Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a decorative duct used when arranging air conditioning piping, electric cables, and the like.Specifically, a duct body including a pair of left and right duct side plates and a connecting member that connects lower end portions thereof to each other, The present invention relates to a plumbing or wiring decorative duct to which a canopy covering an upper opening thereof is detachably mounted, and a fixture used for the duct.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the case of a conventional duct for piping or wiring, of the two inside corners formed by the inner surface of the duct side plate and both side plates of the C-shaped channel-shaped connecting member applied at right angles thereto, A hinge having a hinge axis vertically extending is attached to the inner side surface of the duct side plate forming one of the corners and the one side plate portion of the connecting member, and the two duct side plates and the connecting member are connected to each other by the hinges. It was configured to be freely foldable so that it could be overlapped by swinging operation around the axis. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-7-71688 (pages 2-3, FIGS. 2 and 3)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In a conventional duct for ducting or wiring, since both duct side plates and a plurality of connecting members constituting the duct main body can be folded in an overlapping posture, a large number of folded duct main bodies can be efficiently stacked in a stacked state. Not only can it be stored, but it can be carried to the construction site in a folded state, so that there is an advantage that transportation costs can be reduced and handling can be facilitated.
[0005]
However, of the two inner corners formed by the inner side surface of the duct side plate and the two side plate portions of the connecting member applied at right angles thereto, the inner side surface of the duct side plate forming one of the inner corners and the connecting member Since the hinge is attached to one of the side plate portions, the mechanical strength when the duct body is extended to the regular duct shape is apt to decrease, and the hinge member extends around the hinge axis along the vertical direction of the connecting member. In this case, the swing allowance at the position appears as a displacement between the two duct side plates in the longitudinal direction of the duct, so that the total length in the folded posture is larger than that when the duct is extended into the regular duct shape.
[0006]
Also, in order to increase the mechanical strength when the duct main body is extended to the regular duct shape, a reinforcing plate that contacts the inner surface of the duct side plate at the time of extension is fixed to the end of each connecting member, It is necessary to fix and connect this reinforcing plate and the duct side plate in the standing position with screws etc., which not only leads to an increase in the weight of the duct and a rise in manufacturing cost, but also increases the number of assembly work steps after the extension operation. There is a problem to do.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described situation, and a main problem is that the duct main body is formed by rationally remodeling the folding directions of the two duct side plates and the connecting member constituting the duct main body. While being able to freely switch to a folding position that is advantageous in terms of management, transport, and handling, it also prevents the total length of the duct from increasing when folded and prevents the duct from expanding when it is expanded to the regular duct shape. An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative duct for piping or wiring and a fixture for decorative duct, which can advantageously secure mechanical strength in terms of structure, cost, and the like.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a feature of the present invention, a canopy for covering an upper opening of a duct body having a pair of left and right duct side plates and a connecting member for connecting lower portions thereof is detachably mounted. A plumbing duct for piping or wiring,
Each duct side plate is configured to be freely switchable between an upright posture and a posture in which the duct side plate is laid down on the connecting member by an up-and-down swing around an axis along the duct longitudinal direction with respect to the connecting member, and the duct in the laid down posture. When the side plate is switched to the upright position, posture maintaining means for maintaining the duct side plate in the upright position is provided.Furthermore, when the duct side plate is switched from the down position to the up and down position, the connecting member is provided on the duct side plate side. Is provided with a play restricting means that comes into contact with or comes close to a part of the outer surface.
[0009]
According to the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, by switching both duct side plates of the duct main body to the posture in which the duct main body is laid down on the connecting member around the axis along the longitudinal direction of the duct, the duct main body can be simply folded in a low volume and compactly. In addition, the connecting members of the other duct bodies can be stably stacked on both duct side plates of the folded duct body.
[0010]
Further, when each duct side plate in the lying posture is switched to the standing posture, each duct side plate can be maintained in the standing posture by the posture maintaining means, so that each duct side plate is brought into the standing posture after the extension operation of the duct body. A special operation for maintaining is not required, and the swing axis of both duct side plates with respect to the connecting member is configured on the axis along the duct longitudinal direction, so that the total length of the duct body at the time of folding and extension is reduced. Even if the width of the pivotal connection between the duct side plate and the connecting member has a width in the longitudinal direction of the duct, the swing operation for switching the position of each duct side plate with respect to the connecting member is hindered. Never.
