Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a baby cot, and more particularly to a locking mechanism for a side fence that can be opened and closed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a crib, one side fence is divided into an upper fence and a lower fence at the height of the floorboard to make it easier for the caretaker to take care of the baby. It is rotatably provided and can be opened and closed. As a locking mechanism for locking the upper fence to the head-side end wall and the foot-side end wall so as to be unlockable, a mechanism using a locking hole and a locking rod is generally used. . For example, the conventional locking mechanism shown in FIG. 7 has locking holes 62 provided in the head-side end wall 61 and the foot-side end wall, and extends from the center of the upper bar 63 of the upper fence 60 to each end face 63a. A pair of locking rods 64, which are arranged so that the distal end portion 64a extends from each end face 63a and are displaceable in the extending direction and the retreating direction with respect to the upper bar 63, and a pair of locking rods 64 are always provided. Is a coil spring 66 as a rod urging member that urges each distal end portion 64a into the locking hole 62 by urging in the extending direction, and an upper bar 63 attached to each base end portion 64b of the pair of locking rods 64. And a pair of levers 67 extending further downward (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
In order to close the upper fence 60 and lock it to the head-side end wall 61 and the foot-side end wall, the distal end portion 64a which is urged in the extending direction by the coil spring 66 and whose amount of extension from each end surface 63a is increased is engaged. The hole 62 is engaged. In order to release the locking, as shown by the changes in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the caretaker grasps both levers 67 with one hand and approaches each other against the urging force of the coil spring 66. The locking rod 64 is displaced in the retreating direction. Then, the leading end 64a, which has a small amount of extension from each end face 63a, comes off the locking hole 62, so that the upper fence 60 can be opened. In the example of FIG. 7, a guide groove 65 shallower than the locking hole 62 is provided in the head-side end wall 61 and the foot-side end wall. By moving, the upper fence 60 can be moved up and down, so that the upper fence 60 is moved down and opened.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described locking mechanism, since both locking rods 64 are displaced independently, unless one applies even force when grasping and approaching both levers 67, only one locking rod 64 is locked by locking hole 62. The upper fence 60 may be forcibly moved downward in a so-called semi-released state in which the other locking rod 64 is still slightly engaged with the locking hole 62. Further, since the operation of grasping and approaching both levers 67 is performed with the thumb and the index finger, it is difficult to apply a large force in the first place. For this reason, if the locking rod 64 is twisted in the upper bar 63, there is a possibility that a caretaker with a weak force cannot operate the locking rod 64. In addition, the caregiver often operates the two levers 67 while standing in front of the upper fence 60 of the crib, but when looking down at that time, the two levers 67 are hidden under the upper bar 63 and cannot be clearly seen. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp both levers 67 by groping, and it may not be able to grasp well or operate. In such a case, the caretaker bends and operates both levers 67, which is inconvenient. In addition, when the caretaker does not intend to release the lock but touches the upper bar 63, the two levers 67 may be unexpectedly touched. In some cases, the locking may be suddenly released and the upper fence 60 may move.
[0006]
The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem, and to release the locking from the state where the side fence is locked to the head side end wall and the foot side end wall and open and close it, even from the position where the caretaker stands. It is another object of the present invention to provide a baby bed that can be easily opened and closed without difficulty even by a person who is weak in force by easy operation in which force is easily applied. Furthermore, the operation can be locked when it is unnecessary, so that there is no possibility that the locking is suddenly released and the horizontal fence moves.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a crib according to the present invention includes a crib provided with a locking mechanism for releasably locking an openable / closable horizontal fence to a head-side end wall and a foot-side end wall. The locking mechanism is arranged such that locking holes provided in the head-side end wall and the foot-side end wall respectively extend from the center of the upper bar of the horizontal fence to each end face, and the tip end extends from each end face. And a pair of locking rods provided so as to be displaceable in the extending direction and the retreating direction with respect to the upper bar, and the pair of locking rods are always urged in the extending direction so that each end portion is engaged with the locking hole. A rod urging member to be inserted, a grip button protruding from the lower surface in the middle of the upper bar and provided so as to be vertically movable, and a pair of direction changers that change the upward movement when the grip button is gripped and moved upward. The locking rod is displaced in the retreating direction, and each tip is released from the locking hole. Characterized in that it consists of a mechanism.
