Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of an embodiment in which a door handle device according to the present invention is applied to a grip handle type outside door handle for a vehicle.
[0013]
The door handle device 1 of the present embodiment includes a base member 10 fixed to a rear surface 42 of a door panel, and a door opening / closing operation that is assembled to the base member 10 through holes 44 and 45 provided in the door panel 40 from the front surface 41 of the door panel. And an escutcheon 30 that is attached to the base member 10 through a hole 45 provided in the door panel 40 from the front side 41 of the door panel adjacent to the grip member 20.
[0014]

[0015]
The base support portion 12 has a support chamber 14 provided at one end of the base member 10 and a direction in which the grip member 20 having a substantially arcuate shape is inserted on the opposing side walls 14 a and 14 a of the support chamber 14. Extending support projections 12a, 12a having a substantially rectangular cross section and a flexible rib 13 as an urging means are provided.
[0016]
The connection portion 23 of the grip member 20 and the escutcheon 30 are inserted into the insertion holes.
[0017]
A fastening hole 15 used for fastening the escutcheon 30 is provided on a side wall of the insertion hole.
[0018]
The grip member 20 includes a grip body 20a having a substantially arcuate shape and a grip cover 20b disposed on the back side of the grip body 20a. In addition, a connecting portion 23 is provided on the other end 22 and a grip engaging portion 24 is provided on the other end surface 22a.
[0019]
The grip support portion 25 is provided with support concave portions 25a, 25a which engage with the support protrusions 12a, 12a on both side surfaces of the distal end of the one end 21 and an urging protrusion 26 which comes into contact with the bending rib 13 at a terminal at one end. .
[0020]
The connecting portion 23 is linked to the bell crank 11 connected to a lock mechanism (not shown) arranged on the rear side 42 of the door panel.
[0021]
The grip member 20 has bearing recesses 25a, 25a supported by the bearing protrusions 12a, 12a. By operating the grip member 20, the connecting portion 23 of the other end 22 is rotated around the bearing recess 25a as a locking mechanism. To open and close the door by releasing the door lock.
[0022]
The support recesses 25a, 25a are removably supported by the support protrusions 12a, 12a, and the base member 10 and the grip member 20 are not connected using another member such as a pin.
[0023]
In the state where the grip member 20 is assembled to the base member 10, the connecting portion 23 is linked to the bell crank 11, and the other end 22 of the grip member 20 is urged toward the base member 10. Even when the door panel 40 receives a large impact due to, for example, the grip member 20 malfunctions, the door lock is released and the door is not opened.
[0024]
In addition, on the back side of the grip member 20, along the longitudinal direction of the grip body 20a, an electrostatic capacitance sensor 51 is disposed so as to be sandwiched between the two detection electrodes A and B. Further, in a state where the grip cover 20b is assembled to the grip member 20, a projection 27 as a boundary indicating means is formed on a portion of the back surface of the grip cover 20b that covers the capacitance sensor 51. It should be noted that a detection means switching circuit 52 as shown in FIG. 2 is provided together with the capacitance sensor 51, and a control means 50 for controlling the capacitance sensor 51 is disposed on the back side of the grip body 20a. .
[0025]
Then, a locking command and an unlocking command are sent from the control means 50 to a control means (not shown) for controlling the door lock mechanism from the control means 50 according to how the detection electrodes A and B touched by the operator via the grip cover 20b. Is output.
[0026]
The escutcheon 30 is provided with an escutcheon locking portion 33 on one side surface 32, a screw hole 34 on the other side surface, and a cylinder lock 31 at the center.
[0027]

It is inserted into the hole. The escutcheon 30 is fastened to the base member 10 by screwing the screw holes 34 and the fastening holes 15 of the base member 10 with screws 46.
[0028]
The escutcheon locking portion 33 is locked to the grip locking portion 24 in a state where the escutcheon 30 is inserted into the base member 10. Thereby, the escutcheon 30 is temporarily held on the base member 10 by the grip member 20.
