TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cap mounting structure of a portable terminal device, and particularly to the ease of use of a cap when inserting a plug, it is possible to secure an aesthetic appearance when the cap is mounted while enabling the cap to be locked, and to select a material for the cap. The present invention relates to a cap mounting structure of a portable terminal device in which the size of the cap is expanded.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a mobile phone as an example of a mobile terminal device has an earphone microphone jack. An earphone microphone plug is inserted into the jack, and the earphone microphone can be used to listen to music, for example, on a train, or to use a free hand. (Hands-free), it is possible to talk without holding a mobile phone even while driving a car.
[0003]
The earphone microphone jack is disposed, for example, inside the back of the side of the mobile phone. When the earphone microphone is not used, the earphone microphone jack is sealed by attaching an earphone cap. The reason for this sealing is to prevent the metal connector inside the earphone microphone jack from causing poor contact due to dust, water, or the like.
[0004]
Here, an earphone cap of a conventional mobile phone and a mounting structure thereof will be described with reference to the drawings.
7A and 7B are perspective views of only the operation unit of the conventional foldable mobile phone, in which FIG. 7A shows a state in which an earphone cap is mounted, and FIG. 7B shows a state in which the earphone cap is removed.
As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the operation unit 100 includes a large number of keys 102 on an upper surface of an operation unit main body 101, and an elongated earphone cap having a thickness of about 1 mm is provided on the left side surface of the operation unit main body 101. 103 is attached.
The earphone cap 103 has a function of protecting the earphone microphone jack 104 from dust and the like as described above, and is made of a bendable elastic body or the like.
[0005]
Then, as shown in FIG. 7 (B), the earphone cap 103 is bent at a substantially right angle to expose the earphone microphone jack 104, and an earphone microphone plug 105 to which an earphone or a microphone not shown is connected is inserted, and the jack is inserted. And plug.
103a is a groove formed so that the earphone cap 103 can be easily bent, and 103b is engaged with an engagement hole (not shown) formed in the operation section main body 101, and the earphone cap 103 is securely attached to the operation section main body 101. It is a locking projection for keeping.
Further, a concave portion (counterbore portion 106) for inserting a nail is formed on the housing side so that the end of the earphone cap 103 can be easily hooked and lifted.
[0006]
Here, as a conventional technology similar to the earphone cap 103, for example, Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2 are known.
Patent Document 1 proposes that “in a portable electronic device in which a housing has an opening and the opening is closed by a cap, an enclosing rib is formed on the inner surface of the housing to surround the opening. Then, a part of the cut cap is prevented from entering the mobile phone by the surrounding rib, and a part of the cap can be removed without disassembling the housing, thereby facilitating the cap replacement operation. " That is.
[0007]
The proposal of Patent Document 2 is for solving the drawback of Patent Document 1 (a piece of the engaging portion of the earphone cap falls into the device body). A housing formed with a mounting hole having an earphone cap attached to the mounting hole, at least one of the housing and the earphone cap is formed of an elastic body, and the earphone cap is provided with the mounting hole. The engaging portion is configured to be detachable with respect to the mounting portion, and is configured to be held with respect to the supporting portion in a state where movement in a direction of detaching from the housing is regulated. It is characterized by having been done. "

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional earphone caps described above have the following problems.
First, the earphone cap shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B has a structure in which a hook is lifted by hooking an end of the earphone cap 103 on the end thereof, and a recess ( A counterbore portion was provided (see the counterbore portion 106 in FIG. 7). However, if the concave portion is small, it is difficult to insert the nail, and if the concave portion is large, the appearance of the portable terminal is impaired.
Further, when inserting the earphone microphone plug 105, the earphone cap 103 is bent by approximately 90 ° to be in an open state. Then, the user has to insert the earphone microphone plug 105 while pressing and maintaining this open state with the user's finger (FIG. 7B), which is extremely inconvenient for the user.