[0008]
Here, the “openable / closable horizontal fence” may be either one or both of the pair of horizontal fences in the crib. Further, the entirety of one horizontal fence may be made openable and closable, or one horizontal fence may be divided into an upper fence and a lower fence at, for example, a height position of a floor plate, and only the upper fence may be made openable and closable. . The direction of opening and closing of the side fence is not particularly limited. For example, a mode in which the side fence is opened and closed by moving up and down while in a vertical position, and a side fence is opened and closed by rotating the lower end as a center toward the front side Can be exemplified.
[0009]
The horizontal fence is locked to the head end wall and the foot end wall mainly when the horizontal fence is closed. Therefore, the locking hole closes the horizontal fence of the head end wall and the foot end wall. It is provided at the same height as the upper bar when it is placed. However, in a mode in which the side fence is opened and closed by moving up and down, the side fence is locked to the head-side end wall and the foot-side end wall even when the side fence is moved downward and opened or during the downward movement. In this case, the locking holes are also provided at the same height as the upper bar when the locking is desired in the head end wall and the foot end wall.
[0010]
The “extending direction” of the locking rod is the direction in which the tip of the locking rod extends from the end surface of the upper bar, and the “retreating direction” of the locking rod is in the direction opposite to the extending direction, ie, the locking rod. Is the direction in which the tip end of the upper bar tends to retreat into the end face of the upper bar (the tip end does not necessarily have to completely enter the end face). The rod urging member of the locking rod is not particularly limited, but may be a spring (a coil spring, a leaf spring, or the like), a rubber member, an air cylinder, or the like.
[0011]
The conversion mechanism is not particularly limited, but a pair of slanted portions which are inclined so as to be away from the respective end surfaces of the upper bar toward the lower side and move up and down together with the grip buttons, and respective base end portions of a pair of locking rods And an engaging portion that is guided by the pair of inclined portions and engages with each other so as to be relatively movable. When the pair of inclined portions is moved upward together with the grip button, the locking rod is engaged through the engaging portion. A mechanism for changing the direction by pulling each base end in the retreating direction can be exemplified. Other examples include those that change direction with a gear and those that change direction with a cam. Examples of the “oblique portion” include oblique long holes, grooves, strips, and the like.
[0012]
It is preferable that the locking mechanism includes a lock mechanism that switches between a locked state in which the grip button is locked so that the grip button cannot move upward and an unlocked state in which the grip button can be moved upward when the horizontal fence is locked.
[0013]
Although the lock mechanism is not particularly limited, a lock member provided below the grip button and displaceable along the upper bar can be exemplified. When the lock member protrudes from the grip button and is displaced to a lock position that is close to the lower surface of the upper bar from below, the lock state is established, and when the lock member is displaced to a lock release position that does not protrude from the grip button, the lock is performed. It will be in the release state. Further, it is preferable to provide a lock biasing member that constantly biases the lock member toward the lock position. The lock urging member is not particularly limited, but may be a spring (a coil spring, a plate spring, or the like), a rubber member, an air cylinder, or the like. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide a hook portion on which the side portion of the finger is hooked on the lock member.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, an embodiment of a crib provided with a locking mechanism for releasably locking an openable and closable side fence embodied in the present invention to a head end wall and a foot end wall will be described with reference to FIGS. This will be described with reference to FIG. The crib 1 includes a rectangular frame-shaped enclosure 2 surrounding four sides of the baby, and a floor plate 3 supported at an intermediate portion in the height direction inside the enclosure 2. The enclosure 2 includes a head end wall 5 surrounding the baby's head, a foot end wall 6 surrounding the infant's foot, and a pair of lateral fences 7 and 8 surrounding the infant's side. The head end wall 5 and the foot end wall 6 are not always clearly distinguished, and may be used in opposite directions.
[0015]
The head-side end wall 5 is composed of a pair of right and left columns 10 and 10, a pair of upper and lower bars 11 and 12 with both ends attached to the column 10, and a board 13 attached between both columns 10 and 10. I have. The foot-side end wall 6 is composed of a pair of right and left columns 10, a pair of upper and lower bars 11 and 12 with both ends attached to the column 10, and a plurality of vertical bars 14 attached between the bars 11 and 12. It is configured. Each of the opposing side surfaces of the column 10 of the head-side end wall 5 and the column 10 of the foot-side end wall 6 is provided with a guide groove 15 having a uniform width and a uniform depth extending from near the upper end to near the lower end.
