Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a booklet manufacturing method and a booklet for manufacturing a booklet in which a plurality of paper pieces are superimposed, and in particular, a booklet manufacturing method and a booklet for manufacturing a booklet having a stepped heading portion in a plurality of paper pieces. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a booklet in which a plurality of paper pieces are overlapped with each other, and a stepped heading portion is formed by the plurality of paper pieces, and thereby, a booklet configured to improve spreadability. Is used.
[0003]
FIGS. 5A and 5B are diagrams illustrating an example of a booklet having a stepped heading portion, wherein FIG. 5A illustrates a state in which pages are evenly opened, and FIG. 5B illustrates a closed state. It is.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 5, this conventional example is configured such that a plurality of paper pieces 201a to 201f having different widths are bound as a binding portion 202 in a state where one ends in directions having different widths are aligned. In the booklet thus configured, the width of the paper pieces 201a to 201f bound in the binding unit 202 is the widest in the paper piece 201a, and then the width is in the order of the paper pieces 201b, 201c, 201d, 201e, and 201f. When the sheets are bound at the binding section 202, the difference in width between the paper pieces 201a to 201f forms the stepped heading sections 203a to 203e.
[0005]
In the booklet configured as described above, since it is necessary to provide a stepped heading portion, a predetermined information is printed on paper pieces having different widths, and the work of overlapping the printed paper pieces with each other is performed. Must be performed, thereby complicating the booklet production operation.
[0006]
Therefore, predetermined information is printed on a piece of paper having the same size, the pieces of information are superimposed on each other by a predetermined amount, and the superposed pieces of paper are folded in the same area to form a booklet having a stepped heading. Fabrication techniques are being considered.
[0007]
In this technique, first, predetermined information is printed on a continuous sheet of paper, and then the sheet is cut into an equal size, thereby producing a printed matter of an equal size constituting a booklet. At this time, each of the cut printed materials has two pages on one side when it is made into a booklet. However, as described above, the printed materials are overlapped with each other by a predetermined amount in a subsequent process. Since the document is folded in the same area, the folding positions are different from each other, and information is printed for each page according to the folding position. Thereafter, the cut printed materials are overlapped with each other by being shifted by a predetermined amount, and the overlapped printed materials are folded in the same region, thereby producing a booklet having a stepped heading portion (for example, see Patent Document 1). .).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of producing a booklet having a stepped heading by the method described above, predetermined information is printed on paper sheets constituting the booklet, cut, and then these paper sheets are superimposed. As a result, there is a possibility that the page will be out of order. Also, the work of superposing the paper pieces becomes complicated, and when the number of paper pieces to be superimposed is large, the work time may be enormous.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the related art, and has a step-shaped booklet having a heading portion, at a high speed, and without generating a missing page or missing pages. [0015]
(Action)
In the present invention configured as described above, first, in each of the plurality of continuous papers having different widths, the distance from one end in the width direction is such that the wider continuous paper has a longer area. The continuous paper is superposed in such an order that one end thereof is aligned and a step is formed due to a difference in width. As a result, a step-shaped region is formed on the other end side of the superposed continuous paper due to the difference in the width of the continuous paper. Next, the regions from one aligned end to the perforations of the superposed continuous paper are deleted. Then, a step-shaped region is also formed on one end side in the width direction of the continuous paper. Thereafter, when the continuous paper is cut into booklets and folded in a predetermined area, a step-shaped area formed at one end of the continuous paper and a step-shaped area formed at the other end of the continuous paper are obtained. Thus, a heading portion is formed.
[0016]
As described above, a booklet having a step-shaped heading portion is produced by superimposing continuous paper, so that a booklet having a step-shaped heading portion is generated at high speed, and random and missing pages are generated. It can be manufactured without. Also, in the production of a booklet with variable printing, matching of print data for each page constituting the booklet can be achieved.
[0017]
In addition, if a perforation is formed in a region that becomes a folding line when being folded on each of the paper pieces other than the top and bottom paper sheets among the plurality of paper pieces to be superimposed, the superimposed paper sheet is folded. It will be easier.

And a folding portion 60 that folds the sheet so as to form the same.
[0021]
Hereinafter, a booklet manufacturing method using the apparatus configured as described above will be described with reference to flowcharts.
[0022]
FIG. 2 is a flowchart for explaining a booklet manufacturing method using the apparatus shown in FIG.
