Abstract
【解決手段】 このオーバファイア空気インゼクタは、段付きディフューザ(46)が形成された出口端部を有する円筒形ノズル(45)を含み、段付きディフューザは、ノズルの出口端部を拡大する1つ又はそれ以上の半径方向段部(48、50、52)を含む。NOx排出を低減するために還元剤をオーバファイア空気に供給するための吐出オリフィスをノズルの出口端部(47)に有する噴霧ランス(56)を、ノズル内に取付けることができる。

Claims (10)
- 化石燃料燃焼装置(10)に用いるオーバファイア空気インゼクタ(44)であって、
段付きディフューザ(46)が形成された出口端部を有する円筒形ノズル(45)を含み、
前記段付きディフューザが、前記ノズルの出口端部を拡大する少なくとも1つの半径方向段部(48)を含む、
ことを特徴とするオーバファイア空気インゼクタ。 - 前記段付きディフューザが、1つから3つの間の半径方向段部(48、50、52)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオーバファイア空気インゼクタ。
- 前記段付きディフューザが、少なくとも3つの半径方向段部(48、50、52)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオーバファイア空気インゼクタ。
- 前記段付きディフューザには、2〜10の範囲にある長さと高さの比を有する一連の3つの半径方向段部(48、50、52)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオーバファイア空気インゼクタ。
- 噴霧ランス(56)が、前記ノズル(44)の出口端部(47)に吐出オリフィスを有する状態で、該ノズルの中心軸線に沿って取付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオーバファイア空気インゼクタ。
- 燃焼装置(10)が組み込まれた化石燃料燃焼ボイラであって、該燃焼装置が、
燃焼ゾーン(22)内で燃焼され、前記燃焼ゾーンからバーンアウトゾーン(24)内に流れる煙道ガスを生成する化石燃料及び空気が供給される複数の主バーナ(28)と、
オーバファイア空気を前記バーンアウトゾーンに供給するための少なくとも1つのオーバファイア空気インゼクタ(44)と、
を含み、
前記オーバファイア空気インゼクタが、段付きディフューザ(46)が形成された出口端部を有する円筒形ノズル(45)を含み、前記段付きディフューザが、前記ノズルの出口端部を拡大する少なくとも1つの半径方向段部(48)を含む、
ことを特徴とする化石燃料燃焼ボイラ。 - 前記オーバファイア空気インゼクタが、前記ノズルの出口端部(47)に吐出オリフィスを有する、該ノズル内に取付けられた噴霧ランス(56)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の化石燃料燃焼ボイラ。
- 前記段付きディフューザ(46)が、1つから3つの間の半径方向段部(48、50、52)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の化石燃料燃焼ボイラ。
- 前記段付きディフューザが、少なくとも3つの半径方向段部(48、50、52)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の化石燃料燃焼ボイラ。
- 前記噴霧ランス(56)が、前記ノズル(45)の中心軸線に沿って取付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の化石燃料燃焼ボイラ。
