Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a binding for a snowboard, and more particularly to a binding for a snowboard that can change the hardness and the amount of deflection.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, snowboard bindings are known (Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-226171 (pages 1 to 3, FIG. 1).
[0004]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a conventional snowboard binding, in which 1 is a base plate fixed to a snowboard body (not shown), 2 is a highback connected to the base plate 1 so as to be in contact with the rear surface of the boot, 3 is an ankle strap provided on the base plate 1 for tightening the upper part of the boot, 4 is a toe strap provided on the base plate 1 for tightening the toe of the boot, 5 is a buckle for belt fastening, and 6 is the base plate 1 3 shows a mounting hole provided at the center of the base plate 1 for fixing the base plate to the snowboard body.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When a user purchases the above-mentioned conventional binding at a store, it is difficult to accurately determine the amount of deformation of the base plate of the binding during use, that is, the feeling of flexing / non-flexing, soft / hard, etc. If you do not use it, you will need to gain some experience to know how much your preference is in the amount of deformation, so there are many parts that you can not understand, and if you purchase a binding that does not suit your taste first, be patient It had to be used again or purchased again.
[0006]
In addition, when using a binding having a different deformation amount depending on the slide content, it is necessary to purchase a plurality of bindings, which is disadvantageous in that it is expensive.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to eliminate the above disadvantages.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A binding for a snowboard according to the present invention includes a spacer having a plurality of engaging portions, which is provided alongside a base plate, and an engaging member engaged with the plurality of engaging portions.
[0009]
The engagement member is harder than the spacer or the base plate.
[0010]
Further, the snowboard binding of the present invention is characterized by comprising a base plate having an engagement portion on a back surface and an engagement member engaged with the engagement portion.
[0011]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the engaging members are plural and have different hardnesses.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
FIG. 1 is a rear perspective view of a first embodiment of a snowboard binding according to the present invention. In the present invention, a sponge or urethane resin having a hole 7 at the center corresponding to the hole 6 of the base plate 1 on the rear surface of the base plate 1 is shown. One or more plate-like spacers 8 made of an elastic material such as are attached, or inserted between the back surface of the base plate 1 and a snowboard body (not shown).
[0014]
The spacer 8 is provided with a plurality of recesses 9 and 10, such as a plurality of elongated or non-penetrating elongated grooves, each having a different length, for example, radially toward the center of the hole 7, and the recesses 9 and 10 are respectively provided. The fitting members 11 and 12 made of a hard material, for example, nylon resin, having a length and thickness corresponding to the above, can be selectively fitted by the spacer 8.
[0015]
Since the snowboard binding according to the first embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above, the hardness in the compression direction of the base plate 1 corresponding to the portion where the fitting members 11 and 12 are fitted is increased. Therefore, the spacer 8 at the portion where the fitting members 11 and 12 are fitted is suppressed from being crushed during compression, and the displacement of the binding when a force is applied in a desired direction can be adjusted arbitrarily. The orientation of the recesses 9 and 10 may be set arbitrarily.
[0016]
FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of a snowboard binding according to the present invention. In this embodiment, a recess 13 such as a hole is provided in place of the recess in the first embodiment.
[0017]
In the second embodiment of the present invention, if the recesses 13 are all of the same diameter, there is an advantage that only one kind of the same outer diameter is prepared as the fitting member 14.
[0018]
The thickness of the fitting members 11, 12, and 14 of the present invention may be larger than the depth of the recesses 9, 10, and 13, respectively. The base plate 1 may be screwed.
[0019]
FIGS. 3 and 4 show a third embodiment of the snowboard binding of the present invention. In this embodiment, a plurality of recesses 15 are formed on the back surface of the base plate 1 without using the spacers 8. One or a plurality of engaging members 17 made of sponge, rubber, elastomer resin, hard resin or the like having a convex portion 16 of a size and shape to be fitted at a position corresponding to the convex portion 16 are used. The back surface of the member 17 is brought into contact with the snowboard body.
[0020]
In the third embodiment, a ring 18 having a hole 7 corresponding to the hole 6 of the base plate 1 is used as necessary.
[0021]
When there are a plurality of the engaging members 17, the hardness can be made different from each other. These may extend radially toward the center of the hole 7 as shown in FIG. 3, or may be divided into a shape like a jigsaw puzzle. Further, the base plate 1 may be provided with a projection 16 instead of the recess 15, and the engagement member 17 may be provided with the recess 15.
[0022]
In any of the above embodiments, if the engaging members 11, 12, 14, and 17 having different hardnesses are made different in color, symbol, pattern and shape, the identification becomes easy.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the snowboard binding of the present invention, the degree of deformation and the feeling of the base plate of the binding during use can be arbitrarily adjusted by individually changing the hardness of the binding in the vertical and horizontal directions. There is a benefit.