[0023]
First, for each of the continuous papers 1a to 1c supplied from the paper supply units 10a to 10c, the distance from one end in the width direction is set in a region where the wide continuous paper is longer than the perforations 2a to 1c. 2c is formed (step S1). Here, in the present embodiment, for each of the continuous paper 1a~1c supplied from the paper supply unit 10a to 10c, to form the perforations 2a~2c at the same distance w 0 from the other end in the width direction . Thereby, for each of the continuous papers 1a to 1c supplied from the paper supply units 10a to 10c, the distance from one end in the width direction is set to a region where the wide continuous paper is longer than the perforations 2a. ~ 2c will be formed. Further, the continuous papers 1a to 1c supplied from the paper supply units 10a to 10c have different widths by a predetermined amount, and a marginal portion 4a is provided at one end in the width direction. In addition, as the perforations 2a to 2c, a micro sewing machine having a tie (connection portion) of 0.15 mm and a cut (cut portion) of 0.35 mm is used. The continuous paper 1d supplied from the paper supply unit 10d becomes a cover of a booklet when folded at the folding unit 60, has no perforations, and has both ends in the width direction. Are provided with marginal portions 4a and 4b. In the continuous papers 1a to 1d, predetermined information is printed on the front and back sides.
[0024]
Next, the continuous paper 1a-1c on which the perforations 2a-2c are formed is supplied from the paper supply units 10a-10c, and the continuous paper 1d is supplied from the paper supply unit 10d (step S2). Here, in the paper supply units 10a to 10d, the continuous papers 1a to 1d are supplied such that one ends of the continuous papers 1a to 1d having different widths, that is, the sides on which the marginal portions 4a are provided are aligned. Further, continuous paper 1a~1c, the width, the widest width w 1 of the continuous paper 1a, then the width w 2 of the continuous paper 1b, because it narrows in the order of the width w 3 of the continuous paper 1c, Figure 1 As shown in the figure, after the continuous paper 1b supplied from the paper supply unit 10b is superimposed on the continuous paper 1a supplied from the paper supply unit 10a, the paper supply unit 10c is applied to the superposed continuous papers 1a and 1b. If the continuous paper 1c is supplied such that the continuous paper 1c is superimposed on the continuous paper 1b, a step is formed due to the difference in the width of the continuous paper 1a to 1c.
[0025]
The continuous papers 1a to 1c supplied from the paper supply units 10a to 10c are, in the glue application units 20a to 20c, an area which becomes a fold line when being folded by the folding unit 60 or in the vicinity thereof, and the continuous papers 1a to 1c. Glue is applied to an area where the sheets 1c overlap each other when they are overlapped with each other, and then the continuous papers 1a to 1d are adhered to each other by being overlapped with another continuous paper. The area where the glue is applied in the glue application units 20a to 20c is then overlapped with the continuous papers 1a to 1c, cut, and folded in the folding unit 60 to produce a booklet. It is preferable that the region be a spreadable region with the axis as the axis.
[0026]
The continuous papers 1a to 1d supplied from the paper supply units 10a to 10d are conveyed in a state of being overlapped and adhered to each other.
[0027]
Next, in the unnecessary part collecting unit 30, the area from the end where the marginal part 4a is provided to the perforations 2a to 2c of the continuous papers 1a to 1c conveyed while being superposed on each other is collected (Step S3). In the unnecessary part collection unit 30, the end of the continuous paper 1a to 1c supplied from the paper supply units 10a to 10c, which is an area to be collected by the unnecessary part collection unit 30, is provided with the marginal part 4a. The leading end of the continuous paper 1a to 1c is cut by the perforations 2a to 2c by rotating in accordance with the transport of the continuous paper 1a to 1d. The area from the end provided with the marginal portion 4a to the perforations 2a to 2c is collected. Here, the collecting operation in the unnecessary portion collecting section 30 acts so that the continuous papers 1a to 1c are turned up. At this time, the pressing member 31 causes an area outside the marginal portion 4a of the continuous papers 1a to 1c and the continuous paper. Since the area on the side of the perforation 1a farther from the marginal portion 4a than the perforation 2a is pressed, the pressing member 31 is used for the area from the end of the continuous paper 1a where the marginal portion 4a is not provided to the perforation 2a. The continuous paper 1a to 1c in which the area from the end provided with the marginal portion 4a to the perforations 2a to 2c has been collected by the unnecessary portion collecting portion 30 is held down by the pressing member 32. Therefore, this area is not turned up by the collecting operation in the unnecessary part collecting unit 30, and Among the continuous paper 1a~1c supplied from the paper supply unit 10a to 10c, so that the region of the end marginal portion 4a is provided to perforation 2a~2c it is collected by garbage collection unit 30. In this embodiment, as the perforations 2a to 2c formed on the continuous papers 1a to 1c, a micro sewing machine having a tie (connection portion) of 0.15 mm and a cut (cut portion) of 0.35 mm is used. However, there is no particular limitation as long as it is a specification that does not break during conveyance of the continuous paper 1a to 1c and is easy to cut out when collecting unnecessary parts.
