductive member (5) is grounded.
Therefore, even if the conductive member (5) is charged, the electric charge of the conductive member (5) flows to the ground inside the housing via the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6), so that electrostatic breakdown occurs. I will not.
[0021]
In the DVD player of the present invention, the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6) is connected to the back surface of the conductive member (5) by being sandwiched between the resin panel (2) and the conductive member (5). Therefore, special parts such as conventional copper foil tapes and lugs are not required.
[0022]
Further, since the rib (23) extends in a direction intersecting with the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6), even if the position of the core wire (61) is slightly shifted in the longitudinal direction of the rib (23) in the assembling process. The core wire (61) does not come off from the rib (23).
In addition, since the leading end of the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6) is hooked on the notch (24) of the resin panel (2) in the assembling process, the core wire (61) can be positioned. Easy to assemble.
[0023]
Further, even if a tensile force acts on the core wire (61) of the lead wire (6) in the assembling process, the outer diameter of the lead wire (6) is larger than the inner diameter of the small diameter side of the through hole (25). With the entire length of (61) pulled out from the through hole (25), further pulling out is prevented. Therefore, the amount of pulling out of the core wire (61) can be easily specified.
Furthermore, since the lead wire (6) is sandwiched between the pair of bosses (26) (26) inside the resin panel (2), the positioning and fixing of the lead wire (6) inside the housing are ensured. It is performed in.
[0024]
The configuration of each part of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the technical scope described in the claims. For example, the conductive member (5) is not limited to one in which the surface of the resin body is metal-plated, but may be a metal member entirely.
Further, the conductive member (5) is not limited to a member for decorating the volume dial (4), and may be various members having at least a surface having conductivity, such as a nameplate indicating a manufacturer name.
Further, various projections such as a configuration in which the ribs (23) protrude from the back surface of the conductive member (5) and a conical projection or a lattice-shaped projection instead of the triangular cross-section rib (23) are formed. Such a configuration can be adopted.
