以下、本発明の実施例について説明する。

(ハ) 腕バンド(4)は、表側に太陽光発電モジュール(5)と、裏側に蓄電池(6)を合わせ設ける。
(ニ) 太陽光発電モジュール(5)と、蓄電池(6)を表裏一体化させた部位は、それぞれ中空回転軸(7)で連結される。
(ホ) 腕バンドの(4)の端部は、留め具(8)を設け、ダイヤルボタン(9)の設けてある部位の端部に固定し、腕に装着する。
本発明は以上のような構造で、通話時は、中空回転軸(7)内に収まっている受話口(1)をつまみ引き出す。引き伸ばされた弾力性の伸縮自在中空棒(2)は、手の甲側から中指と人指し指の間にはさみこむようにして、手のひら側に受話口(1)を出し、手のひら全体で包みこむようにして、耳にあてる。手が周辺の騒音を防ぎ、通話相手の声が、鮮明に聞きとれる。
このとき、腕バンド(4)に設けた送話口(1)は、手首の内側にあって、無理なく口元に近づいて、話しやすくなる。
また、腕バンド(4)の表側に設けた太陽光発電モジュール(5)は、太陽の光を受けて電気を作り、随時裏側に設けた蓄電池(6)に充電される。
さらに、充電を急ぐときには、留め具(8)を外して、腕バンド(4)全体を平面状態にして、太陽光発電モジュール(5)面を直角に太陽光に向けると効果が上る。
この太陽光発電装置のおかげで、外出先での電源切れの心配を軽減することができる。
なお図3に示すように、受話口(1)と伸縮自在中空棒(2)は、手のひら側に引き伸ばせる部位にある中空回転軸(7)に設けてもよい。

このように、電話機を腕に装着することにより、水中に落して故障させることもなくなり、カバンやポケットから取り出す手間もはぶけ、着信を、バイブレータ機能にセットすれば、腕で感じることができ、周囲の人に迷惑をかけずに済むし、素早く操作ができて便利である。
また、太陽光発電装置は外出先や野外での電源切れの心配を軽減できる。
