Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a brush used when performing painting work.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When painting with a brush is performed, a masking tape is applied to a portion where the paint is not allowed to adhere, and a masker or a newspaper is spread on a floor or the like to prevent the paint from spilling and attaching from the brush.
[0003]
This is a method in which paint is applied to a brush and applied to a painted surface, so that the paint is often applied to the brush every time the paint on the brush is depleted.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above conventional method requires curing in most cases of painting work. In addition, this curing portion occupies a considerable portion, and there is a narrow and difficult portion, which causes a large time loss. After the painting work is completed, all the curing is removed and discarded as garbage, which means time, material and disposal costs.
[0005]
Painting works are often performed in high places, and are generally carried out by holding a paint can in one hand and a brush in one hand, and applying paint repeatedly to the brush to paint. For this reason, if the brush contains a large amount of paint, the area that can be painted increases, but there is a risk that paint that has spilled from the brush adheres to the unpaintable portion. Some pressure-feeding brushes using a compressor or the like are also commercially available, but are expensive and too specialized to be used in general. What is required of painting is that it is easy, quick, and clean.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and to provide a brush for meeting the demand for easy, simple, fast, no contamination and no dust.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The brush as a means for solving the problem of the brush made by the above-mentioned conventional technology has a structure in which a part of the brush is used exclusively for the curing part, and the general used part is changed in shape and usage. That is to say. The guarded part only has a guard plate at the end to prevent paint adhesion at the unpaintable part, and the part directly in contact with the painted surface is slanted and the painted surface is painted at that oblique angle and the guard plate is also unpaintable In this method, the paint does not adhere to the unpaintable portion by contacting with the line, and the brush moves smoothly by contacting with the line.
[0008]
The paint discharged from the paint storage bottle penetrates the foam. As all the paint concentrates on the lower part as it is, cut out the foam so that most of the paint coming out from the horizontally long paint outlet provided at the upper part remains in the upper form, and seal the cut part Remains on top. Also, the paint that has permeated into the foam from the paint outlets provided in the middle and lower parts remains in the middle and lower parts by the same method, and the paint is diffused throughout the brush, enabling a smooth painting operation.
[0009]
In the actual painting work, the brush is pressed against the painted surface to work with the brush by hand. The pressure of this pressing causes the paint to exude from the foam and adhere to the painted surface. The movement of the brush in the painting operation is a combination of vertical movement, horizontal movement, and diagonal movement. Also, when moving the painted surface, the brush is in a vertical state. During the operation, the liquid level of the paint in the bottle is constantly wavy. All of them are combined and the required amount of paint is discharged even if the liquid level in the bottle drops.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
First, the embodiment using the iron brush shown in FIG. 1A will be described. This brush is mainly used for painting a flat part, and the most used place is an inner flat wall (cloth or the like). Fig. 1 and Fig. 1B show holes that are made in order to allow the paint in the paint tank to penetrate into the foam as smoothly and evenly as possible. The top (7) has a horizontally long hole. The cuts indicated by (10) in FIGS. 2, A and B are cut and sealed. In this way, the paint coming out from (7) penetrates mainly into the upper part when the trowel brush is vertical and stays mostly at the upper part when the brush is vertical. The liquid is supplied to the upper portion little by little due to the liquid surface wave phenomenon during use of the surface. In addition, since the direction of the brush is constantly changed in the diagonal direction, the horizontal direction, the downward direction, and the vertical direction, there is no shortage of paint on the upper foam.
[0011]
The hole shown in FIG. 1B (8) is a hole where a large amount of paint must be supplied. Therefore, a part of the paint is also supplied from the hole (7), and the paint can appropriately stay in the middle part of the foam by the cut seal shown in (11) of FIG.
[0012]
The hole shown in FIG. 1B (9) is the part that requires the most paint. Therefore, the structure is such that the paint is partially supplied from the holes (7) and (8). However, paint is most likely to accumulate at the bottom due to natural gravity, and the paint applied to the foam during the painting operation causes excess paint to come out, causing paint dripping on the wall. In order to prevent this, sagging is prevented by providing a diagonal cut seal as shown by (12) in FIGS.
[0013]
FIGS. 2 and 2D are diagrams showing how to apply a trowel brush at the time of coating a portion where paint cannot be adhered. With such a use angle, the paint does not adhere to the portion (14) blocked by the guard plate.
[0014]
FIGS. 3, A and B show brushes, which are provided with an oblique card board as in (1). Also, the bristles are shaped as shown in FIGS. 3 and B, and (16) the bristles are deformed into the shape shown in the figure by the method of use as shown in FIGS. Structure.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention is a brush which can satisfy the majority of demands for simple, fast, clean and dust-free brush painting at low cost.
