TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flange-type strainer, and more particularly to a novel improvement for making a configuration simpler than a conventional one by making a ring-shaped screen frame having a screen mesh at a ring-shaped step portion of a flange body detachable.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, in various plants, each device is often connected by piping, and so-called flushing is performed after the piping work is completed and foreign substances such as dust in the piping are removed before starting normal operation. Unless foreign matter is removed, foreign matter in the pipes after the operation of the equipment causes a failure or abnormality of the device.
Conventionally, to remove such foreign matter in the pipe, a strainer is installed on the suction side of the pump, and the mesh of the screen of the strainer is removed according to the size of impurities to be removed (size of impurities that can be normally operated). This is done by attaching the set items. In addition, various strainers are installed in the middle of the piping to remove foreign matter.
Examples of the strainer that can be installed in the middle of the pipe include a commonly used Y-shaped strainer disclosed in FIG. 4 having a Y-shaped branched inside and a cylindrical screen built therein, and a multi-strainer. The T-shaped strainer disclosed in FIG.
That is, what is indicated by reference numeral 1 in FIG. 4 is a tube having a pair of flanges 2 and 3, and a filter portion 5 which extends diagonally and has a screen mesh 4 is provided substantially at the center of the tube 1. The cover 6 is provided detachably.
5 has an inlet 10 and an outlet 11 which are disposed so as to be orthogonal to the axial direction of the tubular body 1, and a screen mesh 4 is provided inside the tubular body 1. In addition, a drain 13 is detachably provided at an end portion thereof through a lock portion 12.
Therefore, the liquid is sent from the inlet 10 to the outlet 11 via the screen mesh 4, and impurities such as dust are removed by the screen mesh 4.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional strainer was configured as described above, the following problems existed.
That is, in the case of the Y-type strainer shown in FIG. 4, the structure is complicated and the shape is large.
In addition, in the case of a multi-strainer, since a multi-stage screen mesh is made detachable in a straight pipe, the multi-stage detachable structure becomes complicated, and a large amount of space is required to attach many to a long distance pipeline. In addition, costs were to be increased.
Further, in the case of the T-shaped strainer shown in FIG. 5, the structure is complicated similarly to the Y-shaped strainer of FIG. 4, and the drain structure for replacing the screen mesh is complicated. However, it could not be used for straight pipes.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and in particular, by making a ring-shaped screen frame having a screen mesh in a ring-shaped step portion of a flange body detachable, it is simpler than in the past. An object of the present invention is to provide a flange type strainer having a configuration.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A flange-type strainer according to the present invention includes a flange body having a through-hole, a ring-shaped step formed in the through-hole, a bolt hole formed in the flange and located outside the through-hole, and the ring-shaped step. A frame for an annular screen having a screen mesh removably mounted on the frame, wherein the liquid can pass through the through hole through the screen mesh, and a flange having a through hole; and A bolt hole formed and located outside the through-hole, and a screen mesh provided on the flange body to cover the through-hole, and at both ends of the flange body, via a gasket. And a pair of flange joints are connected by bolts and nuts.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a flange type strainer according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The same or equivalent parts as those in the conventional example will be described with the same reference numerals.
1 is a flange body having a through hole 21 at the center. A plurality of bolt holes 22 are formed at positions outside the through hole 21 of the flange body 20 so as to penetrate in the axial direction. I have.
[0008]
An annular step portion 23 is formed at a central position along the axial direction of the through hole 21, and the annular step portion 23 has an outer diameter that can be fitted into the inner diameter of the through hole 21 and has a screen mesh 4. A frame 25 is provided detachably.
The screen mesh 4 of the ring-shaped screen frame 25 is premised on removing impurities such as dust and peeling off of adhesive after piping. Is configured to be detachable by fitting without using an adhesive.
[0009]
A case where the flange type strainer 100 configured as described above and shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is connected to an actual pipe 101 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of flange joints 103 to which piping 101 is connected via a pair of gaskets 102 are connected to both ends of the flange type strainer 100 via bolts 104 and nuts 105, and the nut 105 is connected. By tightening, each pipe 101 and flange type strainer 100 are integrally connected.
[0010]
When a liquid such as water is passed through the pipe 101 in the above-described state, dust such as PVC dust and peeled adhesive in the pipe 101 is caught on the screen mesh 4 and removed. By releasing the connection of each flange joint 103 by loosening 105, the flange type strainer 100 can be taken out, the screen mesh 4 can be cleaned and assembled again. Further, as shown by the dashed line in FIG. 2, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the through-hole 21 is covered with the screen mesh 4 without using the annular screen Can be fixed with an adhesive or the like.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
Since the flange type strainer according to the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
That is, since the annular screen frame having a screen mesh is detachably provided in the through-hole of the plate-like flange body, it is easy to attach to the pipe and does not require a space. In comparison, the installation and exchangeability can be greatly improved.
Further, since the frame for the annular screen is detachable, the screen mesh of the frame for the annular screen can be easily replaced, and the mesh holes of the screen mesh can be freely set. Also, by attaching the screen mesh directly to the end surface of the flange body, an extremely low-cost strainer can be obtained.
