Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a game component mounting structure of a game board configured by mounting game components on front and rear surfaces of a plate member serving as a substrate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Pachinko machines, arranged ball machines, sparrow ball machines, and the like are widely known as game machines provided with the above-mentioned game boards. In a pachinko machine that is a representative example of this type of gaming machine, a gaming board having a gaming area on the front is held and held in an upright position above a front frame, and a game is played by launching gaming balls on the gaming board. Has become. The game board has a decorative board (generally referred to as "veneer") in which cells are attached to the surface of a laminated plywood having a predetermined thickness, and a game component is attached to a front side and a rear side thereof. Be composed.
[0003]
The front side game parts include an inner rail and an outer rail each formed in a semicircular arc shape, a large number of game nails attached to the inside of a game area surrounded by these guide rails, a windmill, an electric tulip and a big prize. There are a prize tool such as a mouth, a decorative frame of the image display device, a rail decoration mounted outside the game area, and the like, and each of these game parts is mounted based on a predetermined gauge setting. Further, as the rear side game parts, there are a display panel of an image display device, an image display substrate for driving the display panel, and upper and lower ball shift covers for guiding out balls and safe balls discharged to the back side of the decorative board. The game board is made by processing a decorative board into routers to form prize-winning tools, out ports, decorative lamps, mounting holes for image display devices, etc., then mounting front game components, mounting rear game components, and The work is formed.
[0004]
Here, the front-side game component and the rear-side game component need to be attached in front and back with the decorative board interposed therebetween. For this reason, conventionally, a common origin is defined for a part of the decorative board, and a positioning portion based on this origin is formed on the front and rear surfaces of the decorative board corresponding to each game component, and on the game component side. A positioning part which is detachable from the positioning part is formed, and the positioning part on the game component side is engaged with the positioning part on the decorative board side to be attached, thereby ensuring the alignment of the front and rear game parts. For example, in the case of a rail decoration which is a front side game component, a positioning pin engaging hole is formed at a predetermined position on the front surface of the decorative board, and a positioning pin projecting rearward on the rear side of the rail decoration is formed. Positioning is performed by fitting a pin into a pin engagement hole. The same applies to the ball-side cover, which is a rear-side game component, and a positioning pin engaging hole is formed at a predetermined position on the rear surface of the decorative board, and a positioning pin projecting forward on the front side of the ball-side cover is provided. The ball positioning cover is positioned by fitting the positioning pin into the pin engagement hole, thereby achieving alignment with the front side game component.
[0005]
Further, for example, for a ball-adjusting cover, which is a rear-side game component, elastically deformable fixing devices are screwed to the rear surface of the decorative plate at approximately four places, and the fixing devices are fitted to and detached from four corners of the ball-adjusting cover. An attachment structure has been devised in which a freely cylindrical opening is formed, and the opening is fitted to a fixture to attach a ball approach cover, thereby facilitating attachment and detachment of the ball approach cover. [0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the game component mounting structure utilizing the engagement between the positioning pin and the pin engagement hole as described above, it is necessary to form pin engagement holes on the front and rear surfaces of the decorative plate according to the number of game components to be mounted. Therefore, there is a problem that the number of processing steps, inspection steps, maintenance and inspection steps of the processing tool, etc., according to the number of holes are required. In addition, these pin engagement holes formed on the decorative board are generally small in diameter, and are close to the screw introduction holes for guiding the screws for mounting the game parts and the hole diameters and the arrangement positions, so that the game parts are in the wrong position. There was a problem that it might be attached. Furthermore, in the mounting structure described in, for example, the patent document, in addition to the above-described problem, there is a problem that the number of parts and the number of assembling steps increase, and the product cost increases.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a game component mounting structure capable of solving the above-described problems with a simple configuration.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a plate member (for example, a decorative plate 21 in the embodiment) serving as a substrate, a front game component attached to the front side of the plate member, and a rear side attached to the plate member. It is a game part mounting structure of a game board having a rear side game part provided. In addition, in the game component mounting structure of the present invention, the front side game component (for example, the rail decoration 28 in the embodiment) is provided with an engaging portion projecting rearward, and the plate member is provided with the engaging portion from the front side. An engaging portion receiving hole for receiving and positioning the front side game component and exposing the received engagement portion to the rear side is formed through the front and rear of the plate member, and the rear side game component (for example, a ball in the embodiment) The shift cover 29) is provided with an engagement receiving portion which is detachable from the engagement portion, and engages with the engagement portion of the front game component attached to the front side of the plate member from the rear side of the plate member. The rear game component is positioned on the rear surface of the plate member by engaging the receiving portion.