[0011]
In addition, even when a gap (clearance) is generated at the pivotal connection point between the two duct side plates and the connecting member, the play regulating means provided on the duct side plate side when the duct side plate is switched from the lying position to the up and down position. It is possible to suppress rattling between the two duct side plates and the connecting member due to a gap in the pivot connecting portion by contacting or approaching a part of the outer surface of the connecting member.
[0012]
Therefore, by devising the folding directions of the two duct side plates and the connecting member constituting the duct main body as described above, the duct main body can be freely switched to a folding position that is advantageous in terms of management, transport, and handling. However, it is possible to prevent an increase in the overall length of the duct when folded, to promote reduction in the volume of packaging materials and waste, and to reduce the length of the duct body when it is expanded to the regular duct shape. Rattle can be suppressed. In addition, the mechanical strength when the duct is extended to the regular duct shape can be easily secured while suppressing the increase in the weight of the duct, the increase in manufacturing cost, or the increase in the number of work steps after the extension operation.
[0013]
According to a second feature of the present invention, a canopy for covering an upper opening of a duct body having a pair of left and right duct side plates and a connecting member for connecting lower portions thereof is detachably mounted. A plumbing duct for piping or wiring,
The bracket provided on the lower side of the duct side plate and the arm provided on the end side of the connecting member swing around an axis along the duct longitudinal direction at a position deviated above the upper surface of the connecting member. When the duct side plate in the lying posture is switched to the standing posture while being freely pivotally connected, posture maintaining means for maintaining the duct side plate in the standing posture is provided, and further, the duct side plate is provided on the bracket. The point is that a play restricting means is provided which comes into contact with or approaches a part of the outer surface of the connecting member when the posture is switched from the lying posture to the rising posture.
[0014]
According to the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, the bracket provided on the lower side of the duct side plate and the arm provided on the end side of the connecting member are switched to the falling posture around the axis along the duct longitudinal direction. Not only can the main body be folded low and compact, but also the connecting members of the other duct main bodies can be stably stacked on both duct side plates of the folded duct main body.
[0015]
Further, when each duct side plate in the lying posture is switched to the standing posture, each duct side plate can be maintained in the standing posture by the posture maintaining means, so that each duct side plate is brought into the standing posture after the extension operation of the duct body. This eliminates the need for any special operation to maintain, and because the swing axis of the bracket of each duct side plate with respect to the arm of the connecting member is configured to be the axis along the duct longitudinal direction, the duct at the time of folding and extension The swing operation for switching the posture of each duct side plate with respect to the connecting member even if the total length of the main body becomes the same and the pivotal connection width between the duct side plate and the connecting member has a width in the duct longitudinal direction. There is no hindrance.
[0016]
In addition, even when a gap (clearance) is generated at the pivotal connection between the two duct side plates and the connecting member, when the duct side plate is switched from the lying position to the up and down position, the play regulating means provided on the bracket is provided with the connecting member. Contacting or proximate to a part of the outer surface of the connecting member, it is possible to suppress rattling between the duct side plate and the connecting member due to the gap in the pivot connecting portion, and to make each duct side plate contact the upper surface of the connecting member. When switched to the lying posture, the outer side surfaces of both duct side plates in the lying posture become nearly horizontal.
[0017]
Therefore, by devising the folding directions of the two duct side plates and the connecting member constituting the duct main body as described above, the duct main body can be freely switched to a folding position that is advantageous in terms of management, transport, and handling. However, it is possible to prevent an increase in the overall length of the duct at the time of folding, and to promote a reduction in the volume of packaging materials and a reduction in waste. In addition, the rattling when the duct body is extended to the regular duct shape can be suppressed, and the mechanical strength when the duct body is extended to the regular duct shape increases the weight of the duct and increases the manufacturing cost or It is possible to easily secure the number of work steps after the extension operation while suppressing an increase in the number of work steps, and furthermore, it is possible to facilitate the multi-stage stacking of the folded duct main bodies.
