Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cleaning tool with a handle provided with a cleaning member at an end of the handle, and more particularly to a cleaning tool with a handle having a structure in which a part of the handle is bent.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a cleaning tool for cleaning tatami mats, floors, tiles, and the like, there is a cleaning tool with a handle provided with a cleaning member for cleaning an end of a handle such as a broom, a mop, and a deck brush. These patterned cleaning tools are widely used because they can be used for sweeping and wiping in a relatively comfortable position while the worker is standing, and are also convenient for cleaning hard-to-reach places. I have.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional technique has the following problems.
When performing cleaning using the patterned cleaning tool, the operator first applies force to the handle of the patterned cleaning tool to bring the cleaning member into close contact with the floor surface, and then moves the cleaning member along the floor surface. Repeat to remove dirt and dust. This series of operations is simple and does not require any labor. However, if the surface to be cleaned (hereinafter, appropriately referred to as a cleaning surface) is wide-ranging or the operation takes a long time, even a simple operation is not easy for the operator. Had a problem that the burden was large.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a patterned cleaning tool that allows an operator to perform cleaning more easily.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the patterned cleaning tool according to claim 1 is a patterned cleaning tool provided with a cleaning member at an end of the pattern, and a part of the pattern is larger than other parts. It is characterized by having a flexible elastic portion.
[0006]
That is, in the invention according to claim 1, when the cleaning tool with a handle is used, the elastic part disperses the bending force, so that the force applied to bring the cleaning member into close contact with the cleaning surface can be appropriately released. Yes, workers do not have to put too much effort. In other words, the cleaning member can be brought into close contact with the cleaning surface with a small force. Further, from the bent state, the cleaning member can be easily moved by the restoring force. The cleaning member is not particularly limited, and includes a member for performing all cleaning, in addition to a brush, a sponge, and a tip of a broom.
[0007]
The material of the elastic portion is not particularly limited as long as it is not larger than other portions. For example, it may be a bamboo material having the following cuts, a rubber tube or a coil spring.
[0008]
In addition, bending means that the handle portion faces in two directions, and includes not only “drawing an arc” but also “bending” through a spring-fitted joint, for example.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the cleaning tool with a handle according to the first aspect, wherein the elastic portion is a bamboo provided with a cut along a length direction of the handle. And
[0010]
In other words, in the invention according to claim 2, when a force is applied to the handle when using the cleaning tool with a handle, the cut portion bends into a U-shape, and the cleaning member comes into close contact with the cleaning surface with a light force. Further, since only a cut is made in a bamboo material that has been often used in the past, a cleaning tool with a handle can be provided at low cost.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the patterned cleaning tool according to the first aspect, wherein the elastic portion is provided near a center of gravity of the patterned cleaning tool.
[0012]
That is, according to the third aspect of the present invention, by providing the elastic portion near the center of gravity, the force applied to the handle can be dispersed well. In addition, as a specific position where the elastic portion is provided, a position that is 30 cm or more and 70 cm or less from the cleaning member is appropriate.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an overall view of a patterned cleaning tool of the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a part of the handle of the patterned cleaning tool shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line AA 'of the handle shown in FIG.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 1, a cleaning tool with a handle 1 of the present embodiment includes a handle 2 and a cleaning member 3 provided at an end of the handle 2. Bamboo is used as a material of the pattern 2. The tip of a broom is used as the cleaning member 3.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the handle 2 is provided with a cut 4 having a length of about 5 cm along the length of the handle at a position about 60 cm from the end on the side where the cleaning member 3 is provided. Have been. As shown in FIG. 3, the cuts 4 are provided at two places so as to face each other. The provision of the cuts 4 makes it easier for the handle 2 to generate an elastic force, so that the handle 2 is bent by the force applied to the handle 2 when the handle 1 is used. Note that the handle portion provided with the cut 4 is hereinafter referred to as an elastic portion 5 as appropriate.