[0010]
In the game component mounting structure having such a configuration, the plate member receives the engagement portion from the front side to position the front side game component, and the engagement portion receiving hole for exposing the received engagement portion to the rear side is provided on the plate member. The front game component is attached to the front side of the plate member, and the front game component is attached to the front surface of the plate member. By engaging the receiving portion, the rear game component is positioned on the rear surface of the plate member. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide a structure (for example, a positioning engagement hole or the like in the related art) for positioning the rear side game component on the rear surface side of the plate member, and the number of processing steps, inspection steps, and processing tools according to the number thereof is reduced. Maintenance man-hours and the like can be reduced.
[0011]
Further, the front game component is positioned by engaging the engagement portion of the front game component with the engagement portion receiving hole formed in the plate member, and the rear surface portion is engaged with the engagement portion exposed on the rear surface side of the plate member. Because the rear game component is directly positioned by engaging the engagement receiving portion of the game component, the front and rear game components can be aligned and attached with high precision, and the rear game component may be incorrectly mounted. A situation such as positioning and mounting at a position cannot occur. Further, since such an engaging portion is provided on the front game component, the number of components and the number of assembling steps do not increase as in the above-described mounting structure using the fixing member.
[0012]

Further, the height of the engagement receiving portion 135 is set such that when the engagement receiving portion 135 is fitted to the engaging portion 115 and the front end surface of the ball approach cover 29 is brought into close contact with the rear surface of the decorative board 21, the height of the lock claw 112 is reduced. The guide surface does not abut against the engagement receiving portion 135, and the front end surface of the engagement portion 115 (the front end surface of the engagement shaft 110) and the bottom surface of the engagement receiving portion 135 do not abut.
[0030]
In the game component mounting structure 100 formed as described above, the rail decoration 28 is first attached from the front side of the decorative board 21. At this time, when the engaging shaft 110 of the rail ornament 28 is inserted into the engaging portion receiving hole 120 from the front side of the decorative plate 21, the left and right lock claws 112 engage with the entrance peripheral surface of the engaging portion receiving hole. The left and right shaft portions 111 are elastically deformed toward the inner diameter side by the action of the slit formed on the inclined guide surface of the lock claw and the shaft portion, and enter the engagement portion receiving hole 120.
[0031]
When the engagement shaft 110 is inserted to a position near the base portion 28b of the rail decoration 28 abutting on the front surface of the decorative plate 21, the lock claw 112 formed according to the thickness of the decorative plate 21 becomes a lock claw 112 of the decorative plate 21. The rear surface is engaged so as to open, the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 111 is engaged with the inner surface of the engaging portion receiving hole 120, and the rail ornament 28 is positioned at a predetermined position of the decorative board 21, and the lock pawl 112 Is locked and temporarily supported in the position by the action of.
[0032]
On the other hand, on the rear surface side of the decorative plate 21, the engaging portion 115 at the tip of the engaging shaft is disposed so as to protrude rearward from the rear surface of the decorative plate 21 at the above-described predetermined position. Therefore, the ball shift cover 29 is covered from the back side of the decorative plate 21, and the engagement receiving portion 135 is fitted to the engaging portion 115 protruding rearward. As a result, the ball shift cover 29 is positioned on the rear side of the decorative board 21. Then, the mounting screw 138 is inserted into the screw insertion hole 136 from the rear of the engagement flange 130 and screwed into the screw receiving hole 116 of the engagement shaft 110 to be tightened. Attached to.
[0033]
Here, according to the relationship between the outer shape D of the engaging portion 115 of the engaging shaft 110 and the inner diameter d of the engaging receiving portion 135 of the engaging flange 130, the outer diameter D of the engaging portion 115 is smaller than that of the engaging receiving portion 135. It is formed larger than the inner diameter d (that is, it tends to be a tight fit), and the relationship between the protrusion height of the engagement portion 115 and the depth of the engagement receiving portion 135 indicates that the front end face of the engaging portion 115 and the engagement receiving portion 135 Is set so that it does not come into contact with the bottom surface.
[0034]
For this reason, when the open end of the engagement receiving portion 135 is pressed toward the front end of the engagement portion 115 and pressed forward, the introduction surface formed at the front end of the engagement reception portion 135 and the front end of the engagement portion 115 The shaft 111 is engaged with the insertion guide surface formed on the shaft 111 to press the shaft 111 in the axial direction, and the left and right shafts 111 are elastically deformed in the diameter reducing direction by the action of the slit formed on the shaft 111. The engagement receiving portion 135 and the engagement portion 115 are smoothly fitted. Then, by attaching the mounting screw 138 to the screw insertion hole 136 from behind the engaging flange 130 and tightening the screw into the screw receiving portion 116, the rail decoration 28 and the ball shift cover 29 sandwich the decorative plate 21 tightly. Is concluded. As a result, these game parts do not vibrate or rattle.
