【従来の技術】
従来の技術では、嵌合部の係止片を上下方向に曲げる構造としていたが、係止片の曲げ部はR面曲げとなり、端板への強い衝撃等外力により外力方向にズレが生じたり、係止片の曲げ作業のバラツキにより器具本体との間に若干のスキ間が生じ、外観をそこなう問題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明によれば、器具本体の反射部の係止片に切り欠きを設けることにより、挟み工具を使用し、前記係止片を挟み持ち、端板のスキ間に沿って動かすことにより、係止片が折り曲げられ器具本体と端板との嵌合ができ、外力による端板のズレをおさえることが可能となる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、器具本体反射板部の係止片の反射天面部側に切り欠きをそれぞれ設け、端板の反射端板部に前記係止片が挿入できる係止スリットを設ける。また、端板には挟み工具を挿入可能なスキ間を設ける。これにより、反射端板部の係止スリットより挿入した反射部の係止片を挟み工具により挟み持ち、端板のスキ間に沿って動かすことにより、係止片の折り曲げができ端板との嵌合が可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を図1〜2にて説明する。図1は本発明嵌合構造採用の直管形蛍光灯器具を示し、長尺な本体部21と反射部22からなる器具本体20と、その両端部に本体端板ゞ=と反射端板12からなる端板10により構成される。
図2は本体歓合構造部の詳細図(A矢視図)を示し、端板10の本体端板11と反射端板12の間には、挟み工具40が差し込めるスキ間L3が設けられ、反射端板12の反射端板傾斜部122には器具本体20の反射傾斜部222の係止片223を挿入可能な係止スリット123が設けてある。端板10に器具本体20を矢印225方向に動かし反射傾斜部222の係止片223を端板10の係止スリット123に挿入する。その後、挟み工具40でスキ間13に突出した係止片223を挟み持ち、矢印41の方向に挟み工具40を動作することにより、係止片223が切り欠き224により容易に折り曲げでき、端板10の嵌合が可能となる。また、切り欠き224により、折り曲げ後係止片223の断面が反射端板12を押える為、外力による端板10のズレをおさえることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、挟み工具による係止片の折り曲げ動作により、端板と器具本体の外力によるズレをおさえた歓合が可能となる。