[0016]
One of the horizontal fences 7 is composed of an upper bar 31, a lower bar 32, and a plurality of vertical rails 33 attached between the bars 31, 32. And it is fixed to the support 10 of the foot end wall 6. The other side fence 8 is divided into a fixed lower fence 21 and an openable / closable upper fence 20 at the height of the floor panel 3. The lower fence 21 is composed of an upper bar 26, a lower bar 27, and a plurality of vertical bars 28 mounted between the bars 26, 27, and is fixed to the opposing side surfaces of the columns 10, 10 with bolts. Have been.
[0017]
The upper fence 20, like the lower fence 21, includes an upper bar 22, a lower bar 23, and a plurality of vertical rails 24 attached between the bars 22, 23. A pair of guide pins 29 protruding from the top bar 23a and a tip end 35a of a pair of locking rods 35 protruded from each end face 22a of the upper bar 22 as described later are combined with the head end wall 5 and the foot end wall. 6 can be moved up and down by slidably engaging with each of the guide grooves 15 so that they can be opened and closed.
[0018]
A locking mechanism 25 for releasably locking the upper fence 20 to the head end wall 5 and the foot end wall 6 is provided on the head end wall 5 and the foot end wall 6. It comprises a hole 16, a pair of locking rods 35 provided on the upper bar 22 side, a coil spring 36 as a rod urging member, a gripping button 40, and a conversion mechanism 50. Details of these parts are as follows.
[0019]
At the bottom of each guide groove 15 of the head end wall 5 and the foot end wall 6, the upper fence 20 is moved down, and the same height as the upper bar 26 when the upper fence 20 is moved up and closed. At three positions, the same height as the upper bar 26 when it is opened and the same height as the upper bar 26 during its downward movement, the locking holes 16 that are recessed further deeper than the groove bottom are formed.
[0020]
A long groove 34 extending in the length direction of the upper bar 22 is formed on the upper surface of the upper bar 22. A pair of locking rods 35 are arranged at the bottom of the long groove 34 so as to extend from the center of the upper bar 22 to the respective end faces 22a so that the respective tips 35a extend from the respective end faces 22a. 22 can be displaced in the feeding direction and the retreating direction. In the present example, a restricting member 37 for restricting the locking rod 35 from moving upward in the long groove 34 is fitted to a plurality of positions above the long groove 34. Further, the upper surface of the upper bar 22 is covered with a resin cover 38 that covers the long groove 34 and the regulating member 37. In this example, the upper end of the uppermost bar 22 abuts against the end of the uppermost bar 22. However, the upper end of the upper bar 22 is considered to be the end of the upper bar 22, and therefore, The side surface of the upper end of the bar 24 is the end surface 22a of the upper bar 22.
[0021]
Each distal end portion 35a of the locking rod 35 is larger in diameter than the general portion 35c. At each end of the upper bar 22 (the upper end of the vertical bar 24 as described above), there is formed a mounting hole 39 through which the general portion 35c of the locking rod 35 is inserted and a part of each tip 35a is loosely fitted. A coil spring 36 externally attached to the general portion 35c is mounted in the mounting hole 39. Since the coil spring 36 is mounted in a compressed state between each of the distal end portions 35a and the inner bottom wall of the mounting hole 39, the coil spring 36 always urges each of the locking rods 35 in the extending direction. The tip 35a can be engaged with the locking hole 16.
[0022]
A guide hole 30 is formed at the center of the upper bar 22 and has a length approximately equal to the width of a human hand and a width larger than the width of the long groove 34, and extends vertically. It passes through the bottom and opens to the lower surface of the upper bar 22. A grip button 40 of substantially the same size is inserted into the guide hole 30, and is guided so as to be able to move up and down without moving left and right. The grip button 40 has a button body 41 which is always inserted into the guide hole 30 both when the grip button 40 is moved up and down, and at least when the grip button 40 is moved down, it comes out of the guide hole 30 and from the lower surface of the upper bar 22. And a lock mechanism 45 including a lock member 49 that also protrudes and serves as a handhold. Then, the caretaker grasps the grip button 40 with one hand together with the central portion of the upper bar 22 (against the urging force of the coil spring 36 as described later), and raises the grip / lock member 49, thereby raising the grip button 40. When the caretaker releases the gripping button 40, the gripping button 40 is moved downward (by the biasing force of the coil spring 36 as described later).