Also, if the user pulls the earphone cap 103 strongly to open the groove 103a, the groove 103a will have a habit of bending, the mounting state of the earphone cap 103 will be incomplete, and the earphone cap 103 will float from the side surface of the operation unit main body 101. There were drawbacks.
[0010]
Further, in order to prevent the earphone cap 103 from floating from the operation section main body 101, a locking projection 103b is provided on the earphone cap 103, and the earphone cap 103 is forcibly locked and fixed to the operation section main body. However, when the fitting amount of the locking projection 103b is small, the earphone cap 103 floats from the operation unit main body 101, and when the fitting amount of the locking projection 103b is large, the earphone cap 103 is hard to be detached. That is, there is a disadvantage that variations in aesthetic appearance and variations in usability are likely to occur.
Further, since the earphone cap 103 is folded and opened and closed as described above, there is a design constraint that an elastic body must be used as the material of the earphone cap 103.
[0011]
On the other hand, in the earphone caps described in Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2, when opening and closing the hole to be closed with the cap, the cap is bent to open and close, so that the force for bending the cap at the time of opening and closing is limited. It is necessary, it is inconvenient to use, and there is a possibility that pain may occur in a finger or the like.
Furthermore, in each of the conventional techniques described above, the cap cannot be locked, and the cap may be inadvertently opened and closed.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, and has good usability when inserting a plug, can secure the aesthetic appearance when the cap is attached while enabling the cap to be locked, and has a wide range of material selection for the cap. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cap mounting structure of a portable terminal device in which the size is expanded.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an invention according to claim 1 is a cap mounting structure of a portable terminal device, wherein the cap is formed in a hole to be closed provided in the portable terminal device, and the cap is formed in a substantially rectangular shape. One end of the cap has an engagement projection that engages with an engagement hole provided inside the hole to be closed, and when opening and closing the hole to be closed, a force is applied to the other end of the cap. It is configured to rotate.
[0014]
In this way, for example, as shown in FIGS. 4A to 4C, an engagement protrusion (an engagement portion 22c) is provided on one end side of the earphone cap 22, and provided in a hole to be closed (the attachment hole 21a). Since the engagement projection is engaged with the engagement hole (the engagement hole 21c), when opening and closing the hole to be closed, the other end of the earphone cap 22 (near the hook notch 22a) is pressed with the user's finger. The hole to be closed can be opened and closed by applying force to rotate. That is, since the hole to be closed can be opened and closed only by rotating the earphone cap, the usability when opening and closing the hole to be closed with the earphone cap is good.
In addition, in the present invention in which the earphone cap can be opened and closed only by rotation as described above, it is not necessary to provide a recess (spotting portion) for hooking a nail on the end of the earphone cap on the housing side as in the related art, and the recess is small. It is difficult to insert the nails, and if it is large, there is no problem that the appearance is impaired.
[0015]
Next, according to a second aspect of the present invention, in the cap mounting structure of the portable terminal device according to the first aspect, when the hole to be closed is closed by the cap, locking means for locking the cap to the hole to be closed is provided. There is a configuration provided.
With this configuration, as shown in FIGS. 4A to 4C, for example, the engagement convex portion 22b is provided on the earphone cap 22 as the locking means, and the engagement concave portion 21d is provided on the main body side wall 21b. When the earphone cap 22 is closed, the engagement protrusion 22b and the engagement recess 21d can be engaged and locked. This can prevent the cap from being opened and closed carelessly.
[0016]
Next, according to a third aspect of the present invention, in the cap mounting structure of the portable terminal device according to the second aspect, the locking means includes a hole to be closed facing the other end side surface of the cap and the other end side surface. It is configured to be provided between the side portion.
