本発明は銀行強盗、暴走族による違法走行、ひったくり、万引き、不審者の侵入等各種犯罪に対する防犯に使用して有用な防犯具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、銀行等に常備され銀行強盗等の犯人あるいは逃走車に対し命中させることにより犯人の衣服や逃走車に着色液を附着させこれが犯人追跡の目印となる所謂カラーボールが存在する。
このカラーボールは球形カプセル内に赤色等目につきやすい着色液を充填し犯人あるいは逃走車にこれが命中した時にはカプセルが容易に破裂する構造から成る（例えば特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、この種カラーボールにあっては手投げにより命中させなければならないため、銀行強盗の侵入等動揺せざるを得ない状況下においてはコントロールが定まらず、またある程度の距離をスピードをつけて投げることが必要であることから高度の命中率は望むべくもなく、犯人にたやすく逃走されてしまうこともしばしばである。
特に女性にあっては男性に比較し非力であることから、この種カラーボールを犯人に命中させることは困難である。

そこで本発明にあっては追跡用の識別用液体を収納してなる球状体を非力な女性等であってもあるいは犯人、逃走車との間にかなりの距離があっても、犯人あるいは逃走車等に対し確実に命中させることができ、犯人の衣服、あるいは逃走車に追跡の目印となる蛍光着色液体等の識別用液体を確実に附着させることができるべく工夫をこらしてなる防犯具を提供することを第１の目的とする。

本発明の第２の目的は、命中した際には着色液等の識別用液体が大径に拡散しその目印がより充分に視認されるべく工夫をこらし、さらにいったん識別用液体が附着した後は犯人が遠方あるいは人目につかないところに逃走したとしてもその居所を容易に探知することができる点にも工夫をこらし、より一層犯人逮捕率の向上を図ることができ完璧な防犯対策の一助ともなる防犯具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明の防犯具は、カプセル内に識別用液体を充填してなる弾丸と、該弾丸を装填し犯人、暴漢、逃走車等目的物に向け発射することのできる弾丸発射具とからなり、弾丸発射具から発射された弾丸が前記犯人、暴漢、逃走車等の目的物に当たると前記弾丸は破裂し識別用液体が目的物に附着し犯人追跡の目印となることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