[0023]
The button body 41 has a pair of plates 42 connected at a lower portion thereof, and a gap between the two plates 42 is continuous with the long groove 34. A guide slot 43 extending vertically extends through the center of both plates 42 in parallel between the plates 42. A pin 44 inserted into the two guide slots 43 so as to penetrate the guide slots 30 in the thickness direction of the upper bar 22 is engaged so as to allow the guide slots 43 to move up and down. Accordingly, the grip button 40 is guided so as to be able to move up and down without swinging left and right (along with the guidance by the guide hole 30). The vertical length, the upper end, and the lower end of the guide slot 43 determine the vertical stroke, lower limit, and upper limit of the grip button 40, respectively.
[0024]
The lock mechanism 45 of the grip button 40 includes a guide rail 47 provided below the button body 41 and having a guide groove 46 extending left and right, and a claw 48 slidably engaged with the guide groove 46. And a lock / lock member 49 fitted externally so as to be able to move to the left and right. Therefore, the lock / lock member 49 can be displaced along the upper bar 22 by being guided by the guide rail 47. When the upper fence 20 is locked, the grip button 40 is moved down. At this time, the caretaker pushes the handle / lock member 49 to the left from the button body 41 and approaches the lower surface of the upper bar 22 from below. When the grip button 40 is displaced to the locked position, the handgrip / lock member 49 abuts on the lower surface of the upper bar 22 even if the grip button 40 is moved upward, so that the grip button 40 is locked so as not to move upward. (Locked state). When the caretaker displaces the lock / lock member 49 to a lock position that does not protrude from the grip button 40, the lock is released and the grip button 40 can be moved upward (unlocked state). As described above, the locked state and the unlocked state can be easily switched by the displacement of the hand / lock member 49.
[0025]
The conversion mechanism 50 changes the direction of the upward movement when the gripping button 40 is gripped and moved upward, displaces the pair of locking rods 35 in the retreating direction, and detaches the tip portions 35 a from the locking holes 16. And is configured as follows. On the left side of both plates 42 of the button body 41, there are formed oblique long holes 52 as inclined portions that are inclined away from the left end surface 22a of the upper bar 22 toward the lower side (that is, to the lower right). On the right side of the two plates 42, there are also oblique oblong holes 52, which are inclined on the right side of the two plates 42 so as to be away from the right end surface 22 a of the upper bar 22 toward the lower side (that is, downwardly to the left). It is pierced between. Therefore, the pair of left and right oblique oblong holes 52 move up and down equally with the grip button 40 which moves up and down without being shaken left and right as described above. The left and right oblique long holes 52 penetrate the oblique long holes 52 of the two plates 42 and are provided at the base end portions 35 b of the locking rods 35 inserted into the gaps between the two plates 42. An engagement pin 54 inserted so as to penetrate the hole 53 is engaged so as to allow the oblique long hole 52 to move up and down. By this engagement, the base end 35b of each locking rod 35 is guided by the oblique oblong hole 52 and slidably engaged with each other. By this engagement, the urging force of the coil spring 36 constantly urging the locking rod 35 in the extending direction is such that the base end 35b of the locking rod 35 pulls down the oblique elongated hole 52 and The force is applied to the upper end of the handle 52, and the grip button 40, which does not move left and right, is constantly urged downward.
[0026]
As described above, the conversion mechanism 50 includes the oblique long hole 52, the engagement hole 53 and the engagement pin 54 that engage the base end portion 35 b of the locking rod 35 in the relative dynamic engagement. I have. When the upper fence 20 is locked as described above, the grip button 40 is moved down. At this time, the caretaker moves the grip button 40 in the unlocked state upward against the urging force of the coil spring 36. Then, the pair of oblique elongated holes 52 move upward together with the grip button 40. Then, since the base end portion 35b of the locking rod 35 attempts to be positioned from the upper end to the lower end of the oblique long hole 52 via the engaging pin 54, the pair of locking rods 35 are equally interlocked and pulled in the retreating direction. Thus, the direction change is performed, and each end portion 35a is simultaneously detached from the locking hole 16. Conversely, when the caretaker loosens the gripping button 40, the biasing force of the coil spring 36 simultaneously engages the tip portions 35a into the locking holes 16 and pushes the gripping button 40 downward as described above. It is urged and moves down.
