Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the opening/closing of a lid body with respect to a main body, and to nearly shut off an airflow between the inside and outside of a container, in terms of the egg storage container which is composed of the main body with egg storage recesses and the lid body via a hinge.
SOLUTION: A plurality of snap projections 18a and recesses 17a are formed in respective lid-side and main-body-side flanges on the side of an opening, among four-side flange parts of the main body with the egg storage recesses and those of the lid body; a protrusive streak, which is positioned in such a manner as to go around, is formed on the one-side flanges among the other three-side flanges; and step parts to be fitted to the protrusive streak are formed in the other-side flanges. Preferably, the projection 18a and the recess 17a are formed in a rectangular shape. When the projection 18a and the recess 17a make the egg storage container loaded with the eggs and make the lid closed, the accurate abutment of the projection 18a and the recess 17a at one end makes both rectangular side surfaces of them act as positioning guides for the next projection 18a and the next recess 17a, so as to facilitate mechanical pressing and fitting using a roll 22, and so as to enable the almost all-around close contact of the flanges and the closing of the lid.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of an egg packaging container that can store, transport, and display a plurality of eggs in a clean state without damaging the eggs.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the packaging of eggs supplied to the general market is such that the center of a transparent synthetic resin sheet having a thickness of about 0.15 to 0.2 mm is used as an opening / closing hinge portion, and the length of the egg is located symmetrically on both sides across the hinge. A plurality of egg accommodating recesses having a depth of about 1/2 of the side dimensions are formed, one of which is a container body, and the other is a lid. A shell egg with a shell is placed in the housing concave portion on the main body side, and then the other housing concave portion is covered with an upper half of the shell egg (hereinafter abbreviated as a chicken egg) by bending the hinge portion as a base line. Further, it has been customary to maintain the lid closed by partially spot-welding at least one end (opening end) of the peripheral flange of the main body and the lid.
[0003]
Further, as another example of the method of maintaining the lid closed state, as shown in FIG. 7, the hinge portion of the container C is folded to close the main body and the lid, and the flanges F, F superposed on the front side thereof are attached with an adhesive tape. There is a method of integrally clamping with T (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 8, there is a conventional example in which an adhesive tape T is attached to a rib-shaped portion R formed on the opening / closing end wall surface of the main body and the lid of the egg container C to integrally seal it. (For example, Patent Document 2).
[0004]
Further, a projection is formed on one of the four flanges of the main body and the lid of the container for storing eggs, and a step is formed on the other flange to be fitted with the projection, and means for engaging between the flanges is provided. There is a configuration in which an engaging tongue is formed (for example, Patent Document 3).

[0007]
[Patent Document 3]
JP-A-2002-37368 (Claims 1, 2 and FIG. 1)
[0008]
A general consumer who purchased the eggs stored in such a packaging container opened the lid by separating the heat-welded portion or peeling off the adhesive tape, took out the eggs from the containers and stored them in the refrigerator. However, the adhesive tape has already been torn at the time of transportation, or conversely, if the heat-welded portion is strongly welded, it is difficult to separate the heat-sealed portion and the chicken egg is dropped.
[0009]
In recent homes, eggs are often stored in refrigerators in a packaging container. This is because the germs such as Salmonella attached to the surface of the eggs are not scattered and contaminate the food in the refrigerator, and the four-circumferential flange described in Patent Document 3 is a combination of a ridge and a step. The egg packaging container cuts off the air flow between the inside and outside of the container. However, since it is an extremely thin synthetic resin container, it is difficult to maintain the lid closed state only by fitting around the four circumferences. Although the engaging means was formed as a combination of the part and the engaging tongue, such engagement in the packaging process seems to have a problem in operability.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The egg packaging container stored in the refrigerator in this way has a simple opening and closing of the lid and holding of the lid closed state, and has a small air flow inside and outside the container, that is, bacteria that adhere to the egg are not germ-free. It is required that the possibility of leakage into the refrigerator is small. This patent aims to solve such a problem.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a thin synthetic resin sheet having a hinge that can be bent at a central portion thereof, and a symmetrical position on both sides of the hinge at approximately 1/1/1 of the height of the egg. 2. A container for egg packaging in which a plurality of egg-housing recesses having a depth corresponding to 2 are formed, one of which is a container body and the other is a lid, with its rectangular peripheral edge as a flange, A ridge (7a) is fitted on one side and the ridge is fitted on the other flange surface adjacent to the hinge of the body and on both sides of the flange extending at an angle of about 90 degrees in contact with both ends of the flange. A step (8a) or a groove is formed, and a projection (18a) fits on one flange (18) surface on the opening end side, and the projection fits on the other flange (17) surface. A plurality of recesses (17a) are formed and A structure in which a Ppufitto improved the retention of the lid-closing state of the main body and the lid.