[0018]
A feature of the decorative duct for piping or wiring according to claim 3 of the present invention is that the play restricting means contacts or approaches the outer surface of the flange formed by bending the upper end of the side plate of the connecting member. And a second regulating piece that is in contact with or close to the outer surface of the side plate portion of the connecting member.
[0019]
According to the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, when the duct side plate is switched from the laid-down posture to the up-and-down posture, the first restricting piece of the play restricting means provided on the duct side plate is in contact with or near the outer surface of the flange portion of the connecting member. By doing so, it is possible to suppress rattling in the vertical direction between the duct side plate and the connecting member due to the gap in the pivot connecting portion, and furthermore, the second restricting piece of the play restricting means is provided with a side plate portion of the connecting member. By contacting or approaching the outer surface of the duct, it is possible to suppress rattling in the duct longitudinal direction between the duct side plate and the connecting member due to a gap in the pivotal connection.
[0020]
Therefore, the first and second restricting pieces of the play restricting means can effectively suppress rattling and twisting when the duct body is extended into a regular duct shape.
[0021]
In the characteristic configuration of the decorative duct for piping or wiring according to claim 4 of the present invention, the side portion of the second regulating piece on the center side in the duct width direction is separated from the outer surface of the side plate portion of the connecting member toward its tip end. The point is that it is formed in an inclined posture or a curved posture.
[0022]
According to the above characteristic configuration, when the duct side plate is switched from the lying posture to the up-and-down posture, the switching operation is caused by a gap (clearance) generated at a pivotally connected portion between the duct side plate and the connecting member in the first half of the switching operation. Due to the backlash, even if the side of the second restricting piece on the center side in the duct width direction contacts the upper end of the side plate of the connecting member, the side of the second restricting piece formed in the inclined posture or the curved posture. By the guide action by the above, the biting of both can be avoided.
[0023]
According to the characteristic configuration of the decorative duct for piping or wiring according to claim 5 of the present invention, a side portion of the first restricting piece on the center side in the duct width direction is separated from the outer surface of the flange portion of the connecting member toward its tip end. The point is that it is formed in an inclined posture or a curved posture.
[0024]
According to the above characteristic configuration, when the duct side plate is switched from the lying posture to the up-and-down posture, the switching operation is caused by a gap (clearance) generated at a pivotally connected portion between the duct side plate and the connecting member in the first half of the switching operation. Due to the backlash, even if the side of the first restricting piece on the center side in the duct width direction comes into contact with the flange of the connecting member, the guiding action by the side of the first restricting piece formed in the inclined posture or the curved posture. , It is possible to avoid biting of both.
[0025]
The characteristic configuration of the decorative duct for piping or wiring according to claim 6 of the present invention is characterized in that the bracket of the duct side plate is in contact with or close to opposing sides of both flange portions of the connecting member. The arm is swingably connected to the bracket in the width direction of the duct, and the arm pivotally attached to the bracket is pivotally attached to the bottom plate of the connecting member. The point is that it is attached to the plate by an attachment shaft extending along the longitudinal direction of the duct.
[0026]
According to the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, when assembling the duct main body including the pair of left and right duct side plates and the connecting member that connects the lower portions thereof, the arm is attached to the bracket attached to the duct side plate along the duct longitudinal direction. After attaching the bracket on which the arm is mounted so as to be able to swing up and down around the axis, or the arm that is assembled so as to be able to swing up and down, attach the bracket on the duct side plate to the duct width with respect to the end of the connecting member. It is only necessary to insert and connect from both directions, and to assemble both side plates of the connecting member and the arm with the mounting shaft, so that the efficiency of the assembling operation can be improved.
[0027]
In addition, in the assembled state, the arm is fixed to both side plates of the connecting member in a state in which the arm is non-rotatably applied to the bottom plate of the connecting member. And the bracket of the duct side plate is in contact with or close to the opposing sides of both flanges of the connecting member. The rattling of the duct side plate and the connecting member in the longitudinal direction of the duct can be more favorably suppressed.
