本発明は、菓子、医薬品等の錠剤を一個ずつ送出すことができる錠剤用排出容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
この種の錠剤用排出容器は、容器の上方から排出するタイプ(例えば実開平7−13776号公報に記載の実施例)と、容器の下方から排出するタイプ(例えば特開平7−285583号公報に記載の実施例)とに区別することができる。後者の実施例の容器は、錠剤を収納する収納室と、錠剤を任意の数だけ整列計量させる計量室とから成り、スライド棒状体を上方から内装バネのバネ力に抗してプッシュすると、又は容器の角度を変えて内装振り子が送出し口から離れると、錠剤が外部に放出される。

しかしながら、上記錠剤用排出容器は、次のような問題点があった。
(1)スライド棒状体の押圧具合又は容器の傾倒角度如何によって、錠剤が一度に複数個出てしまう。つまり、錠剤を容器から1個ずつ確実に出すことができない。
(2)スライド棒状体を単にワンタッチ式で押し込むだけで、錠剤が容器から1個ずつ確実に出ない。また、容器の周壁の下部から落下させることができない。
(3)容器をアニメ・漫画・映画等に登場するキャラクターを表現した立体意匠にすることができない。
(4)容器の主要部(ヘッド)を交換することができない。
(5)容器に広告宣伝機能を加味することができない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の第1の目的は、ヘッドに位置する飾りをワンタッチ式で押し込むだけで、錠剤が容器の下部から1個ずつ確実に出ることである。本発明の第2の目的は、容器全体をアニメ・漫画・映画等に登場するキャラクターを表現した立体意匠にすることである。本発明の第3の目的は、部品点数を少なし、かつ、各部材を簡単に組み合わせることである。本発明の第4の目的は、容器に簡単に広告宣伝機能を加味することができることである。その他収納スライダーがスムースに昇降動することである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1乃至図8は、本発明の実施の形態(第1実施例)である。まず、1は硬質の合成樹脂材で射出形成された縦長状容器本体である。この容器本体1の底壁部2にはフランジ状のベース板3が突出形成されている。ベース板3は、例えば足のイメージが彷彿されるように足袋形状に形成されている。
4は容器本体1の前壁で、この前壁4の下端部には菓子、医薬品等の錠剤(本実施例では粒状物)の出口5が形成されている。ここで、説明の便宜上、正面図の図2を基準にして容器本体1の各壁を説明すると、6は右側壁、7は左側壁、8は後壁である。

しかして、前記右側壁(一側壁)6には、図1で示すように、複数個の貫通孔11,13が形成されている。これらの貫通孔は、二種類に区別されている。一つは、一側壁6に添設される縦長状の宣伝広告板10を取付けるための係合小孔11で、本実施例では、上方と、中央部と、下方に計3個形成されている。もう一つは、宣伝広告板10の下端部寄りの部位に突設されたストッパーピン12用の嵌合小孔13で、この嵌合小孔13は一側壁6の下端部寄りの部位に形成されている。宣伝広告板10の外壁面には、文字、記号、図形などの商標TMが付されている。

前記収納案内路27は、図4で示すように、送出し口23付近の内壁面間の幅が狭く、本実施例では1個の粒状物26を通すだけの余裕しかない。すなわち、収納案内路27は、投入口25から傾斜状の一通化規制壁28に至るまで粒状物26を並列的に2個ずつ通す二車線的余裕があるが、収納案内路27の下部に相当する送出し口23付近に形成された一通化規制壁28からは1個ずつしか通すことができないようにその内壁が傾斜状に形成されている。

(4)収納案内路に一通化規制壁を有する実施例の場合には、収納スライダーの投入口から送出し口へと流れ落ちる複数列の錠剤がストッパー部材の付近で一列状態になる。
(5)請求項6及び請求項7に記載の発明は、容器に簡単に広告宣伝機能を加味することができる。