[0035]
Therefore, according to such a game component mounting structure 100, it is possible to position and fix the ball shift cover 29 without forming a structure for positioning the ball shift cover 29 on the rear side of the decorative board 21. It is possible to reduce the number of processing steps and the number of inspection steps of the decorative board 21. In addition, since the game components of the rail decoration 28 and the ball shift cover 29 are directly positioned using the engagement shaft 110 formed on the rail decoration 28, the number of components and the number of processing steps are reduced, and the configuration is simple. In addition, the front and rear game parts can be mounted with high precision in alignment, and there is no possibility that the front and rear game parts are mounted at inappropriate positions due to an error. Further, the rail decoration 28 is a game part used as a common part even if the type of the pachinko machine is different, and the mounting position thereof is also constant, so that it is a front side game part suitable for forming an engagement shaft. .
[0036]
Next, a game component mounting structure 200 according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. Like the game component mounting structure 100 described in the first embodiment, the game component mounting structure 200 includes a rail ornament 28 as a front game component and a ball shift cover 29 as a rear game component according to the present invention. The mounting structure is applied. 8 is a rear view showing the game component mounting structure 200 on the upper left side of the game board 20, FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view of the game component mounting structure 200, and FIG. It is a plane sectional view of the game parts attachment structure 200 after being combined and attached.
[0037]
The game component mounting structure 200 has an engaging shaft 210 having an engaging portion 215 at a rear end and protruding rearward from the rail ornament 28, and an engaging portion receiving portion formed by penetrating the decorative board 21 back and forth. An engaging flange 230 formed on the ball-advancing cover 29 having the hole 220, the engaging portion 215, and an engaging receiving portion 235 which is detachable from the engaging portion 215, and a surface orthogonal to the engaging shaft 210 having the locking groove. And a lock lever 240 and the like pivotably connected to the inside. The engaging shaft 210 is inserted into the engaging portion receiving hole 220 from the front side of the decorative board, and the rail decoration 28 is attached. The ball shift cover 29 is positioned on the rear surface side of the decorative plate 21 by engaging the engagement receiving portion 235 with the engagement portion 215 protruding to the side. Then, the ball shift cover 29 is detachably attached to the rear surface side of the decorative plate 21 by engaging and disengaging the lock lever 240 with the locking screw 218 at the tip of the engagement shaft. In the present embodiment, as in the above-described embodiment, an example is shown in which the game component mounting structure 200 is provided at two locations on the left and upper left of the ball shift cover 29 in rear view.
[0038]
The engagement shaft 210 has a cylindrical boss-shaped shaft portion 211 which is formed by projecting in a tapered shape with a gently tapered front end, and an engagement portion 215 formed at the rear end (front end) of the shaft portion 211 and the center of the shaft portion 211. It is formed of a formed screw receiving portion or the like, and is formed integrally with the base member 28b of the rail ornament 28 by protruding rearward. The tip corner of the engagement shaft 210 is beveled obliquely to form an insertion guide surface, and a locking screw 218 is screwed to a predetermined height in advance and attached to the screw receiving portion 216.
[0039]
The engaging portion receiving hole 220 is formed by penetrating the decorative board 21 back and forth in accordance with the arrangement position of the engaging shaft 210 and the outer shape of the shaft portion 211 on the base end side, and is a reference that determines the reference position of the entire game board. Drilled by a multi-axis drilling machine with holes. For this reason, when the engaging shaft 210 is inserted through the engaging portion receiving hole 220, the tapered outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 211 engages with the inner surface of the engaging portion receiving hole 220, and the rail ornament 28 is moved to a predetermined position on the board surface. The rail ornament 28 is temporarily supported at the position by the frictional engagement between the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 211 and the inner peripheral surface of the engagement bearing hole 210 which is positioned at the position, and which is formed into a weak taper. The engaging portion 215 and the locking screw 218 at the rear end of the shaft portion 211 are disposed so as to protrude rearward at a predetermined position where they are positioned.