[0027]
The upper fence 20 of the baby cot 1 configured as described above normally has, as shown in the left view of FIG. 1 and FIG. It is engaged with the hole 16 and is locked to the head end wall 5 and the foot end wall 6 in a closed state. At the time of this locking, the grip button 40 has been moved down to the lower limit as described above, and the hand / lock member 49 has been displaced to the locked position by operation. Therefore, even if the caretaker does not intend to release the lock, but touches the claw and lock member 49, for example, when he / she puts his hand on the upper bar 22, there is no danger that the lock will be released suddenly.
[0028]
When the caretaker takes care of the baby, the caregiver stands in front of the upper fence 20 and holds the grip button 40 with one hand together with the center of the upper bar 22 as shown in FIG. First, the handgrip / lock member 49 is displaced to the unlocked position, and then the handgrip / lock member 49 is pulled up against the urging force of the coil spring 36 to move the grip button 40 upward. Let it. Then, as described above, the pair of locking rods 35 are equally interlocked and pulled in the retreating direction, and the respective tip portions 35a are simultaneously detached from the locking holes 16, so that the upper fence 20 is connected to the head end wall 5 and the foot side. The engagement with the end wall 6 is released. Accordingly, the upper fence can be reliably released and the upper fence is hardly moved downward in the half-released state unlike the conventional example. Also, instead of the operation of grasping the lever with a finger as in the conventional example, the operation is performed by gripping the grip button 40, so that it is easy to apply force. Even if the locking rod 35 is squeezed in the upper bar 22, even a caretaker with weak force can operate. it can. Further, even if the grip button 40 is not clearly seen from the line of sight when standing, it is easy to grope the grip button 40 and it is not necessary to bend.
[0029]
Then, while holding the grip button 40, the upper fence 20 is moved down as shown in the right diagram of FIG. 1 to loosen the force gripping the grip button 40 at the lowest position or the middle position to be locked. And the respective tip portions 35a simultaneously engage with the respective locking holes 16 at the lowermost position or the middle position by the urging force of the coil spring 36. It can be locked to the foot end wall 6. In this state, the caretaker takes care of the baby.
[0030]
Next, a modification of the lock mechanism 45 will be described with reference to FIG. In this modified example, a coil spring 55 as a lock urging member is mounted in a compressed state between the inner surface of the hand / lock member 49 and the end surface of the guide rail 47, and the hand / lock member 49 is always in the locked position. It is urging toward. Therefore, when the grip button 40 is moved downward, the hand / lock member 49 is automatically displaced to the locked position by the urging force of the coil spring 55 to be in the locked state, so that it is convenient to avoid forgetting to lock. Further, even if the hand suddenly touches the locking / locking member 49, it is difficult to release the lock because of the urging force. On the other hand, in order to change from the locked state to the unlocked state, the hand / lock member 49 is displaced to the unlock position against the urging force of the coil spring 55. Since the protruding wall-shaped hooking portion 56 for hooking the side portion of the finger is protruded downward, the hand is less likely to slide sideways and the lock is easily released.
[0031]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above-described embodiment, and may be embodied with appropriate modifications without departing from the spirit of the invention, for example, as described below.
(1) The locking mechanism 25 is embodied in a baby bed of a type in which the horizontal fence (upper fence) is opened and closed by rotating the lower fence as a center toward the near side.
(2) The hooking portion 56 is not limited to a protruding wall shape, and may be, for example, a wavy shape, a hole shape, or the like.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the crib according to the first and second aspects of the present invention, the horizontal fence is released from the state where it is locked to the head-side end wall and the foot-side end wall, and is opened and closed. In this case, even if the caretaker is in a standing position or has a weak force, there is an excellent effect that it can be securely released and opened and closed easily by an easy operation to which force is easily applied.
[0033]
In addition to the above effects, according to the baby bed according to the invention of claims 3, 4 and 5, the operation of releasing the lock can be locked when unnecessary, so that the lock is abruptly released and the horizontal fence is released. The possibility of movement can be eliminated.