[0012]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the shape of the projection and the concave portion serving as snaps is formed in a circular or / and elliptical shape and / or a rectangular or rectangular oval shape, so that the projection and the concave portion when the lid is closed are formed. Relative positioning was facilitated, thus improving operability in the egg packaging process.
[0013]
The invention according to claim 3 is
A bed (21) is provided in which the projecting side of the concave portion (17a) of the snap protrudingly provided in the egg packaging container is inserted, and a guide groove (21a) capable of slidably transporting is formed, and the outer peripheral surface is roughened (22a). ) Is disposed directly above the guide groove and in a direction parallel to the guide groove to form a lid closing device for the egg packaging container, thereby covering the container body with the lid. The opening-side flange of the egg packaging container transferred on the guide groove is pressed from one end to the other end by a roller, and the snap can be automatically fitted.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An example of an embodiment of the egg container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, the outline of the figure will be described. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state of a container for storing eggs of the present invention before storing eggs, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a side view showing a state in which the egg shown by the phantom line is loaded in the recess, and FIG. 4 shows a state in which the hinge portion is bent so that the lid is overlaid on the container body, and the flange is pressed by the roller shown by the imaginary line. FIG. 5 is a side view showing a main part of the lid closing device, FIG. 6 is a side view showing a state in which the lid is closed, and FIGS. 7 and 8 are reference views.
[0015]
The egg container 1 according to the present invention is made of a sheet made of a transparent or translucent synthetic resin, and has a depth of about 1/2 of an egg at a symmetrical position on both sides of a continuous sheet across a hinge 4 having a predetermined length. A plurality of egg-receiving recesses 5 and egg-receiving recesses 6 each having an appropriate buffering uneven pattern formed on the side and bottom surfaces thereof are formed as a main body 2 and a lid 3, respectively. Flanges 7 and 8 are formed on the periphery of the body 3 in an overhanging shape.
[0016]
In the container body 2, a plurality of snap recesses 17 a (or snap protrusions) are formed intermittently on the far side of the hinge 4, that is, on the opening end side flange 17, and the remaining three edges, that is, The flange 7 adjacent to the hinge 4 and the side flange 7 extending at right angles to both ends of the flange are provided with a ridge 7a around the flange 7 except for a slight flat portion 7b on the outer peripheral side. I have.
[0017]
On the lid 3 side, the snap recesses 17a (or snap projections) formed in the main body side flange 18 are fitted on the side far from the hinge 4, that is, on the open end side flange 18. A snap projection 18a (or a snap recess) that fits in a shape is formed, and the remaining three sides of the flange, namely, the flange 8 adjacent to the hinge 4 and the both ends of the flange in the direction perpendicular to the flange 8. A step 8a is formed on the extending side flange 8 so as to fit with the ridge 7a formed on the main body.
[0018]
Each of the pair of snap projections 18a and the snap recesses 17a has a circular or elliptical shape, or a rectangular or rectangular oval shape in plan view. In particular, the rectangular oval type is good for the automatic snap-fit by the automatic lid closing device shown in FIGS. Open / close operability by combining these rectangular oval molds and circular protrusions alternately, or adjusting their respective fitting strengths (for example, increasing the circular fitting strength). Can be improved.
[0019]
Further, the orbital ridge 7a formed on the main body 2 may be formed on the lid 3, and the step 8b formed on the lid 3 may be formed on the main body 2 as a matter of course. The cross-sectional shape of the stepped portion 8b may be L-shaped, groove-shaped or the like, and the cross-sectional shape of the ridge 7a may be quadrangular or triangular.
[0020]
After the snap projections 18a formed on the front side flanges 17 and 18 are fitted with the snap recesses 17a, in order to obtain an effect of interference fit, the rising side faces of the projections are formed in a reverse tapered shape. Or by making the diameter of the snap projection 18a slightly larger than the diameter of the snap recess 17a.
[0021]
The container for storing eggs shown in FIG. 1 is a type for storing 10 eggs, and 11 is a column standing at the center of four adjacent concave portions 5 for storing eggs, the tip of which is flush with the four-sided flanges. It is located at the top and has a bottomed hole 11a in its surface. On the other lid, a column projection 12 having a boss 12a protruding at the tip is formed at a position symmetrical to the column 11.