[0040]
The engagement flange 230 surrounds the periphery of the engagement receiving portion 235 in the same manner as the reinforcing ribs 132 and 133, which are detachable from the engaging portion 215 on the engagement shaft side. The reinforcing ribs 232 and 233, the lever support portion 231 that swingably supports the lock lever 240, the seating surface 234 formed with a counterbore slightly deeper so that the operation knob portion 246 of the lock lever does not protrude rearward. A screw head insertion hole 236 that penetrates the seating surface 234 in the front-rear direction and is located at the axis of the receiving portion 235 is formed integrally with the ball-advancing cover 29.
[0041]
The inner diameter of the engagement receiving portion 235 is formed slightly larger than the outer diameter of the engagement portion 215, and the inner peripheral corner on the front end side is chamfered obliquely to form an introduction surface. In combination with the insertion guide surface at the tip of the shaft 210, the shaft 210 can be fitted smoothly. The height of the engagement receiving portion 235 is determined when the engagement receiving portion 235 is fitted to the engaging portion 215 so that the front end surface of the ball shift cover 29 is in close contact with the rear surface of the decorative plate 21. Are set so that the front end surface (the front end surface of the engagement shaft 210) does not abut on the bottom surface of the engagement receiving portion 235.
[0042]
The lever support portion 231 extends leftward from the reinforcement rib 232 on the left side, and projects rearward from the plate-like support surface to form a cylindrical support boss 231b. The rear end of the support boss 231b A stepped rear end cylindrical portion has a screw receiving hole formed at the center thereof. The height of the support boss 231b is set so that the front position of the arm portion 243 when the lock lever 240 described below is fitted and supported on the rear end cylindrical portion of the support boss is aligned with the seat surface 234. I have. The screw head insertion hole 236 formed in the seating surface 234 is formed to have an inner diameter larger than the outer shape of the screw head of the locking screw 218.
[0043]
The lock lever 240 includes a belt-shaped arm portion 243, a bearing portion 241 formed on the base end side of the arm portion 243, an operation knob portion 246 formed to project rearward in the middle of the arm portion 243, and an arm portion 243. A hook groove 245 or the like formed by notch molding on the tip side is integrally formed by a molding means such as injection molding using a resin material such as ABS resin or POM.
[0044]
The bearing portion 241 has a bearing hole formed at the center thereof which is rotatably supported by the shaft portion of the shoulder screw 248, and a fitting hole for fitting the rear end cylindrical portion of the support boss 231 b of the lever support portion 231 at the front end side. The locking lever 240 is formed by fitting the fitting hole into the rear end cylindrical portion, and screwing the shoulder screw 248 into the screw receiving hole of the support boss 231b through the bearing hole from the rear of the bearing portion 241. It is pivotally connected to the lever support portion 231 in a swingable manner.
[0045]
When the tip side of the lock lever 240 pivotally pivoted as described above is pivoted on the seating surface 234, the center of the hook groove 245 is formed in the screw head insertion hole 236. The notch is formed at a radial position passing through the center of the hole, and when the lock screw 240 is swung in a state where the locking screw 218 is arranged to protrude rearward through the screw head insertion hole 236, The hook groove 245 can be engaged with and disengaged from the shaft of the locking screw 218.
[0046]
In the game component mounting structure 200 formed as described above, first, the rail decoration 28 is attached from the front side of the decorative board 21. When the engaging shaft 210 of the rail ornament 28 is inserted into the engaging portion receiving hole 220 from the front side of the decorative board 21, the rail ornament 28 is moved to a predetermined position of the decorative board 21 by the action of the tapered surface of the shaft 211 described above. The rail decoration 28 is temporarily supported at the position by the frictional engagement between the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 211 and the inner peripheral surface of the engagement bearing hole 210. Therefore, the rail decoration 28 temporarily supported in this way is fixed with screws as needed, so that the rail decoration 28 is fixed to the front side of the decorative board 21.
[0047]
On the other hand, on the rear surface side of the decorative plate 21, the engaging portion 215 at the rear end of the shaft portion is disposed so as to protrude rearward at a predetermined position where it is positioned. Then, the ball shift cover 29 is covered from the back side of the decorative plate 21, and the engagement receiving portion 235 is fitted to the engaging portion 215 projecting rearward. As a result, the ball shift cover 29 is positioned on the rear side of the decorative board 21. Here, the inner diameter of the engagement receiving portion 235 is formed to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the engagement portion 215, and both the front end of the engagement receiving portion 235 and the tip of the engaging portion 215 have inclined surfaces. An introduction surface and an insertion guide surface are formed. Therefore, when the ball shift cover 29 is covered, the engagement receiving portion 235 is smoothly fitted to the engagement portion 215 and positioned. The head of the locking screw 218 screwed to the engagement shaft 210 is disposed so as to protrude rearward from the seat surface 234 through the screw head insertion hole 236 of the locking flange 230.