[0028]
Next, in the slitter 40, the marginal portions 4a and 4b provided on the continuous paper 1d are trimmed and deleted (step S4).
[0029]
Next, the cutting unit 50 cuts the superposed continuous papers 1a to 1d for each booklet in a direction perpendicular to the transport direction (step S5).
[0030]
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a configuration of a paper piece cut by the cutting unit 50 shown in FIG.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 3, when the continuous paper 1a to 1d is cut by the cutting unit 50, a paper piece 101c obtained by cutting the continuous paper 1c is superimposed on a paper piece 101d obtained by cutting the continuous paper 1d. On this paper piece 101c, a paper piece 101b obtained by cutting the continuous paper 1b is superposed, and on this paper piece 101b, a paper piece 101a obtained by cutting the continuous paper 1a is superposed. The heading portion 102b~102d became stepped by the unnecessary portion at garbage collection section 30 was recovered is formed, the width w 41 to w 43 this heading portion 102b~102d are equal to each other, also, width w 44 to w 45 of stepped region formed at the opposite end of the paper 101a~101c, it is equal the width w 41 to w 43, and the sewing machine from the other end of the continuous paper 1a~1c since the distance to the area where the eye 2a~2c is formed is the same width w 0, they are equal to each other. In the folding line 5 at the time of folding at the folding section 60, the paper piece 101 a starts from the width w 5 on the side narrower than the paper pieces 101 b and 101 c among the two regions divided via the folding line 5. minus the width w 6 on the other side (w 5 -w 6) is provided in a region that is equal to the width w 41 to w 46.
[0032]
After that, in the folding section 60, the paper pieces 101a to 101d are folded via the folding lines 5 to complete the booklet (step S6). In the fold line 5 or in the vicinity thereof, the glue is applied to the paper pieces 101a to 101c by the glue application units 20a to 20c, whereby the paper pieces 101a to 101d are adhered.
[0033]
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a state in which the sheet is folded by the folding unit 60 shown in FIG.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 4, among the cut pieces of paper 101a to 101d as shown in FIG. 3, when the pieces of paper 101a to 101c are folded through the folding line 5, the heading portions 102b to 102d as shown in FIG. In addition, before the unnecessary portion is collected by the unnecessary portion collection unit 30, step-shaped headings 103a and 103b are formed due to the difference in the width of the continuous papers 1a to 1c. The heading portion 102a is formed by folding through the opening.
[0035]
As described above, in the present embodiment, first, perforations are formed at the same distance from the other end in the width direction, and a plurality of continuous papers having different widths are overlapped so that one end thereof is aligned. Thus, a step-like region is formed on the other end side in the width direction of the continuous paper due to the difference in the width. After that, the area from one end of the continuous paper to the perforation is deleted, so that a stepped area is also formed on one end side in the width direction of the continuous paper. Further, thereafter, the continuous paper is cut into booklets and folded in a predetermined area, so that a step-shaped area formed at one end of the continuous paper and a step-shaped area formed at the other end of the continuous paper are obtained. The heading is formed by the region.
[0036]
In the present embodiment, perforations 2a to 2c are formed at the same distance from the other end in the width direction for each of the continuous papers 1a to 1c supplied from the paper supply units 10a to 10c. For each of the continuous papers 1a to 1c supplied from the paper supply units 10a to 10c, the distance from one end in the width direction is set in a region where the wide continuous paper is longer than the perforations 2a to 2c. Is formed, after the continuous papers 1a to 1c are overlapped so that one ends thereof are aligned, the area from one end of the continuous papers 1a to 1c to the perforations 2a to 2c is deleted, whereby the continuous papers 1a to 1c are removed. A step-like region is also formed on one end side.
[0037]
Further, in this embodiment, if the continuous paper 1b, 1c supplied from the paper supply units 10b, 10c is formed with perforations in an area that becomes a folding line when the continuous paper 1b, 1c is folded by the folding unit 60, the folding is performed. In the section 60, the overlapped paper pieces are easily folded. In this case, the stacking process of the paper pieces is not limited to the above-described process, but may be any as long as a plurality of paper pieces are stacked even by a predetermined width.
[0038]
Further, in the present embodiment, the continuous papers 1a to 1d having different widths are supplied from the paper supply units 10a to 10d, but the same perforations are formed in regions where the distances from one end are different from each other. It is also conceivable to supply a plurality of continuous papers having a width from the paper supply units 10a to 10d such that both ends thereof are aligned and the distance from one end to the perforation is longer or shorter. .
[0039]