With this configuration, for example, as shown in FIGS. 4A to 4C, the engagement protrusion 22 b is provided on the side surface of the earphone cap 22, and the engagement recess 21 d is provided on the inner side surface of the main body side wall 21 b. . Therefore, when the earphone cap 22 is closed and locked, the outer surface of the earphone cap 22 and the outer surface of the main body side wall 21b coincide (see FIG. 4A), and the locked state of the main body side wall and the earphone cap. The beauty seen from outside can be secured without variation.
[0017]
Next, according to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the cap mounting structure of the portable terminal device according to any one of the first to third aspects, the hole to be closed pushes the cap from the outside toward the center of the portable terminal device. In such a case, there is provided a relief recess for receiving the pushed cap.
With this configuration, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, for example, the hole to be closed (the mounting hole 21a) is formed with the recessed recess 21e. The locked state of the projection 22b and the engagement recess 21d can be released.
[0018]
Next, according to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the cap mounting structure of the portable terminal device according to the fourth aspect, the escape recess is provided near the locking means.
With this configuration, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, for example, the hole to be closed (the mounting hole 21a) is formed with the recessed recess 21e. The locked state of the projection 22b and the engagement recess 21d can be released.
[0019]
Next, according to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the cap mounting structure of the portable terminal device according to the fourth aspect, the escape recess is provided substantially at the center of the hole to be closed.
In this way, for example, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, since the escape recess 21 f is formed in the center of the hole to be closed (the mounting hole 21 a), the vicinity of the center of the earphone cap 22 is provided. By pressing, the locked state of the engaging projection 22b and the engaging recess 21d can be released.
[0020]
Next, according to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the cap mounting structure for a portable terminal device according to the first to sixth aspects, the portable terminal device is a mobile phone. In this way, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, it is easy to use when the earphone microphone plug 105 is inserted, and it is possible to secure the aesthetic appearance when the earphone cap 22 is attached. Thus, it is possible to provide an earphone cap 22 mounting structure in which the range of material selection is expanded.
[0021]

A notch 22d is formed in the engaging portion 22c, and the notch 22d is narrowed when press-fitting into the engaging hole 21c, thereby facilitating press-fitting.
[0026]
The left end portion of the earphone cap 22 is formed in a semicircular shape, and the right end portion is formed with an engagement projection 22b which engages with an engagement recess 21d provided in the main body side wall 21b described below. The upper surface of the engaging projection 22b is flattened and smoothly curved downward. A hook notch 22a is formed on the front surface of the earphone cap 22, and when the user rotates the earphone cap 22 counterclockwise, the tip of the left thumb is hooked on the hook notch 22a and rotated (described later). .
[0027]
Next, the mounting hole 21a will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 3C and 3D, a mounting hole 21a for mounting the earphone cap 22 is formed in the main body side wall 21b. The depth of the mounting hole 21a is substantially the same as the thickness of the earphone cap 22, the width is slightly wider than the width of the earphone cap 22, and the vertical width is the same as the vertical width of the earphone cap 22.
[0028]
An engagement hole 21c for press-fitting the engagement portion 22c of the earphone cap is formed on the left side of the attachment hole 21a. The corner of the mounting hole 21a at the lower left of the engaging hole 21c is rounded. This roundness has the same radius as the semicircle at the left end of the earphone cap 22. With this configuration, when the earphone cap 22 is rotated around the engaging portion 22c, the earphone cap 22 can be smoothly rotated, and entry of dust and the like from a gap can be prevented.
[0029]
An engaging recess 21d having a step is formed at the right end of the mounting hole 21a. The upper part of the engaging concave part 21d is flat and curved downward. That is, it has the same shape as the engaging projection 22b of the earphone cap 22.
By doing so, it is possible to smoothly attach the earphone cap 22 to the mounting hole 21a by rotating the earphone cap 22 clockwise, and the flat portion of the engaging projection 22b of the earphone cap 22 and the mounting hole 21a Since the flat portion of the engaging concave portion 21d is engaged with the engaging concave portion 21d, the flat portion of the engaging concave portion 21d does not come off with a slight impact during handling.
