Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an analyzer including a liquid chromatograph.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In various analyzers such as a liquid chromatograph, when various analysis condition parameters are input and set prior to analysis, the analysis condition parameters are stored in a memory inside the device, and an analysis operation is performed according to the parameters. For example, in a liquid chromatograph, the pressure of a liquid pump (flow rate of liquid) for flowing a mobile phase, the temperature of a column oven, and the like are analysis condition parameters (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Normally, the analysis condition parameters are stored in the RAM, which is a temporary storage element. However, in an application in which analysis is performed almost always using the same analysis condition parameters, the analysis condition parameters are individually stored each time the analyzer is started. Setting is troublesome. Therefore, even when the main power supply is shut off, the analysis condition parameters are stored in a storage element backed up by another power source such as a battery, and the analysis conditions stored in the storage element when the analyzer is next started. There are devices that set parameters to initial values (default values). In such an apparatus, when the analysis condition parameters are changed or when the main power is shut off, the analysis condition parameters are stored in the backup storage area.

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
At the time of analysis using such an analyzer, it may be desired to temporarily change the analysis conditions and execute the analysis. For example, a certain operator may temporarily borrow an analyzer regularly used by another operator to perform analysis, or a service technician may perform analysis using an analyzer owned by a customer. And so on. In such a case, the person who intends to use the analyzer remembers or writes down the analysis conditions before the change, changes the analysis conditions, performs the analysis, and returns the analysis conditions to the values before the change. It is necessary to do the work.
[0006]
However, there is a possibility that an analysis condition different from the original analysis condition is set due to a difference in memory of the user, or that the user forgets to restore the temporarily changed analysis condition. When such a situation occurs, the analysis is performed under inappropriate analysis conditions at the next analysis using the analyzer, and the analysis may be wasted and the work efficiency may be reduced.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the troublesome work involved even when it is necessary to temporarily change the analysis conditions, and to generate it. An object of the present invention is to provide an analyzer capable of preventing a possible failure.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects]
An analysis device according to the present invention made to solve the above-mentioned problem,
a) storage means for storing analysis condition data, wherein the first storage means is readable / writable and capable of retaining information even when main power is shut off;
b) second storage means for reading and temporarily storing analysis conditions stored in the first storage means prior to the analysis operation;
c) input means for input setting or changing analysis conditions as required;
d) authority setting means for setting the authority to use the analyzer in a plurality of stages;
e) Under the first use authority set by the authority setting means, the analysis condition input or changed by the input means is stored in both the first and second storage means, and the second use authority is stored. Below, analysis condition setting means for storing the analysis conditions input or changed by the input means only in the second storage means,
f) analysis control means for controlling an analysis operation based on the analysis conditions stored in the second storage means;
It is characterized by having.
[0009]
In the analyzer according to the present invention, the analysis condition stored in the first storage means is read into the second storage means prior to the analysis operation, and the analysis control means stores the analysis condition data stored in the second storage means. When the input means does not set or change the analysis conditions, the analysis operation is executed according to the analysis conditions originally held in the first storage means. On the other hand, when the user inputs or sets the analysis condition from the input unit, the analysis condition setting unit sets the first use right according to the use right set by the right setting unit. If the setting is set, the analysis condition input or changed by the input means is stored in both the first and second storage means. If the second use right is set, the input means is used. The input setting or the changed analysis condition is stored only in the second storage means. Therefore, under any of the first and second usage rights, the analysis conditions used for the analysis operation at that time are those set or changed by the input means, but the second usage right is set. In this case, the original analysis condition data remains because the content stored in the first storage means is not rewritten.
[0010]
As described above, according to the analyzer according to the present invention, when the user changes the analysis condition by the input unit, the analysis right is changed depending on the use right (specifically, when the user has the second use right). The analysis conditions apply to the current analysis but do not apply thereafter. Therefore, if it is desired to temporarily borrow an analyzer and perform an analysis with such a specific use right, the analysis can be performed after changing the analysis conditions as desired. Even if no operation is performed, the analysis condition returns to the original state when another user next uses the analyzer. This eliminates the need for such a temporary user to restore the analysis conditions by himself / herself, and inappropriate analysis conditions that have been changed by another user when one user attempts to perform analysis. Thus, mistakes such as performing analysis can be prevented.
[0011]
Further, as one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the authority setting means sets a use authority based on the login information when a user performs a login operation. According to this configuration, the right of use is determined by a certain user performing a log-in operation to use the analyzer. The control according to the use authority appropriately determined as described above can be performed.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an analyzer according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a main part of the analyzer according to the present embodiment.
[0013]
The
[0014]
The second memory 15 as the second storage means in the present invention is a normal RAM, and its stored contents disappear when the main power supply of the analyzer is turned off. On the other hand, the
[0015]
The use authority defines how much authority to change analysis conditions is given to each user in the present analyzer. In this example, three types of use authority R1, R2, and R3 shown in FIG. 2 are used. Is stipulated. That is, R1 permits the change of the analysis condition, and the analysis condition after the change is always valid (that is, backup) in the subsequent analysis (corresponding to the first use right in the present invention), and R2 is the analysis Although the change of the condition is temporarily permitted, the change is valid only for the analysis (corresponding to the second use right in the present invention), and R3 does not permit the change of the analysis condition even temporarily (analysis work). Only possible). It should be noted that the use authority may be given by, for example, an administrator of the analyzer.
[0016]
Next, a characteristic operation of the analyzer will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the procedure of this operation process, and FIG. 4 is a diagram schematically showing the contents stored in the first and