[0016]
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a state when the patterned cleaning tool of the present embodiment is used. During cleaning, when the worker applies a force to the handle 2 in order to bring the cleaning member 3 into close contact with the cleaning surface, the elastic portion 5 is bent into a V-shape as shown in FIG. 4 with a light force. Subsequently, when the worker slides the cleaning member 3 along the cleaning surface in order to sweep the dust, the force applied to the elastic portion 5 is released. When the force applied to the elastic portion 5 becomes equal to or less than a certain value due to the release of the force, the elastic portion 5 returns to its original shape, and the cleaning tool with handle 1 becomes as shown in FIG. While the patterned cleaning tool 1 is being used, the above-described movement in which the elastic portion 5 bends or returns to the original shape is repeated.
[0017]
In the above-described embodiment, bamboo is used as the material of the handle 2, but the handle with the handle of the present invention is not limited to this. As a material for the handle 2, the handle 4 provided with the cut 4 has a hardness that does not deform when the cleaning tool 1 with the handle is not used, and the cut 4 is provided when a certain force or more is applied to the handle 2 during work. Any shape may be used as long as the bent handle portion bends and the applied force returns to the original shape due to its elastic force that becomes less than a certain value.
Further, the number of the cuts 4 and the length of the cuts 4 are not limited to the above embodiments. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the cut 4 is provided at a position about 60 cm from the cleaning member 3, but the patterned cleaning tool of the present invention is not limited to this. However, a preferable position is near the center of gravity of the cleaning tool with a handle, and more specifically, 30 cm or more and 60 cm or less from the cleaning member 3.
[0019]
In the above-described embodiment, the handle 2 and the elastic portion 5 are integrally formed. However, the handle 2 and the elastic portion 5 may be formed as separate members. As the member of the elastic portion 5, for example, a spring 6 as shown in FIG. 5A, a universal joint 7 as shown in FIG. As a member of this elastic portion, if it does not deform in a state where the handle-equipped cleaning tool is not used, it is assumed that a certain force or more is applied, and if the applied force becomes less than a certain force, it has elasticity that returns to its original shape. Good.
[0020]
In the above-described embodiment, the tip of the broom is used as the cleaning member 3. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a member that performs a wide range of cleaning, such as a brush, a mop, and a sponge, can be used. Further, depending on the mode of use, the present invention may be applied to a vacuum cleaner.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the patterned cleaning tool of the present invention (Claim 1) is a patterned cleaning tool provided with a cleaning member at an end of the pattern, and a part of the pattern is made larger than other parts. Since the elastic part is provided, the elastic part disperses the bending force when using the cleaning tool with a handle, so that the force applied to bring the cleaning member into close contact with the cleaning surface can be appropriately released. The operator does not need to put too much effort. In other words, since the cleaning member comes into close contact with the cleaning surface with a light force, the operator can perform cleaning more easily.
[0022]
In addition, since the elastic member bends, the handle on the side where the cleaning member is provided is largely bent when viewed from the elastic portion, so that it is possible to clean a wider area with one operation, and the operator can easily. Cleaning can be done.
[0023]
In addition, the cleaning member can be easily moved by the restoring force from the bent state, so that the operator can easily perform cleaning.
[0024]
Further, in the patterned cleaning tool of the present invention (claim 2), in the patterned cleaning tool of claim 1, since the elastic portion is bamboo provided with a cut along the length direction of the pattern. When a force is applied to the handle when using the cleaning tool with a handle, the cut portion bends into a U-shape, and the cleaning member can be brought into close contact with the cleaning surface with a light force, so that the operator can easily clean. . In addition, since the handle is bent by bending the cut portion, the area to be cleaned by the cleaning member by one operation is increased, and cleaning can be performed easily.
[0025]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cleaning tool with a handle according to the first aspect, wherein the elastic portion is provided near a center of gravity of the cleaning tool with the handle. Such forces can be well distributed. The operator can clean easily.
