従来の空気清浄装置は、オゾン或いは紫外線によって殺菌し、濾過後にそのまま放出していた。この空気を装置の外側に塗布した光触媒消臭層と接触させ、消臭効果を図り空気清浄化の効果を高める装置の開発。

【課題を解決する手段】
装置の上部から空気を取り入れ、オゾン室又は紫外線室で殺菌する。又はオゾン、紫外線併用でもよい。その後この空気を濾過し装置の内側壁、外壁に塗布した光触媒消臭層と接触させる。この外壁は光が或る光度以上になると臭気を分解する。これによって浄化効果を高めることができる。