[0022]
The snap part fitting device illustrated in FIG. 5 inserts the projecting (back side) side of the snap recess 17a into the bed 21 and forms a guide groove 21a that is slidably movable. A roller 22 that is rotated directly above a driving device via a driving device is mounted in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the lid guide groove 21a, and is incorporated in a normal egg loading device downstream of the egg loading process or used as an auxiliary device. Is done. The outer peripheral surface 22a of the roller 22 is roughened by knurled irregularities or sand blast to prevent slippage with the synthetic resin surface.
[0023]
The container 1 for storing eggs of the present invention having the above-described configuration is configured such that after a series of steps in which the egg E is loaded by the egg loading machine and the lid is gradually closed, the container 1 projects from the concave portion 17a for snap (back surface). ) Is transferred in a state where it is fitted in the guide groove 21a. Then, the pressing rollers 22 pivotally supported on the bed 21 push the flanges 17 and 18 from one end thereof sequentially toward the other end, and push the snap projections 18a formed on the flanges. Insert and fit into the snap recess 17a. As a result, the two flanges come into close contact with each other and are completely closed (FIG. 6).
[0024]
The container 1 of the present invention thus closed is opened by the consumer. This operation is performed by grasping the front ends of the flanges 17 and 18 on the front side and applying a vertical force, thereby releasing the snap fitting between the snap recess 17a and the projection 18a. The corners 17c and 18c at both ends of the front opening side flanges 17 and 18 are partially bent by stepped bent portions 17b and 18b, and a gap C is generated between both ends 17c and 18c when the lid is closed. In this way, the fingers can be easily gripped.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
This kind of egg packaging container is made of a very thin (approximately 0.15 to 0.2 mm) synthetic resin sheet as described above, so that the lid 3 is bent with the hinge 4 as a base line and the container body is folded. In the case of covering the container 2, the lid, which is rectangular in plan view, is distorted, so that accurate positioning with respect to the main body is difficult. The formation of the stepped portion 8b makes the positioning of the cover 3 to the main body 2 accurate, so that there is no displacement between the snap recess 17a and the snap projection 18a, and mechanically. Snap fitting is now possible.
[0026]
In addition, by forming the snap recesses 17a and the snap projections 18a at the front opening side flanges 17 and 18 of the egg packaging container, the eggs are accommodated by pressing one roller 22 on the guide groove 21a of the bed 21. The fitting became possible without causing any shape deformation to the container.
[0027]
In FIG. 1, the orbital ridge 7a and the step 8a are a ridge 7c and a step 8c whose both ends are bent at an angle of about 45 degrees from the side flange and extended to the front flange. However, since the extension and the main body and the lid are fitted on almost four sides by this extension, the positioning at the time of closing the lid becomes more accurate, and the fitting operation of the snap recess 17a and the projection 18a becomes easier.
[0028]
Since the recesses 17a and the projections 18a as snaps formed on the flanges 17 and 18 are formed in a rectangular shape, when one ends of the flanges 17 and 18 are fitted together, the fitting proceeds while the longitudinal side surfaces are in contact with each other. The positional displacement between the body and the main body in the front-rear relationship was eliminated, the accurate contact between the adjacent recess 17a to be next fitted and the projection 18a was obtained, and the snap work by the roll was facilitated.
[0029]
The egg-housing container of the present invention with the lid closed in this way can maintain the lid-closed state without applying sealing tape, spot heat welding, or the like.
[0030]
In the container body and the lid, the three edges on the hinge side and the side surface are fitted to each other by forming a circumferential ridge 7a and a step portion 8b, and furthermore, a concave portion 17a and a projection are fitted to the front flange portions 17 and 18. Since the flanges 17 and 18 are brought into close contact with each other by intermittently forming the 18a, the inside of the container is almost shut off from the outside air. Therefore, if the eggs are stored in the refrigerator in this state, the germs attached to the surface of the eggs will not be scattered in the refrigerator.
[0031]
FIGS. 4 and 5 show a method in which the recesses 17a of the front side flanges 17 and 18 and the projection 18a are fitted by a roller, but this is based on the premise of a large amount of packaging work. Of course, the consumer simply engages the recesses 17a of the upper and lower flanges with the projections 18a and presses them with two fingertips for fitting.
