【従来の技術】従来、自動販売機やコンビニで売られているドリンクを購入し、保温しつつ、携帯して飲む時、発泡ウレタンの筒状のものに入れたり、タオルやハンカチ、発泡プラスチックシートを輪ゴム等で止めて保温し飲んでいる。筒状のものでは、その形や内径が合わないと使用できなかったり、ルーズで持ちずらかったりした。また、発泡プラスティックシートを輪ゴムで止める場合、シートを手で巻きながら輪ゴムを掛けるのは手間である。その上、この２種のタイプでは、携帯に不便で、しかもファッション性もない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら筒状のものやシート状のものを輪ゴムで止めたりする、これら従来の方法による、缶用保温カバーは、保温は出来ても使用上や携帯に難があった。そこで本発明は、これまでの保温力を持ち尚且保護力もそなえ、携帯に便利でファッション性を備え、形状を問わず、簡単に装着出来るドリンク保温、保護用ワンタッチマルチホルダーカバーの提供にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、上記の如き課題を解決する為に開発したものであって、発泡プラスチックシートと伸縮可能な生地（ジャージ等）との間に板バネ（コンベックス）材を挟み込み、被覆することにより、シートそのもにコンベックス材と同様の習性をもたせることにある。すなわち保温、保護力の高い発泡材と、小さな力でも容易にカール状に巻き付くコンベックス材の融合により携帯時、平らな状態でも、丸めた状態でも持つことが出来、装着時これまで面倒であった手間を、瞬時巻き付かせることが出来るのである。加えて、ジャージ部分の色を変えたり、プリントをすることにより、ファッション性の高いドリンク用保温、保護、携帯ワンタッチマルチホルダーカバーの提供にある。
【０００５】以下、本発明のドリンク用保温・保護ワンタッチマルチホルダーカバーについて図１及び図２に基づき詳細に説明する。
▲１▼は、ジャージ生地（伸縮可能な生地）であり、▲２▼の発泡材同様▲３▼のコンベックス材が動かぬように挟み込み、コンベックス材の特性を図１で構成される製品そのものに持たせることにある。伸縮可能な生地とは、繊維そのものが伸縮する素材で作られた生地及び素材を問わず、織り方により生地が伸縮性を持つようになったものを言う。これらに対し、必要に応じて印刷及び転写等をすることが出来る。

【０００５】で述べた様に▲１▼との間に▲３▼を挟み込み▲３▼の特性を図１で構成される製品そのものに持たせることにある。又▲２▼の素材の特性である断熱性や弾力性によりドリンクの熱を逃がさないようにし、かつ保護するものである。発泡プラスチックシートとは、発泡ラバー、発泡ポリウレタン、発泡ポリエチレン、発泡ポリプロピレン、発泡シリコンゴムを言う。これらに対し、必要に応じてフィルムをラミネートにしたり印刷をすることが出来る。

【０００６】で述べた様に▲１▼と▲２▼で▲３▼を挟み込む事により▲３▼の特性を図１で構成される製品そのものに持たせることにある。コンベックス材とは、ステンレス鋼及び鉄鉱素材からなる弾性材のことであり、平らな状態では、薄板状の帯板が、縦長方向にたいして湾曲状に構成され使用時には素材の弾性特性によって瞬時にカール状に構成される。（図３、図４参照）
【０００８】本発明は、以上のような構成からなる為、これを使用する場合は、図５に示すように缶に対して▲２▼側より缶を叩くように押し当てると、図５のように押し当てた部分からカール状に缶に巻き付いていく。後は、自然にコンベックスの特性で、全体に巻き付いていく。

【実施例】次に本発明の実施例を図７から図中にもとずいて具体的に説明する。コンベックス材を２本を、発泡プラスチックとジャージ生地で動かぬ様挟み込んだシートで図６の様に缶に巻き付けて見た。ビール缶を手に取りカバーを付けるまでに１秒とかからなかった。このカバーの上から素手で持ったが、冷たさを感じなかった。又、１０分後に飲んで見たが、冷たさを保持していた。このカバーを外すとき、左手で缶を右手でカバーの端を持ち、缶を巻き戻す様に半回転させるだけで簡単に外すことが出来た。また使用後両手でコンベックス部分を軽く押し伸ばしてやるともとの平板状に戻った。
【００１０】次に図８のように水の入ったペットボトル５００ｍｌサイズに対して、ビール缶同様に巻き付けた。ペットボトルは、丸タイプと角タイプの２種類でも変わりなく、瞬時に巻き付き、暖かさや冷たさを感じることなく持つことが出来た。１０分後に飲んでみたが、冷たさはさほど変わりなく、熱かった水は少しぬるくなっていが、まだ暖かく感じられた。
【００１１】図９では、ビール瓶を使って同様にカバーを巻き付けた。瓶は少し水滴がついていたが、カバーはこれまで同様、瞬時巻き付き発泡材の特性により滑ることなくカバーの上から持ってグラスにビールをつぐことが出来た。冷たさは、素手には感じられなかった。取り外す時も軽く右手でカバーの端を引いてやると簡単に外すことが出来た。
【００１２】このワンタッチマルチホルダーカバーは、ドリンク用の保温、保護のみならず、他の使用方法も多く見いだされる。例えば、図１０のようにショッピングバッグのハンドル部分に巻き付けヒモが手に食い込むのを防ぎ手の痛みをなくし、持ちやすくすることが出来た。
【００１３】また、携帯して持ち歩く時ショルダーバッグのベルト部分に巻き付けておけば邪魔にならず、いつでも使用可能となる。（図１１参照）バッグの色に合わせてプリント柄の物やマークを入れればファッション性を高めることが出来る。
【００１４】図１２のように、簡単に腕や手首に取り付る事が出来た。また服の上からでもずれ墜ちずに取り付けることが出来た為、腕章としての利用も出来た。

【発明の効果】以上のように本発明は、コンベックス弾性材と発泡材及び伸縮可能な生地を結合させ、各々の持つ特性を失うことなく保温、保護に優れ、スピーディーにワンタッチでこれをなす。
【００１６】このような融合素材特性を有する弾性カバーを用いることによって次のような多くの効果を有する。
ア．従来の缶用保温カバーは、定められたサイズでしか使用できなかったが、マルチカバーの長さがその商品の円周よりも長ければ巻き付けることが可能になった。
イ．本発明のワンタッチマルチホルダーカバーを用いれば、その取り付けが簡単であると同時に、使用中に滑り落ちることもなく容易に掴むことが出来る。
ウ．本発明からなるワンタッチマルチホルダーカバーは、構造がいたって簡単である為、安価で量産が可能である。
エ．また、生地の色を変えたりプリント柄やマークを入れることにより、ファッション性が増し、モバイル時代の携帯必需品としての価値が高く、会社名や広告の名入れにも最適でありＳ．Ｐ．商品としての価値も高い。
オ．携帯する時には何でも巻き付けることが出来る為、ショルダーバッグのベルト部分や手首にも巻くことが出来る。また、アウトドアスポーツにおいてもテニスラケットの柄の部分やスキーではストックを２本束ねることにも使えて便利である。
カ．更に、本発明のワンタッチマルチホルダーカバーのサイズやバネの本数を作り替えることにより多種多様の製品化が可能と考えられる。例えば、赤ちゃんや子供がいる家では、手摺りや机の角にこのワンタッチマルチホルダーカバーを巻いて、ケガ防止のクッション材としても活用できる。