[0048]
Then, the lock lever 240 is rocked using the operation knob 246, and the tip side of the lock lever 240 is rocked on the seat surface 234 so that the hook groove 245 is engaged with the shaft of the locking screw 218. As a result, the periphery of the hook groove 245 is engaged so as to be sandwiched between the seat surface 234 and the screw head of the locking screw 218, and the rail ornament 28 is positioned and locked on the rear surface side of the decorative plate 21. Will be retained.
[0049]
In addition, the operator can retighten the locking screw 218 as necessary, and thereby, the lock lever 240 can be fixed in the locked state. As a result, the decorative plate 21 can be engaged with the rail decoration 28 and the ball shift cover 29 so as to be sandwiched in the front and rear direction, and can be further tightly fastened. The thickness of the arm around the hook groove is formed thinner at the opening of the hook groove 245 and thicker at the inner part of the hook groove 245, and the operation knob 246 is pressed so that the screw head of the locking screw 218 is pressed. And the seating surface 234 may be slidably engaged with each other. According to such a configuration, the fastening screw can be tightly tightened without retightening.
[0050]
Therefore, according to the gaming component mounting structure 200 as described above, the ball shift cover 29 can be positioned and fixed without forming a structure for positioning the ball shift cover 29 on the rear surface side of the decorative board 21. It is possible to reduce the number of processing steps and the number of inspection steps of the decorative board 21. In addition, since the game components of the rail decoration 28 and the ball shift cover 29 are directly positioned using the engaging shaft 210 formed on the rail decoration 28, the number of parts and the number of processing steps are reduced, and the configuration is simple. In addition, the front and rear game parts can be attached with high precision in alignment, and there is no possibility that the front and rear game parts are attached to wrong positions due to an error. Further, in the game component mounting structure of the present configuration, the lock lever 240 for locking the ball shift cover 29 is provided so as to be detachable, so that the worker can easily attach and detach the ball shift cover 29 as necessary. A gaming machine with improved workability can be provided.
[0051]
Although the rail ornament 28 is illustrated as the front side game part and the ball shift cover 29 is illustrated as the rear side game part forming the game board mounting structure, these front side and rear side game parts are other parts. For example, a central decoration 25s, a side lamp 26, or the like may be used. Further, the engaging portion formed on the front side game component may be disposed so as to be exposed on the rear side of the decorative board 21 and the engagement receiving portion of the rear side game component can be disengaged. A configuration in which the engagement portion and the engagement receiving portion engage with each other inside the receiving holes 120 and 220 may be employed. Further, in the present embodiment, as an example in which a plurality of sets are provided, two sets of the engaging portion 115 and the engaging receiving portion 135 are provided on the upper right and lower sides as viewed from the front, but one set is provided at a predetermined portion. Or three or more sets may be provided.
[0052]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the game component mounting structure of the present invention, the front side game component attached to the front side of the plate member serving as the board is provided with the engaging portion projecting rearward, and the plate member is provided with the engaging portion on the front surface. An engaging portion receiving hole is formed for positioning the front game component received from the side and exposing the received engaging portion to the rear surface side, and the rear game component is provided with an engagement receiving portion detachable from the engaging portion. By providing a portion, the front game component is attached to the front side of the plate member, and the engagement portion exposed on the rear side is engaged with the engagement receiving portion of the rear game component by engaging the engagement receiving portion of the rear game component with the board. The game component mounting structure is configured to be positioned on the rear side of the member. For this reason, it is not necessary to drill a structure for positioning the rear game component on the rear side of the plate member, and the number of processing steps, inspection steps, maintenance and inspection steps of the processing tools, etc. according to the number of holes are reduced. be able to.
[0053]
Further, the front game component is positioned by engaging the engagement portion of the front game component with the engagement portion receiving hole formed in the plate member, and the rear surface portion is engaged with the engagement portion exposed on the rear surface side of the plate member. Because the rear game component is directly positioned by engaging the engagement receiving portion of the game component, the front and rear game components can be aligned and attached with high precision, and the rear game component may be incorrectly mounted. A situation such as positioning and mounting at a position cannot occur. Further, since such an engaging portion is provided on the front game component, the number of components and the number of assembling steps are increased as in a game component mounting structure in which a fixing member is attached to the back surface of the plate member. In addition, it is possible to provide a game component mounting structure that can solve the conventional problems with a simple configuration.