On the other hand, if the use authority is R1 or R2 in step S6, the analysis condition input to be changed is overwritten on the analysis condition data in the second memory 15 (step S7). That is, the analysis condition data in the second memory 15 is changed. Next, the

Thereafter, when the operator instructs to start the analysis, the analysis is executed in accordance with the analysis condition data stored in the second memory 15, that is, the work memory (step S11). In this embodiment, since the process returns from step S12 to S5 until the analysis is completed, the analysis conditions can be changed even while the analysis is being performed, but the analysis conditions cannot be changed after the analysis is started. You may do so. In any case, when the usage right is other than R3, the change operation of the analysis condition is reflected on the analysis condition data in the second memory 15, and when the usage right is R1, the further backed-up second copy is performed. The analysis condition changing operation is also reflected in the analysis condition data in one

Generally, an operator or service person who can temporarily use this analyzer is given a use right R2. In other words, the authority is that the analysis conditions can be changed only for the analysis, but the analysis conditions after the change are not saved after the analysis is completed. A user who logs in with such authority can save the trouble of restoring the set values of the analysis conditions later because no matter how much the analysis conditions are changed, it does not affect other users. You can focus on your analysis. In addition, it is possible to reduce the mistake of executing the analysis under inappropriate analysis conditions without noticing that the analysis conditions have been changed by another person.
[0026]
In the above-described embodiment, the use authority is determined in accordance with the user ID by inputting the user ID on the login screen. However, the use authority can be set or selected independently of the user ID. You may.
[0027]
Further, the use authority may be set corresponding to a plurality of operation modes prepared in advance in the analyzer. FIG. 5 shows an example of a control flowchart in that case. In this example, when the power is turned on from the state where the main power of the analyzer is turned off and the startup operation is performed, a special key operation (for example, simultaneous pressing of a plurality of key switches or long-time pressing) is performed ( If the answer is YES in step S20, the process shifts to a test mode different from the normal analysis operation mode (step S24). This test mode is a mode in which, for example, a service person or the like performs a failure diagnosis or the like. In this case, the use authority is determined as R2 (step S25). On the other hand, when activated in the normal analysis operation mode (step S21), the use authority is determined to be R1 (step S22). In this way, in the test mode, the analysis condition can be temporarily changed, but the change does not affect the data stored in the
[0028]
It is to be noted that each of the above embodiments is an embodiment of the present invention, and it is apparent that appropriate changes, modifications, and additions can be made within the spirit of the present invention.