[0028]
In the characteristic configuration of the decorative duct for piping or wiring according to claim 7 of the present invention, the posture maintaining means can be freely disengaged from a position where a lower end portion of the duct side plate and a bottom plate portion of the connecting member in the standing posture are opposed to each other. When the duct side plate in the lying down position is switched to the upright position, the engaging protrusion and the engaging recess are formed while riding over the periphery of the engaging recess. Are configured to engage with each other.
[0029]
According to the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, it is only necessary to form the engaging convex portion and the engaging concave portion at portions opposed to each other between the lower end portion of the duct side plate and the bottom plate portion of the connecting member in the upright posture, and Since the switching operation of the duct side plate to the standing posture is used, the posture maintaining means for maintaining the duct side plate in the standing posture can be advantageously configured in terms of structure, manufacturing cost, and appearance design.
[0030]
In the characteristic configuration of the decorative duct for piping or wiring according to claim 8 of the present invention, the posture maintaining means includes an engaging recess at a position where the bracket of the duct side plate in the standing posture and the arm of the connecting member face each other. A movable engagement body is provided which is disengageable from the swinging radial direction, and the movable engagement body is engaged with the engagement recess when the duct side plate in the lying posture is switched to the standing posture. It is characterized in that it is provided with a biasing means for biasing the movement.
[0031]
According to the above configuration, when the duct side plate in the lying posture is switched to the standing posture, the engagement concave portion provided in the opposed portion between the bracket of the duct side plate in the standing posture and the arm of the connecting member is movable. The engaging body is engaged by the urging force of the urging means, so that the duct side plate switched to the upright posture can be reliably prevented from falling and swinging.
[0032]
According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, in a duct body including a pair of left and right duct side plates and a connecting member that connects the lower portions thereof, a lower portion of the duct side plate is used as an end of the connecting member. A mounting device that pivotally connects to be able to swing up and down,
A bracket attached to the lower side of the duct side plate and an arm attached to the end of the connecting member are swingable around an axis along the duct longitudinal direction at a position deviated above the upper surface of the connecting member. At a position opposed to the bracket and the arm, which is pivotally connected, posture maintaining means for maintaining the duct side plate in the upright posture when the duct side plate in the lying posture is switched to the upright posture is provided. Further, the bracket is provided with a play restricting means that comes into contact with or comes close to a part of the outer surface of the connecting member when the duct side plate is switched from the laid-down posture to the up-and-down posture.
[0033]
According to the characteristic configuration, the bracket attached to the lower side of the duct side plate and the arm attached to the end of the connecting member are switched to the falling posture around the axis along the duct longitudinal direction. Not only can the main body be folded low and compact, but also the connecting members of the other duct main bodies can be stably stacked on both duct side plates of the folded duct main body.
[0034]
Further, when the duct side plates in the lying posture are switched to the standing posture, the duct side plates can be maintained in the standing posture by the posture maintaining means provided at the opposing portions of the bracket and the arm. No special operation is required to maintain each duct side plate in the upright posture after the main unit is extended, and the swing axis of the bracket with respect to the arm is configured to be the axis along the duct longitudinal direction. And the entire length of the duct body at the time of extension becomes the same, even if the pivotal connection structure between the duct side plate and the connecting member has a width in the duct longitudinal direction, for switching the posture of the duct side plate with respect to the connecting member. There is no hindrance to the rocking operation.
[0035]
In addition, even if a gap (clearance) is generated in the pivotal connection between the bracket and the arm, when the duct side plate is switched from the laid-down posture to the up-and-down posture, the play restricting means provided on the bracket is provided on the outer surface of the connection member. Of the duct side plate and the connecting member due to the gap at the pivotal connection part, and the duct side plate abuts on the upper surface of the connecting member. , The outer side surfaces of both duct side plates in the lying posture become nearly horizontal.
[0036]
Therefore, while enabling the duct body to be freely switched to a folding position that is advantageous in terms of management, transportation, and handling, it is possible to prevent an increase in the overall length of the duct at the time of folding, and to reduce the volume of packaging materials. Waste reduction can be promoted.