[0029]
Furthermore, the escutcheon 30 is fastened to the base member 10 so that the assembled grip member 20 cannot slide in the insertion / removal direction, so that the grip member 20 does not fall off during opening and closing of the door.
[0030]
The escutcheon 30 is provided with a cylinder lock 31 connected to a lock mechanism. When the cylinder lock 31 is locked, the door lock is not released even when the grip member 20 is operated, and the door is opened and closed. The structure cannot be performed.
[0031]
Next, control contents of the control means 50 when the operator operates the door handle device 1 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0032]
First, when the operator approaches the door handle device 1 while carrying the portable key and enters the communication range, power is supplied to the capacitance sensor 51 and the control means 50, and the detection electrode switching circuit 52 is activated. The detection electrode switching circuit 52 alternately switches between the detection electrode A and the detection electrode B as an input part of the capacitance sensor 51 at regular time intervals. When the output signal from the detection electrode A and the output signal from the detection electrode B are input, the control means 50 sets both output signals to determine the operation state of the operator.
[0033]
When the operator touches the detection electrode B while sliding his / her hand from the detection electrode A via the grip cover 20b, first, the operator touches the detection electrode A and does not touch the detection electrode B. Is ON and the detection electrode B is OFF. Next, when the operator slides the hand from the detection electrode A to the detection electrode B, the detection electrode A and the detection electrode B are simultaneously touched by the hand, so that the detection electrode A is turned on and the detection electrode B is turned on. . Further, when the operator slides his hand, the detection electrode A is turned off and the detection electrode B is turned on because the detection electrode A is not touched and only the detection electrode B is touched.
[0034]
Then, the control means 50 determines from the series of output signals of both the detection electrodes A and B that the detection electrode A has been touched while sliding the hand from the detection electrode A to the detection electrode B, for example, the control means 50 outputs a door locking command. .
[0035]
When the operator touches the detection electrode A from the detection electrode B while sliding the hand through the grip cover 20b, the operator first touches the detection electrode B and does not touch the detection electrode A. Is OFF and the detection electrode B is ON. Next, when the operator slides the hand from the detection electrode B to the detection electrode A, the detection electrode A and the detection electrode B are simultaneously touched by the hand, so that the detection electrode A is turned on and the detection electrode B is turned on. . Further, when the operator slides his hand, the detection electrode B is not touched and only the detection electrode A is touched, so that the detection electrode A is turned on and the detection electrode B is turned off.
[0036]
Then, the control means 50 determines from the series of output signals of the two detection electrodes A and B that the detection electrode A has been touched while sliding the hand from the detection electrode B, and for example, the control means 50 outputs a door unlocking command. I do.
[0037]
When the operator simultaneously touches the detection electrode A and the detection electrode B via the grip cover 20b, the detection electrode A is always ON and the detection electrode B is always ON while the operator is touching. , B from the output signals, the control means 50 determines that the detection electrode A and the detection electrode B have been touched at the same time, and outputs a command to unlock the trunk room, for example.
[0038]
After a certain period of time elapses after the end of the operation by the operator, the power supplies of the capacitance sensor 51 and the control unit 50 are cut off. This prevents the unlocking operation by another person when the operator leaves the vehicle after locking.
[0039]
Further, in this embodiment, when the detection electrode A and the detection electrode B are simultaneously touched, the unlock command for the trunk room is output from the control means 50, but only the door provided with the operated door handle device 1 is opened. The content of the command output from the control means 50 can be changed as necessary, such as locking.
[0040]
As described above, in the door handle device 1 of the present invention, since the locking command and the unlocking command are output according to how the detection electrodes A and B are touched, the movable part is eliminated as much as possible, so that the waterproofness and the durability are improved. Destructibility can be improved.
[0041]
Further, since the protrusion 27 is provided at the boundary between the detection electrodes A and B, erroneous operation by the operator can be prevented.
[0042]
Further, since the detection electrodes A and B are disposed on the back side of the grip member 20, destruction of the detection electrodes A and B can be prevented.
